One way that shareholders might evaluate financial performance is by looking at Economic Value Added (EVA). Economic Value Added (EVA) is a tool that this study intends to use to examine PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk's financial performance. This study employs a quantitative approach to descriptive research. With PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk as the study's subject. The quantitative data used in this study was gathered from secondary sources, including the IDX website and the yearly financial statements of PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk for the years 2018–2022. Based on the data, it seems that PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk. had respectable, although variable, financial success from 2018 to 2022 as measured using the Econoimic Value Added (EVA) technique. An EVA result that is positive indicates this. A good EVA shows that PTIndofood Sukses Makmur Tbk. is able to provide economical added value, the firm operates effectively, and the prosperity of shareholders grows; nonetheless, the company did achieve a negative EVA in 2022.

Technological developments in Indonesia have an influence on current developments, especially fast food restaurants which are currently a trend among consumers, including McDonald's. With the trend of fast food such as McDonald's, many competitors have emerged with similar companies. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing and analyzing McDoanald's marketing strategy using a SWOT analysis consisting of Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats. The method in this research is a case study using SWOT analysis. The data used in this research is secondary data. On the other hand, qualitative research is a type of research that uses techniques to extract information using data sets that are larger than one point of view, such as journals, articles, and so on. This type of qualitative research is carried out by collecting clear data to analyze information related to ongoing research. The research results show that McDonald's has strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in its marketing activities. The results of the analysis show that McDonald's must use a strategy to increase the effectiveness of promotions through advertising, media and existing websites as well as adding sponsorship and collaboration with other top artists.

The combination of activities carried out by humans and technology is related to administrative systems that create information from organized work processes. PT. Farmhouse Production in the administration of data management is carried out with the help of Microsoft Excel and documents are written, and copied in the traditional way which results in the accumulation of accumulated paper resulting in complexity and difficulty in finding the required documents. Therefore, a balance of human resources, database, hardware, software, and a new strategy is needed to overcome the problems that can burden the company by realizing a website that is easy to apply so that any file is found quickly by paying attention to supervision, control, and methodical organization using PIESCES analysis as a method used to detect deficiencies and weakness in the old system. With this analysis, the new system is the right support in managing data that is collected in an orderly manner and stored neatly in large storage without being randomized and the work is more strategic because the information generated is valuable to the recipient or leader.

The purpose of the research conducted was to design an Academic Information System (SIAKAD) at SMA Negeri 2 Rambang Dangku. Data processing at SMA Negeri 2 Rambang Dangku has not utilized the use of information technology to support operational activities, data processing is still recorded manually, such as in processing student assessment data, teacher data, lesson schedule data and student final report data (Raport) and data storage is still done conventionally using paper and cabinets. In collecting data, researchers used qualitative descriptive methods including conducting interviews, direct observation, and literature study. The system development method uses the Prototype method. At the design stage using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) modeling which consists of use case diagrams, class diagrams, and activity diagrams. This system is built using PHP, Mysql, Xampp, and database. The results of this study are a web-based academic information system using the Codeigniter Framework. From this application it is hoped that it will make it easier to process Academic data for SMA Negeri 2 Rambang Dangku so that it is faster and more detailed, and makes it easier to make final data reports on student scores (Rapot).

In the current era of globalization, the use of computer technology has been widely used, including in the operations of non-formal organizations such as farmer women's groups (KWT), one of which is in administration, activities, schedules, sales. agenda, and reporting is still manual, namely with bookkeeping records and does not yet have a system for this. Given these problems, the right solution is to create a web-based information system for women farmer groups (kwt). In analyzing and designing, the author uses a software development method that uses the V-Model method, which is an extension of the waterfall model. It is called expansion because the stages are similar to those in the waterfall model. If in the waterfall model the process is carried out linearly, then in the V model the process is branched. In this V model, the relationship between the software development stage and the testing phase is described. Rossama Pratama Clinic is one of the health service providers for the community, which is located on Street Taman RT/RW 01/03 Sukajadi Village, East Prabumulih District, Prabumulih City, South Sumatra Province. The lack of information conveyed to the public has resulted in a lack of public knowledge about the Rossama Prabumulih Clinic Pratama Prabumulih because the information administration system carried out at this clinic is still manual, namely people who want to know about the latest information about the clinic must come directly so that it is more effective and efficient, because take a lot of time to arrive at the clinic. Therefore, the researcher will create a web informationsystem for the Rossama Pratama Clinic which will be accessed via a browser using the PHP programming language with the help of UML design to help design the system that will be created. The method of developing the system is using the Waterfall method. With this website, hopefully it will help people save time when they want to go to the clinic or seek treatment from home.

Pada saat ini banyak individu yang menggunakan website bukan hanya sekedar mencari infomasi saja, melainkan sebagai media promosi, pemesanan dan aktivitas lainnya yang dapat membuka peluang untuk bisnis. Salah satu pengaruh yang dapat dirasakan dari perkembangan teknologi adalah di bidang bisnis, media yang dapat diakses melalui internet adalah website. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dan UML sebagai alat bantu perancangan dengan implementasi Augmented Reality sebagai metode pengembangan sistem. Augmented Reality merupakan sebuah konsep menggabungkan dunia maya dengan dunia nyata untuk menghasilkan informasi dari data yang diambil dari sebuah sistem pada objek nyata yang ditunjuk sehingga batas antara keduanya menjadi semakin tipis. Kata Kunci : Website, Promosi, Augmented Reality.

This research uses qualitative methods by collecting data sourced from the Company's website, journals and related articles. Based on this research, PT Indofarma Tbk and Subsidiaries have a difference between the exchange rate or exchange rate which occurs due to debt accruals, purchasing medical equipment and imported raw materials.

To deal with the problems faced, we provide input and recommendations for website design at PT. Jamkrida East Kalimantan. The method that will be used in developing this website is to use the prototyping method. The result of this service is to produce a user interface design and prototype of company profile website of PT. Jamkrida East Kalimantan.

New Student Admission Website is one of the services to register online to become a student at the Telkom Institute of Technology Purwokerto. This research was conducted to Comparative Analysis of Webqual and E-Servqual methods on the New Student Admission (PMB) website of the Telkom Institute of Technology. In the development of the PMB website, there are shortcomings felt by prospective new students regarding features that are not used by the PMB unit of IT Telkom Purwokerto, but still appear when registering for new student admissions. both methods, it is found that the analysis of WEBQUAL and E-SERVQUAL methods is interrelated in improving the quality of service interaction. Factors such as reputation, information security, personalization, community space, ease of communication, and responsiveness to user problems play an important role in creating a good interaction experience for PMB ITTP website users.

In the current digital era, digital transformation in the government sector is an obligation to implement, including village governments. However, in fact, there are still many villages in Indonesia that have not implemented digitalization in their public services. Banjarsari village is one of the villages where the development of digitalization still requires special handling because there are several obstacles, one of which is that the village government lacks technological skills. Therefore, MBKM Bina Desa UPNVJT students provide guidance and service to Banjarsari Village officials and the community to create a digital village in Banjarsari Village. This article aims to describe the efforts of the Banjarsari Village government in realizing digital-based government services. The method used is the sharing session method and assistance in managing the village website to Banjarsari Village officials. The results obtained were collaboration between the Banjarsari Village government and UPNVJT Village Development MBKM students regarding the establishment of the Banjarsari Village website and the implementation of sharing sessions in improving the quality of public services in Banjarsari Village.

An industrial relations dispute is something that occurs between entrepreneurs and workers/laborers, as well as fellow workers in the company. Therefore, there is a need for a mechanism for resolving industrial relations disputes that can be resolved quickly, precisely, fairly and cheaply. There are several types of industrial relations according to Article 2 of Law No. 2 of 2004, including disputes over rights, interests, termination of employment relations and disputes between trade unions. This research uses a qualitative approach method in the form of analysis and understanding of meaning, between a group or a number of individuals and the subject objects being analyzed. Data collection techniques use literature study methods, whether from laws, journals, articles, literature reviews or news or information from official news websites. The results of this research want to know how the resolution of disputes between employers and workers at PT Swakarya Indah Busana resulted in an agreement between both parties, where employee salaries will temporarily be paid in full for 1 month to 263 workers and the remainder will be paid in December 2023. As well as there is supervision carried out by the Manpower Service towards PT Swakarya Indah Busana.

This research examines the role of bureaucracy and power structure in modern educational organizations using the Max Weber's theoretical approach. The primary objective of this study is to understand how Weber's concepts related to bureaucracy and power can be applied in the context of contemporary educational institutions. The research methodology employed in this study is a literature review, involving a comprehensive examination of literature from various sources, including books, scholarly journals, and conference papers, relevant to Max Weber's theory, bureaucracy, and power structure in modern educational organizations. The collected data were qualitatively analyzed to support the research findings. The research findings indicate that Weber's bureaucratic principles, such as division of labor, hierarchy, and rational rules, still hold relevance in modern educational organizations. However, their impact may differ in an educational context, where aspects such as flexibility, innovation, and participation also hold significance. Furthermore, the power structure in modern educational organizations can be understood through Weber's concepts of authority and control. This study provides in-depth insights into how Weber's theory can help us comprehend the dynamics of bureaucracy and power in educational institutions, which, in turn, can support improvements and developments in modern education systems.

Max Weber's theory-based leadership emphasises the importance of authority, especially charismatic authority, in influencing and motivating others. Charisma, as a key characteristic, plays a central role in helping educational leaders to achieve their vision and overcome various obstacles. Through a deeper understanding of these concepts, educational leaders can be more effective in creating an inclusive and social justice-orientated educational environment. The purpose of this study is to explain the understanding of charisma and leadership in the context of education management: A Review Based on Max Weber's Theory. The method used in this study uses qualitative research procedures using a research approach in the form of a literature study. The sources of information in this study are reviewed from various novel sources of literature, research reports, scientific essays, theses, dissertations and posts both print and electronic related to Understanding Charisma and Leadership in the Context of Education Management: A Review Based on Max Weber's Theory. The results of this study show that educational leaders have a key role in shaping a more inclusive and socially just future for education. With characteristics of charisma, strong leadership and commitment to social justice values, educational leaders can help create equitable learning environments, provide every student with equal opportunities to grow and develop, and drive positive change in the education system. With charismatic and committed leaders, education has the potential to be a powerful tool in creating a more inclusive and socially just society.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis dan pembahasan mengenai bagaimana akuntabilitas kinerja pegawai dilingkungan Pusat Penelitian Kelapa Sawit (PPKS) Medan. penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang memanfaatkan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Data diperoleh berdasarkan observasi, wawancara serta dokumentasi dan pelacakan dari berbagai sumber seperti website dan artikel ilmiah. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode triangulasi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa dalam melihat akuntabilitas kinerja pegawai diguakan lima indikator yakni efisiensi, efektivitas, pertanggungjawaban hasil kinerja, meningkatkan target pekerjaan, dan mampu meminimalisir kesalahan. Atas hasil analisis yang telah dilakukan bahwasanya pekerjaan telah dilakukan secara efektif dan efisien sehingga PPKS Medan memperoleh banyak raihan penghargaan. Akan tetapi dari sisi pertanggungjawaban hasil kerja tidak dipublikasikan secara terbuka kepada masyarakat layaknya instansi atau perusahaan yang berada dibawah naungan BUMN. Lalu dari sisi target pekerjaan tampak bahwa Lalu dari sisi target pekerjaan tampak bahwa PPKS Medan terus melakukan akselerasi agar tercapat visi untuk menjadi pusat pengembangan perkelapasawitan yang unggul dan berkelanjutan. Dan yang terakhir ialah berdasarkan indikator meminimalisir kesalahan, PPKS Medan melakukan berbagai upaya seperti pelatihan dan pengembangan karyawai ataupegawaiuntuk memaksimalkan kinerja dan memungkinkan kesalahan yang dilakukan seminimal mungkin dalam melakukan pekerjaan.

The internet is a source of information delivery in the era of revolution 4.0 and is very much needed for villages as a promotional media, marketing media, information media, educational media and communication media which are expressed in the form of websites. Abundant agricultural products have great potential in rural areas. There is a digital gap between rural and urban areas due to the unequal distribution of infrastructure, human resources (HR) and information and communication technology (ICT). This gap influences the lack of ICT utilization at the village level. To realize the principles of openness and accountability which are one of the basic foundations adhered to by the village. In running and administering village government. So it is considered important to have a village website. It is hoped that this website can be used as a means of information media and promotion of the potential that exists in the village as well as for public accountability and transparency. The aim of creating a village website is none other than to publish information on village potential and the existence of the village to the outside world, so that it is easy for many people to know, informing about the Village Profile, Social and Economic Potential, Village Government Organization, Village Statistics, Village News and Gallery as Village Documentation.

Sales are important transactions for companies or agencies because they are the main source of income used to carry out operational activities. By using the Cash Basis method, companies do not need to make reserves for uncollected cash and can display actual cash position reports. A sales system that will make it easier to manage sales transactions and present sales reports quickly and validly. Web-based applications can be used to manage finances, business and services. Makes it easier to present sales reports both daily and monthly and can minimize errors when information is generated. Good management of information systems will increase efficiency and productivity in decision making by management

This study examines the effect of leverage, liquidity, capital structure and operational efficiency on profitability. The population in this study were all banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2019 to 2021. The sample selection used the purposive sampling method and 126 samples were obtained. The results of the research show that the variables of liquidity and capital structure have an effect on profitability but leverage and operational efficiency have no effect on profitability. The data collection method is done quantitatively and the data processing technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. The data used is obtained from financial reports reported on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and can be downloaded through the idx.co.id website and analyzed using SPSS.

The stock exchange is the market where trading in stocks, bonds and other financial instruments takes place. The stock exchange is a place where companies can issue shares to obtain funds from investors, and investors can buy shares as a form of company ownership and benefit from changes in share prices. This study aims to measure how significant the influence of Profitability, Leverage and productivity is in determining bond ratings in manufacturing companies in 2020-2022. The sample in this study is a manufacturing company that issues bonds and is rated by PEFINDO (Indonesian Rating Agency), uses the rupiah currency in presenting the company's financial statements, and publishes complete audited financial statements. The data source used comes from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), namely www.idx.co.id and the bond rating database accessed from PTPEFINDO (www.pefindo.com). The conclusion of this study is that profitability has a positive effect on bond ratings, leverage has a negative effect on bond ratings and productivity has no effect on bond ratings.   Keywords: Profitabilitas, Obligasi, Leverage, Produktifitas
