Hypertension is a condition of the blood circulation system that causes an increase in blood pressure above normal values or blood pressure ≥140/90 mmHg. Prolonged increase in blood pressure can trigger the risk of stroke, heart failure, and kidney failure. Community service activities are one of the efforts to implement physiotherapy services, one form of counseling is by addressing problems that are widely complained about by the community. The purpose of the counseling is to provide knowledge about hypertension and how to do exercises to reduce neck pain independently at home. The method used is in the form of education and stretching exercises using leaflets as a counseling medium. Counseling is carried out by providing pre-tests and post-tests in the form of questions to patients to assess the effectiveness of the counseling that will be given to the elderly community. The results of the counseling went smoothly and from the evaluation there was an increase in participant knowledge from 0% to 100%, which in counseling activities can increase participant knowledge about how to deal with neck pain caused by hypertension.

This study was motivated by the high prevalence of high blood pressure (hypertension) and uncontrolled blood sugar levels among the elderly, particularly in Kalitengah Village, Blitar Regency. The elderly are a vulnerable group to health problems due to a decline in physiological function, which can lead to serious complications such as stroke, heart failure, and diabetes mellitus. This study aims to determine the relationship between elderly exercise activities and blood pressure and blood sugar levels. The method used is quantitative with a correlational design. The study subjects consisted of 30 elderly individuals who actively participated in regular exercise activities at the Kalitengah Village Health Post. Measurements were taken of systolic and diastolic blood pressure and blood sugar levels before and after the exercise intervention. Based on the findings supported by previous literature reviews, it is known that physical activities such as elderly exercise significantly reduce blood pressure and help control blood sugar levels. The findings of this study indicate that regular exercise can improve blood pressure and blood glucose parameters. The results of this study are expected to serve as a basis for promotive and preventive efforts to improve the quality of life of the elderly through community-based interventions that are easy, affordable, and effective, namely elderly exercise.

This research aims to develop a web-based expert system with the Forward Chaining method that can diagnose and provide treatment for people with stroke disease. The expert system will be used to help the diagnosis process by analyzing the symptoms reported by the patient. The Forward Chaining method will be used as an inference approach in this expert system. The system will use a knowledge base that contains medical rules obtained from experts. The inference process will be carried out by linking the symptoms reported by the patient with the information in the knowledge base to determine possible diagnoses and appropriate treatments. This expert system will be implemented in the form of a web-based application that can be accessed by the general public. The results of this study show that the expert system to diagnose and provide treatment using the forward chaining method is successfully built and the application can be used to help the general public diagnose by entering the symptoms felt and the expert system will provide diagnostic results and provide treatment.

A clot or bleeding in the brain causes a stroke or a cerebral vascular disease that damages the nervous system. Patients suffering from strokes may have physical, mental, sensory, and intellectual disabilities that impede their interaction with the environment and prevent them from performing daily activities and quality of life. This research determines the correlation between the disability level and the quality of life of patients suffering from stroke treated at the Kedungmundu Public Healt Care. The quatitative research applied a cross sectional approach and collected the samples from 67 respondents using proposive sampling. The applied measuring tools were mRS and SSQOL. The Spearmen Rank statistical test obtained a p-value of 0,000. The result accepts Ha, indicating a significant  correlation between  the disability level and the quality of life of the post-stroke patient with a value of r = -0,542. The value indicates a moderate and negative correlation between the level of disability and the life quality of post-stroke patients. The research result suggest the implementation of the intervention to lower the disability level because it influences post-stroke patients with low quality life.

Stroke is a fuctional disorder tahat manifest as nerve paralysis, resulting from either an obstruction of blood flow to the brain due to a lock of oxygen or a cessation of blood supply due to blockage or bleeding. The risk factors are blood pressure, cholesterol, history of diabetes mellitus, history of smooking, atrial fibrillation, body mass index, physical activity, and family history of stroke. This study aims to determine the factors associated with stroke incidence. This typeof researchis descriptive and has a retrospective study design. The sampling technique used was accidental sampling wit a sample size of 60 respondents, where the population was 4355stroke patients. The research results used the stroke risk scorecard (SRSC)measuring tool. The statistical is Chi-square. The research results showed that the majority of respondents were erderly, aged 46-65 tahun years (80,0%), male (50,0%), female (50,0%) and had comorbid hypertension (56,7%). N  The Chi-square test revealed several risk factors, including blood pressuare, a history ofdiabetes mellitus, smoking history, atrial fibrilation, BMI, and family history of risk. Menwhile, the results of the multiple linear regression test show that the most dominant variable is physical activity, with a standardized cooefficient betta valueof 0,366. It is hoped that the results of this research can be used as a basis for input for health servise providers to provide comprehensive nursing care for stroke patients.

Word Health Organization defines a cause of death as an illness, disease or injury that causes or contributes to death. Diabetes mellitus is a major comorbidity and cardiac arrest is the highest cause of death. Cardiovascular disease is more common in men with an average age of 57 years. There are many types of cardiovascular disease, but the most common and well-known are coronary heart disease and stroke. Basic Health (Riskesdas) in 2018 reported that the incidence of heart and blood vessel disease is increasing from year to year. The main factor in heart disease is uncontrolled blood sugar, while the most common macrovascular complication of diabetes mellitus is coronary heart disease. Causative factors The prevalence of type 2 diabetes mellitus is caused by the interaction between gene susceptibility factors and environmental exposure as follows Genetics and Environment The occurrence of coronary heart disease is closely related to the presence of disorders affecting the blood vessels called atherosclerosis. This research uses a systematic review based on Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA). with inclusion and exclusioncriteria, the risk of cardiovascular death and myocardial infarction was higher with increasing values of lysis time and maximum turbidity.

Non hemorrhagic stroke is a disorder caused by ischemia, thrombosis, embolism, and narrowing of the lumen so that blood flows to the brain stops. This type of stroke can have an impact on various body functions including muscle weakness. Rubber ball grip exercises can stimulate movement in the hands for gripping function so that it can restore brain control over weakened upper extremity muscles. This study aimed to describe the application of rubber ball grip exercises to upper extremity muscle strength in non-hemorrhagic stroke patients. The research design used a case study approach. Data collection was carried out on May 30 - June 1 2023 at Kardinah Hospital, Tegal City with 2 patients having a medical diagnosis of non-hemorrhagic stroke. Both patients experienced an increase in upper extremity muscle strength. Patient 1 during 3 days of therapy experienced a change in muscle strength from 4 to 5. In patient 2 after 3 days of therapy experienced a change in muscle strength from 3 to 4.. The results showed that subject 1 experienced an increase in muscle strength from 4 to 5, subject II experienced an increase in muscle strength from 3 to 4. patients with non-hemorrhagic stroke are used to do rubber ball grip therapy for 10-15 minutes per day within 3 days to stimulate weak muscle strength.
