This research discusses several educational problems at MAS PAB I Sampali and analyzes policies that can be implemented to improve the quality of education. The main focus of research includes curriculum, educational infrastructure, parental involvement, and policy implementation challenges. First, inappropriate curricula are a concern, requiring thorough evaluation and adjustments to include 21st century skills. Second, limited educational infrastructure requires evaluation and improvement to ensure the availability of facilities that are conducive to effective learning. Third, low parental involvement can be overcome through special programs such as regular meetings and parent training. Fourth, policy implementation challenges, such as resistance to change, require identification of barriers and effective implementation strategies. This solution can be the basis for improving the quality of education at MAS PAB I Sampali and making it more responsive to today's demands. This transformation is not only to meet current educational needs but also to face future challenges with confidence and readiness.

This research aims to find out about the position of inheritance rights for Balinese women who have changed religions based on the case study of Cassation Decision Number 2826 K/Pdt/2017. The background of the research, that the biological daughter of the heir who has converted to religion demands her right to be made an heir, where as it is well known that Balinese society has a patrilineal kinship system (purusa), which means that the heir will fall to the son. This type of research is normative legal research with the approach applied in this normative legal research is a conceptual approach and a case approach. The results of the analysis of the research, the Decree of the Main Assembly of Pakraman Village Bali in 2010 Number: 01/Kep/Psm-3/X/2010 regarding the Results of Pesamuhan Agung III MUDP Bali which states that Balinese women receive half of the purusa inheritance rights after deducting 1/3 for heirlooms and preservation interests. However, this does not apply to Balinese women who have converted (from Hinduism to other religions). This is because as heirs who follow Balinese inheritance law, heirs must have the responsibility to take care of all the obligations of their ancestors both in terms of religious obligations and maintenance of shrines. Therefore, if a child chooses to change religion, the legal consequences will be that the heir or child does not have rights and obligations towards the heir, family and custom.  

Borneo Conblock Mandiri faces significant challenges in its monthly production, with an average of more than 50,000 paving units, but the number of defects exceeds 4,500 units. These defects include cracks, breaks, and uneven or jagged surfaces. To overcome this problem, a quality control analysis is proposed using the seven tools method to reduce defects and improve overall product quality. The research results show that in the production of Holand-type paving, the primary defects include 4,965 units (53%) cracks, 2,661 units (29%) broken, and 1,660 units (18%) the surface is not smooth. Human and machine factors were identified as the leading causes of defects in paving. The proposed solution is the addition of a foreman as an additional supervisor, especially in the production process. The new foreman inspects the material more intensively before it is put into the mixer. Hopefully, these steps can reduce the number of defects and improve overall product quality. The expected result of this research is that it can positively impact the productivity and reputation of Borneo Conblock Mandiri. By addressing the root causes of defects and implementing appropriate solutions, companies can improve their production processes and deliver higher-quality products in line with market demands.

Extracurricular activities are an integral part of every educational institution throughout a year of learning. In the current era where information is demanded at an accelerated pace, this research aims to develop a web-based extracurricular attendance information system for SMP Muhammadiyah 8 Benjeng. The current extracurricular attendance system at SMP Muhammadiyah 8 Benjeng is manual, prompting the need for this research to construct a website-based information system to facilitate students, supervising teachers, and staff at SMP Muhammadiyah 8 Benjeng. The extracurricular website serves as a source of information for the school principal, class teachers, and extracurricular supervisors. It provides information about students participating in extracurricular activities, the schedule of extracurricular sessions, and generates attendance reports for students over a semester and a full academic year. The system is designed using the waterfall method, implemented through (PHP) and MySQL. This research has successfully created a web-based platform for the management of extracurricular attendance. It is anticipated that this system will offer support to stakeholders responsible for overseeing extracurricular activities.

Working capital products are one of the products offered and distributed by the State Savings Bank, Medan Sharia Branch Office, which is in great demand by customers because human needs are unlimited. This research uses qualitative research with the data used is secondary data, namely through literature study. The benefit of doing working capital financing at a bank is being able to finance the company's daily expenses or operations. With sufficient working capital, the company will operate economically and efficiently and not experience financial difficulties. The development of information technology is important, especially in the field of education, in supporting the learning process for the better. Muhammadiyah University of East Kalimantan, which carries the IT Based Paperless concept, is one of the campuses that supports the development of information technology. SI Lifeskills was introduced to record and integrate the development of students' academic achievements, where this system helps Life Skills courses to be more organized and effective. The system development demand was carried out in order to increase needs, especially in terms of user experience (UX). This service is carried out as a form of activity to increase comfort in learning services using a User Centered Design (UCD) approach. The evaluation stages carried out in this research used Heuristic Evaluation with 10 parameter aspects. The Heuristic Evaluation test results obtained Severity Ratings 0 with 8 points and Severity Ratings 1 with 2 points. The evaluation results show that the system is comfortable to use with problems that have minimal impact on the user so that repairs are not needed if time is limited.

Entrepreneurship is currently very developed and is in great demand by the general public. This is because it is stated that there are many opportunities resulting from the entrepreneurial skills they have. Apart from that, the president also directly instructed the urgency of entrepreneurship education in schools. So that entrepreneurship is currently being enhanced through entrepreneurship education at the primary and secondary school levels. Apart from that, entrepreneurship education is also needed within the family and community through fairy tales or stories with the aim of motivating students to become successful as entrepreneurs. Entrepreneurship education focuses a lot on the skills to become an entrepreneur, not just selling goods or services because the basic values of entrepreneurship are important in forming life skills. These skills include creative, innovative, independent, financial management, leadership, courage to take risks, and adaptive. Through this article, entrepreneurship and its scientific fields are discussed at the elementary school level in high school to form students' entrepreneurial spirit. Digital marketing has changed MSME players to continue to develop their business so that they are not left behind and are able to utilize this digital media, as an effort to market their products so that consumers are more familiar with the products produced by these MSMEs. Batik Tedjo is one of the MSMEs that plays a role in preserving written batik, which is one of the cultural heritages of the Indonesian nation. This study aims to determine how Batik Tedjo SMEs implement digital marketing and whether the implementation of digital marketing has obstacles. The problems faced by Batik Tedjo MSME players in implementing digital marketing show that there are problems in the form of a lack of understanding of social media operators at Batik Tedjo and the imbalance of consumer demand with human resources or a very minimal number of employees in managing Batik products which are quite a lot every month, reaching 200-300 pcs. The sample used in this study is the UMKM actor Father Tedi Sumantri Almargono, S.Pd. Unequal and efficient distribution of crop yields is a challenge that is often faced in the corn farming industry. This can be detrimental to farmers because it results in a buildup of unsold corn crops in several areas. To overcome this challenge, a technology-based solution is needed so that it can reach customers easily by creating a website that aims to help equalize the distribution of corn harvests, with a more efficient system for managing corn supply and demand. By using an Agile approach in website development, It is hoped that it can produce a system that suits user needs in a short time. The design stage will be carried out using the Unified Modelling Language (UML) approach. In black box testing, it was proven that the use of websites to equalize agricultural products has been proven to be able to build a more efficient system for managing corn supply and demand. In addition, the services provided through the website can reduce product distribution costs and speed up the buying and selling process with customers. 

The study period is an important phase in a person's educational journey at college or university level. 3rd and 5th semester students often experience higher pressure due to increasingly complex and demanding coursework. This study aims to investigate the correlation between emotional intelligence and Psychological Well-Being among Padang State University students. This research method is quantitative correlation using Product moment correlation analysis. The results show a strong and significant positive correlation (Pearson correlation coefficient = 0.625) between emotional intelligence and Psychological Well-Being. With a significance value of <0.01. Findings showed that individuals with higher psychological well-being tended to have positive emotions and pleasant feelings, whereas those with lower psychological well-being tended to have negative emotions and less pleasant feelings.

Unwanted sex-related behavior, such as demands for sex and other physical and verbal sexual abuse, is known as sexual violence or harassment. These actions certainly have a significant and broad impact on people's lives, especially children and teenagers. The impact of sexual violence can last long after the experience ends and is closely related to the life circumstances of children and adolescents both during and after sexual interactions. Finding factors that influence the prevalence of sexual violence among adolescents is the aim of this research. In this study, 390 samples were randomly sampled using a cross-sectional strategy. Chi square was used in univariate and bivariate analysis. The analysis findings show that gender, age, knowledge, peers, and information media are the variables that have the strongest relationship with adolescent violence (p value <0.05). Sexual violence against teenagers is taught in schools, and as a preventive measure, local governments should expand their services for victims of sexual harassment.

The demand for Madurese herbal medicine products is increasing significantly in every region, this cannot be separated from Madura herbal medicine producers as providers of halal products. In this study, the object of research was the producer of Madurese herbal medicine in the Kwanyar Madura sub-district area. This research was conducted on producers to find out what factors influence the influence of culture and halal certification on consumer loyalty. This research aims to find out the process of Madurese herbal medicine producers in Kwanyar sub-district to obtain halal certification from the halal product guarantee administration body (BPJPH) using an analytical approach. multiple linear variables through cultural influence, halal certification, consumer loyalty. The method used in this research is quantitative using multiple linear analysis tests. The sampling technique is the technique used for sampling in this research with a non-probability sampling technique using a purposive sampling approach. This test consists of normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test, t test, f test, and multiple linear analysis.

At RT 06/014 Kel. Palmerah, West Jakarta, there is an urgent need to increase digital literacy among parents, who vary in age and level of technological knowledge. Reliance on digital technology poses challenges in supervising children and online safety. This challenge can be overcome by conducting digital literacy training designed to close knowledge gaps, improve online security, and provide skills to use technology responsibly. This training is carried out through lectures, simulations, and practice. Survey results showed high satisfaction (4.2/5) with the training content, but there was demand for more hands-on activities, especially regarding social media and data security. This training aims to equip parents with the skills necessary to support their children's education in a dynamic digital environment.

With a focus on integrating green accounting into business strategies, this research explores its implications on profitability, liquidity, and organizational growth. The research methodology adopted employs a qualitative approach through meticulous analysis of literature. The steps encompass identifying the appropriate scope, selecting relevant data sources, conducting descriptive analyses, critically evaluating the authenticity of the literature used, and compiling and interpreting the findings. The research findings indicate that consistent use of green accounting has a positive impact on a company's financial performance. This decision-making system uses several variables as input consisting of: type of variety, seed shape, seed color, root, seed age. The method used by the author is Fuzzy Tsukamoto. In the Tsukamoto method, it is explained that each consequence in IF-Then must be explained with a fuzzy set that has a membership function that does not change or is monotonous and for programming it uses PHP. Biology learning demands learning competencies in the realm of high-level understanding, so many students find it challenging to develop their critical thinking skills and, therefore, have difficulty completing various concepts in biology. For this reason, a particular way of learning is needed so that it fosters students' critical thinking skills through creative and collaborative thinking skills so that they can be well-honed in order to be able to solve various complex concepts in biology. Therefore, this research aims to determine the creative and collaborative thinking abilities of class X SMA Negeri 1 Airmadidi students on Animalia material, focusing on their creative and collaborative thinking abilities. This type of qualitative research describes data obtained from a rubric containing research indicators. The research results show that the profile of students' creative and collaborative skills shows good development based on the indicators obtained. Indicators of creative and collaborative thinking abilities are at scores 3 and 4, which shows that students can give excellent and precise answers to both questions through discussions and written tests. Based on these results, the analysis of creative and collaborative thinking abilities in class X12 students at SMA Negeri 1 Airmadidi is in good ability results.

The Tanjungpinang Population and Civil Registration Office (Disdukcapil) launched the Population and Civil Registration Information System (Sikancil) application. The creation of the Sikancil application is a demand from the Minister of Home Affairs (Mendagri) who wants to be able to streamline online services, as stated in Permendagri no. 7 of 2019 concerning online administrative services (Walo, 2021: 19). This study aims to determine how the Strategy of the Population and Civil Registry Office of Tanjungpinang City in utilizing the Digital System through the Sikancil Application at the Tanjungpinang Population and Civil Registration Office (Disdukcapil), the research method used is descriptive research method with a qualitative approach.
