This research focuses on developing an IoT-based automatic irrigation control system for stevia plants to optimize plant growth and water usage efficiency. The system integrates ESP32 microcontroller with soil moisture sensors, DS18B20 temperature sensors, and DHT11 environmental sensors for comprehensive monitoring. Using Research and Development (R&D) methodology with an experimental approach, the system was designed and implemented to automatically control irrigation based on soil moisture levels. The results demonstrate that the system successfully maintains optimal soil moisture by activating the pump when moisture levels fall below 38% and deactivating it above 40%. Real-time monitoring through the Blynk platform enables remote observation and control of environmental parameters. The integration of multiple sensors with IoT technology provides an efficient solution for stevia plant irrigation management, offering potential applications in smart agriculture.

Fire is an event that often occurs due to human negligence. Losses from fire include damage to goods, business delays and can even cause loss of life. For early handling of fires, a "Fire Fighting Control Design Using MQ-2 Sensor and Fuzzy Logic Based 5 Channel Flame Sensor" has been created. This tool uses the MQ-2 sensor to detect gases related to fires, such as hydrocarbon gas. A 5 channel flame sensor is used to detect flames. The predetermined fuzzy logic rules will be used to control the fire extinguisher and implemented using the Arduino Atmega 2560 microcontroller as the brain of the system. Next, the microcontroller will send a control signal to the 12V DC pump output as a water spray system to deal with fires. The test results of this system show that the tool can detect early fire hotspots and respond well to fire extinguishing according to the fuzzy rule decisions carried out by testing the tool with 30 fire spots at different distances.

In order for life to exist on Earth, water is required and is particularly important on ships. Concerns about water scarcity arise because water resources cannot always meet demand. pH has an impact on the quality of drinking water, with an ideal range between 6.5-8.5. Alkaline water with a pH of 8.8 has health benefits, including helping to lower stomach acid and improve body oxygenation. The pH of drinking water recommended by the EPA is between 6.5-8.5 to ensure safe consumption. pH is a measure of the acidity or basicity of water, on a scale of 0-14, where 7 is considered neutral. The research plans to make a drinking water pH control system using an ESP 32 microcontroller. This research aims to control also monitor the pH of drinking water efficiently using ESP 32 microcontroller. This research uses the Research and Development (R&D) method to design pH control in drinking water solutions. The phases of the research include using a pH sensor to detect pH values, using an ESP 32 microcontroller to control pH, and validating and improving the product model. Overall system testing in the design of a drinking water pH controller system from water treatment is an important stage to ensure successful integration between all components and desired functionality. This testing process includes several main stages, Hardware Integration Testing: All hardware is physically connected and integrated, including ESP32, relays, solenoid valves, and pH sensors. The storage space for CO2 gas cylinders is inside the ship's accommodation, so there is a risk of danger if a leak occurs because the ship's accommodation has poor air circulation. This research is devoted to removing dangerous gases from the room. This research designs and modifies a tool that can detect CO2 levels and can provide a danger signal to the surroundings. This modification uses a Raspberry Pi Pico W microcontroller. This research method uses system design, a series of tools with wiring design and uses 2 test plans, namely: testing static and dynamic testing.  Testing the precision of the sensor by reading the CO2 leak detector using a CO2 measuring instrument obtained an average error value of 3.5%. The error value is still categorized as a safe difference value and the prototype works according to the expected function. Testing the function of the tool results in values for the MQ-135 buzzer and exhaust fan sensors which will turn on if the CO2 level is above 600 ppm in accordance with the safe threshold for CO2 levels in the air which has been set in the program. The primary focus of this research was to create a Smart Count of Vehicle Loading Prototype for ships, with an emphasis on monitoring and tallying vehicles boarding and disembarking from ships based on their weight. Microcontrollers, such as the ESP32, were utilized for the counting process and to determine if the ship's cargo weight exceeded its maximum capacity. The main objective was to prevent overloading on ships, which could lead to accidents during voyages or while vehicles were being loaded onto the ship. To achieve this goal, weight and distance sensors were installed on the ship and controlled by the microcontroller, allowing for accurate monitoring of the quantity and categories of vehicles being loaded. After designing and testing this prototype device, it has become a new technological innovation that makes monitoring the weight and quantity of cargo on ships easier and more efficient. This is supported by the fact that each sensor's readings can work well with an average error rate below 2%. Additionally, the maximum communication range between the Blynk IoT application and the ship system can reach up to 20 meters.

Freon is one of the refrigerants used in refrigeration systems. The refrigeration system has a very important role, namely to preserve food ingredients so that food can last longer. The use of freon is not only used in ships but is widely found in home appliances in refrigeration systems used in freezers, air conditioners, refrigerators, and dispensers. If more freon is used, the negative impact that arises is greater, namely the depletion of the ozone layer and global warming which can have a bad influence on health, the life of living things and the environment. The purpose of this researcher is to create a tool to reduce the negative impact of freon use, namely by using peltier as a cooling medium with environmentally friendly thermoelectric modules. This study uses trial and error methods. Where the trial process is carried out by turning on one of the working push buttons and observing the temperature value. Then it is processed by the control system, namely Arduino Mega which will later provide a PWM output signal to the IRF540 mosfet when the output temperature value is in line with the reference value and vice versa. The test of this tool was carried out by comparing measurements between the author's prototype tool and the standard measuring tool, namely the digital thermometer. Based on the test results, this device can produce a minimum temperature of 140C at 30-minute intervals without any media. The trial using 330ml bottled water can reach a temperature of 170C within 30 minutes in the cooler box. This tool is also equipped with an automatic monitoring system using a PWM signal in the form of a change in fan speed, which is 255 RPS maximum speed and when getting a PWM signal it changes to 50 RPS. The percentage of errors resulting from the comparison of standard measuring instruments and sensor values had the highest and lowest percentages of 2.37% and 0.84% in cold dispersion conditions without charge. Then the highest and lowest error percentages were 1.69% and 0.72% in the state of containing a load of 1 330ml mineral bottle. This ptototype uses data recording using Micro-SD as a data logger.

Tests were carried out 10 (ten) times with 3 (three) different capacities, namely with a capacity of 25%, 50%, and 75% of the maximum capacity of the fuel and with 2 (two) test methods, namely testing in stationary tank conditions (A) and testing in tank conditions getting shocks (B). So that from this test, the total value of the tool error (error) in the stationary tank condition (A) is 0.426% and in the condition of the tank getting a shock (B) of 0.420%. Based on the test results, the tool is said to be able to work well between measurements using the HY-SRF05 ultrasonic sensor and the actual depth with a system accuracy level of 99.57%.
