The physiological changes that occur during pregnancy, both physically and mentally, may be rather uncomfortable, particularly in the second and third trimesters. Pregnant women often report back discomfort, muscular aches, trouble sleeping, excessive exhaustion, and irregular sleep patterns. Mothers' physical and mental health as well as the health of their unborn children may be significantly impacted by inadequate sleep quality during pregnancy. To enhance comfort and the quality of sleep during pregnancy, one non-pharmacological technique is to use an aromatherapy maternity pillow. An ergonomic and ecologically sustainable invention to enhance mother comfort during pregnancy was the goal of this research, which intended to produce a Pregnancy Pillow Therapy product with pineapple leaf fiber and aromatherapy. A descriptive research design using a prototype creation technique was used in this study. The stages of the research included problem identification, literature review, product design, material selection, prototype manufacturing, and product evaluation. Data were collected through literature studies and observations related to sleep discomfort in pregnancy, maternity pillow utilization, aromatherapy therapy, and pineapple leaf fiber characteristics. Gesture  recognition  technology  is  used  to  detect  movements  through  image processing,   enabling  computers  or digital devices to understand and interpret human  body  movements  as  input  or  commands.   This  technology  has  great potential  to bridge communication between the deaf community and individuals without   hearing   impairments,    enhancing  interaction  and  enriching  mutual understanding between the two.  However,  the accuracy ofgesture recognition is often  affected  by variations in the distance between hand landmarks.  Based on this problem,  this research proposes a methodfor stabilizing the measurement of distances between landmark points  in gesture recognition through a polynomial regression  approach.   Specifically,   the  distance  between  hand  landmarks  is calculated and stabilized using polynomial  regression to improve the accuracy of gesture recognition.  This method is implemented using the MediaPipeframework to detect and track hands in real-time,  and the OpenCV library to manage video. The  research  results  show  that  this  approach  can  significantly  improve  the stability  and accuracy  of gesture detection.   The developed system successfully detects gestures for  letters A  through F with a high accuracy  rate,  averaging above 98,3%.  The use ofpolynomial regression helps enhance detection accuracy by reducing noise in the landmark data.

Sleep duration and sleep quality are essential physiological needs that play a significant role in the emotional and behavioral development of children aged 3–6 years. Adequate sleep supports brain development, cognitive functioning, emotional regulation, and social interaction skills in early childhood. Conversely, poor sleep duration and low sleep quality may negatively affect children’s attention, mood stability, and ability to interact socially with peers and caregivers. This article is a literature review using a systematic review approach that analyzes 10 scientific articles published between 2016–2026 to evaluate the relationship between sleep duration and sleep quality with emotional and behavioral problems in preschool children. The article selection process followed the PRISMA flow diagram, with articles sourced from Google Scholar, PubMed, and ScienceDirect databases. The findings consistently indicate that inadequate sleep duration and poor sleep quality are associated with increased emotional and behavioral problems, including hyperactivity, anxiety, emotional dysregulation, and difficulties in social interaction among children. Furthermore, sleep disturbances were found to negatively influence children’s emotional self-regulation abilities, which are crucial for adaptive behavior. Therefore, ensuring adequate sleep duration and improving sleep quality are important strategies to support optimal emotional and behavioral development in preschool-aged children.

The Comprehensive Systematic Land Registration Program (Pendaftaran Tanah Sistematis Lengkap (PTSL) is a government initiative aimed at providing legal certainty regarding land rights by accelerating land registration in Indonesia. However, in its implementation, various administrative problems have been identified that result in the issuance of Certificates of Ownership (SHM) with administrative defects, particularly regarding land that previously held a Right to Build (Hak Guna Bangunan (HGB) or a title deed in the form of a Deed of Sale and Purchase (Akta Jual Beli (AJB). This study aims to analyze the mechanism for canceling SHMs due to administrative errors in the implementation of the PTSL and the forms of legal protection available to parties harmed by the issuance of such administratively defective SHMs. The research method employed is normative legal research using a statutory approach and a case-based approach. The results of the study indicate that the cancellation of SHM due to administrative defects can be carried out through administrative mechanisms at the National Land Agency or through a lawsuit in the Administrative Court. Examples of administrative errors by the PTSL committee include errors in the verification of legal data, failure to conduct a land history investigation, errors in the measurement of land parcels, and disregard for the rights of other parties who previously held HGBs or AJBs. Legal protection for aggrieved parties is provided through administrative remedies, civil lawsuits, administrative court actions, and the blocking of problematic certificates. Holders of a previously issued Deed of Sale (AJB) have the legal standing to seek the cancellation of a Certificate of Ownership (SHM) issued in another party’s name, as the AJB serves as authentic evidence demonstrating a legal relationship to the land in question.

This community service activity was carried out to strengthen the advocacy capacity of the Pari Island community, Seribu Islands, DKI Jakarta, in defending their rights to land and living space from corporate claims of control. The problems faced by the community are not only related to land disputes, but also include social pressure, community polarization, threats of eviction, economic weakening, and damage to coastal ecosystems due to reclamation activities. The community service activity was carried out through participatory dialogue, problem mapping, strengthening legal literacy, discussions on advocacy strategies, and the formulation of a sustainable assistance model with the community. The results of the activity indicate that the Pari Island community has carried out various forms of advocacy, including collective action, collaboration with civil society organizations, media publications, legal assistance, institutional complaints, and environmental advocacy. However, this advocacy still needs to be strengthened through internal consolidation, documentation of intimidation, strengthening the community economy, mangrove protection, and strengthening the community's mental health. This article offers the concept of advocacy for living space resilience as a model for assisting small island communities. This model combines legal, social, media, environmental, economic, psychological, and community-based documentation advocacy. With this approach, community service serves not only as an outreach activity but also as a socio-legal assistance process that strengthens community resilience in the face of long-term agrarian and ecological conflicts.

Waste is an environmental problem that can cause air pollution and health problems if not managed properly. The presence of Temporary Waste Disposal Sites (TPS) close to residential areas often produces unpleasant odors due to the decomposition of organic waste, thus disturbing the comfort of the community. This study aims to determine the relationship between the distance of homes from TPS and odor disturbances in the community in Andounuhu Village, Kendari City. The study used a quantitative method with a cross-sectional design on 58 respondents selected by purposive sampling. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires and observations, then analyzed univariately and bivariately. The results showed that residents living less than 100 meters from the TPS experienced odor disturbances more often than those living further away. The further the distance of the house from the TPS, the level of odor disturbance tended to decrease. This study shows that the proximity of residential areas to TPS affects environmental comfort, so that more optimal TPS management is needed through routine waste transportation and arranging TPS locations that are not too close to residential areas.

Indonesia is recognized as a country with abundant mineral resources; however, the expansion of the mining sector has generated multidimensional moral inequality, encompassing an imbalance in economic benefit distribution between corporations and local communities, disregard for the intrinsic value of nature, and the marginalization of affected communities from decision-making. The dominance of the anthropocentric paradigm, which places humans as the center of value, is the root cause of this problem. This study aims to analyze moral inequality in Indonesia's mining practices, examine the anthropocentric paradigm in natural resource management, and formulate biocentric ethics as a just alternative. A qualitative approach with library research method was employed, collecting data from national scientific journals, official government reports, and environmental ethics literature, analyzed descriptively-critically through content analysis technique. Findings reveal three interrelated dimensions of moral inequality: inequality in benefit and burden distribution, inequality in recognizing the intrinsic value of nature, and inequality in participatory decision-making. A reconstruction of biocentric ethics grounded in the principles of non-maleficence, noninterference, fidelity, and restitutive justice offers a comprehensive value framework to address ecological moral deficits. This study concludes that a paradigmatic transformation from anthropocentrism to biocentrism, through Free Prior and Informed Consent implementation, the polluter pays principle, and care ethics-based governance, is a fundamental step toward ethical and sustainable mining practices.
