The presence of Muhammadiyah in Indonesian history has been an important part of the journey of social progress, education and social welfare. This article discusses the significant role of Muhammadiyah in encouraging Indonesia's development from time to time. This research uses a historical approach to analyze Muhammadiyah's role in fighting for independence, building educational infrastructure, and promoting the values ​​of social justice and prosperity. Key words such as "Muhammadiyah", "history", "role", and "progress" are the main focus in this discussion. The findings show that Muhammadiyah is not only a religious movement, but also a social force that has played a role in changing the face of Indonesia. Through inclusive education, community empowerment, and justice efforts, Muhammadiyah continues to contribute to advancing this nation. The implications of this research provide deep insight into how religious organizations can become agents of positive change in building a more civilized and advanced society.

Philosophy of science explores the nature of the mind and the methodology behind human knowledge, while theology seeks meaning and a relationship with transcendent forces. In the midst of job competition between countries in Asia, people with disabilities must also fight for their place in the job market. People with disabilities, who may face physical, mental, intellectual, motor and sensory barriers, face the additional challenge of finding employment commensurate with their abilities and barriers. Although the Indonesian government has made efforts to provide equal rights to people with disabilities through laws and policies, many challenges remain. Many people with disabilities are forced to work in the informal sector with low wages, and low participation. Therefore, research on the career prospects and experiences of individuals with disabilities is important in identifying the obstacles faced and exploring solutions that can improve disability inclusion in the world of work. Literature studies can provide valuable insights into the potential and problems experienced by people with disabilities in finding and maintaining employment, and provide a basis for the development of more inclusive policies and more effective support. By encouraging better accessibility and providing appropriate support services, communities and governments can help people with disabilities develop their potential and achieve success in their careers, while ensuring that work environments become more inclusive for all individuals, regardless of background or physical condition.

In the era of industrial revolution 4.0, the whole world is experiencing very rapid development. This industrial revolution was the driving force for the creation of globalization which influenced many aspects of life. The era of information technology places human life in the midst of rapid technological developments. Technological advances have also brought changes to the legal system in Indonesia. The Indonesian legal system follows the civil law legal system and has undergone adjustments to apply the existing legal system in countries that adhere to the common law legal system. This is clearly seen with the Omnibus Law which aims to simplify regulations to make it easier for business entities to apply for permits to open their businesses in Indonesia and increase investment in the country. Technological changes in the industrial revolution era have brought changes to the Indonesian legal system with the implementation of different legal systems to answer the challenges of this industrial era.

Government spending is very important for a country's economy and the welfare of all levels of society. In this way, the government must allocate their funds very wisely for the survival of the country and society. Government spending is the result of various types of income, one of which is taxes. But when governments do not have sufficient financial resources, they will resort to forced efforts to take resources from other countries. One of the goals of the government in issuing their budget is to reduce the number of unemployed. The government also poured funds to maintain political stability. In this way the economy will develop with development goals. Moreover, spending to reduce chaos is not cheap. The purpose of using the literature method in this research is so that readers can understand this research on government spending in depth. This research is based on books and several articles circulating on the internet. The result of government spending is the prosperity of the entire society and country. Because with the release of funds from the government, the country's development will be carried out. Government spending will be used for the sustainability of the country and for the prosperity for society.

Education stands as a dynamic force in human and societal development, continually evolving to meet shifting demands and needs. In this modern era marked by rapid transformations, the importance of keeping education abreast with the times cannot be overstated. One effective tool for rejuvenating and advancing education is the SWOT analysis. SWOT analysis, encapsulating Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats, transcends its traditional business applications to offer profound insights in diverse domains, including education. In the realm of Christian Religious Education (CRE), a critical aspect of the educational landscape, SWOT analysis unveils avenues for both refinement and growth. This paper explores the application of SWOT analysis in the context of CRE, acknowledging its pivotal role in shaping individual character, values, and spiritual beliefs. Tracing the historical trajectory of CRE from ancient churches to contemporary times, the analysis underscores the foundational principles upon which CRE stands. Within the framework of CRE, SWOT analysis serves as a potent tool to discern existing dynamics and chart future trajectories. By identifying internal strengths such as robust faith traditions and biblically grounded curricula, opportunities for enriching CRE education emerge. Simultaneously, weaknesses such as resource constraints and technological integration challenges highlight areas ripe for improvement. Furthermore, SWOT analysis illuminates potential opportunities for CRE advancement, including technological integration and policy shifts. However, it also unveils threats such as societal value shifts and information overload that impede effective CRE delivery. In navigating these dynamics, effective educational management emerges as paramount. Without strategic oversight and management, the pursuit of excellence in CRE remains elusive. Hence, this study delves into the pivotal role of educational management in fostering the quality and efficacy of CRE. Utilizing an analytical methodology, this research delves deep into existing literature and textual sources to unravel insights and generate new knowledge. Through systematic analysis and interpretation, this study seeks to enrich the discourse on CRE and underscore the imperative of strategic planning and management. In conclusion, SWOT analysis emerges as a cornerstone in the enhancement of CRE. By systematically evaluating internal dynamics and external trends, SWOT analysis paves the way for informed decision-making and strategic interventions. Thus, this paper advocates for the systematic integration of SWOT analysis in CRE, heralding a new era of excellence and relevance in religious education.

Economic growth underscores the important role of the state in enhancing human resource development. An important part of production factors is human resources, especially in terms of quality. Labor productivity is increased through improving the quality of human capital through education and health. This study is to examine the effect of human capital and the level of labor force participation on Indonesia's economic growth. This study uses the panel data method from 34 provinces in Indonesia for the 2015-2019 period. The results of statistical tests show that the education variable has a positive effect on the dependent variable of economic growth, while the health variable and the labor force participation rate variable have no effect on economic growth

This research was conducted with the aim of determining the influence of PMIK (Medical Recorder and Health Information) professional competence on the performance of medical record officers at the Dr. Air Force Hospital. Esnawan Antariksa. The research method used is quantitative with inferential analysis. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and questionnaires. The sampling technique used a total saturated sampling technique of 14 people. Obtained from 7 PMIK competency standard indicators (Noble Professionalism, Ethics and Legal, Introspection and Personal Development, Effective Communication, Health Data and Information Management, Clinical classification skills, Disease coding and other Health Problems as well as Clinical Procedures, Health Statistics Applications, Basic Epidemiology, and Biomedicine, Management of Medical Records Services and Health Information, there are still 2 indicators in the percentage that are not good, and in the 5 performance indicators of medical record officers (Quality of Work, Quantity of Work, Supervision, Attendance, Conservation) there are still 2 indicators in the percentage not good. It was found that 3 officers had a D-III RMIK education and 11 officers still had a high school education. Based on the results of the T test, it was found that the Sig. value was 275. It could be concluded that there was no influence of PMIK competency on the performance of medical records officers.    

Community welfare is a primary objective of national development, encompassing various aspects such as health, education, and decent employment, all of which play crucial roles in achieving national stability and progress. However, welfare is not solely dependent on economic factors but also on the overall quality of life. Unfortunately, disparities in welfare persist across different regions, influenced by local environmental factors, including access to education, which in turn affects job opportunities and income levels. Inequalities in employment opportunities can potentially slow down national development by reducing the number of individuals capable of contributing productively to key economic sectors. To enhance national development, further analysis of welfare indicators such as the open unemployment rate, human development index, labor force participation rate, and poverty levels is essential. Therefore, this study conducts cluster analysis on welfare indicators across districts/cities in Central Java for the year 2023. Both hierarchical and non-hierarchical (K-Means) clustering methods are employed to identify patterns of inequality by partitioning data into groups based on specific similarities. This approach facilitates a more effective review of policies to address welfare disparities across various regions. The findings indicate that the welfare indicators in Central Java are in a relatively poor condition, with low labor force participation rates, low human development indices, and high poverty rates. The hierarchical and non-hierarchical cluster analysis identified 5 optimal clusters, with all welfare variables having significant influence, requiring four iterations to reach the final centroids.

Introduction: The rapid development of Information Systems (IS) and Information Technology (IT) has influenced all business sectors. One of the business sectors that is influenced by the application of IS/IT is the manufacturing industry as carried out by the company PT.OCT. This article aims to analyze information systems strategic planning Method: using the Ward & Peppard method, there is also PESTEL, Value Chain, SWOT, CSF analysis, application mapping with McFarlan Grid, and IS analysis, this method is useful for designing appropriate information system architecture, and integrating information technology into overall business strategy . Analysis: analysis of the internal business environment using Value Chain analysis, then Porter's Five Forces analysis was chosen as the analysis of the external business environment. Conclusion: The results of the analysis show that the application of the Ward and Peppard method provides the final result which is an IS/IT strategic document that is effective in helping business processes at PT. OCT is engaged in manufacturing.

The execution of the rehabilitation of military prisoners is carried out through a communicative and accommodating approach, involving direct interaction between officers and military prisoners via counseling or interviews. This aims to listen, accept, discover, regulate emotions, strengthen spirituality, and resolve personal and official issues while fostering dedication, sincerity, responsibility, and loyalty within the Indonesian National Armed Forces environment. The objective of this study is to demonstrate the existing challenges in implementing military prisoner development that need to be addressed and overcome. In this study, the author applied qualitative research employing a descriptive approach to systematically, factually, and promptly gather data in line with the research’s context. The findings of this study demonstrated that the success of rehabilitating military prisoners in military correctional institutions is not solely within the responsibility of the Center for Military Correctional Institutions and the Military Correctional Institution itself. It is also affected by external factors, including the attention and moral support offered by the unit commander from the origin place of the military prisoners. This influence aims to facilitate military prisoners’ transformation into soldiers embodying Sapta Marga values, ensuring their readiness for forthcoming unit responsibilities.

The low degree of scientific literacy in Indonesia serves as the driving force for this research. As a result, efforts are being made to conduct research and develop scientific literacy-based science teaching resources. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy of scientific literacy-based science teaching materials on plant reproduction in academic settings. The process of research and development (R&D) employs a modified Four D (4D) paradigm. This research process consists of three stages: definition, design, and development. Three academic validators are included regarding the topic of this study and advancement. The scores from the product validation questionnaire are a category of numerical information obtained. In this research and development, literacy-based science teaching materials on plant reproduction were validated by expert validators to ensure that the produced products are truly valid. According to the expert validator assessment results, the scientific literacy part of the instructional material product had a validation result of 3.58 with a percentage of 89%, while the overall product received an average of 3.58. Therefore, it can be said that the instructional materials that have been generated are reliable and appropriate for use in the educational process.

Burglary involves forced or unauthorized entry, which leads to damage or loss of property having monetary or emotional value and, more severely, puts lives at risk. The dire need for the safety of lives and properties has attracted so much research on burglary alert system using Internet of Things (IoT) technology. Most of the research focused on alerting the users of burglary attempts using any or a combination of two notification methods: SMS, call, and email. This study emphasizes three-mode notification that combines SMS, call, and email using the application of IoT technology in a burglary alert system, which uses a Passive Infrared (PIR) sensor for burglar detection to ensure that Homeowners or authorized personnel get alerts in events of imminent attempt to break-ins. The study also details the sensor integration with its supporting components, such as the central hub or microcontroller, buzzer, LED, and network interface in the development of the system. The software was developed to facilitate seamless integration with the hardware, ensuring timely and accurate event detection and subsequent alert generation using Arduino IDE programming language, a framework based on the C++ language. The system effected the 3-mode notification to ensure that users get notification in case of an imminent break-in since the failure of the three modes simultaneously is extremely rare. The system’s performance based on its responsiveness on the 3-mode notifications was evaluated, and an average of 83.56% responsiveness was obtained, indicating an acceptable response time.

The research was conducted to analyze the wiring process on the low-voltage connection panel (PHB-TR) at PT. Powerindo Prima Perkasa using PLN standards. The standard used in the production of low-voltage circuit boards is the PLN standard number D3.016-2 in 2010. Based on the results of the discussion in this study, the following conclusions can be drawn: [1] Knowing what components are contained in the Low Voltage Connection Panel (PHBTR). [2] Knowing the wiring process on the Low Voltage Connection Panel (PHBTR). [3] Knowing how the Low Voltage Split Connector Panel (PHBTR).

Electricity is currently a vital resource highly needed by modern society, as the majority of human life activities are related to electricity. It can be said that electricity has become the primary source of energy in every activity, both in households and industries. PT PLN (Persero) is a state-owned enterprise (BUMN) that has been managing all aspects of electricity in Indonesia for 44 years, aiming to improve the quality of people's lives and focus on customer satisfaction. In order to continue to grow and improve, PT PLN  East Java requires analysis and evaluation of the company's current condition to compete externally. Therefore, a method is needed to determine the position and condition of PT PLN  East Java using the method from the strategic management course, namely the Five Force Analysis Method.

The research questions include exploring the key factors shaping the relationship between government funding and digital transformation, as well as understanding the challenges and opportunities associated with these initiatives. This study employs a qualitative research methodology, specifically relying on secondary data sources such as academic journals, research papers, books, government reports, and relevant documents. The findings of this study provide valuable insights into the influence of government funding on advancing digital transformation within the arts and cultural landscape in Indonesia. The analysis reveals key factors shaping the relationship between government funding and digital transformation, highlighting challenges and opportunities for future development. This study has implications for policymakers, practitioners, and researchers, guiding strategic decision-making and policy formulation to drive the advancement of digital practices within the arts and cultural landscape in Indonesia.
