Education plays a central role in community development and the enhancement of human resources. In the rapidly evolving digital era, information and communication technology has significantly transformed the education landscape. Technology has become an integral part of the teaching and learning process in schools, bringing both challenges and significant opportunities. Particularly at the Junior High School (SMP) level, subjects like Mathematics, Natural Sciences (IPA), Physics, and Chemistry play a central role in shaping students' foundational knowledge. However, students often have varying levels of understanding and different learning styles. This poses a challenge for teachers trying to meet the diverse learning needs of their students. The use of the same linear teaching methods for all students is often ineffective in such a context. In this research, we employed a literature review methodology. This approach helps summarize and synthesize existing knowledge on the role of technology in enhancing student motivation in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) education. By analyzing trends, findings, and patterns emerging from related literature, we can establish a strong knowledge base for this research. The adaptive learning approach, leveraging technology, has emerged as an intriguing solution. This approach allows for real-time analysis of student learning data and the adjustment of content, material, or teaching methods to suit individual needs. The research highlights the primary benefits of adaptive learning, such as personalized content adjustment, enhanced student motivation, more efficient monitoring and evaluation, and time savings in achieving better understanding. However, the research also acknowledges several challenges, including uneven technology infrastructure, the need for teacher training, and student data protection. Nevertheless, this research emphasizes the importance of adaptive learning in the context of STEM education at the SMP level in the digital era, while recognizing the need for further research to explore the potential of technology in enhancing the quality of education at this level.

The granting of Batam Island management rights is stated in Article 6 paragraph (2) letter a of Presidential Decree Number 41 of 1973, stating that all land areas located on Batam Island are handed over with management rights to the Chairman of the Batam Island Industrial Area Development Authority (later called the Batam Authority). Referring to Article 4 of Government Regulation Number 46 of 2007, Management Rights over land under the authority of the Batam Authority and Management Rights over land under the authority of the Batam City Government located in the Batam Free Trade Zone and Free Port are transferred to BP Batam by statutory regulations. Invitation. The areas in question are Batam Island, Setokok Island, Watch Island, Nipah Island, Galang Baru Island, Rempang Island, and Galang Island. Thus, currently, Batam City Management Rights are owned by BP Batam. Problems with management rights also occur in the community of Batam City. This is, of course, a result of the development of Batam City, where the land rights are mainly allocated to industrial areas, housing (residential), government, and protected forests. One of the purposes of granting Management Rights to BP Batam was to accelerate investment. However, during the process, it was discovered that the land allocated to a third party (Investor) had yet to be physically developed as agreed upon at the time of allocation. This then becomes the basis for BP Batam to carry out evaluation and control over land that is not built and built not by its intended use.

Based on these problems, this research uses normative and empirical legal research methods. The research results show that this arrangement does not contain definite elements of an evaluation and clarification team, and has not been running optimally in practice, there are obstacles in the field. The implementation of the stages of drafting and formulating Village Regulations has not been carried out and well coordinated so that the results of village regulations have not been optimal. The obstacles faced are the lack of knowledge, understanding and experience of village officials' human resources regarding the preparation of village regulations, the geographical location between villages and sub-districts and districts, not all of which can be reached by land and not all of them require quite a short time, coordination is not optimal. Production quality in the printing industry is highly influenced by process consistency and the implementation of clear operational standards. A common issue faced by small and medium-scale printing industries, including those in Gedangan, Sidoarjo, is the absence of systematically developed Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), which leads to inconsistent production results and low operational efficiency. This Community Service Program (PKM) aims to provide assistance in the development and implementation of SOPs to improve production quality. The method employed is a participatory approach involving problem identification, SOP development, socialization and training, implementation, and evaluation stages. The results indicate a 25% increase in workers' understanding based on pre-test and post-test results. Additionally, there was a reduction in production errors and improvements in the consistency of print quality and work efficiency. The rapid development of technology 5.0 requires teachers to have competence in utilizing technology optimally. Teachers are expected to innovate in the learning process, such as developing interactive and interesting teaching materials. Apart from that, there is still a lack of effective learning resources that are ready to use and suit learners’ needs. Moreover, the use of the Merdeka Curriculum requires stakeholders and students to move as dynamically as possible. This certainly hinders the teaching and learning process. Through this activity, teachers are able to create digital teaching materials in the form of e-modules with the help of bookcreator application. The method of this activity is in the form of delivering material, training as well as mentoring, and evaluation. The results of this activity include increasing teachers' skills in creating digital teaching materials. The materials can be used as a learning resource for students.
