This community service aims to improve patient knowledge after spinal anesthesia through structured counseling activities. Spinal anesthesia often causes anxiety and is dangerous for patients, especially related to side effects and the recovery process. Lack of understanding can lead to non-compliance with medical injuries, which has the potential to prolong the recovery period and increase risk complications. Therefore, counseling is carried out by providing direct education to patients and families using educational media such as leaflets and interactive discussions. This approach not only helps improve patient understanding of spinal anesthesia procedures but also plays a role in reducing anxiety and increasing compliance with postoperative care. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in the level of patient knowledge, which has an impact on a better recovery experience. Thus, this counseling program contributes to improving the quality of health services and patient satisfaction at PKU Muhammadiyah Surakarta Hospital, as well as being a model of educational intervention that can be applied in various other health facilities.

Children's dental health is an important aspect that needs special attention from parents, especially mothers, as the primary caregivers. Tooth growth in children aged 7-12 years is a crucial period where permanent teeth begin to replace milk teeth. However, mothers' ignorance or lack of knowledge about this process can lead to cases of persistence, which is when milk teeth remain in the oral cavity even though permanent teeth have begun to grow. This condition can cause various dental and oral health problems in children. This Community Service Program aims to increase mothers' knowledge about tooth growth and the importance of preventing cases of persistence in children in Rappocini District, Makassar City. Determining majors is one of the obligations for all students who still want to continue their education. Decisions taken often cause problems when differences in abilities and limitations in thinking result in not graduating on time. Also, we often see majors chosen only because they follow the advice of friends or family and because of the development of the need for human resources in the world of work. Determination of majors should be done by considering the capabilities possessed. Therefore, this application was created which aims to design an expert system that can provide an overview for prospective students about what majors are suitable or in accordance with their abilities. The method used in making this expert system is Forward Chaining, where the facts related to determining the direction are stated first, then draw an appropriate conclusion. By making this application, it is expected to provide convenience for prospective students both in terms of time and cost.
