Abstract. Basically, all companies want profits in running their business, and are able to minimize losses that occur in running their business. Therefore, many companies have good quality workforce but the number of employees is small. So a company often gives responsibility for various fields to one workforce in order to achieve goals according to plan by minimizing losses, one of which is by minimizing the workforce in a company. Lack of labor can have an impact on employee job satisfaction and employee work motivation. The right number of workers can make it easier to control outlet operations, because a shortage of workers can slow down the process of operational activities, causing outlet conditions to become unconducive. Apart from that, the lack of labor also affects work motivation because it can reduce work morale due to excessive working hours and multiple job descriptions. This makes it more likely that an employee will make mistakes due to decreased concentration at work. Not only that, the lack of labor also causes the number of customer complaints to increase due to less than optimal service.   Keywords: 3-5 words or phrases that reflect the contents of the article (alphabetically).     Abstrak. This research was motivated by the frequent cases of repeated truancy in SMP Negeri 3 Bukittinggi which became the driving force of this research. sTherefore, research on truant behavior in students needs to be done to determine the types of truant behavior, factors that encourage students to do truant behavior, how parents can influence truant behavior, the impact of truant behavior, and how students' perceptions of truant behavior and how Guidance And Counseling teachers handle it. Participants in this study were grade VIII teenagers who often skipped school. Data collection methods include interviews, documentation, and observation. The findings of this study show that there are two types of truant behavior carried out by students at SMP Negeri 3 Bukittinggi, namely truant entirely and only during designated class hours. Factors that encourage students to behave truant include factors from themselves, family factors and environmental factors. Parental participation in truant behavior largely refers to the fact that based on parenting, parents are not directly involved in their child's truant behavior. The impact of truant behavior can be psychological, academic, or non-academic. Guidance and counseling teachers respond to this impact by providing information services, contacting parents, working with principals and homeroom teachers, and calling students who exhibit truant behavior for guidance on both the student and parent side

As a profession, teachers play a significant role and have a critical and dominant position in the world of education. Therefore, teachers bear significant moral responsibilities and obligations. Apart from the obligations, the teacher should also know and understand their workload based on their responsibilities. The workload should be balanced between the physical and cognitive (mental) abilities. This quantitative research uses a descriptive observational design with a cross-sectional approach to 40 respondents. The sampling method used in this research was total sampling, while the Chi-square test was used as the data analysis technique. This study found that in the Chi-square of the physical workload statistical test, the p value was 0.096 or p-value>0.05. This result implied no relationship between physical workload and fatigue in elementary school teachers in Negeri Lima. Meanwhile, the chi-square of mental workload statistical test results showed that mental workload and work fatigue have a p-value p 0.015 or p-value <0.05, indicating a relationship between mental workload and work fatigue among elementary school teachers in Negeri Lima. This result implies that teachers should maintain their health by having enough rest during break times and completing assignments only during working hours.

The emergence of online transportation services has changed the way humans access areas of life, increasing accessibility significantly. The integration of digital technology has brought increased speed, efficiency and connectivity to services, especially through applications on smartphones. For example, online motorcycle taxi services in Indonesia have become an important source of income for many individuals. Many people rely on work as online motorcycle taxi drivers to meet their family's economic needs. This research aims to provide a comprehensive picture of the role of online motorcycle taxis as a source of income, taking into account the diversity of drivers from various backgrounds, including those with families, those without families, and female drivers. This research uses a qualitative approach, a method suitable for exploring the condition of natural objects. The results of this research are based on interviews with 8 sources from online motorcycle taxi drivers around UPN "Veteran" Jakarta, Pondok Labu Campus. Interviewees involved a variety of backgrounds, and the responses received varied, some were satisfied with their work, while others saw it as just a side job. Even though online motorcycle taxis offer accessibility and flexibility in working hours, research findings show that this profession has not become the main job for most drivers. Tight competition in the online motorcycle taxi industry is also a factor that contributes to the economic constraints felt by some drivers, especially those who have family responsibilities.

Diuretics act on the kidneys to increase the excretion of water and sodium chloride. The working principle of diuretics in general is to reduce electrolyte reabsorption by the renal tubules, where an increase in electrolyte excretion will be accompanied by an increase in water excretion which is needed to achieve osmotic balance. Bangun-Bangun leaf contains polyphenolic compounds, saponins, glycosides, flavonoids, and essential oils. Bangun-Bangun leaves types of flavonoids, namely quercetin, apigenin, luteolin, salvigenin, and genkwanin. Apigenin is known as a compound that functions as a diuretic. IDBB was obtained from the infusion technique with distilled water and then the infusion was used on 25 diuretic rats which were divided into 5 groups. Group I (negative) Na-CMC 0.5%, group II, III, IV, IDBB doses of 10, 20, 40%, and group V (positive) Furosemide 3.6 mg/kgBW were given orally. Rats were given aquadest orally at a dose of 15 ml/kgBW. Mice were placed in metabolic cages, then a physical examination of urine was carried out every 1 hour for 6 hours. The results showed that the IDK with the best dose was 40% which gave an increase in urine volume, had an effect on urine pH, had an effect on urine specific gravity, had an effect on urine color, and had an effect on urine clarity.

The covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia is part of the 2019 coronavirus disease (covid 19) pandemic that is currently taking place throughout the world. During the Covid 19 pandemic there was a system change at Pattimura Ambon Airport, especially in the AOCC unit, namely a change in online system services. The purposes of this study are 1) To determine the impact that the covid pandemic has had on performance at the Airport Operational Control Center (AOCC) unit. 2) To see the positive and negative values due to the impact of the covid pandemic on the Airport Operational Control Center (AOCC) at Pattimura Ambon International Airport. This study uses a qualitative method. The instruments used were the researchers themselves supported by the results of interviews, observations and documentation with supporting documents from the AOCC and the air transport unit at Pattimura Ambon International Airport. To answer the formulation of the research problem, the researcher conducted 3 stages of analysis consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study show that the Covid pandemic has had a huge impact on airport services because this pandemic has required the government to issue regulations that greatly impact AOCC service activities because it results in changes to the work system so that it also has an impact on the performance of AOCC service officers. This is also related to the solution set by the Airport Operational Control Center Unit, namely changing their work system in providing services to passengers. Previously, Customer Service Staff provided services to passengers directly, so during the pandemic this was changed through a monitor screen. Not only that, the Airport Operational Control Center Unit also changed the working hour limit which was originally until 08.00 Wit. during the pandemic, the limit of working hours for AOCC was only until 04.00 Wit. coupled with the change of staff every day alternately.
