Catholic youth are the heart of the Church, nation and state. The existence of a church will be determined by the young people in it. Likewise with the pastoral ministry of the Catholic Church, which requires young people to become drivers and motors to contribute talents and talents for the development of the people. Non-catechist religious teachers play an important role in proclaiming the Catholic faith through more concrete witness to life, education and teaching. The lack of involvement of young Catholics in the pastoral care of the Church is a big question that deserves to be investigated and resolved. This study focuses on young Catholics in Parish of Keluarga Kudus, Banjarmasin Cathedral. Young Catholics who are less active are also caused by many factors that must be studied one by one. This study aims to highlight the role and activity of young Catholics in the Holy Family Parish, Banjarmasin Cathedral and review their role in catechesis efforts among the people.

Community welfare is an indicator of developme t goals. In its implementation, economic development will be faced with various problems that can hinder the success of such development. One of the complex problems related to the prosperity of the population is poverty. High poverty can have an impact on the emergence of various other social problems. It is difficult to know the exact cause and how effective control is to reduce poverty in Pandeglang Regency. The use of analytical tools in this study was carried out to identify and determine specific problems as a factor in the occurrence of poverty in Pandeglang Regency. In addition, this analysis method will contain information about events that must be considered in the scope of poverty alleviation that occurred in Pandeglang district. The final part of this journal discusses the design of poverty control procedures in Pandeglang Regency in approximately five years. Finally, it is hoped that the final results of this research will be very important to prevent poverty in Pandeglang Regency. 

Abstrak – Obat merupakan bahan biologis yang sangat penting digunakan untuk penyembuhan dan peningkatan kesehatan untuk manusia. Kebutuhan obat akan semakin terus meningkat seiring dengan menuanya penuduk, sehingga diperlukan peramalan penjualan ketersediaan obat. Peramalan merupakan proses menyusun informasi untuk mendapatkan informasi yang baru. Peramalan memiliki banyak metode, pada penelitian ini menggunakan Metode Single, Double, dan Triple Exponential Smoothing dengan menggunakan studi kasus obat. Ketiga algoritma ini akan dilakukan perbandingan untuk mengetahui metode mana yang terbaik dalam peramalan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan metode Triple Exponential Smoothing merupakan metode yang terbaik degan nilai SSE 3306.302, jika dibandingan dengan Singel Exponential Smoothing sebesar 3945.069 dan Double Exponential Smoothing sebesar 4673.829.   Abstract – Medicine is a very important biological material used for healing and improving health for humans. The need for drugs will continue to increase along with the aging of the population, so it is necessary to forecast sales of drug availability. Forecasting is the process of compiling information to obtain new information. Forecasting has many methods, in this study using the Single, Double, and Triple Exponential Smoothing method using drug case studies. These three algorithms will be compared to find out which method is the best in forecasting. The results of this study indicate that the Triple Exponential Smoothing method is the best method with an SSE value of 3306,302, when compared with Single Exponential Smoothing of 3945,069 and Double Exponential Smoothing of 4673,829.

Skincare are very important for facial care. There are various skin problems one of which is premature aging and dull skin. The perpose of the writer is to know and explain the process making mangosteen skin serum and white rice as anti-aging and brightening, to find out and explain the benefits of mangosteen skin and white rice as anti-aging and brightening and to explain the public acceptance of the mangosteen skin serum and the white rice as anti-aging and brightening. the methoud used is observation, documentation, experiment, interview, questionares and literature. The third experiment produced the composition are 2ml glyserin, 1,5ml mangosteen extract, 1,5ml white rice extract, 5ml aquades, 0,5ml phenoxythanol, 1gr allantoin and 0,5g hydroxtethyl cellulose. Gives off the color beige, nice smell, thick texture and a moist application. After 14 times use, the face will feel moist, bright and fine line and wrikles on the faces are camouflaged. Based on public trials, the average output of 30 panels is the third product with an average of 3,43. The second product has an average of 3,26 and the first product hasan average of 2,93. Thus, it can be concluded that products could be the innovation of problems of premature aging and dull skin

This study aims to investigate the impact of democratic parenting style, single parent resilience, school environment, and religious education on child character development. Through an exploratory approach, the research seeks to understand the intricate interplay between these factors and their effects on shaping children's character traits. The study employs purposive sampling to gather insights from diverse perspectives, including parents, educators, and religious leaders. Data analysis involves thematic coding to identify recurring patterns and themes within the narratives. Initial findings suggest that democratic parenting fosters independence and empathy in children, while single parent resilience contributes to resilience-building. Additionally, the school environment and religious education play significant roles in instilling moral values and ethical principles. These findings underscore the multifaceted nature of child character development and highlight the importance of considering various influences in nurturing well-rounded individuals.

The quality of a product is one of the most important factors in increasing the competitiveness of a product. Total Quality Management is an approach used in running a business to maximize the competitiveness of an organization through continuous improvement of its services, products, processes and environment. Total Quality Management according to Josep M. Juran Quality is the suitability of a product use (Fitness For Use) which is to meet customer needs and satisfaction. Josep is often referred to as "the Father of Quality" by using the concept of the Quality Trilogy thinking, namely Quality Planning, Quality Control and Quality Improvement. Integrated quality management (Total Quality Management) has success in the business world and impacted on other organizations including educational institutions to implement it. But there is still much debate about TQM applied in management education. Total Quality Management (TQM) needs to be done in every activity of the organization, so that the goals of the organization can be achieved and the investments made have not been in vain. With TQM, it can also be used to assess the ability of existing human resources (HR) to plan human resource improvements and organizational strategies in MTs Nurul Fajri.

Independent Upbringing of Family Medicinal Plants (Asmantoga) is a plant cultivated by the surrounding community and cadres of Bojonegoro sources of corn which has medicinal properties and can be used for health. Besides that, Asmantoga plants are natural medicines and do not contain chemicals. Under these circumstances, the servants made an innovation in the Asmantoga Park to turn the medicinal plant area of the Sumberagung village family from Bojonegoro into an Asmantoga Educational Park. And also conduct independent care as an effort to change the paradigm of curative medicine, to become promotive and preventive, which is beneficial for efficiency and effectiveness for the surrounding community and Sumberagung cadres.This service aims to find out the development of family medicinal plants in the village of Sumberagung, Dander Bojonegoro sub-district, to find out how to increase community knowledge about the benefits of self-care for family medicinal plants in Sumberagung Village, Dander Bojonegoro District.The community service partners here are Village Officials, and Asmantoga Cadres of Sumberagung Village, Dander Bojonegoro District.The methodology used in community service in Sumberagung village is the ABCD (Asset Based Community Development) method.The results of the Asmantoga land use activities have made the residents a little more concerned with the Asmantoga land use. Pengabdi also held a health seminar with the theme "keep your health with family medicinal plants" with Sumberagung village health workers in order to introduce to the community how important it is to preserve family medicinal plants.

The specific positive impact of this activity was an increase in understanding of the culture of healthy living and the importance of organizing. A follow-up mentoring program is needed so that activity alumni can further develop their mindset and organizational spirit.    

One very important aspect in the development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) is the form of granting permits for carrying out business activities, which are given by the authorities to business actors. Legality in a business also has a very important role, because it is used as an indication that the business being established is feasible and running. NIB is a business identity number used by business actors to obtain business permits and commercial or operational permits. The community service activities carried out were creating Business Identification Numbers through Online Single Submission (OSS) and marketing to several small business partners, due to a lack of understanding of gadget applications and a lack of product marketing strategies in Sukamoro Hamlet, Puncu Village. The purpose of this service is to provide understanding to the public about the importance of having business legality and product marketing. The method used is observation. The number of umkm in Sukomoro Hamlet is 11 umkm, and 1 umkm does not yet have an NIB. The UMKM was pleased and succeeded in forming an NIB so that it was able to obtain an NIB legality certificate, namely the "Salsabila" banana chips business. The results obtained from this activity were an increase in product quality and customers for "Salsabila" banana chips.  

Digital marketing promotion media is expected to be an effective choice for UMKM in developing its business and reaching national and international markets. Conventional promotional media costs a lot and is far away more complicated by itself and is no longer a major concern for UMKM players because of digital marketing. The purpose of this activity is to help UMKM business actors use social media as a means for them to carry out promotions and so on. Provide an understanding of the importance of digital marketing in the introduction of their products widely. Can be used as a motivation for them to introduce their products widely. In general, the implementation of this community service activity has gone well. I would like to thanks to the cooperation between the committee and the support of various parties. However, there were a number of things to note after the activity took place, namely, the training participants needed continuous assistance after this activity, because there were still many training participants who were unable to design persuasive messages and utilize digital marketing and other media.

Habituation in education is very much needed because psychologically, students model more behavior or figures they idolize, including their teachers. Habituation is also no less important in learning activities. This is because any knowledge or behavior gained by habituation will be very difficult to change or eliminate it so that this method is very useful in educating children. Moral development activities for students are carried out at Dharma Wanita Sumberrejo Kindergarten through the habituation method of learning Islamic Religious Education (PAI). The research method used is a service method that describes the phenomenon that occurs as it is, data sources are obtained through school leaders, teachers and parents of children. The analysis is carried out with reference to the stages of tabulation, coding and giving meaning to the data. The results of the service show that the implementation of child moral development through the habituation method already contains the main teachings of Islam, namely Akidah (faith), Sharia (Islamic) and Akhlak (Ihsan). The method of habituation given by means of getting used to the behavior or moral attitude of the child repeatedly and continuously. In addition to the habituation carried out by teachers in schools, the role of parents is actually important for children's habituation in practicing Islamic teachings that have been taught through habituation in schools, but this role will not be maximized when parental involvement is not full on the development of children's behavior and morals.

The Digital Age is a period that cannot be separated from the rapid increase in information technology. Islamic nature and character is very valuable as a channel and barrier for children at TPQ in managing information technology in today's digital era. This is what underlies the importance of Parenting Skill Training for TPQ Al Ikhlas Santri Guardians in the Digital Era, the Islamic Digital Parenting community movement program. This program demonstrates to introduce the computerized world to guardians, and teach them to have the option of getting ready. Young people are facing the rapid advancement of innovation by applying Islamic traits to children. This Business Program aims to provide skills to prepare and provide knowledge to guardians regarding correct Islamic parenting patterns for children in old age. Departing from this problem, then, at that time, what the guardians of santri needed to do to prevent and survive the bad consequences of the computerized world was to develop Digital Resilience in children. Advanced Resilience is its capacity to control the possible risks of an internet-based world by developing virtues in young people (Shotbolt, 2016, 2017). This work should be made possible by instilling great Islamic qualities and character in young people.

Corporate governance is an important aspect in the company. The impact and implementation of corporate governance has become interesting for various companies because it substantially controls the management of institutions. This study analyzes the impact of elements of corporate governance (CG) which includes the composition of the board on the performance of banking institutions listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The research population involved 25 banking institutions which are commercial banks in Indonesia. The data taken has a span of 4 years (2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020). Spearman correlation is used to identify the relationship between corporate governance and banking financial performance. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive relationship or correlation between the number of board personnel and the financial performance of commercial banks. The number of independent directors has a positive significant relationship with ROA, ROE and EPS, job duality has a positive significant relationship with ROA and EPS, and board meetings have no significant relationship with financial performance.

This research was conducted to prove accounting conservatism to creative accounting with GCG as moderating. Property and real estate sub-sector companies in 2018-2019 are the population of this study. Purposive sampling is a research method in selecting samples, resulting in a sample of 30 companies. Data is secondary data obtained through the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and data in the form of financial reports. For data processing using Partial Least Square (PLS) application assistance. This study finds evidence that accounting conservatism affects creative accounting, the audit committee plays a role in weakening creative accounting actions when influenced by accounting conservatism, however, the proportion of independent commissioners is unable to moderate accounting conservatism on creative accounting. The implication of this research is the importance of the audit committee as a supervisor in corporate governance and accounting conservatism to minimize creative accounting.

The morbidity rate in 2013 was 11.74 and decreased in 2014 to 9.18 and increased in 2016 to 11.90. (Dinkes: 2016) The implementation of PHBS is low, because there are still many students who eat snacks carelessly and there is still garbage scattered in the school yard. The UKS exists but the program does not run due to the lack of supporting facilities, and their lack of knowledge regarding how to wash hands properly and correctly. Blood donation activity is the obligation of every community as a form of concern for others. Many people do not know about the health benefits of blood donation. There are even people who are reluctant to donate blood because they are worried about the side effects it causes. In fact, by donating blood, the blood cells in the body are replaced more quickly with new ones. The purpose of this activity was to carry out the HISFARMA Social Service and Persit KCK HUBDAM I/BBU Community Pharmacy Seminate Association PD IAI North Sumatra. This activity was carried out by conducting a site survey with the implementation team, meeting with Representatives of PERSIT KCK HUBDAM I/BBU, Medan, North Sumatra. Christian education plays a very important role and is the main basis in the family to educate and develop children's character into individuals who fear God (Proverbs 1:7). Character is a way of thinking and behaving that is characteristic of each individual to live together, both within the family and society. Individuals with good character are individuals who can make decisions and are ready to be responsible for every consequence of the decisions they make. For this reason, the Christian education pattern is very important to be a foothold in training children's character. Specifically, the Christian education pattern is one of the education patterns that teaches the Word of God so that children have guidelines in their lives and ultimately they experience changes in terms of character, behavior and actions. There are various forms of education patterns used by parents in educating children. Among them are 3 forms of education patterns discussed in this thesis, namely authoritarian, democratic and Laisses Faire education patterns. Where this education pattern is used by parents to shape the character of children, but without Christian education, the character of children will remain rotten. For families, they must provide Christian education from an early age to their children so that their character is formed well. Because the family is the main institution in educating children, the most successful child education is if parents walk according to the standards set by God. For Christian parents, the result of education is that our children have respect for God, for us as parents, for the church, and for the country.    

Background : The benefits of breast milk will increase if the baby is only given breast milk for the first six months of life. Purpose : This study aims to study the factors associated with breastfeeding along with supplementary feeding in infants 0-6 months in the Work Area of ??Manna City Health Center in South Bengkulu. This research approach uses descriptive with cross sectional design. Methods :The population in this study were all mothers who had infants aged> 6-12 months in the work area of ??Manna City Health Center as many as 112 people, obtained 50 samples using Accidental Sampling. The data used are primary virgin and secondary data. Data were analyzed using univariate and bivariate analysis with Chi-Square test (?2) and Contingency Coefficient Test (C). Results : The results of the study were obtained from 50 people, there were 33 people (66.0%) giving ASI together with additional meals, 22 people (44.0%) having secondary education, 22 people (44.0%) having less knowledge, 27 people (54.0 %) health workers support, Conclusion : there is a significant relationship between education and concurrent breastfeeding supplementary food in infants 0-6 months with a weak relationship category, there is a significant relationship between knowledge with concurrent breastfeeding supplementary food in infants 0-6 months with moderate relationship categories, there is a significant relationship between the support of health workers with breastfeeding together with additional food for infants 0-6 months with a weak relationship category. It is expected that health workers can increase counseling to increase the knowledge of pregnant and lactating mothers about the right time to provide additional food and the importance of conducting regular Classroom and Posyandu visits.

Quality control is one of the obstacles experienced by PT. Wahana Kasih Mulia on CV. KKN. Quality control is an important thing that must be done by companies to minimize defective products. To be able to analyze product defects, researchers use the six sigma model, by formulating the Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control (DMAIC) stages. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of quality control using the DMAIC method with the Six Sigma model applied to manufacturing companies. The results showed that from the measurement of the number of Omiland brand baby mattress products in the January-October 2021 period, it was found that defective products came from three main causes of disability. The distribution data of the number of product quality characteristics and company performance are at the sigma level of 3.50 with a DPMO value of 27,082.275. This shows that the company has not been able to meet process quality standards. Based on this research, the recommendations for improvement given are that the company needs to provide periodic training to employees, perform maintenance on machines, apply a clearer and more detailed Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), conduct tighter supervision of newly arrived raw materials and the company needs to place quality control at every stage of the production process.
