Fraud detection is used in various industries, including banking institutes, finance, insurance, government agencies, etc. Recent increases in the number of fraud attempts make fraud detection crucial for safeguarding financial information that is confidential or personal. Many types of fraud problems exist, including card-not-present fraud, fake Marchant, counterfeit checks, stolen credit cards, and others. An ensemble feature selection technique based on Recursive feature elimination (RFE), Information gain (IG), and Chi-Squared (X2) in concurrence with the Random Forest algorithm, was proposed to give research findings and results on fraud detection and prevention. The objective was to choose the essential features for training the model. The Receiver Operating Characteristic (ROC) Score, Accuracy, F1 Score, and Precision are used to evaluate the model's performance. The findings show that the model can differentiate between fraudulent transactions and those that are not, with an ROC Score of 95.83% and an Accuracy of 99.6%. The F1 Score of 99.6%% and precision of 100% further sustain the model's ability to detect fraudulent transactions with the least false positives correctly. The ensemble feature selection technique reduced training time and did not compromise the model's performance, making it a valuable tool for businesses in preventing fraudulent transactions.

The purpose of this research is to find out how the legal rules regarding cooperation agreements in business activities are viewed from a business law perspective and what forms of cooperation in trade activities can be carried out by company management. By using normative juridical research methods, it is concluded: 1. The presence of invasive plants can often threaten biodiversity, affect the availability of natural resources, and even disrupt the balance of the ecosystem. In a residential context, in-depth knowledge of invasive plant species is important to identify risks and potential impacts on the environment and consider the possibility of their positive use. Therefore, this study aims to find out data on invasive plant types in this housing complex. The method in this research combines qualitative and quantitative descriptive approaches. A qualitative descriptive approach was used to gain an in-depth understanding of the characteristics, distribution and interactions of invasive plants in the Bumi Panyileukan Housing Complex. Meanwhile, a quantitative approach was applied in data analysis to measure a number of variables related to the identified invasive plants. The observation method in the form of sampling invasive plants is used as a basis for collecting focused and representative data on plant types in the residential environment. It is hoped that the integration of these methods can provide a comprehensive picture of invasive plant species and their characteristics in the context of Bumi Panyileukan Housing in Bandung City. The location was chosen deliberately, namely around 16% of the total area. The results obtained were 31 families of 60 invasive plant species. The highest families are in the Araceae and Euphorbiaceae families with a percentage of up to 26% in this area. There are 58 species of plants introduced from outside Indonesia and two species are native to Indonesia. Most plants are used as ornamental plants and some are wild invasive plants which can threaten the balance of the ecosystem so comprehensive control needs to be carried out

E-government is a government effort to provide efficient and effective public services by utilizing information and communication technology. E-Government allows people to access various available services. The aim of this research is to find out how the E-Government service system is implemented, including the factors that influence it, and the benefits of implementing E-Government in public services. This research also uses a purposive sampling technique, namely a technique carried out by determining special criteria or considering certain characteristics of the sample or research subject to be studied that are relevant to the topic. The results of the research show the implementation of UPT KB  Tangerang City is not yet optimal, both in terms of the synergy between agencies in the Tangerang City government and the UPT itself in implementing the E-Government system which is still lacking, and the low level of understanding and socialization of employees in implementing it. E-Government service system. To improve e-government management, it is required to integrate information systems for e-government management sequentially to improve public service performance, and increase human resources who are skilled in information technology, the implementation of E-Government at UPT KB can run more optimally and provide greater benefits for the community.

Abstract. Development is a pattern of changes experienced by an individual from the time they are still in the womb until a certain period of life.  Development generally involves growth (progress) but at certain times it will involve aging.  This development is the result of the maturity process and learning experiences of each individual.  Development is closely related to tempo and rhythm, it is integral to it.  Individuals who experience development can be marked by certain characteristics, but it is not uncommon for individuals to be less aware of the changes that have occurred to them.  This research uses a critical review method, which involves careful examination and evaluation of various sources of information, such as scientific journals, articles and other media.  The main aim of this approach is to improve the reader’s understanding and interpretation skills in the context of prenatal, early childhood and child development psychology while offering a critical assessment of the material reviewed.  In addition, a critical review requires identifying important topics in the literature, analyzing the methodology used, and evaluating the strengths and limitations of the sources studied.  In development, there is a pattern of changes experienced by individuals from the time they are still in the womb up to a certain period of life. His theoretical ideas about market exchange and growth, activities and hierarchies of production, barter systems and the use of money, the role of the state in creating a just, peaceful, and stable economy, and public financing are all relevant today.  

This research aims to evaluate the Tanjungpinang City Environmental Service's policy towards preventing Tanjungpinang City Landfill Waste. Tanjungpinang City is the capital of the Riau Islands province which will be used as a tourist city in the Riau Islands. However, to make this happen, one of the tasks of the Tanjung Pinang city government is to solve the waste problem in the city of Tanjung Pinang, especially the old city of Tanjung Pinang, which is a slum area that has the largest area among other slum settlements in Tanjung Pinang. The research method uses a descriptive approach which is a method that used to describe a phenomenon or event by relying on data and facts found in the field. The purpose of qualitative research with a descriptive approach is to explain and describe phenomena and their characteristics, as well as having a greater tendency towards how it is implemented or the reasons why something happens. The results of the research show that evaluation is very important so that steps are taken so that the policies made are not arbitrary. -To do this, there must be an appropriate regulatory basis in order to get maximum results because sea cleanliness is the main milestone in the Riau Archipelago, where almost 100% of the Riau Archipelago is sea and is a maritime area, therefore the importance of awareness by both the public and the government so that the economy which is based on the needs of communities in coastal areas and small islands as an effort to empower communities to increase community participation and capacity in coastal and small island management, especially in the field of dealing with coastal and marine waste pollution.

The implementation of the Job Creation Law (UU Job Creation) in Indonesia presents significant changes in employment regulations, especially regarding Specific Time Work Agreements (PKWT). This article evaluates the impact of the Job Creation Law on PKWT by analyzing changes in legal provisions that affect worker characteristics, rights and protection. The Job Creation Law introduces flexibility during the PKWT period, providing leeway for entrepreneurs to adapt working conditions to their business needs. However, this also raises concerns regarding the protection of workers' rights in certain time-based employment relationships. Efforts to clarify wage standards, benefits and social protection for workers in PKWT are the main highlight of this change. The importance of strict monitoring of the implementation of the Job Creation Law in the PKWT is crucial to ensure a balance between the interests of employers and workers' rights. Discussion and collaboration between the government, trade unions, employers and other stakeholders are essential to formulate fair and sustainable regulations for workers and equitable economic growth.

This service activity will be carried out in Paddinging Village, which is one of the villages in Sanrobone District, Takalar Regency, South Sulawesi. This consideration regarding location selection is because Paddinging Village does not yet have a village website. On the other hand, Paddinging Village has several natural potentials which can be maximized by disseminating information to people inside and outside the village. Paddinging Village has quite large natural and tourism potential but has not received special attention from the government. The expanse of mountains and rice fields as well as the mist that sometimes covers it, accompanied by cool air are the characteristics of Paddinging Village. Apart from that, Paddinging Village has a pine forest which is very suitable as a camping spot on the weekend. Even the water there comes from springs directly from the mountains, which can be used as a basic ingredient for a mineral drinking water business.

This study aims to describe how students develop during the elementary school period (6-12 years) in Indonesia. This research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The data collection method is a literature study obtained from several sources such as books, journals and research articles that are appropriate to this research. The research results show that the characteristics of a child's development are different, and it depends on the factors that influence a person's development. The developmental characteristics of school-aged children include physical, motoric, intellectual, language development, social & emotional development, religious moral awareness. There are many factors that influence development which will cause problems in development. These factors include genetic factors and environmental factors. In this case, teachers must have knowledge in maximizing aspects of children's development. Apart from that, teachers must be able to foster good cooperation with parents, the community and all people involved in the smooth running of the education process at school.

The research aims to analyze knowledge about child development in the prenatal or prenatal period starting from understanding prenatal development, characteristics of the prenatal period, and the prenatal development period. The research method used in this research is library research. Data collection techniques use library research in the form of books, journals and other studies. The data analysis technique uses descriptive analysis. The research results show that prenatal or prenatal development begins at fertilization until birth, which occurs around nine months. The characteristics include a mix of characteristics inherited from both parents of the fetus, the influence of conditions in the mother's body, gender certainty, rapid growth, contain many physical and psychological dangers, and the formation of new attitudes. The prenatal development period lasts for 280 days or 40 weeks which is calculated from the first day of the last menstruation which consists of 3 periods starting from the Zygote period, Embryo period and Fetus period..

Batik culture is very strong in Indonesia, this is the reason that batik can be found throughout the archipelago, with unique characteristics that distinguish it in each region. However, people are often confused and find it difficult to recognize one type of batik from another. One of the famous types of batik motif is Batik Parang. This research aims to establish a Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) model to classify Batik Parang and help people distinguish it from other batik motifs. Deep learning, particularly CNN, was chosen because it has a high accuracy rate in image classification. A quantitative Experimental design is used, using a dataset of 100 batik images evenly divided into two classes, namely Batik Parang and not Batik Parang. The dataset is divided into two categories, namely training data and testing data, with a data ratio of 80:20. Thus, by using Convolutional Neural Network (CNN), the classification between Batik Parang and not Batik Parang produces an accuracy of 95%, with the use of epoch = 118 and batch_size = 100.

Salak is a fruit that can be harvested throughout the year, it can also benefit farmers, especially in Haunatas village in Marancar sub-district, South Tapanuli district. Through the processing of salak, it can increase the economy of the people there, especially congregations who experience poverty in the economy. In an effort to improve the community's economy, several governments have made things or efforts to reduce this poverty and also the church has a very important role in this matter where the Church provide some knowledge in the form of knowledge skills and also donations in the form of funds for knowledge in processing salak fruit. Salak fruit can be processed into various preparations, such as making snake fruit dodol, snake fruit jam and other sweets. With this processing, it can reduce some of the poverty in the congregation, although not everything can be coordinated well. However, at least the church has tried to overcome poverty in the congregation, especially in the village of Haunatas, by utilizing snake fruit which is a characteristic of that area.    

Associative meaning is the meaning that a word has that is interconnected with circumstances outside of language. Associative meaning is also related to changes in meaning due to the similarity of characteristics of a word. Language communities use associative meaning to express other concepts that are similar to the nature, condition or characteristics of the concept from which the word or lexeme originates. Associative meaning can be found in various fields of language arts, one of which is in song lyrics. Therefore, this research aims to describe the associative meaning and link with tasawwuf in the song lyrics in the album "Laskar Cinta" by Dewa 19. The method used in this research is qualitative descriptive analysis and uses a semantic approach. In Dewa 19's "Laskar Cinta" album, there are 12 songs, but the 4 song titles analyzed contain 11 data that use associative meanings and meanings linked to tasawwuf. The associative meaning is identified by finding a word that has a meaning outside of language.

The increase in oil prices and other living expenses has contributed to the rise of illegal fuel adulteration practices. In order to make huge profits from the minimal cost of fuel production and distribution, certain individuals are willing to carry out these illegal practices, despite the risks and impacts they cause. The lack of knowledge and awareness in communities about adulterated fuels, as well as the lack of encouragement from the government to eradicate them, has also increased the number of these illegal practices. Being a progressive village with numerous people and activities, Passo Village needs a proper sustainable fuel supply. Therefore, it is important to raise awareness in Passo Village’s community about the characteristics and dangers of adulterated fuels in order to prevent their circulation and the practices involved. On account of this objective, the socialization program has been conducted in Passo Village in the method of material presentation.
