This study uses a quantitative method with an explanatory approach to explore factors contributing to low pension literacy among workers. The sample consisted of 66 workers from both the formal and informal sectors in Jakarta in December 2025. The findings reveal that low pension literacy is not solely due to a lack of knowledge but results from various factors, including low awareness, short-term financial behavior, product complexity, inadequate education, and underutilization of digital tools. There is a mismatch between workers' perceptions and the reality of pension fund behavior. The majority of workers (86%) are unprepared for retirement, and 89% do not have a voluntary pension fund. Despite this, 80% do not rely on workplace pension funds, and 45.5% feel confident they can meet their living expenses in old age, indicating pseudo-awareness they understand the importance of pension funds but have not established one. This reveals a gap between awareness and action regarding pension funds. Improving pension literacy requires an integrated approach that combines transformative education with digitalization to facilitate access and participation. Education must drive behavioral change, while digitalization simplifies processes, enhances accessibility, and broadens financial literacy. The synergy of education, digital technology, and policy support is essential for improving workers' financial readiness for a secure retirement.

This research is entitled Oko Mama as a Tool of Political Consolidation in Society (Atoin Pah Meto) (Case Study of the 2023 Village Head Election in Saenam Village, West Miomaffo District, TTU). The main problem of this research is how oko mama as a tool of political consolidation in the village head election in Saenam Village, in establishing relations between candidates and the community in the village head election in Saenam Village, West Miomaffo District, TTU. The theory used in this study is the theory of political consolidation which refers to oko mama as a tool of political consolidation in Society (Atoin Pah Meto). The results of this study indicate that Oko Mama has several functions, namely as a cultural, as a form of appreciation to guests to convey a purpose, where oko mama is a tool for political consolidation ahead of the village head elections. However, in this study, oko mama does not provide a certainty for the community to choose the candidate due to several factors including educational factors and the community's perception of the candidate. The conclusion of this study is that Oko Mama is a tool for political consolidation in Sgenam Village, but it cannot guarantee that the candidate will obtain the most votes and win the village head election due to educational level and various public perceptions about the candidate. Traditional leaders have power in Saenam Village, but they cannot unite the community if the consolidation tool used is Oko Mama.

Leprosy remains a significant public health problem in various developing countries, including Indonesia. This disease is caused by Mycobacterium leprae, which attacks the skin and peripheral nerves and can cause long-term physical, psychological, and social impacts if not treated early and adequately. Health-seeking behavior in leprosy patients is also influenced by structural factors such as the availability of health facilities, distance, transportation costs, and the quality of communication between health workers and patients. Research in various endemic countries confirms that friendly, accessible primary health care services that provide comprehensive education can improve early detection and therapy adherence. Patient SA, an 11-year-old child diagnosed with multibacillary (MB) leprosy and has been undergoing treatment for four months. The progression of the disease to MB indicates limitations in early symptom recognition and the family's health-seeking behavior, which may be influenced by low perceptions of disease susceptibility and severity, lack of knowledge, and barriers to accessing health services. However, after the diagnosis was confirmed and education provided by health workers, positive behavioral changes occurred, indicated by the patient's adherence to routine therapy as recommended.

The development of digital technology has transformed interpersonal interaction patterns through online dating applications such as Tinder. Even though the use of Tinder in Indonesia has increased significantly, there are striking differences in communication styles between male and female users in managing these digital relationships. This study aims to analyze in depth the communication style of men as Tinder users in the digital dating search process. Using the framework of four main communication styles: emotive, director, reflective, and supportive style traits, this research explores how men navigate interactions that lack verbal cues and are asynchronous. The research method used is phenomenology by collecting data through participatory observation in the application and in-depth interviews with five male informants who are active Tinder users. The results of the study show that each informant applies different communication styles to build comfort and a positive self-image (selective self-presentation) to achieve their romantic goals. These findings identify that variations in men's communication styles are influenced by risk perception, privacy management, and self-presentation strategies in digital spaces. This research contributes to the literature on computer-mediated communication (CMC) in the context of online dating dynamics in Indonesia.

This study uses primary data, with the population consisting of undergraduate (S1) accounting students at Esa Unggul University. The sampling technique employed is nonprobability sampling using a snowball sampling approach. The results show that the simultaneous significance value is 0.000, which is less than 0.05. Partially, the salary variable has a significance value of 0.000, professional training 0.066, professional recognition 0.161, social values 0.734, and work environment 0.308. These findings indicate that, collectively, salary, professional training, professional recognition, social values, and work environment have a significant influence on accounting students’ perceptions in choosing a career as a public accountant. However, individually, only the salary or financial reward factor has a significant effect. Meanwhile, professional training, professional recognition, social values, and work environment do not have a significant influence on students’ decisions to pursue a career as a public accountant.

This study examines how university students in Bandung assess the credibility of mental health information presented on TikTok and the role of digital media literacy in that evaluation process. Using a qualitative phenomenological approach with in-depth interviews and think-aloud protocols, the study explores students' experiences, perspectives, and cognitive processes when interacting with mental health content from influencer and institutional sources. Findings indicate that TikTok has become a primary source of mental health information for students due to its accessibility, short-form content, and relatable narratives. However, perceptions of credibility differ between influencer and institutional sources, with emotional closeness, popularity, and presentation style frequently influencing trust. This situation may heighten vulnerability to misinformation if not balanced with adequate digital media literacy. The study underscores the importance of strengthening digital media literacy so students can critically evaluate mental health information.

Immunization is a vital public health strategy to prevent infectious diseases and reduce morbidity and mortality. In Indonesia, the Pentabio vaccine protects against diphtheria, pertussis, tetanus, hepatitis B, and Haemophilus influenzae type b. Despite its effectiveness, post-immunization reactions such as fever and local pain are common, potentially affecting caregiver perceptions and immunization adherence. A descriptive observational study with a cross-sectional design was conducted among infants receiving Pentabio immunization at Posyandu in the UPT Timpah Community Health Center, Central Kalimantan. Data were collected through structured observation and caregiver interviews for infants aged 2–11 months. Fever (≥37.5°C) and local pain (tenderness, redness, or swelling) were assessed. Of the 30 infants, 40% were aged 2–3 months, 33.33% were 4–6 months, and 26.67% were 7–11 months, with slightly more males (53.33%). Post-immunization fever occurred in 60%, and local pain in 70%, with both reactions being mild, transient, and appearing within 24–48 hours. These findings highlight the commonality of mild adverse events, especially in early infancy, and underscore the need for clear caregiver education to maintain confidence in immunization services and ensure adherence to vaccination schedules.

The architecture of consumer decision-making has completely changed due to the quick development of recommendation systems based on artificial intelligence (AI). The majority of earlier studies saw algorithms as instruments for forecasting and maximizing preexisting preferences. This study, however, makes a different claim: algorithmic curation actively shapes preferences rather than just reflecting them. This study creates and evaluates a structural model that examines the impact of algorithmic curation intensity on perceived search autonomy, identity resonance, affective evaluation, and the development of initial preferences. The model is based on identity-based consumption theory and the literature on human-AI interaction. The study's findings, which are based on survey data from Generation Z consumers and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis, demonstrate a contradictory dynamic: algorithmic curation improves identity resonance and directly influences initial preferences while simultaneously decreasing feelings of autonomy. The primary mediating mechanism that links algorithmic exposure to emotional assessment and preference creation is identified as identity resonance. In addition to introducing the concept of algorithmic consumer formation as a new conceptual framework for comprehending consumer behavior in the AI-based digital era, our findings expand the notion of bounded rationality toward algorithmically bounded agency.

This study seeks to investigate the direct impact of digital transformational leadership on employee engagement and to analyze the mediating function of work-life balance within higher education institutions in Medan. A quantitative methodology was utilized, employing a survey technique with a structured questionnaire disseminated to professors at higher education institutions in North Sumatra Province. The study's population and sample consisted of 120 permanent academics in North Sumatra Province. We utilized a questionnaire to collect data and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to analyze it. The findings indicated that digital transformative leadership exerted a favorable and significant impact on lecturer engagement. Nonetheless, work-life balance was not demonstrated to be a significant mediator or moderator in this relationship. This study demonstrates that within the framework of digital transformation, professor engagement is more significantly affected by leadership practices than by perceptions of work-life balance. Digital leadership that works can give teachers more power and make them more interested, but problems that come with the digital invasion need to be handled carefully. This study suggests that companies, particularly higher education institutions, should prioritize the enhancement of digital leadership capacity to sustain and elevate employee engagement in the digital age.

This research is motivated by the urgency of effective Islamic Education Management (MPI) as a prerequisite for enhancing the role of Islamic Education (PAI) teachers in shaping students’ religious character amid the challenges of digitalization and institutional coordination constraints. The purpose of this study is to analyze the implementation of MPI experienced by PAI teachers, the interaction among stakeholders, and the teachers’ perceptions of its effectiveness at PKPPS Minhajurrosyidin, East Jakarta. Using a descriptive qualitative method with a case study and phenomenological approach, data were collected through triangulation (interviews, observations, and document studies) and analyzed using the Miles and Huberman interactive model. The findings indicate that MPI is an essential structural mediating variable. The optimization of MPI—particularly in terms of digital facility support and professional training—significantly enhances the effectiveness of PAI teachers as Uswah Hasanah and as facilitators of adaptive and scientific learning. However, the main obstacle lies in the lack of horizontal coordination among teachers in holistically integrating Values-Based Education. The implications of this study emphasize the need for formal managerial policies to ensure collective responsibility in character formation.

This study analyzes pragmatic phenomena in digital communication, particularly those related to speech acts and their impact on public perception in the controversial case of an ice cube seller accused without clear basis by the authorities. This study applies a qualitative approach with a pragmatic analysis method based on discourse analysis. Data sources were obtained from online media news, social media posts, and official statements circulating in the digital public space. The analysis techniques used include identifying types of speech acts, interpreting implied meanings based on context, and analyzing public responses. The results show that statements from the authorities contain implications that trigger negative views even though they are not supported by strong evidence. This results in perlocutionary effects in the form of social stigma, reputational damage, and psychological stress for the victim. Conversely, the victim's communication strategies, which include being polite, defensive, and informative, can build a positive image and attract public sympathy. Furthermore, social media plays a crucial role in accelerating the spread of meaning and strengthening the construction of opinions through mass support and criticism. This research makes a significant contribution to enriching the study of pragmatics in the context of digital communication and emphasizes the importance of language ethics, media literacy, and pragmatic awareness in creating responsible public communication.

This study aims to analyze the effect of financial performance, proxied by liquidity, leverage, and profitability, on firm value in plantation sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Firm value is measured using Price to Book Value (PBV). This research employs a quantitative approach with a causal associative method. The data used are secondary data obtained from financial statements, with data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression. The results indicate that liquidity does not have an effect on firm value. However, leverage and profitability both have a positive effect on firm value, both partially and simultaneously. These findings imply that financial performance plays an important role in influencing investor perceptions of firm value. Investors tend to value companies with better leverage and profitability ratios as they signal better financial health and future growth potential. The study highlights the significance of understanding the components of financial performance and their impact on firm value, offering valuable insights for stakeholders in making informed investment decisions. Furthermore, the study suggests that improving financial performance, particularly in leverage and profitability, could enhance firm value and attract more investment.

The agricultural sector plays a strategic role in meeting food needs while maintaining environmental sustainability and community welfare. However, conventional farming practices that rely on chemical inputs have caused various problems, such as soil degradation, loss of biodiversity, and environmental pollution. This condition has encouraged the adoption of the Sustainable Agriculture concept, which emphasizes a balance between ecological, economic, and social aspects. Its successful implementation is strongly influenced by farmers’ perceptions as the main actors. This study aims to analyze rice farmers’ perceptions of the implementation of Sustainable Agriculture in swampy areas of Tebas District, Sambas Regency. The research was conducted from October to November 2025 using a survey method involving 95 farmers selected through the Slovin formula and proportional random sampling technique. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and Likert-scale questionnaires, and analyzed using descriptive analysis and binary logistic regression. The results show that farmers’ perceptions are generally positive, particularly regarding water management, variety selection, and cropping patterns. However, the use of organic fertilizers, environmentally friendly pest control, and post-harvest management are still considered difficult. Education level and non-farming occupations significantly influence farmers’ perceptions. Therefore, enhancing extension services, training, and support for business diversification is necessary to promote the adoption of Sustainable Agriculture.

Along with the rapid growth of digital media, various forms of digital transactions have also developed.1 This development has driven changes in the payment system in Indonesia, one of which is through the implementation of QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard). Despite its increasingly widespread use, there are still few studies that systematically examine user perceptions and the effectiveness of QRIS in improving transaction efficiency and strengthening the digital financial system. The purpose of this study is to identify and comprehensively analyze the results of previous studies related to QRIS use through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. Data were collected from Google Scholar and Garuda using the keywords "QRIS use", "QRIS payment system", and "QRIS transaction tool". The results show that QRIS can improve the efficiency and convenience of digital transactions, both for consumers and businesses, and facilitate the integration of financial services in a single platform. This study also aims to analyze the use of QRIS in public services. Using a descriptive qualitative research method, research data was taken from the results of searches of reliable sources including official websites, academic literature, theses, and national scientific journals relevant to the research topic. Thus, this may indicate that the success of QRIS is influenced by effective socialization, public awareness of transaction security, and equitable access to technology. The implications of this research provide a useful literature map for policy development and further studies in the field of digital finance.

This study aims to analyze the utilization of Community Forestry, the role of farmers group, and the perceptions of livestock farmers who are members of “HKm Ulusena” Farmers Group regarding the utilization of the Ulusena Community Forest. This study was conducted from November 2024 to July 2025 in Ulusena Village, Moramo District, South Konawe Regency, Southeast Sulawesi Province. This study was conducted using a qualitative approach. The determination of informants was carried out using a non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling and snowball sampling techniques. Data sources in this study used primary and secondary data. Data collection was obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis process used the Miles and Huberman method, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The utilization of the Ulusena Community Forest is divided into three categories: land use, utilization and collection of non-timber forest products (NTFPs), and utilization of environmental services. Livestock serves as a secondary source of income for livestock farmers, members of the Ulusena Community Forest Farmer Group. Utilization in livestock involves the use of forest areas as land for growing green fodder. “HKm Ulusena” Farmers Group has not been actively operating, so a new group management structure was formed. The new management structure periodically carries out a process of increasing the capacity of regional, institutional, and business management to foster group synergy by reactivating group activities. Farmers' perceptions of the use of the Ulusena Community Forest tend to be positive. Positive impacts of the Ulusena Community Forest utilization include obtaining permits for non-timber forest product (NTFP) management, obtaining economic resources from NTFPs, and obtaining resources to support the livestock sector.

This study examines visual distortion, the use of emotional color, and expressive composition in Affandi's painting Self-Portrait Smoking a Pipe (1977), focusing on a systematic and contextual visual hermeneutic reading. The research background stems from the need to update the study of Indonesian expressionism through the integration of contemporary theories on visual perception, color psychology, and gestural analysis. This study aims to reveal how anatomical distortion, color dynamics, and non-linear compositional structures function as expressive strategies that reflect the artist's psychological condition and existential reflections in the final period of his life. The research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach and visual hermeneutic analysis through observation of digital documentation and a review of recent literature (2020–2025). The findings indicate that the distortion of shapes in the facial area and the finger-swiping gesture represent emotional tension, while the dominance of red, yellow, and green colors forms an affective spectrum that strengthens the psychological atmosphere in the work. The asymmetrical composition with diagonal lines creates a dynamic visual rhythm and directs the viewer's focus to the center of expression. The implications of the research emphasize that Affandi's works need to be read through a multidimensional approach that combines psychological, aesthetic, and hermeneutic aspects in order to obtain a more comprehensive understanding of his expressionist character.
