Digitalization in human resource management in the education sector is a strategic step to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of teacher performance. This study aims to determine the HR management strategy by integrating digital to improve the performance of the HR in it, namely teacher. This research was conducted through a literature study by reviewing various relevant sources, such as articles, books, research reports and other references related to HR management in education, teacher performance and digitalization in education. A qualitative approach is used to examine and understand varius strategies that have been proposed by previous researchers. The results of study indicate that the digitalization strategy in HR management can be carried out by carrying out careful planning for the implementation of digitalization into HR management, implementing a digital HR management information system and training educators so that they have sufficient skills and understanding in utilizing digital technology. This research contributes to broadening the understanding of human resource management strategies to improve teacher performance amidst the development of digitalization in educational institutions. These findings can be used as a reference by policy makers and education practitioners in developing strategies to improve the quality ef education in the digital era.

Educational facilities and infrastructure are facilities used for the implementation of educational activities so that the infrastructure used to support the learning process can still function properly. Therefore, school principals need to have a strategy in managing facilities and infrastructure so that they can still be used to support the occurrence of a quality learning process. The study used a qualitative descriptive method. The research subjects were school principals, vice principals in the field of facilities and infrastructure, teachers, and students. Collecting data by interview, observation, and recording. Data analysis was carried out using data reduction techniques, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that: (1) the management of facilities and infrastructure at MTs Darunnajah 2 Cipining went well, this was due to several strategies developed by the principal in the management component of facilities and infrastructure. (2) To realize some of these strategies, the principal needs to take steps to implement the principal's strategy, and in this case the principal includes several teachers/staff/employees as the person in charge of each facility and infrastructure.

The utilization of articles as a means to enhance brand awareness while educating the public offers diverse advantages. It enables companies to expand their reach, improve consumer trust, and strengthen their market position. Simultaneously, the public gains access to valuable and beneficial information, enhancing their knowledge and deriving direct benefits from the provided articles. Therefore, this strategy effectively fosters positive relationships between companies and consumers while contributing to the overall literacy and knowledge enhancement of the public.

The aims of this study were 1) to determine the human resource management compensation system in education at MTs Nurul Huda Kempas Jaya Village, 2) to determine the inhibiting and supporting factors for the human resource management compensation system in education at MTs Nurul Huda Kempas Jaya Village, 3) to determine the implementation of the human resource management compensation system in improving teacher performance at MTs Nurul Huda Kempas Jaya Village. This type of research is field research, namely research conducted directly with the object of research and data collection is carried out in the field. Researchers are trying to uncover Public Relations Strategies in Increasing New Students at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Nurul Huda Kempas Jaya Village for the 2020/2021 Academic Year. The results of this study are (1) the human resource management compensation system in education at MTs Nurul Huda Kempas Jaya Village is all income in the form of money, direct and indirect goods received by teachers as compensation for services provided to MTs Nurul Huda Kempas Jaya Village . This compensation takes the form of salary, benefits, incentives, and benefits. (2) Inhibiting factors: delays in giving salaries because many SPP payments are in arrears and there are bailouts, there is often overtime work outside working hours so that more funds are needed for payment, employees are often absent without prior coordination so working hours are not filled by officers this results in reduced compensation. Supporting factors: not a large number of educational and educational staff so it is easier to coordinate internally. (3) Implementation of a human resource management compensation system in improving teacher performance, namely at MTs Nurul Huda Kempas Jaya Village, the provision of compensation can be said to be effective in increasing the performance of teachers and employees. Teachers feel more responsible for carrying out their duties and performance appraisals that can improve employment status can have an impact on the welfare obtained and continue to motivate teachers in carrying out their duties. The better the performance appraisal of a teacher, the increase in status and compensation received can be considered.

This research is intended to examine and analyze the implementation of the fulfillment of children's rights in dealing with the law in the assimilation process. The type of research used in this study is a qualitative type with a normative method approach. Data collection techniques are carried out using review literature originating from statutory regulations, official records or treatises related to the discussion of a law. In addition, data collection was also carried out from several previous studies. The results of the study show that the current implementation is already under way but not yet fully in accordance with the principles of child protection. In addition, the fulfillment of the assimilation right given to correctional students should prioritize the provision of assimilation in the form of educational activities outside the fostering institution. This is so that children can adapt to the school environment when they finish serving their sentence.

Islamization is to make or bring something into Islam and make it Islam Beginning and several decades. Syed M. The goal and Islamization of science itself is to protect Muslims from knowledge that has been tainted and misleading, causing confusion, and there are 12 systematic steps to apply science to the implementation of science on education in Islam namely on the institutional aspect that is the institutional aspect of mu and the intention is the unification of the two educational systems, and on the aspect of kumkum namely studying kunkulam is not left to just one team, but requires ahh ahh in their field , this discussion must start from the beginning of Islamization, on the aspect of educators, namely in terms of educators being placed at the appropriate level, meaning that competent and professional they are valued as they should be. Community service carried out by tertiary institutions should be able to carry out the functions of developing, implementing and utilizing educational and research darma products. Even though until today there are still many tertiary institutions that still misinterpret community service, in fact, the people who are targeted ultimately have a wrong perception of the tertiary darma program, where people think they get assistance for free. This ultimately forms the perception that community service activities that have been carried out by PTN and PTS, tend to lead to community service activities which are carried out free of charge. The purpose of this writing is to explain theoretically how the concept of community service really is and how it is implemented in the midst of society. Based on the discussion that has been carried out, it can be concluded that tertiary education services to the community as an institutional implementation of science, technology and arts and culture through scientific methodology so as to accelerate the rate of growth in achieving national development goals. The implementation of community service carried out by tertiary institutions has the scope of service as the practice of science, technology, and art which can include the development of science, technology and art into products that can be directly utilized by the community; Application of science, technology, and art that is relevant to the needs of the community and the demands of development; Provision of expertise assistance to the community in solving development problems; Development of research results which, according to university studies, can be utilized for the benefit of society and development so that these research results can directly benefit society and development.

This article aims to explain The Implementation Of Merdeka Curriculum For Formal English Learning. The curriculum becomes very important in educational institutions because the curriculum is the “heart” of education. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with library research methods, using synthesis and content analysis. The results of the study show that the Implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum at the Elementary School level prioritizes project-based learning. In the implementation of learning is not only focused on the world of knowledge but emphasizes the mastery of character, literacy, skills, and technology. Implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum in English Learning at the Middle School Level, namely by applying the Project Based Learning method is the application of student-oriented learning (student-centered). Implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum at the English Learning High School level is by implementing a curriculum that is Basic Framework, Targeted Competency, Curriculum Structure, Learning Process, Assessment, Teaching Resources, and Curriculum Tools.

The Surabaya Teaching program is part of the Freedom to Learn Campus Merdeka (MBKM) policy to enrich student competence by providing opportunities for students to learn outside the classroom by providing assistance to teachers and education staff at the primary and secondary education levels. This program invites students to contribute to improving the quality of learning at the elementary and junior high school levels for one semester. The Surabaya Teaching program is currently the 3rd batch assigned to teach, assist with technology, and assist with school administration and teachers in schools in 3T areas. One of the schools where Surabaya teaches is SMP Negri 39 Surabaya, which is located on Jl. Raya Prapen, Panjang Jiwo, Kec. Tenggilis Mejoyo, Surabaya, East Java. Surabaya Teaching students also have a responsibility in improving the character and interest in learning students who are low. The goals that can be achieved in undergoing the Surabaya Teaching Program batch 3 are a process of adding relationships, adding experience outside the world of lectures, developing students' insights, character and soft skills, encouraging and spurring national development by growing student motivation to participate in development, and increasing the real role and contribution of universities and students in the development of education in Indonesia. The results of this program include improving educational services at these schools in terms of teaching, technology utilization, and administration. It can be concluded that the Surabaya Teaching program provides good benefits for all parties and also provides a lot of experience gained during assignments taking place at SMP Negri 39 Surabaya, starting from the observation, planning, implementation and evaluation activities that take place during activities.

The method is very important in facilitating a job because the method is a systemic way of working to facilitate the implementation of an activity in order to achieve the specified goals. The Islamic Religion Learning Method itself certainly cannot be separated from the main objectives of religious education in Indonesia which are listed in article 39 paragraph 2 of Law no. 20 of 2003, "education is an effort to strengthen faith and devotion to God Almighty in accordance with the religion professed by the students concerned by taking into account the demands to respect other religions in the relationship of inter-religious harmony in society to realize national unity. This PAI learning methodology will be meaningless if it is not implemented in educational practice. The implementation of the PAI learning methodology in learning includes the selection of effective and efficient teaching methods. In the Qur'an there are many methods that can be applied to convey God's words to humans, such as the story method, discussion, question and answer (dialogue), parable method (metaphor), method of punishment and reward.

This tour provides beautiful scenery as well as exciting and educational. The results of this study are the implementation of Mangrove Forest management as a tourist spot in Surabaya which is quite good and has proven to be able to attract visitors and improve the economy of the local community in the area.

Teacher professional competence is very important because it is something that every teacher must have to make quality and carry out the duties of an educator properly. One way to make the competence of a teacher or an educator is by coaching. The development of this competency is very important and needs to be done for a teacher or an educator to make it more effective and efficient in the application of teaching. Descriptive qualitative research method is the method used in this study. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. From the results of the study, it was found that the implementation of the teacher professional competence development program at Darunnajah Cipining Vocational School was quite good including: MGMP, Taftisy I'dad, Kamisan, Ta'hil, In House Training and Khutbatul 'Arsy, Teacher Supervision (Supervision) and Appreciation (Motivation). From the results of this study, the authors recommend that Darunnajah Cipining Vocational School educational institutions should further improve teacher professional competency development. . In an educational organization or school, it cannot be separated from its relationship with learning media or commonly called facilities and infrastructure. Facilities and infrastructure aim as a place to carry out learning activities and increase student learning motivation. Therefore, facilities and infrastructure are very important to advance and develop the productivity of educational institutions. In addition, the management of infrastructure is one of the things that must be considered so that it can help encourage student achievement and achieve the goals of educational organizations. Facilities and infrastructure have a very important urgency to increase student learning productivity. However, the implementation of facilities and infrastructure management in schools does not always go well. There are problems or obstacles that need to be resolved and overcome so as not to interfere with the learning process. Factors that hinder the management of facilities and infrastructure in schools usually arise from internal and external factors. Therefore, school management needs to make various efforts to overcome these obstacles. This study aims to determine the efforts of school management in overcoming barriers to educational infrastructure. From the method used, namely the qualitative method with literature study techniques, it produces an elaboration which shows that school management efforts in overcoming obstacles to facilities and infrastructure are planning, organizing, procuring, inventorying, distributing, maintaining, eliminating, and monitoring and evaluating.

This study aims to analyze the P5 Program as an implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum in the context of potential inhibiting factors. The literature review method was employed to gather information related to identified inhibiting factors in the implementation of the P5 Program. Searches were conducted in educational literature, academic journals, and publications related to the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum and the P5 Program. Based on the literature analysis, the identified inhibiting factors include resource readiness, teacher understanding, and preparedness, as well as time and space limitations. To address these factors, proposed efforts encompass increasing educational investment, teacher training, and development, as well as collaboration between schools and the community. The findings of this study provide valuable insights for educational practitioners and decision-makers in identifying and overcoming inhibiting factors in the implementation of the P5 Program, thus enhancing the effectiveness and success of the program in achieving the desired educational goals.

Abstract The purpose of this study is to determine the management of educational financing in improving facilities and infrastructure at Madrasah Aliyah Darussalam Pematang Duku Age, determining strategies using case studies, this research is a qualitative research that focuses on managing educational financing in improving facilities and infrastructure at Madrasah Aliyah Darussalam The source of this data comes from the school principal, treasurer, deputy head of facilities and infrastructure, committees and technical foundations. Data collection using interviews and documentation of data analysis includes data collection, data reduction, data display and drawing conclusions. The results of his research are management of education funding in improving facilities and infrastructure. in the madrasah aliyah daarussalam through three prisoners, namely a) the planning stage. The planning process for education financing in madrasah aliyah daarussalam is good, this is evidenced by holding deliberations in planning education financing once a year and involving all elements of the school, namely the head of the madrasa, data operators, treasurer of the madrasa, representatives of the field madrasah committee and teachers b) Implementation The implementation of financing at the Daarussalam Aliyah Madrasah was not optimal, the implementation was carried out in accordance with the planning that was discussed, but in its implementation there were several sudden needs. so that inevitably the school will reduce or even cut the budget for facilities and infrastructure.

Education in the 21st century shows how the changes that occur in the education system have become digital. It also shows how the presence of globalization has a major influence on education. In this case, leadership is needed in educational organizations that are able to keep up with the times so that they can meet the needs of education in the 21st century. One of them can use sociological leadership as a reference in shaping good leadership characteristics to lead educational organizations in the 21st century. Therefore, the preparation of this journal aims to examine the characteristics of a sociological leader in building education in the 21st century. In this study we used a qualitative approach with the documentation method, namely collecting secondary data obtained from books, articles and journals. The results showed the characteristics of a sociology-minded leader in educational organizations with the characteristics of his social abilities. Helping in building 21st century education through its role shown by paying attention to social welfare, developing skills and integrating technology in learning. The form of implementation can be seen in the leadership of the principal at SMPN 1 Purwakarta, West Java.

Equalizing education poses a significant challenge in achieving fair access and equitable opportunities for all students. In an effort to address educational disparities between regions, a zoning system has been implemented in the New Student Admission (PPDB) process. However, this policy has not been without controversy within society. This research aims to analyze the impact and polemics arising from the implementation of the zoning system in the PPDB. The focus of the study is to examine how the application of the zoning system has become a source of debate and controversy among the public. The research utilizes a literature review as the primary approach, collecting data from studies, scholarly articles, research reports, and official documents pertaining to the implementation of the zoning system in the PPDB. Data analysis will consider differing perspectives and arguments that arise in the context of implementing the zoning system. The findings of this research will illustrate the various controversies surrounding the application of the zoning system in the PPDB. This study aims to provide insights into the impact and controversies that arise from the implementation of the zoning system in the PPDB.

Education is a human right that everyone must have, without exception for children with special needs, especially children with autism. Usually the education that autistic children get is only in special schools (SLB), and the costs incurred for this education are not small but are much more expensive than the regular school system. The effect is that many autistic children cannot experience the world of education because of their parents' economic factors. This research summarizes several problems, namely "How is the implementation of educational services for children with autism at SLB C Santa Lucia Pematang Siantar? The research methodology used is a qualitative approach and then outlined in the descriptive method. Data collection was carried out by observation and direct interviews regarding the service activities carried out by SLB C Santa Lucia Pematang Siantar. Sources of information in this study amounted to 3 people, consisting of 3 men.

The purpose of this study is to review more deeply the use of digital media kahoot: by dragon box in learning mathematics accompanied by a description of the obstacles experienced during the use of digital-based learning media: kahoot number by dragon box in learning mathematics in training children to think critically.  Qualitative description methods with interview techniques and the application of digital media include participatory observation, interviews, and documentation.  The subjects of this study were students aged 6-9 years from Kindergarten to Grade 3 Elementary School. The results of this study indicated that the implementation of digital teaching media was carried out in four stages, namely the action planning stage to develop a plan for using digital teaching media that is suitable for use in learning mathematics in training children to think critically,  the stage of carrying out the action by learning mathematics material using digital media through the educational game kahoot: numbers by dragon box, the stage of the action results as an effort to successfully use digital teaching media that is good for the development of children's thinking from the beginning to the end of use, and the stage of reflection by assessing how the process  implementation and results in the use of digital teaching media for children aged 6-9 years.  And the obstacles found in the use of digital teaching media are in the form of installing applications and registering accounts, the process of carrying out digital teaching media.

Literacy is the capacity to comprehend, gain access to, and effectively utilise information through speaking, writing, and reading activities. It is indisputable that there are encouraging and discouraging aspects throughout the implementation of the School Literacy Movement in order to improve kids' interest in reading, particularly in elementary schools. This study aimed to investigate the role of literacy activities, educational hurdles, and initiatives to boost reading motivation in elementary school students. This study is qualitative in nature. Principals of schools, as well as pupils and instructors at Inpresi Kadundungan Elementary School, participated in the study. ways for gathering data through observation, writing, and interviewing. Based on the study's findings, it can be concluded that literacy-related activities help kids become more interested in reading and help teachers and administrators work to remove obstacles to literacy-related activities.
