The purpose of this research is to explain a strategic approach to the training and development of the Human Resources of the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) in facing organizational change challenges. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method and a literature study approach. The research is conducted at the Office of the Regional Disaster Management Agency in Bima District. In this research, the data analysis technique used is the interactive model according to Miles and Huberman, which consists of three main components: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion/verification. The research results show that in the context of natural disasters that are prone in this region, disaster preparedness, disaster management, and emergency response coordination are the top priorities in the training strategy. Involvement of the local community, collaboration with other institutions, and learning from previous experiences are essential elements that can strengthen the readiness of the BPBD in Bima District. Continuous evaluation, career development, utilization of local human resources, and technological innovation are supportive elements in a comprehensive training strategy. Recommendations include the development of long-term training plans, enhanced inter-agency collaboration, and investment in technology that supports disaster management and training. Facing future challenges, such as climate change that can increase the risk of natural disasters, the BPBD in Bima District must continually update their training strategy and ensure that their response to organizational changes and disasters remains relevant and responsive. Therefore, the training and development strategy for HR in the BPBD in Bima District can help strengthen their preparedness and responsiveness in facing the challenges in this region.

This research aims to find out about the implementation of human resource management in improving student discipline at Annur Depok Vocational School. The method used in this research is observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is an interactive model and data triangulation to check the validity of the data. The results of the research show that Human Resource Management Implementation Planning is Improving student discipline at Annur Vocational School. In implementing Human Resources Management, the steps taken by Annur Vocational School begin with planning everything that will be done to improve the quality of education, such as recruitment and selection of teaching and education staff, then the planning is organized according to the school's needs. The next steps are the implementation of the plan that has been determined and direction, then supervision and evaluation are the final steps in implementing Human Resources Management related to the development of teacher professionalism and discipline in order to improve the quality of education. This research will focus on the evaluation of socio-economic development policies in Sape District, Bima Regency, with the aim of understanding the extent to which development efforts have achieved their goals. This study employs a qualitative descriptive method and a Literature Review. The research location includes the Bima Regency Development Planning Agency, the Department of Tourism, the Department of Marine and Fisheries, the Department of Environment, and the Department of Social Affairs of Bima Regency. The research findings indicate that Sape District has significant economic potential in the fisheries and agriculture sectors, but it still faces a considerable level of poverty, especially among coastal households. The economic empowerment of coastal communities needs to be enhanced through skills training programs, financial assistance for business capital, and improved access to business loans. Furthermore, a specific focus on generating employment opportunities, particularly for young people, is essential. Poor infrastructure and limited accessibility pose significant obstacles to economic development. Investments in infrastructure improvement, such as roads and ports, are required to enhance mobility and market access. Sustainable natural resource management is vital for preserving the potential of fisheries and agriculture in the area. Strict law enforcement against illegal fishing practices and educational efforts to promote sustainable fishing practices are necessary. Climate change impacts, including rising sea levels and extreme weather conditions, affect the region. Therefore, strategies for climate change adaptation and mitigation need to be developed. The evaluation of socio-economic development policies indicates that assistance programs have been implemented, but there is a need for improvement in directing policies toward poverty alleviation, economic empowerment, and sustainable natural resource management.

Assessment is a process carried out to collect information related to student learning development, analyze and interpret it in deciding learning achievement based on certain criteria and aspects. The use of digital-based learning media can provide a pleasant experience for students in the assessment process, but there are still many teachers who have not used it because of the lack of information to teachers about the use of online learning applications and assessment media, especially those based on online game modes. This workshop aims to socialize Gimkit as a digital platform that can be used for learning assessment. This workshop aims to socialize Gimkit as a digital platform that can be used for learning assessment by presenting two resource persons, namely the Chair of the Untirta Chemistry Education Department and the Chair of the Indonesian Teachers Association (IGI) of Serang City. The first resource person explained the application of information technology in learning assessment, while the second resource person introduced the Gimkit platform and demonstrated and practiced the assessments created by the participants. Based on the results of reflection and evaluation, this workshop activity really helped teachers and students innovate to develop fun assessment activities in the classroom.

The existence of infrastructure and development that continues to develop in Kulon Progo, such as the YIA Airport in  Kulon Progo, hotels and shopping centers can lead to rapid development growth in Kulon Progo. With development increasing rapidly but not accompanied by the development of human resources in the surrounding area, this has resulted in the marginalization of the surrounding community. The author's aim is to analyze the activities carried out by the Kulon Progo government to increase the capacity of the Kulon Progo community. Can also analyze problems that arise in the development process and how the Department handles them. A qualitative approach was chosen for this research process, namely descriptive research. The data sources used are primary data obtained during the research process and secondary data from books and other literature. The data collection process was carried out by interviews, direct observation and documentation. The research results include plans for development and empowerment activities prepared by the department taking into account various agency linkages and the needs of business actors in Kulon Progo. The Department carries out various programs such as training to increase production capacity, improving central management, issuing permits to increase business capacity in Kulon Progo. Monitoring and evaluation of activities is also carried out to determine the obstacles and successes of activity programs.

The aim of this research is to develop a product in the form of story-based teaching materials for the subjects of Christian Religious Education and Character Education for class III elementary school and to determine the suitability of the teaching materials developed. The method used is research and development (Research and Development) with the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation). The data obtained was analyzed descriptively qualitatively and descriptively quantitatively. Based on the results of research at the analysis stage, the overall average result of the 11 PAK teachers' answers was 3.60, which stated that the score was in the "Very High" category, meaning that the PAK class III elementary school teachers strongly agreed with using story-based teaching materials as learning material in Aku. Can Love Others. At the design stage, the product is designed including designing story-based teaching materials, determining the materials and reviewing subjects according to the curriculum. The development stage contains activities to design and assess the product. The suitability of teaching materials based on story material from the research results is "Very Good" used for learning for third grade elementary school students with the results of assessing the suitability of the material with an indicator of 88%, the suitability of the material with the learning objectives is 92%, the message/message is conveyed well and does not deviate from the theme 96%, suitability of story content with the theme of story-based teaching materials 92%, and material packaging in story-based teaching materials applied in daily life 84% showing the criteria "Very Good". Then in the implementation stage, teacher response assessment data shows that story-based teaching materials have met the criteria well as Christian Religious Education learning materials for third grade elementary school students with a score percentage of 72% in the "Good" category. The evaluation of student learning outcomes according to the RPP which was carried out showed that the effectiveness of story-based teaching materials had met the requirements, namely that out of 25 students at SD Negeri 173140 Pagar Batu, it was known that 88% of students obtained learning outcomes > 75, namely 22 students had met the minimum completeness criteria (KKM) score. , b) spiritual evaluation is known to have achieved 81.6% and is in the Good category, c) social evaluation achieved 81.4% and is in the Good category. The evaluation stage is carried out by improving the product using criticism and suggestions from validators and educators who have assessed the material story material-based teaching to provide feedback on the development of subsequent story material-based teaching materials.

Community service activities are carried out at Bintang Timur Kindergarten in Pematang Siantar in order to help children at an early age understand android educational games that are suitable for consumption by the child himself. Educational games as a support for children's cognitive development so that parents must understand various types of educational game applications, how to choose the right educational games, and how to install on cellphones. The implementation method used is presentation, demonstration, practice, brainstorming, and sharing about educational games to the Principal at Bintang Timur Kindergarten, Pematang Siantar.  This activity was carried out through three stages, namely 1) socialization, 2) mentoring, 3) monitoring and evaluation. The results of the implementation of this activity are:  1) understanding of android educational games as a support for children's cognitive development in the very good category.  This is indicated by the percentage of indicators of achievement of recognizing educational games (96%), choosing educational games (89%), installing educational games (93%), and implementing educational games (86%); 2) obtained a positive response as seen from the attendance indicator of participants reaching 93% of the target and enthusiastic participants during the activity from the beginning to the end of the activity. The ultimate goal of introducing educational games is that parents are IT literate so that they are able to monitor their children in using cellphones, especially when playing games.

The aim of the research is to develop learning media in the form of electronic modules that are suitable for high school students to use. The development of this e-module product also aims to improve understanding of the material. This type of research is included in research and development. The research stages using the ADDIE model consist of: (1) needs analysis and material analysis stage, (2) design stage for making e-modules, (3) development stage by carrying out material validation and media validation, (4) implementation stage by carrying out tests extensive and limited testing, (5) evaluation stage. The research subjects for the limited test were 7 students of class XI IPS 2 and the broad test involved 36 students of class XI IPS 3. The data collection technique used was observation and using questionnaires and tests. The research data analysis technique goes through stages: (1) validity analysis, (2) practicality analysis, (3) effectiveness analysis, (4) gain test. The research results show that the e-module developed is suitable for use and can be said to be able to improve understanding of the material. Based on the research results, it shows that: (1) the average media expert score is 3.504 in the "very valid" category and the average material expert score is 3.22 in the "valid" category, (2) student questionnaire responses in limited trials with an average of an average of 3.14 is included in the "practical" category and the test response is broad with an average of 3.42 and is included in the "very practical" category, (3) the calculation of learning completeness reaches 75%, which is included in the "good" criteria, (4) The average gain test score was 0.5367 in the "medium" category.

Indonesia's vision for 2020-2024 is to focus on developing human resources starting from development in the health sector. Priority programs in the Health sector include maternal and toddler/child health. Stunting is a hot issue and urgent to be resolved because it has an impact on the quality of Indonesia's human resources in the future. Human resources are the main factor in determining the success of a country and nation. The aim of writing the article is to socialize maintaining zero stunting which was initiated by Kukerta UNRI students in Simpang Perak Jaya village. The research method used is a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis. The data source is an analysis of policy documents. Stunting is defined as a height index for age (TB/U) less than the 3rd percentile. Kukerta UNRI in Simpang Perak Jaya Village, through this activity, took the initiative to carry out socialization activities to maintain zero stunting with the aim of increasing the community's knowledge and knowledge regarding stunting. The implementation of stunting socialization goes through 3 stages, namely preparing facilities and infrastructure, the socialization stage and the evaluation stage. The result of the implementation of this socialization on maintaining zero stunting is an increase in the knowledge of the Simpang Perak Jaya Village community after being given counseling in the form of socialization.

The findings and analysis of the research are, 1) The Principal's Performance in Fostering Teacher Professionalism at UPT SD Negeri 141 Gresik includes: peer tutor assistance, training and workshops, mentoring and collaboration, observation and feedback, curriculum development, research and innovation, use of technology, discussion and reflection, qualification improvement, and career plan development; 2) Forms of teacher professionalism include: continuous development, commitment to students, reflection and renewal, professional ethics, collaboration, involvement in decision-making, use of technology, effective classroom management, monitoring and evaluation of students, communication with parents, development of learning materials, career development, and involvement in school activities; 3) Supporting factors include: school management support, resources, school culture, effective communication, professional development programs, constructive performance appraisal, rewards and recognition, understanding of teachers' needs; and inhibiting factors include: limited resources, resistance to change, unclear vision and goals, internal conflicts, time pressure, curriculum incompatibility, high administrative demands, uncertainty of the school environment. In general, school principals must provide professional services in the field of education in order to organize the educational process effectively and efficiently.

Esources such as capital and office infrastructure. Human resources are the most important thing for an institution, because humans have the ability to set goals, collaborate, and work so that planned goals are achieved. Likewise, it is no less important than the office infrastructure in an institution that has a big influence in efforts to increase work efficiency and effectiveness. Therefore, an institution really needs office infrastructure that can be used by employees in carrying out their duties and responsibilities so that administrative activities and other operational activities can run well and smoothly. Office infrastructure is one of the factors that supports the success of an institution in achieving the organization's goals. Office facilities and infrastructure are an important part that need to be prepared ideally and continuously so that they can ensure the smooth running of employee work activities. Considering that office facilities and infrastructure are very important in efforts to facilitate employee work activities, therefore it is necessary to manage adequate facilities and infrastructure. Means are anything that is used as a tool to achieve aims and objectives, means are more indicated for moving objects such as computers and machines. Infrastructure is something that is the main support for the implementation of the process (Business, Development, Project), infrastructure is more indicated for immovable objects such as buildings, space, land. Work effectiveness is a condition that shows the level of success of management activities in achieving goals including quantity work, quality of work, and timeliness in completing work. Effectiveness is often associated with an efficient system, so that the service process takes place effectively, optimally and on time, thereby eliminating the need for overtime work with its implications. The efficiency of work processes, the level of effectiveness of office technology users, and the comfort of the work environment will directly and indirectly influence employee performance in completing assigned tasks. Apart from that, there are also various factors that influence work effectiveness, including: time, tasks, productivity, motivation, work evaluation, supervision, work environment, equipment and facilities. It is logical and appropriate if increasing effectiveness is made one of the government's long-term targets in implementing its strategy. Based on the phenomena presented above, it is clear that the Office of Industry, Trade, Energy and Mineral Resources of North Sumatra Province has not been well managed regarding infrastructure and has not complied with the appropriate regulatory principles. Problems like this should be addressed immediately and maximized so that in the future it can be as good as it should be. If this is resolved, it will certainly create a comfortable and conducive atmosphere so that employees can carry out their work responsibilities well and optimally. This study aims to design and develop a school website using Google Sites as an effective medium of information and communication for both the school community and the public. The website development process was carried out through several stages, including needs analysis, content design, page creation, integration of supporting features, and functional evaluation. Google Sites was selected due to its ease of use, design flexibility, and its ability to integrate with various Google services such as Drive, Calendar, and Forms. The results of the development show that the resulting website is capable of providing structured school information, including the school profile, activity programs, administrative services, as well as news and announcement publications. In addition, communication features such as online forms and integrated school contact information enhance accessibility and interaction between the school and users. Based on limited trials, the website was considered feasible and easy to use as an information and communication medium that supports transparency, openness, and effective dissemination of information within the school environment.

Kelbung Village, Galis sub-district, is geographically located in the eastern part of the City of Bangkalan Regency and is a potential area for the development of agricultural and livestock commodities. The livelihood of the people apart from raising cattle is farming. In addition to topographical conditions, climatic conditions also support this area for the development of various agricultural commodities and beef cattle breeding. This Community Partnership Program (PKM) activity is a team activity from the Bangkalan Ushuluddin Darussalam College of Science with partners, namely livestock farming groups in Kelbung Village, Galis Bangkalan sub-district. One of the problems agreed to be resolved through this program is in the agricultural sector, namely providing counseling and knowledge about making organic fertilizer from waste (cow dung). The target and outcome of the counseling and training activities for making organic fertilizers is that partner groups understand how to make organic fertilizers and apply them to plants. In order to find out the increased understanding of partner farmer groups, an evaluation was designed that was carried out at the beginning (pre-test) and at the end of the activity (post-test). The results of activities in the form of counseling and training can significantly increase the knowledge of partner members regarding the manufacture of organic fertilizers and their use in plants.

Based on the research findings, the pedagogical competence of teachers at MTs Al Azhar Guluk Manjung Bluto Sub-district Sumenep is relatively good. This is evident through pre-teaching planning, understanding students' characteristics and psychology, mastering teaching materials, utilizing Information and Communication Technology (ICT), and updating teaching materials. Teachers also participate in various specialized training related to teacher competence development, adapt their educational backgrounds to their subjects, present tutorials with student-friendly teaching methods, consult literature related to specific subjects, review test questions before administering them to students, and apply teaching methods suitable for each subject, such as lectures, question-and-answer sessions, and discussions. Regular meetings are held at the beginning of the semester, and evaluations are conducted every three to six months. The implementation of Pedagogical Competence of Teachers at MTs Al Azhar Guluk Manjung Bluto Sub-district Sumenep is at a relatively good level but requires refinement. Challenges faced in implementing pedagogical competence include limited facilities, resources, and limited operational education budget. The solutions to overcome these challenges include utilizing available facilities.

The purpose of carrying out this research is to find out: (1) The steps for implementing individual guidance by the principal for teachers to increase teacher work productivity at SMP Negeri 3 Muntok, and (2) The magnitude of the increase in teacher work productivity after implementing individual guidance developed by the school principal . This research is school action research analyzed using a qualitative approach. The research was carried out at SMP Negeri 3 Muntok in 2019. The research results obtained were: (1) The implementation of individual guidance can be developed based on the steps: (1) Guidance on developing learning models through comparative studies and follow-up planning, followed by analytical guidance SWOT; (2) Guidance on the implementation of educational administration, followed by providing direct feedback on the results of the teacher's work; (3) Advanced guidance sets reliable targets, developed through joint evaluation of program targets for other teachers who are also experiencing the same problems; (4) Guidance on how to carry out collaboration with other teachers in more depth, up to the ability to demonstrate the materials needed by other teachers; (5) Guidance on effective and efficient work strategies, which are developed through training in determining optimal quantity figures and how to measure them, namely through scoring techniques; (6) Developing motivational guidance; (7) Building independence so that teachers avoid plagiarism-based activities, and guidance in making effective plans; (8) Guidance in making effective work planning coupled with innovative aspects; (9) Encourage teachers to implement programs to increase teacher competency through seminars and workshops followed by implementation of the results of new experiences from teacher activities; (2) The implementation of individual guidance is able to increase teacher work productivity in schools by resolving teacher problems in the development and implementation of learning programs in schools.

The present study explores the implementation of talent management at Anak Langit Educational Institution, aiming to design a comprehensive talent management framework tailored to the organization's unique needs. The research uses a qualitative approach to identify talent criteria, assess selection methods, and examine on-boarding, development, and retention practices. The findings reveal that Anak Langit demonstrates a strong commitment to shaping a 'rabbani' generation through structured talent management practices. The institution actively engages in recruitment using various methods, including social media promotion and campus relations. Talent development primarily consists of workshops and training programs, with opportunities for individual skill enhancement. Performance evaluation extends beyond job performance to personal development and interpersonal skills. In talent retention efforts, Anak Langit provides informal appreciation, support, and work-life balance programs. However, the study suggests opportunities for further development, such as the creation of detailed talent management guidelines for transparency and effectiveness. The comprehensive talent management framework proposed includes specific talent criteria, a Talent Development Center, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) implementation, and flexible individual development plans, ensuring a structured, flexible, and individual-focused approach.

Community service activities carried out by the Community Service Team for teachers at SMKN 2 Semarang City aim to provide knowledge and skills regarding increasing teacher professionalism through the development of digital-based time management, namely Google Calendar. The direct benefit of this community service activity is that it provides additional knowledge, skills and experience for SMKN 2 Semarang teachers in increasing their professionalism in performance through well-designed time management. The expected derivative benefit is an increase in teachers' ability to develop themselves because planning, organizing and implementing activities based on performance targets will be able to improve the quality of work and ultimately will be able to increase the professionalism of the teachers themselves. This community service activity is carried out in the form of training by providing material and practices for developing digital-based time management via the Google Calendar platform. The target audience for this community service activity is representatives of teachers at SMKN 2 Semarang and 20 teachers who are members of the MGMP MPLB Semarang City. The activity methods used in this community service are lecture, question and answer, discussion and practice methods. Evaluation of activities used in community service is the knowledge and skills aspect. The service activity ran smoothly and all participants felt satisfied and happy with this activity because it increased their knowledge and skills in digital-based time management.

Village development plan preparation activies are carried out using a database that is already in the SID. Some of the data that will be used is village facilities and indrastructure data. The aim of this years PKM activity is to Provide Guidance to village government officials in preparing village development plans based on village facilities and infrastructure data in the SID. The method that will be used by the PKM team will be carried out in two stages of activity. This stage of activity begins with the preparation stage and then continues with the implementation stage. Preparation stage activities include: Coordination with village Apparatus, division of colloborative tasks with village apparatus and PKM team, collection and grouping of digital and non digital data, compilation of facilities and infrasrtucture data in SID. Meanwhile the activity implementaion stages include.: Evaluation of the previous RPJMDes, formation of the drafting tea, meeting of the drafting team in the context of aglining develpment policy direction, preparation of planning and design of the RPJMDes, determination of the RPJMDes. The impact of this activity is (1) The village has a village development planning document refeering to the complete, accurate and up to date condition of village facilities and infrastructure via SID. (2) The village has village government officials who are skilled at managing the village information system and utilizing it to improve community contributes to the preparation of village development planning by providding information directly through SID.

The problem of stunting is still a serious challenge in various regions in Indonesia, including in Teluk Pambang Village, which is a coastal and outermost area. Stunting is a condition of lack of optimal growth in children due to malnutrition and other risk factors, with long-term impacts that have the potential to hamper children's physical, cognitive and social development. Rembuk stunting is an effective method of involving various stakeholders, such as local communities, nutritionists, health workers, and other related parties. This activity aims to identify and address stunting problems and find alternative solutions to prevent stunting in Teluk Pambang Village. The community service program used a qualitative approach. The work procedure approach in this activity includes needs identification, team selection, focused discussions, situation analysis and strategy selection and evaluation. The results obtained found that this stunting meeting was effective in increasing community awareness, participation, and cooperation in stunting prevention efforts.
