The purpose of this research is to analyze the legal protection of child victims of physical violence by biological parents. This research uses a literature review approach by looking for theoretical references that are relevant to the case or problem found. Based on the results and discussion, it is found that the forms of violence experienced by children are physical violence such as: being kicked, hit, thrown with wood, slapped and even hung, resulting in children feeling depressed by the violence they experience and children who experience this rarely communicate with their friends. The sources that trigger physical violence against children are poverty, violence also occurs because the parents are stressed or have complicated problems. Parents' lack of knowledge The existence of children who do not want.

Death or mortality is one of the three components of the demographic process that influences population structure, the other two components are birth (fertility) and population mobility. The purpose of this study was to determine the causes of mortality on population growth and to determine the relationship between mortality and population growth. This research is a study of the dynamics of mortality in Indonesia in the past and future projections based on data from UN publications and the Census from BPS Indonesia. This research based on the object is a survey research with quantitative methods for analysis. Meanwhile, based on the existence of the population, this study uses a sampling method. This research also shows that mortality indicators in Indonesia continue to increase each period. The crude death rate in Indonesia shows a quite drastic decline. This means that the degree of health in Indonesia shows improvement in each period.  

This research wants to know more about "EFFECT OF REWARD AND PUNISHMENT ON EMPLOYEE'S WORK MOTIVATION" in accordance with the main problem, namely the effect of reward and punishment on PT BMW Astra Surabaya's employee motivation. The background for this research is that there are many employees who feel they are not being cared for in their maximum performance and there are still some employees who do not comply with the regulations that have been made. The purpose of this study was to find out: Is the effect of giving rewards and punishments on employee motivation to increase and discipline the performance of existing employees. The method used in this study is a quantitative method that aims to measure the work performance of existing employees in the provision of rewards and punishments whether it will further build employee performance motivation. Meanwhile, to support this research, it was obtained through library research and questionnaires by distributing questionnaires to several sections of employees. The population in this study were employees of BMW Astra Surabaya. The conclusion from this study is that giving rewards greatly influences the work motivation of BMW employees, because employees will receive rewards when they achieve their goals. Giving punishment also affects the work motivation of BMW Astra HR employees. Muhammad, because employees know how to work with more discipline. The existence of reward and punishment allows employees to have benchmarks in everything they do and maintain integrity with every current employee.

The rapid response to COVID-19 by central and local governments relies on Circular Letters, convenient policy tools requiring no external approval. Despite their ease of use, Circular Letters often trigger debates and legal disputes due to inconsistencies in content and legal status.The research methodology employed is normative legal research, conducted by examining library materials or secondary data. The findings of the study reveal that the existence of Circular Letters, which is a form of policy regulation, results from the discretionary power vested in the government. However, as discussed above, there is a lack of consistency among officials regarding the format and content of Circular Letters, leading to some Circular Letters containing legal norms that are generally binding on the public. In contrast, according to the Regulation of the Minister of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform of the Republic of Indonesia Number 80 of 2012 and the Regulation of the Head of the National Archives of the Republic of Indonesia No. 2 of 2014, Circular Letters are classified as administrative document products. Consequently, the implication of this research is that Circular Letters should only serve as internal communication tools, providing notifications within the internal organizational structure.

Digital financial services provided by fintech companies operate or make use of digital technologies. One of the banks that has offered digital fintech-based services are Bank Muamalat KCP Medan Baru. These services include virtual account services, cash management systems, online banking, m-banking (M-DIN), and ATMs. the necessity of putting into practice marketing tactics that increase client happiness and faith in these services. The purpose of this study is to identify the Bank Muamalat KCP Medan Baru's digital fintech-based marketing strategy for customer service. At Bank Muamalat KCP Medan Baru, this kind of research is considered field research. This study is descriptive qualitative in nature. Interviews and documentation were used to obtain data. The key data sources used were interviews with Bank Muamalat sub-branch managers, customer care representatives, and consumers KCP Medan Baru, whereas secondary sources are drawn from written works or other types of documentation to supplement primary data. According to the research, it is known that Bank Muamalat KCP Medan Baru has applied a number of shari'ah marketing indicators, including a number of marketing mix components. Promotion has dominated marketing tactics throughout the Bank's existence. Brands, services, and procedures produce marketing value. Additionally, Bank Muamalat KCP Medan Baru is inextricably linked to the three key tenets of shari'ah marketing—piety, moderation, and virtue. The Principle of Piety is the one that is used the most frequently. Additionally, Bank Muamalat KCP Medan Baru should assess or enhance its marketing tactics for digital fintech services continuous attempts to increase usage of the system due to the fact that some clients are still unaware of Muamalat's digital fintech offerings, particularly its virtual accounts, cash management systems, and online banking.

This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach through case studies in conducting accident risk analysis in the pharamaceutical industry and to fully and deeply understand the procedures for implementing Occupational Health and Safety at PT X. the technique used in this research is through a questionnaire distributed to respondents. Nased on the results of questionnaires from employees, it was concluded that PT X had implemented Occupational Safety and Health (K3) procedures well. This is proven by the existence of socialization and training in Occupational Safety and Health procedures as an effort to protect all employees from the risk of accidents. The company also equips all employees with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to protect employees from the risk of work accidents. Apart from that regular monitoring and evaluation is also carried out, to ensure that the procedure is still suitable to be implemented. The work environment plays a role in the safety and health of workers. Worker attitudes and work procedures that have been implemented by all employees have a very important role in Occupational Safety and Health as an effort to minimize accidents.    

Environmentally Caring Character is an attitude and action that always strives to prevent damage to the surrounding natural environment, and develops efforts to repair natural damage that has occurred. Based on initial observations, the facts that the author found in the field are that there are still some students whose character is still far from what was expected, even though they have received PAI learning at school, such as there are still some students who like to throw rubbish carelessly, there are still some students who damage facilities. At school, there are still some students who are reluctant to be involved in cleaning the school environment and there are still some students who lack awareness in maintaining and maintaining gardens at school. The aim of this research is to determine the efforts of Islamic Religious Education teachers in forming environmentally caring character in class VIII students at SMPN 1 Bukittinggi and to describe the supporting and inhibiting factors in forming environmentally caring character in class VIII students at SMPN 1 Bukittinggi. The research in this thesis uses qualitative research. This research is descriptive qualitative field research as a research procedure that produces descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from the people and behavior being observed. Based on the results of this research, it was found that the efforts of Islamic Religious Education teachers in forming students' environmentally caring character at SMPN 1 Bukittinggi were carried out in various ways, starting from the school principal's efforts in providing support and appreciation to students and parents, teachers' efforts in synchronizing learning materials with the character of caring for the environment, reminding students when someone behaves that does not reflect concern for the environment and modeling and providing an example to students. Supporting factors in the character education process at SMP N 1 Bukittinggi are good, namely the presence of pre-school experience, the existence of good learning motivation, the existence of students' attitudes and habits in learning, the teacher has the ability to deliver the material and can adapt it to the needs of the students, the teacher has high enthusiasm. in teaching. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factor: the bad habits of some students from home who are brought into the classroom, thus affecting other students.

Traditional markets involve many small and medium enterprises which are relatively large in number compared to the existence of modern markets whose expertise tends to be controlled by only a few people who have large capital. The purpose of this study is to determine the market potential for traders and the role of the auduri market in improving trader welfare. The type of research method used is qualitative research, using the type of field research (field research. The results of this study reveal that the potential of the auduri market towards traders is very good. This is evidenced by the results of research on 35 traders who said the auduri market has a location close to community settlements, high purchasing power of the community for the goods offered and the existence of a market structure. While the role of the market in improving the welfare of traders can be seen from the results of research that reveals traders feel helped by them selling there. From the proceeds they can meet the needs of their families, send their children to school and those who were once unemployed to have jobs. So it can be concluded that the role of the auduri market is very helpful for them in the economic welfare of their families.

Business activities are generally carried out by the community by exploiting the natural potential around them, namely the business of utilizing palm oil stick waste. This waste has not been used at all by the community so it is left like that. However, the existence of a search for sticks can provide additional income for the community. This research aims to find out the strategy for implementing the Quadruple Helix in improving the economy of the people of the search for sticks (carli) group in Sungai Kanan District, South Labuhanbatu Regency. The Quadruple Helix implementation strategy is one model that is suitable for social research and innovation. Data collection was carried out using a qualitative research design through observation, documentation and in-depth interviews, then supported by literature study. The research results show that the strategy for implementing the Quadruple Helix in improving the community's economy can provide significant benefits if implemented well. There are several ways to implement the Quadruple Helix so that it can help improve the economy of the people of South Labuhanbatu Sungai Kanan District, such as Partnership and Collaboration. Through partnerships between government, academics, business and society, different resources and knowledge can be combined. This collaboration can produce innovations and new solutions to increase production, added value of stick products, and the number of stick exports, thereby providing greater economic benefits for the stick-seeking (carli) community. However, there are several obstacles in implementing the Quadruple Helix, namely that even though it has been implemented, it has not been fully implemented to the maximum extent for the people of Sungai Kanan Labuhan Batu Selatan District.

This study is motivated by a moral dilemma that arises among students, especially verbal intimidation in the form of words that hurt the victim's heart that can be perceived by the sense of hearing. Bullying is a moral problem that must be addressed in students. Bullying is against moral and religious principles because Islam has instilled good values. Islam strongly recommends mutual respect and appreciation. With the existence of Islamic religious education teachers emphasizing the importance of Islamic teaching in transmitting values and reducing social violence in madrasas. For this reason, the problem of bullying is so complex and urgent to study. Therefore, to find out how teachers' efforts to deal with bullying behavior that occurs, it is necessary to conduct research on handling bullying. So that it can be used as a reference or reference to prevent and deal with problems such as bullying. The purpose of this study was to identify the causes, forms, efforts of PAI teachers or school teachers' solutions in dealing with verbal bullying. This research is a type of field research, namely qualitative research. In this study, data were collected through interviews, observation and documentation. Therefore, the task of the teacher is as a facilitator and mediator for their students, it is hoped that the presence of the Islamic Religious Education Teacher will be able to influence the attitudes and behavior of students to avoid violence in schools such as bullying.

From this phenomenon, of course, a capable raw material planning information system is needed to process data and create raw material reports automatically. The aim of this research is to provide report data regarding the amount and time of raw materials procured to smooth production activities. The method used in this research is Material Requirement Planning (MRP). The results of this research conclude that with the existence of a computerized system at PT. Arrgo Surya Abadi can assist the production process related to procuring the right materials, in efficient quantities and time.

Every motorized vehicle driver must comply with traffic rules and regulations. This aims to ensure the safety of motorized vehicle drivers and other road users. But because of the increase in the number of motorized vehicles, the accident rate continues to increase every year and the number of victims continues to increase, which is one of the bad factors in the increase in the number of motorized vehicles in Indonesia. This factor occurs due to the driver's human negligence, starting from lack of sleep, fatigue, carelessness, and low rider discipline. The police enforced it with fines but it was still frequently violated by motorists. Therefore, the existence of electronic tickets (E-TLE) using CCTV surveillance cameras, is expected to help reduce violations and reduce the level of road accidents. This study raises problems by looking at the obstacles experienced in the implementing E-TLE ticket fines and the obstacles experienced in the implementing E-TLE ticket fines in the jurisdiction of the Surabaya City Police. This research uses empirical juridical research. The results of this study are the obstacles that traffic police officers face when applying ETLE fines are: Unclear ETLE cameras, lots of fake license plates, E-tickets that are not on target, Accessibility of the application network, E-ticket services that are just In Time, integration of data that has not been uploaded, lack of socialization and the community does not have the E-Tilang application. Based on that, the aim of this research is to find out about SRP Ernala's tourism promotion strategy through Instagram (IG) social media. This research uses primary data and secondary data. In this research, the primary data is the results of interviews with managers, employees and visitors to SRP Ernala tourism in Karo Regency, secondary data is social media content from the SRP Ernala tourist village as well as previous research related to this research. This research uses qualitative research methods with descriptive analysis which collects data through observation data, documentation and interviews with 6 informants. From the research results, the SRP Ernala tourism development promotion strategy used by tourism managers is in line with the theory of promotional forms, product, price, place, promotion, promotions used via Instagram social media. Research objectives To find out strategies that can be implemented in developing community-based Ecotourism in Tipang village, Baktiraja District, Humbang Hasundutan Regency in 2023. To find out what factors support and inhibit the development of community-based Ecotourism in Tipang tourist village. Using a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach through in-depth interview techniques with informants. From the results of research conducted by researchers, the Tipang Tourism Village, Baktiraja District, Humbang Hasundutan Regency is still in the pioneering stage. Therefore, for the Tipang Tourism Village development strategy there are stages that must be carried out, especially the process of approaching the community and providing guidance to assist the community's human resources. As well as the existence of supporting and inhibiting factors in the community-based ecotourism development strategy, more attention must be paid by utilizing the potential of the Tipang Tourism Village. The strategies that have been implemented in the tourism community are: 1. Becoming a government partner in encouraging and disseminating tourism awareness among the community. 2. Providing participation in various related training, such as understanding what tourism potential is and also what it is like to develop a tourist village. 3. Mapping tourism potential, where Pokdarwis has data from every tourist location point in Tipang Tourism Village. 4. Create a tour package where this tour package has a tariff according to the tourist's trip in the Tourism Village and what the tourist's activities will be in the future. 5. Promoting tourism products carried out by Pokdarwis so that Tipang Tourism Village becomes increasingly well known and penetrates the outside world. Potential villages with culture and daily traditions of the community that can be developed as tourist village attractions. Through the factors that influence the development of this tourist village, there are attractions, amenities, accessibility and also superior human resources.

The existence of infrastructure and development that continues to develop in Kulon Progo, such as the YIA Airport in  Kulon Progo, hotels and shopping centers can lead to rapid development growth in Kulon Progo. With development increasing rapidly but not accompanied by the development of human resources in the surrounding area, this has resulted in the marginalization of the surrounding community. The author's aim is to analyze the activities carried out by the Kulon Progo government to increase the capacity of the Kulon Progo community. Can also analyze problems that arise in the development process and how the Department handles them. A qualitative approach was chosen for this research process, namely descriptive research. The data sources used are primary data obtained during the research process and secondary data from books and other literature. The data collection process was carried out by interviews, direct observation and documentation. The research results include plans for development and empowerment activities prepared by the department taking into account various agency linkages and the needs of business actors in Kulon Progo. The Department carries out various programs such as training to increase production capacity, improving central management, issuing permits to increase business capacity in Kulon Progo. Monitoring and evaluation of activities is also carried out to determine the obstacles and successes of activity programs.

The development of Ngrupit Village as a tourism village is inseparable from the participation of all members of the community. One of the important elements in supporting the creation of a tourist village is the existence of an institution that can manage and organize tourism businesses or what we call a Tourism Awareness Group (Pokdarwis). This service activity aims to provide assistance to Pokdarwis Ngrupit Village to increase the understanding and capabilities of its members in tourism business governance. This service begins with the formation of Pokdarwis institutions, tourism potential survey activities, Forum Group Discussion (FGD) activities, and training in tourism business governance. Through this training activity, Pokdarwis of Ngrupit Village was given training, socialization, assistance, and empowerment regarding tourism business management, including financial management, marketing, facilities, and customer service. The benchmark for the success of this service activity is seen from the pre-test and post-test scores in the training activities. The results showed that the average pre-test score was 66.42 and the average post-test score was 87.14 in the tourism business management training. While in the training of Branding and Marketing of Tourism Businesses, the average pre-test score was 50.71 and post-test was 85.71. Based on these results, it was found that there was an increase in the average score before and after attending the training. Thus, this training increased the understanding of Pokdarwis members regarding tourism business management as well as branding and marketing of tourism businesses.  

This research aims to determine public relations communication strategies and supporting and inhibiting factors in information management and services at the Ministry of Religion, Dairi Regency. where the problem in this research began with the researcher being interested in analyzing the public relations communication strategies applied to the community in the form of policies, openness of public information and management of public opinion by the Ministry of Religion of Dairi Regency. This research uses qualitative research methods by collecting data through observation, documentation and interviews. The informant for this research is the Head of Public Relations of the Ministry of Religion, Dairi Regency, Mr. Haji Mahdi Kudadiri, S. Pdi, MM. Lindung Kaloko, S. Ag, Head of Bimas, Ministry of Religion, Dairi, Lespriono Munthe, S. Kom, Head of Public Relations, Ministry of Religion, Dairi, Saipul Bahri Capah, S. Pd, Public Relations Staff of the Ministry of Religion, Dairi, who researchers will interview and observe. The results of this research are: 1. Public relations communication strategy in information management and services by providing a forum for communication between the public and public relations in managing opinions through online, dialogue and letters. The reciprocal relationship that is built is in the form of responses given by the community where in social media there are many comment column features to convey opinions and suggestions to the Dairi Regency Ministry of Religion. 2. The supporting factor for the implementation of the strategy well is because each member collaborates with each other in carrying out news publications for the active existence of the Ministry of Religion's public relations in the management and information services in the Dairi Regency Ministry of Religion. There are no serious obstacles in implementing public relations strategies in providing information services needed by the public through various accesses, both online, letters and direct dialogue. The inhibiting factor in information management and services at the Ministry of Religion of Dairi Regency is the limited ability of officers in the field of technology.

Apart from that, there are several authors' points of view which are used as a basis for finding solutions to problems based on the results of the literature review. Apart from that, there are several author's points of view which are used as explanations to find solutions to the problem of work experience on employee performance. The definition of work experience consists of several types provided by experts. Experience in all activities is very necessary because experience is the best teacher. The meaning of this is that a person learns from the experiences they have experienced. HR management is the science and art of managing the relationships and roles of the workforce so that they are effective and efficient in order to help realize the Company's goals. They also need to implement workplace practices that are based on upholding fundamental rights in the workplace and international university standards, and fostering good HR management relationships as important for increasing productivity and decent work.

The high level of living needs that must be met is a burden that every earning individual must go through and not all of their needs are met. With the existence of sharia pawnshops can help economic problems in each individual. Therefore, this research aims to determine the influence of product knowledge and promotions on interest in using sharia pawnshop services among people in the city of Jambi. This study uses a quantitative research method with a descriptive approach. Sampling of 100 people using the Slovin formula approach. Data collection by observation and questionnaires. Data were analyzed using instrument test analysis, classical assumption test, hypothesis test, simultaneous test and coefficient of determination test. Based on the results of this study, there is a positive and significant influence between product knowledge and promotion on interest in using sharia pawnshop services. Using the t test the significance value of product knowledge is 0.001 <0.05 and the tcount > ttable 3.513 > 0.1984723, the promotion significance value is 0.000 <0.05 and the tcount > ttable 5.010 > 0.1984723. Simultaneously or together, a positive and significant effect can be seen from the f test, namely fcount > ftable or 53.690 > 3.090187 and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. Based on the R Squre test results, the R2 value is 0.525 or 52.5%, the remaining 48.5% is influenced by variables outside this study. With this, sharia pawnshops are expected to further increase promotions so that the public can find out what products are offered by sharia pawnshops.
