This research aims to determine the effect of promotions on the income of clothing businesses in Pasar Baru Panyabungan, Mandailing Natal Regency, North Sumatra. Data collection was carried out through a survey of 56 respondents consisting of market traders, where 35.71% of the respondents were men and 64.29% were women. The majority of respondents were aged between 26-40 years (35.71) and had a high school education or equivalent (62.50%). The results of simple linear regression analysis show that promotion has a significant influence on income, with a regression coefficient of 0.484. This means that every one unit increase in the promotion variable has the potential to increase revenue by 0.484 units. The regression model obtained is Y= 82.586 + 0.484 The validity test shows that all statement items are valid with a calculated r value greater than r table (0.2221), while the reliability test with Cronbach alpha shows a value of 0.685 for promotion and 0.839 for income, which means the instrument used is reliable. In addition, the classical assumption test ensures that the data is normally distributed and there is no heteroscedasticity. The research also identifies challenges such as intense competition and environmental issues in the market. These findings emphasize the importance of effective promotional strategies, supported by government policies that encourage sustainable economic growth in traditional markets.

MSMEs are productive economic businesses run by individuals or small business entities to grow and develop their businesses in order to build the economy, so that MSMEs become the most important pillars in the Indonesian economy. The large number of competitors in the business world requires entrepreneurs to find strategies that can increase the sales cycle and fulfill the number of requests. Solusi Cash & Kredit is a company engaged in cash and credit sales of smartphones, furniture, and electronics. According to the owner of Solusi Cash & Kredit, Vivo smartphones are one of the best-selling brands on the market. The phenomenon that occurred in the company during August 2023 to June 2024 was the occurrence of fluctuations or instability in product sales levels. The purpose of this study was to determine the results of the comparison of sales forecasting with the Exponential Smoothingi and Least Square methods. The results obtained were that the exponential smoothing alpha 0.3 method had a MAPE value of 18.27% with a forecast value for the next period of 34 units per month. Alpha 0.5 had a MAPE value of 14.74% with a forecast value for the next period of 36 units per month. Alpha 0.7 had a MAPE value of 12.64% with a forecast value for the next period of 36 units per month. Alpha 0.9 had a MAPE value of 11.7% with a forecast value for the next period of 37 units per month. The least square method had a MAPE value of 7.2% with a forecast value for the next period of 41 units per month.

The activity resulted in at least 6 units of Ebb-Flow hydroponics in containers (tubs) with various media, installation and training for women members of the partners. Financial reports are an important tool for measuring the performance and financial health of cooperatives. Good financial reports are influenced by the level of knowledge and understanding of human resources in presenting financial reports. This research aims to find out how the financial reports in Kopkar UHT are and their application to SAK ETAP. The research was carried out using direct observation of research objects, interviews with specified informants, as well as documentation in the form of photos of activities and financial report documents. The findings show that Kopkar UHT's financial reports: presents the components of a balance sheet financial report, a report on the calculation of business results, a report on changes in capital, a recapitulation of income and expenses of USP and USW, a recapitulation of cash loans and bills, a recapitulation of turnover from sales of shop units, photocopy services and canteen services . The establishment of Village-Owned Enterprises is a way to innovate in improving village development, especially in the economic sektor. The reality is that many villages are not ready to manage and even develop BUMDes. This research aims to find out how the development strategy carried out by BUMDes Mitra Karya Sejahtera as one of the BUMDes with developing status in Bintan Regency. The type of research used is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Then the data collection technique was carried out by interview, documentation and observation.The results show that this BUMDes does not have a clear mechanism in identifying problems, and problems are often handled traditionally through deliberation. The main obstacles in the development of BUMDes business units include the impact of the Covid-19 pandemik, limited capital, and less strategic business locations. While development strategies such as legal entity registration and organizing events have been proposed, implementation has not been optimal. BUMDes have made efforts to realize the strategies, including capital strengthening, HR training, and expansion of business units. However, the impact of these efforts is still not maximized due to limitations in implementation and unsustainable activities. Effective monitoring and evaluation have also not been implemented, given that evaluations are conducted informally and unscheduled.

In every transaction or agreement they observe, notaries are crucial in guaranteeing adherence to sharia rules. It is essential for notaries to comprehend sharia principles in muamalah (business transactions) in order to perform their duties responsibly and in compliance with applicable legal rules. Muamalah based on sharia principles addresses a number of topics, including justice, openness, unity, and adherence to Islamic legal norms. To determine if a transaction or agreement complies with the relevant sharia principles, notaries must comprehend and internalise these principles. This research aims to find out, analyse and explain in depth the role of notaries in making financing agreement deeds based on sharia principles, so that they can contribute to the development of Islamic banking law and notaries in Indonesia, and analyse and explain comprehensively the responsibilities of notaries both civilly, criminally, and administratively for the sharia financing agreement deeds they make, so that they can contribute to the legal protection of the par. This research uses a type of legal research that is Normative as well as Sociological (empirical). The findings revealed that the role of the Notary in the application of Sharia principles in contract deeds at Bank Syariah Indonesia KC Batam is not overly dominant, because the Notary's role is essentially limited to legalising the contract, while the bank determines the contract's content entirely. The notary bears accountability for the Sharia Financing Agreement deed and must read and comprehend its contents. With this reading, the notary can also amend any inaccuracies in the deed's contents. The Notary will refuse to legalise the deed if it violates the law, public order, or decency. The constraints of the absence of Notary competencies that are in accordance with and fulfill sharia provisions, make not all Notaries who are partners of Islamic banks lack understanding of sharia principles.

Small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) have an important role in the Indonesian economy. Based on a Bank Indonesia report, MSMEs account for 99.99% of the total number of business entities in Indonesia or 56.54 million units. MSME players, especially those with creative economy products, are able to contribute to gross domestic product (GDP) of IDR 852 trillion and absorb a workforce of 15 million people. This approach is used to describe and analyze the importance of bookkeeping for BCireng Aisyah MSMEs in Pekanbaru in depth through interviews, observations and document analysis. The aim of the research is to increase understanding and awareness of MSME players, especially Cireng Aisyah in Pekanbaru, about the importance of good and correct bookkeeping. Quite a lot of Pekanbaru people work as entrepreneurs, especially in the economic sector of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs), such as processed food producers.

This thesis is intended to find out how the role of Islamic boarding schools in the development of entrepreneurship in students. In this study, a qualitative approach method is used with a data collection method by conducting, observing, interviewing, and drawing conclusions. The results of drawing conclusions are as follows: (1) Al Inayah Islamic boarding school provides several business unit facilities as a practice for student development, although not all business units can be managed directly by students, but the entrepreneurial development carried out by the pesantren is quite ideal. Because pesantren has provided learning methods and the basics of entrepreneurship to students. (2) Students begin to be able to manage and capitalize on their own businesses, through the provision of entrepreneurship and vocational practices as a support for the Islamic spirit of entrepreneurship of students and of course under the supervision and direction of the management and the board of teachers of Islamic boarding schools. But not all pesantren business units can be used efficiently, because there are indeed several business units that specifically help students only if needed. (3) In its role, pesantren has provided balanced entrepreneurship provisions to students with pesantren backgrounds, of course, in providing knowledge about entrepreneurship, pesantren equipping religious knowledge as a guideline for Muslim entrepreneurs. In the form of pesantren training, it also holds seminars by bringing in experts or resource persons in entrepreneurship and the provision of BLK (Job Training Center) that can be participated by students.

Innovation is a research, development and engineering activity carried out with the aim of developing practical applications of new scientific values ​​and contexts or by applying existing science and technology in products or processes. Village-Owned Enterprises are institutions formed by the village government and the community manages these institutions based on the needs and economy of the village. The lack of optimal development of BUMDes business units causes quite large losses, partly due to the lack of cooperation carried out by the Village Government and BUMDes which then results in many tourist units being abandoned. ​This research is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach. The data in this research consists of primary data and secondary data. The informants in this research were 7 people, data collection techniques were through observation, interviews and documentation. Data management/data analysis techniques through data reduction, data presentation, drawing or drawing conclusions. ​In the interview results from the BUMDes Director, there was a decline in income, but not every year. The aim of this research is that it is hoped that BUMDes will have a big influence and be able to help develop the community's economy through the BUMDes business unit "Putra Mandiri" in Panggang Village so that it runs optimally. The development of the business world in the current era of globalization is increasingly sharpening competition, especially in the management of automotive company units. One type of automotive that is widely favored by Indonesians is motorcycles. This study aims to determine the Effect Social Factors, Prices, and Product Features on Purchase Intention of Yamaha NMAX Motorcycles at State Polytechnic of Bengkalis Students. This study uses quantitative methods, data collection techniques are carried out by distributing online questionnaires with a sample of 100 respondents. The sampling technique used non- probability sampling method, data analysis used is descriptive statistics, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, data conclusion with T test, F test and the coefficient of determination (R2), while data processing used SPSS version 26 program. The findings indicate that social factors and product features variables have an effect, meanwhile the prices variable does not have an effect on purchase intention of Yamaha NMAX motorcycles at State Polytechnic of Bengkalis students. This study provides the insight that Yamaha can direct efforts and resources towards social marketing and product feature enhancement rather than focusing on price adjustment strategies.

The development of e-commerce is currently increasingly rapid, marked by the increasing number of internet users in Indonesia. Customer satisfaction and trust are the most dominant problems in every business unit operating in the service sector, but the process of achieving customer satisfaction is not easy. Because many other factors can influence the achievement of this level of customer satisfaction. Through this research, the author aims to determine the level of customer satisfaction, namely by using the Customer Satisfaction Index method. Based on the research results, it is known that female consumers, consumers aged 23-28 years, and private employees are the dominant respondents. The level of consumer satisfaction with e-commerce based on CSI is 97.12%.

This study aims to analyze the best-selling ice cream sales data in 2022 from the Mixue Karangjati franchise in Semarang Regency, as well as calculate the contribution margin ratio (RCM) and break-even point (BEP) in units and monetary value for each item. Sales data and related costs are processed to gain insights into the company's financial performance. The analysis results indicate that the RCM for the year 2022 is 7.4%, while the BEP in units and monetary value has been calculated for each item. Additionally, planning recommendations for the future are provided, including product diversification, cost monitoring, technology utilization, and service quality improvement. This study provides crucial insights for management in financial planning and strategic decision-making to achieve the company's business goals.
