Background : Tourism in Bali is also followed by positive and negative impacts on the Balinese people. The positive impact is such as the large number of jobs that are able to absorb labor, while the negative impact is the emergence of social issues such as human trafficking which can threaten the young generation of Bali. Method : Activities by providing education about human trafficking. And provide life skills training. Target adolescents, both those who attend school and drop out of school. Result : Lentera Anak Bali (LAB) is an independent non-profit organization engaged in child protection to obtain their rights. LAB sees the importance of these children’s problems by involving the local government, social services, education offices, health offices and community leaders. In an effort to build awareness of the vulnerability of these children and make preventive education efforts against the possibility of being caught in human trafficking,by conducting outreach to officials, the caring community, and the youth themselves.These adolescents are given education on safe life skills (free of prostitution),understanding of human trafficking, education on health and welfare, and examination of reproductive organs. With this facilitation, it is hoped that they can protect themselves and become counselors for their teenage friends. Conclusion : this activity can increase public understanding of the danger of human trafficking. (1) There is a group of young urban workers who receive assistance from the human trafficking prevention team. (2) Youth groups who received training on safe life skills (prostitution free), understanding of human trafficking, health education, and examination of reproductive organs.

The mindset as a Job Seeker and not as a Job Creature after completing college is a problem that must be solved by all parties, both the government, educational institutions, the business world, and the community. One of them is planning a business as an individual business career choice in the future after graduating from college. This study aims to map the intentions of students majoring in Islamic Economics at STAI Denpasar in entrepreneurship so that its development can be accepted in society. The population in this study were STAI Denpasar students. The research was conducted using qualitative techniques, with the purposive sampling method as a sampling method. The results of the research are STAI Denpasar students have negative intentions in starting a business. Negative means that there are still many students who think that it is very difficult to open their own business. To become successful entrepreneurs, intentions must also be supported by concrete actions, the real actions they take are sure to start a business, learn from entrepreneurs who have been successful and dare to start a business with existing limitations.

Management of school funds in the form of SPP (Educational Development Donations) at the Kranggan foundation sourced from kindergarten, elementary and junior high schools so far is still managed manually, making it difficult and takes a long time for the Administration to check lists for students who have made payments. Every month. In this study, an SPP payment system was made using an SMS Gateway with the web scraping method. In the development process using the prototype method. The researcher aims to develop a web-based information system that is expected to help manage school payment data for the better. The information system will be equipped with an SMS feature that will be sent to the parents of the students concerned so they can know that the school payment has been made. This SMS feature is also useful for sending reports of late payments or SPP arrears to parents of students whose children are late in paying tuition fees. With this program, students can also make tuition payments in two ways. The first is manually or submitting payment to the TU at the school. The second is by means of money transfer payments through banks.

Background: The maternal mortality rate (MMR) in Indonesia is still quite high,based on the results of SUPAS in 2015, the MMR was 305/ 100,000 live births.Efforts to decrease of MMR can be done by ensuring that every mother can access quality health services for pregnant women because every pregnancy has the risk of complications. Integrated antenatal services are carried out including health counseling, antenatal care, case management and follow-up, preparation for delivery and planning for referrals in case of pregnancy. In the initial researchconducted in Hutaginjang Village, Muara, there were still pregnant women who did not have their pregnancy checked according to the minimum pregnancy standards. Purpose: Screening and pregnancy risk factors is indispensable for early pregnancy and the potential for emergency pregnancy. Methods: Activities carried out by integrated and free pregnancy examinations for pregnant women include measuring weight / height and arm  ircumference, vital signs, physical examination, Hb examination, urine protein and glucose, provision of IEC about nutritional fulfillment, overcoming complaints of pregnant women in trimester IIII,preparation for delivery and administration of iron supplements as well as preparation for referrals for mothers who experience complications in their pregnancy. Results: The activity was carried out without any obstacles, with 18 mothers having their pregnancies checked. The results of the examination found several risk factors for pregnancy, namely age under 20 years and above 35 years of parity, history of delivery by sectio, height below 145 cm, anemia,preeclampsia, breech location, hyperemesia gravidarum, gestational diabetes and gemelli pregnancy. Each mother received communication, information and education related to  maintaining and improving health during pregnancy and  giving iron tablets. Conclusion:Screening and control of pregnancy risk factors is needed to detect early whether the pregnancy is at risk and has the potential for emergency pregnancy, so that the mother can pass her pregnancy well and give birth to a healthy baby.   

ABSTRACTThis community service activity entitled "Socialization of Law No.13 of 1998 concerning the Welfare of the Elderly" aims to increase awareness of the importance of improving the welfare of the community in the elderly, so that the elderly can achieve increased welfare. This community service activity should be of benefit to various parties, including contributing to more awareness and improvement of the welfare of the elderly, especially in the city of Surakarta. It is the implementation of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, especially the third Dharma, and the results can be used as input to LPPM and as a support for other Tri Dharma activities, namely Education and Research. This community service was carried out on-line using the windows-teams facility with about 35 participants. The implementation was carried out by means of webinars using windows-teams due to restrictions on human meetings as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan secara on-line dengan menggunakan sarana windows-teams dengan peserta sekitar 35 orang. Prediabetes will become a widespread health problem and have a serious impact (emerging epidemic. Prediabetes condition is a condition of a person before suffering from diabetes mellitus which is characterized by an increase in hyperglycemic status above the normal laboratory threshold value, but does not increase in diabetics. The prevalence of diabetes increases every year, data shows 5-14% of prediabetic conditions will become diabetic every year. There has been a shift in the age of people with diabetes, from previously a disease that affects the elderly, to a disease that attacks at a young age. If young age is identical with type 1 diabetes, now individuals are the group of young adults also suffers from type 2 diabetes mellitus. Likewise with prediabetes, the number of young adults who experience prediabetes is increasing every year. Students are a group of young adults who have a combination of risk factors for hyperglycemia. Life such as reduced physical activity because it is not necessary to exercise regularly for a certain period of time such as in the previous education period makes students have a high risk of developing prediabetes conditions. Efforts to detect non-communicable diseases early in the community are expected to help reduce and prevent the incidence of prediabetes that occurs in Kesdam IV/Diponegoro Akper students.

The world of education in indonesia is currently experiencing a change in services due to the covid 19 pandemic and is required to make changes to the way of teaching, and other administrative services in the context of the indonesia education world, the massive changes in services resulting from the impact of the covid 19 pandemic have greatly disturbed students, teachers and parents. They are required to make changes to the way of teaching and learning and guide quickly and accurately.The role of the teacher is now very important because the learning prosess cannot be faceto-face anymore. The teacher must really do everything possible so that students can understand the material presented online.This study aims to determine:( 1) the role of teachers in improving PAI learning outcomes during the covid 19 pandemi at SD No. 1 Seminyak for the 2019/2020 school year, (2) learning outcomes during the covid 19 pandemi at SD No. 1 Seminyak 2019/2020 academic year, (3) inhibiting and supporting factors in the implementation of online learning in Islamic education subjects during the covid 19 pandemic at SD No. 1 Seminyak in the school year 2019/2020.This type of research is descriptive kwalitatif, the informan is determined by purposive method, while the key informants are the principel, religion teacher, home room teacher, students, student guardians and the data committee is analyzed by data reconstruction stages, data presentation, and verification conclusion.The results showed; (1) teachers are require to play a deeper role in online learning during the covid 19 pandemi, the online learning process delivered material through learning videos in the whatsap grop, make google absences from monitoring students to memorize short surahs via whatsapp or video calls to provide motivation and encouragement to students. (2) Pai's study results during the covid-19 pandemic are less than maximal because teachers cannot monitor students directly and many obstacles in online learning. (3) supporting factors in the implementation of online learning, namely, the availability of mobile quota and internet networks. While the inhibiting factor in online learning, namely, aconomi limitations, internet network is sometimes not as stable.

The downturn in the economy due to the Covid-19 pandemic has made it difficult for people to meet their daily needs. Therefore, as a non-structural institution, BAZNAS Bali Province is always required to provide optimal services to mustahik in particular. This research focuses on examining: (1) How to collect BAZNAS in serving Muzakki during the Covid-19 pandemic at BAZNAS, Bali Province. (2) How was the distribution of BAZNAS in serving Mustahik during the Covid-19 pandemic at BAZNAS, Bali Province. (3) How to Empower BAZNAS in Serving Mustahics during the Covid-19 Pandemic at BAZNAS, Bali Province. The objectives of this study are (1) to determine the collection of BANAS in serving Muzakki during the Covid-19 pandemic at BAZNAS, Bali Province. (2) To find out the distribution of BAZNAS in serving Mustahik during the Covid-19 pandemic at BAZNAS, Bali Province. (3) Knowing the Empowerment of BAZNAS in Serving Mustahics during the Covid-19 Pandemic at BAZNAS, Bali Province. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. Informants were selected using purposive sampling technique. Techniques to obtain valid and accurate data, namely; interviews, observation, and documentation. Data validity includes; power of observation and triangulation. Data analysis techniques include; data reduction, data presentation and decision making.The results showed that (1) the collection of BAZNAS in serving Mustahik during the Covid-19 pandemic includes; (a) education (by involving donors during distribution), (b) promotion (through print media, social media, and electronic media), accountability (through audits by public accountants, and syar'i audits), (2) distribution carried out by BAZNAS Bali Province, namely (a) traditional consumptive distribution, (b) creative consumptive distribution, (c) traditional productive distribution, and (d) creative productive distribution. (3) Empowerment carried out by BAZNAS Bali Province, namely (a) developing, (empowering mustahik), (b) self-empowering, (protecting, defending, and looking after the weak through Universal Service).

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Peranan profesionalisme guru di MI Bina Ihsan Mulia Badung Bali Tahun Pelajaran 2019/2020, dan faktor dalam meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran di MI Bina Ihsan Mulia Badung Bali Tahun Pelajaran 2019/2020. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif dengan tiga teknik pengumpulan data yaitu: observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Peranan profesionalisme guru di MI Bina Ihsan Mulia Badung Bali telah terlaksana dengan baik. Walaupun ada faktor yang tidak dijalankan dengan profesional. Faktor dalam meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran ada 2 faktor yaitu pendukung dan penghambat. Faktor pendukungnya adalah faktor internal guru, kurikulum, dan kepala sekolah. Sedangkan faktor penghambatnya adalah latar belakang pendidikan guru dan ekonomi. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of professionalism of teachers in MI Bina Ihsan Mulia Badung Bali Academic Year 2019/2020, and factors in improving the quality of learning at MI Bina Ihsan Mulia Badung Bali Academic Year 2019/2020. This type of research is descriptive qualitative approach with three data collection techniques, namely: observation, documentation, and interviews. The results of this study are the role of teacher professionalism at MI Bina Ihsan Mulia Badung Bali has been well implemented. Although there are factors that are not carried out professionally. There are 2 factors in improving the quality of learning, namely supporting and inhibiting. Supporting factors are internal factors of teachers, curriculum, and school principals. While the inhibiting factors are the educational background of teachers and economics.

The results of the performance assessment are sent to the staffing department via e-mail. The personnel department will recap the results of the performance appraisal to be conveyed to the leadership. This assessment process takes a long time and tends to be inefficient. In this study, a web-based Employee Performance Appraisal System was developed that can be accessed online by relevant appraisers at the central campus and STEKOM branch campuses. The System Development Method uses a Research and Development (R&D) approach. Assessment elements include 6 (six) aspects, namely: Service Orientation, Integrity, Commitment, Discipline, Cooperation and Leadership. The results of the performance appraisal of educators (lecturers) apart from being used internally as a measurement of lecturers' work behavior, can also be used externally for the assessment of work behavior when the lecturer makes Employee Performance Targets (SKP), as well as being used to assess the performance of education personnel. System modeling uses the Unified Modeling Language (UML). Making the source code program using the Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) programming language with a web-based MySQL database using Notepad ++ software. The results obtained from the use of the employee performance appraisal system, performance reports can be obtained more quickly, making it easier for the staffing department to obtain data on employee performance appraisals effectively and efficiently.

Pondok Pesantren is a non-formal institution that is engaged in religious education. Pesantren is one of the places of education and preaching that is required to be able to provide information about Islam to the wider community. Easy access to information and communication, can be used to introduce pesantren to the public. Promotion using video profiles, brochures and banners has not been able to provide as much information as possible to the public, causing the pesantren to be less well known to the public. This research, in general, aims to promote and provide the widest possible information about Pondok Pesantren Addainuriyah 2 and its activities to the public through the website. In particular, it makes it easy for the public to access information and communicate intensively with administrators of the Addainuriyah 2 Semarang Islamic boarding school. The research method in this study is based on the suitability and type of research, using the Research and Development (R&D) method. R&D in education is often called research-based development. As a result of this research, the implementation of the website as a media of promotion and information in the Addainuriyah 2 Semarang Islamic boarding school, can provide a lot of information to the public, and as a means of communication between the general public and administrators of Pondok Pesantren Addainuriyah 2 Semarang.

Basically, the principles of Al-Qur'an learning can be carried out using various methods, all of which have the same goal, namely so that children can read the Al-Qur'an properly and correctly. The low motivation of students in learning the Qur'an is still one of the reasons for the low quality of education, especially in the ability to read the Qur'an. One of the efforts to increase motivation to learn to Read and Write the Qur'an is the use of online methods during the Covid-pandemic. 19 can be carried out by educators or teachers in the reading and writing subject of the Koran which is the basis of learning in Islam The low motivation of students in learning Al-Qur'an is still one of the reasons for the low quality of education, especially in the ability to read Al-Qur'an. So it can be said that motivation and learning achievement are directly proportional to the learning methods developed. One of the efforts to increase the motivation to learn to read and write al-quran is to use appropriate methods that can be used by educators or teachers in reading and writing al-Qur'an subjects which are the basis of learning in Islam.

To encourage political participation, good political education is needed. Political education can target young people as agents of change that have much influence in political development. Therefore, it is important to provide political education in strengthening the political participation of Indonesian youth. This program aims to provide Political Education in Strengthening Youth Political Participation. The service program was held in a four-month time series, from January to April 2019. The socialization activities had been held in Mandan, Sukoharjo Regency on Saturday, April 21, 2019 for one day, attended by 34 young people. The method used in program was socialization and active discussions, and providing motivation for the participants, which was previously preceded by participant assessment activities. The socialization activity lasted for one day. The core material of socialization consists of (1) political introduction; (2) the importance of political participation; (3) youth's ideal actions in political participation. The members of this program were Youth Organization of Mandan , Sukoharjo. Through this program, it can be beneficial for: (1) youth and the general public, to get a picture of political education and positive political participation; (2) for regions, can develop regional potential, regional promotion, and regional development; (3) for tertiary institutions, as fulfillment of the Tri Dharma element of Higher Education. Keywords: Mandan, political education, youth.

This study aims to analyze the dynamics of the rural economy in Sukajaya Village, a newly formed village from expansion. Through a qualitative approach, this study examines strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in the agricultural, MSME, and social sectors in Sukajaya Village. It was found that Sukajaya Village has advantages in agriculture and culinary MSMEs but faces challenges such as a lack of government support and understanding of the digital economy. This research also reveals social problems, especially in education. Proposed solutions include improving digital infrastructure, entrepreneurship education, and social interventions for schooling. This research provides important insights into rural economic empowerment that can help Sukajaya Village face challenges and seize opportunities.

Reform of the military justice system (criminal law enforcement) is essentially part of the idea of law reform. Legal reform includes not only "legal substance reform" and "legal structure reform", but also "legal culture reform". Therefore, the reform of the military criminal law system must also be accompanied by the renewal of the military legal culture, which includes, among other things, the renewal of the cultural aspects of legal behavior and legal awareness related to "military culture" and the renewal of the aspect of military legal education/science. So, "legal behaviour, legal, science and legal education reform" is also needed. This research will discuss Military Justice Reform in Indonesia, by conducting a comparative study with the existing military justice systems in various countries. This article concludes that the prospect of the position of the military court in Indonesia after the administrative, organizational, and financial fields are in the Supreme Court will make the military court better and more independent. The administration and organization will be more well organized in accordance with other courts.

Leadership is an activity used to influence the behavior of other people so that they are willing to be directed to achieve certain goals, one of which is improving the performance of nursing services. Performance is an effort made from the results of work that can be achieved by a person or group of people in an organization in accordance with their respective authorities. This research method uses an analytical observational research design with a cross sectional study approach. The research population was all nurses at the Ridge Community Health Center, totaling 55 people with a sample size of 55 people, the sampling technique used total sampling technique. The instrument used for data collection was a questionnaire. The research results showed that the majority of respondents were women (72.7%) with a D3 education (76.4%) aged 21-30 years (40.0%) with a length of work of 1-10 years (52.7%). The results of statistical tests show that there is no relationship between authoritarian (p=0.185) and democratic (p=0.128) leadership styles on nurse performance. Meanwhile, there is a relationship between participative leadership style (p=0.000) and Laizes Faire (p=0.000) on nurse performance. Based on the research that has been carried out, it can be concluded that at the Ridge Community Health Center, the Participative Leadership Style (p=0.000) and Laizes Faire (p=0.000) are implemented, resulting in greater performance of good nurses compared to less good performance of nurses.

This research shows how selfies are used as an empowering tool to educate Saudi women, particularly about their legal rights. The use of selfies as an educational tool in the context of public problems has not been reported in previous research.

The conclusion from the results of this study is that this system can facilitate the recording of administrative payment transactions so that there are no mistakes in recording, users can easily present payment reports more quickly so that they can minimize recording time and recording errors, and make it easier for users to print payment reports with affectic and efficient results so as to support and accelerate decision making
