Akupresur merupakan salah satu terapi non farmakologis yang dapat dilakukan untuk pasien lansia dengan hipertensi.Terapi akupresur dapat membuat tubuh rileks sehingga terjadi penurunan tekanan darah. Metode penyuluhan ini dilakukan secara langsung dengan ceramah dan diskusi secara interaktif serta simulasi akupresur.  Diskusi dilakukan dengan metode tanya jawab terkait materi. Materi selain disajikan secara presentasi juga diberikan  melalui leaflet. Akupresur dilakukan dengan melakukan penekanan pada titik LR 3, SP 6,ST 40, ST 36, GB 20, L14,PC 6. Pada setiap titik refleksi minimal 2 menit setiap titiknya. Hasil kegiatan menunjukan bahwa setelah kegiatan ini sebagian besar ibu mempunyai pengetahaun yang baik tentang hipertensi dan akupresur. Kegiatan penyuluhan ini telah dicapai dengan menambah wawasan dan turunnya tekanan darah setelah intervensi akupresur.

Hypertension is a non-communicable disease that many people need to pay attention to, especially the elderly, therefore it requires more comprehensive and integrated treatment over a long period of time. Uncontrolled hypertension results in a 7 times chance of suffering a stroke, a 6 times chance of suffering from coronary heart disease and a 3 times chance of suffering a heart attack. Based on this description, researchers are interested in conducting research on the effect of walking activity on blood pressure in elderly hypertensive sufferers at UPT Mojokerto. The aim of this study was to determine the effect of walking activity on blood pressure in elderly hypertensive sufferers at UPT Mojokerto. This type of research method is experimental. With a Pre-Experimental research design, and using a One Group Pretest-Posttest research design. From a population of 46 elderly people at UPT Pesanggrahan Mojokerto, a sample of 10 elderly people was taken. Determining the number of samples using purposive sampling. The instrument used is a sphygmomanometer. Implement a 30 minute walking activity exercise program for 2 weeks at a frequency of 3 times per week. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive tests, normality tests using Shapiro-Wilk and hypothesis testing using paired tests in the SPSS statistical version 23 application. The results of the descriptive test research showed that the average difference between pretest and posttest diastolic blood pressure was (4.00 mmHg) and the average difference between pretest and posttest systolic blood pressure (6.00 mmHg). And from the hypothesis test, the t-count significance value = 0.004 with a significance level of α = 0.05. Because the p-value is <0.05, there is an influence of walking activity on reducing the blood pressure of hypertension in the elderly at UPT Pesanggrahan Mojokerto.

Latar Belakang : Indonesia termasuk ke dalam peringkat 10 besar dari 184 negara dengan angka kejadian prematur yang tinggi yaitu 15,5 kelahiran prematur per 100 kelahiran hidup dengan jumlah bayi prematur sebesar 675.700”, maka dari itu sangat penting menjaga kualitas tidur ibu selama hamil. Selain kelahiran prematur, kurang tidur atau gangguan tidur dapat juga meningkatkan tekanan darah.Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Senam Hamil terhadap Kualitas Tidur Ibu Hamil Trimester III di Puskesmas Panca Makmur.Metode: Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah “One Group PreTest Post Test Design. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh Ibu Hamil 2 bulan terakhir di Desa Panca Makmur yang berjumlah 64 orang.Berdasarkan hitungan sampel didapatkan 18, untuk mengantisipasi drop out maka ditambahkan jumlah responden 10%, dan Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 20 responden yang diambil menggunakan teknik non probability sampling yakni purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian ini dianalisis menggunakan uji Wilcoxon sign rank test Hasil: Nilai mean kualitas tidur sebelum diberikan intervensi adalah 5.15 dan mengalami perubahan nilai mean setelah diberikan intervensi menjadi 1.75. hasil analisis menggunakan uji Wilcoxon sign rank test diketahui nilai p value 0,000 <?=0,05 (C195%: 2,804-3,996). Kesimpulan: Hasil peneltiian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh senam hamil terhadap kualitas tidru ibu hamil timester III di Puskesmas Panca Makmur

As we get older,blood pressure will increase,causing the risk of hypertension. Hypertension is a degeneratif disease.Bload pressure that is left for a long time can cause damage to body organs such as stroke,coronary heart disease,which can cause death.Therefore,incereasing potassium intake is also one of the non- phamacological management of hypertension.This is done by consuming fruit and vegetables high in potassium,one of which is cucumber.There are several ways to cinsume cucumber.In this background,it is popular to use cucumber as Infused Water.The aim of this research for specifications,thare is an effect of giving infused water on reducing blood pressure in elderly people suffering from hypertension in the area of Desa SindangJaya Kec.Cipanas Kab,Cianjur.This research uses a quasi-experimental research design with a one group pretest-posttest design.The population in this study is all elderly people with hypertension in the SindangJaya village area.The sample for this research was taken using a purposive sampling technique and obtained a sample of using the Wilcoxon Signed Rank T-Test.There was a significant 2-tailed influene on the systolic and diastolic blood pressure of the respondents before administering cucumber infused water and after administering cucumber infused water,it was 0.000 < 0.005.There was a difference or effect of administering cucumber infused water on the systolic and diastolic blood pressure of respondents in the SindangJaya Village area,Cipanas district.Cianjur.There is an effect of giving cucumber infused water on reduccing blood pressure in elderly people suffering from hypertension in Sindangjaya village area,cipanas district,cianjur district in 2023.it s hoped that they wil be albe to continue on there awn by carrying out camplementry treatment by comsuming cucumber infused water so that blood pressure can remain normal.

Lack of public knowledge regarding traditional medicine, namely the use of Moringa leaves which can lower blood pressure. The aim of this study was to identify the effect of giving kelor leaf tea on reducing blood pressure in hypertension sufferers in Kukusan Beji Depok. Quantitative research method with a pre-experimental approach. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with a sample size of 15 respondents. Data were collected using a pretest posttest observation sheet given the Moringa leaf tea intervention. The statistical tests used in this research are the Wilcoxon test and the paired sample T-test. Based on the results of the Wilcoxon test on systolic blood pressure, it shows a significance value (p-value = 0.001), the significance value for diastolic blood pressure using the paired sample T-test is (p-value = 0.000). In conclusion, there is an effect of giving Moringa leaf tea on reducing blood pressure in hypertension sufferers in Kukusan Beji Depok in 2023.

With an unhealthy lifestyle such as having a smoking habit, irregular and unhealthy eating patterns will have an impact on hypertension or high blood pressure, which later on from the bad habits above will have further impacts, namely complications of heart disease, heart failure, stroke. , and damage to the kidneys. Problems that can cause an increase in blood pressure can be controlled or prevented by using cucumber and young coconut water.To determine the effect of giving cucumber juice mixed with young coconut water on reducing blood pressure in hypertensive patients. This type of research is in the form of an experiment with a Pre Test and Post Test With Control Group Design research design. The sample in this study was 50 respondents who were divided into two groups, namely 25 samples of treatment group respondents who were given 200 grams of cucumber juice mixed with young coconut water and 25 samples of control group respondents who were not given treatment. The statistical test used to determine the effect uses the T-test. The results of this study indicate that there was an influence on blood pressure in the treatment group given cucumber juice mixed with young coconut water in hypertension sufferers, namely that the results of statistical tests obtained an average value of pre-systolic blood pressure of 161.12 mmHg and an average value of post-systolic blood pressure. systolic blood pressure was 128.48 mmHg and the average value of pre-diastolic blood pressure was 91.16 mmHg and the average value of post-diastolic blood pressure was 80.00 mmHg. A p-value of 0.000 (< 0.05) for systolic blood pressure obtained a p-value of 0.000 (< 0.05) and diastolic blood pressure obtained a p-value of 0.000 (< 0.05). Due to the benefits of cucumber and young coconut water which are beneficial for lowering blood pressure. There is an effect of giving cucumber juice mixed with young coconut water on changes in systolic and diastolic blood pressure in the treatment group and can reduce blood pressure in patients suffering from hypertension aged 40 - 70 years at Posbindu Srikandi RT.004/RW.07 Kel. Lenteng Agung.

Hypertension or high blood pressure is a condition where the blood pressure in the arteries is too high, where the blood pressure rises, namely systolic blood pressure ≥140 mmHg and/or diastolic blood pressure ≥90 mmHg. To overcome this problem, non-pharmacological treatment efforts are needed to reduce blood pressure, namely by consuming Ambon bananas and a low-salt diet. To determine the effect of consuming Ambon bananas and a low-salt diet on reducing blood pressure in elderly hypertensive sufferers in Babakan Karet Village, Cianjur District, Cianjur Regency. The research design uses a pre-experimental method with one group pretest-posttest, with purposive sampling and using dependent T-Test data analysis. The research population who suffered from hypertension was 30 people, the sample size was 17 respondents. The dependent T-test showed a significance value of <.001 (<0.05), meaning that there was an effect of consuming Ambon bananas and a low-salt diet on reducing blood pressure in elderly hypertensive sufferers in Babakan Karet Village, Cianjur District, Cianjur Regency. There is a therapeutic effect of consuming Ambon bananas and a low-salt diet on reducing blood pressure in elderly hypertensive sufferers

Introduction: High blood pressure (hypertension) is an increase in blood pressure in the arteries. Health problems in elderly people are often related to decreased organ function which causes degenerative diseases, including hypertension. This condition needs to be watched out for because it often does not show any special symptoms, so many people are not aware of it and still feel healthy to carry out daily activities. Therefore, hypertension is often referred to as a silent killer.Method: The research method applied in this study is a quantitative approach using a pre-experimental design with a one-group pre-post test design model.Research Results: The average blood pressure before doing elderly exercise (pretest) was 151.94/93.66 mmHg, while after doing elderly exercise (post-test) it was 137.90/87 mmHg. There is a significant effect of elderly exercise on blood pressure in middle-aged hypertensive patients at UPTD Cibeber Health Center.Conclusion: Based on the results obtained, it can be concluded that providing elderly exercise has a significant influence on the blood pressure of middle-aged hypertensive patients at the Cibeber Health Center UPTD

Hypertension is a health problem that often occurs in society. Uncontrolled hypertension can trigger degenerative diseases such as heart disease and kidney failure. One therapy used to lower blood pressure is celery leaf therapy. To determine the effectiveness of celery leaf juice and boiled celery leaves on blood pressure in elderly people with hypertension. This type of quantitative research is a Quasi Experimental design with Two Group pretest – posttest Control Group. The sampling technique used simple random sampling with a sample size of 32 people. The instruments in this study used a tensimeter, stethoscope, and observation sheet. Research results using the Wilxocon test and Mann Whitney U Test showed that the results of the analysis of celery leaf juice had a sig value of systolic ρ↑alue= 0.000≤α 0.05 and diastolic ρ-νalue = 0.000≤0.05. The results of the analysis of boiled celery leaves showed a sig value of systolic ρ-νalue = 0.000≤α 0.05 and ρ-νalue diastolic = 0.000≤0.05, meaning that celery leaf juice and celery leaf decoction are effective for blood pressure in elderly people suffering from hypertension. Background: Hypertension or high blood pressure is a non-communicable disease with abnormal blood pressure condition above the normal limit, which is higher than 140/90 mmHg. Hypertension is one of the diseases without symptoms and usually called the silent killer. There are some factors that become hypertension like genetic, lifestyle which are smoking, consuming fatty foods, and consuming alcohol. Research Objectives: to determine the effect of giving Bomb Tea (butterfly pea, lemon, and isomalt) for blood pressure in hypertension sufferers in Puskesmas Baros Area, Sukabumi City. Method: the research method used in this study was pre-experimental using one group pretest-posttest design. Respondents total in this study were 16 respondents. The result will analyze by paired t-test. Result: The statistic result by paired t-test show the p-value of systolic and diastolic blood pressure is 0,000<0,05, which means there is an effect to decrease blood pressure in hypertension sufferers. Conclusion: the conclude, there is an effect in the form of reducing blood pressure in hypertension sufferers in Puskesmas Baros Area. Suggestion: the study could become an alternative treatment by consuming Bomb Tea for decreased the blood pressure for hypertension sufferers.

Background: Hypertension is a cardiovascular disease that attacks many elderly people and increases the risk of death. The aging process causes elderly people to decrease their activity, resulting in the emergence of obesity, fat accumulation in blood vessels, and increased blood pressure. Data in the area supported by the Srondol Semarang Community Health Center in 2020 shows that hypertension is in first place on the list of the top 10 diseases there. One intervention that is safe and popular with the elderly and can help control blood pressure in the elderly is gamelan accompaniment exercise because it can increase blood flow and oxygen supply throughout the body, increase the elasticity of blood vessels and provide a relaxing effect. The aim of this study was to determine the effectiveness of gamelan accompaniment to blood pressure in elderly people with hypertension. This research method is a pre-experimental one group pre and post test design and sampling using purposive sampling technique. The population of this study were elderly people who were recorded as suffering from hypertension at the Srondol Semarang Community Health Center. The research instrument used a digital spygmomanometer and video of gamelan accompaniment of exercises. The research stages consist of preparation, implementation and processing of research data. The steps taken at the preparation stage were literature studies, field surveys, discussions with lecturers and experts, developing procedures for implementing gamelan accompaniment exercises, expert reviews, and socializing the implementation of gamelan accompaniment exercises to the elderly and their families. The implementation stage was carried out by collecting data on elderly people registered at the Srondol Semarang Community Health Center, pre and post tests by measuring blood pressure using a spigmomanometer, implementing gamelan accompaniment exercises in accordance with the prepared SOP, observing the implementation of gamelan accompaniment exercises with an observation sheet. Then, at the data processing stage, a test was carried out on the effectiveness of gamelan accompaniment exercises on the blood pressure of elderly people with hypertension. The targeted output is publication in national journals indexed by Sinta and HAKI. The TKT target for implementing this gamelan accompaniment exercise is at level 2. The results of the study show a significant reduction in systolic and diastolic blood pressure (p value 0.0001) with an error level (α) of 0.05, namely from 163.25 mmHg to 146.75 mmHg and from 100 .50 mmHg to 89.25 mmHg. Gamelan accompaniment exercises were concluded to be effective in lowering blood pressure in elderly people with hypertension

Hypertension is a degenerative disease that appears in old age, it is also called the silent killer because it causes serious illnesses. The risk of hypertension increases in postmenopausal women due to a decrease in the hormone estrogen. One non-pharmacological effort to lower blood pressure is consuming garlic. The substances allicin and hydrogen sulfide in garlic work to enlarge blood vessels and make them less stiff so that blood flow becomes smooth and lowers blood pressure. The aim of the activity is to increase menopausal women's knowledge about the benefits of garlic in lowering blood pressure. Extension method with Question and Answer Lectures and Educational Videos. There were 18 counseling participants. The results of the activity showed an increase in participants' knowledge as measured by pre- and post-extension questionnaires. The average knowledge score at the pretest was 57.2 and the average knowledge score at the posttest was 72.2. It is hoped that menopausal women who experience hypertension can use garlic to lower blood pressure according to the recommended dose.

The prevalence of cardiovascular disease in Indonesia continues to increase and is one of the leading causes of death. Some of the risk factors for cardiovascular disease are hypertension, dyslipidemia and diabetes mellitus. These risk factors are not only experienced by urban communities but also occur in people living in rural areas. The purpose of this activity is to determine the incidence of hypertension, diabetes mellitus and cholesterol.Data collection on cardiovascular disease risk factors was carried out by measuring blood pressure, blood sugar levels and total cholesterol levels. This activity was attended by 40 total respondents with an age range of 40-60 years, 14 men and 26 women. Data analysis showed that 72% of respondents had blood pressure above normal. Respondents with normal blood sugar were only 13%, and the rest needed further examination. Cholesterol levels in the high category were 80% and slightly high were found in 20% of respondents. The data shows that the prevalence of risk factors for cardiovascular disease is quite large in the pre-elderly and elderly community in RT 01 RW 21 Tangkerang Tengah, Marpoyan Damai District, Pekanbaru.

Obesity continues to increase among teenagers requiring special attention from the government and health workers. Obesity in adolescents is associated with an increased risk of diabetes mellitus and hypertension. On the other hand, underweight associated with the risk of anemia. This study aims to determine the correlation between body mass index and haemoglobin levels, blood sugar and systolic blood pressure in teenage girls. This research used cross-sectional study design. The research was conducted at Karya Rini Vocational School in May 2023. The research sample was all female students at Karya Rini Vocational School who were present at the time of the examination and were willing to be respondents. Data were analyzed using Rank Spearman Test. The results of the analysis show that the higher the body mass index, the higher the blood sugar level (r=0.291; p-value=0.023) and the higher the body mass index, the higher the systolic blood pressure in female adolescents (r=0.291; p-value=0.023). There is no relationship between body mass index and levels haemoglobin. However, there is a weak positive and significant relationship between body mass index and blood sugar levels and systolic blood pressure in teenage girls.

This study aims to determine the effect of a combination of Progressive Muscle Relaxation (PMR) exercises and back massage on blood pressure in hypertension sufferers in the RW001 Sarua Indah Ciputat area, South Tangerang. This research uses a descriptive study type of research with a quantitative approach. The appropriate method for this research is the pre-experimental research method. Design Pre-experimental design is a design that includes only one group or class that is given pre- and post-tests (Sugiyono, 2014). This research design only uses a single group, so it does not require a control group. Before being given treatment, the experimental group first underwent a pretest, followed by action (intervention), namely using a combination of Progressive Muscle Relaxation and Back Massage exercises, then continued with giving a posttest.

Hypertension Exercise Is One Way Of Maintaining Physical Fitness Or Physical Exercise That Can Be Done To Reduce Body Weight And Manage Stress So That It Can Increase The Body's Metabolic Activity And Can Stimulate Heart Activity And Can Strengthen The Heart Muscles. Method: The Method For Writing This Final Scientific Work Is In The Form Of A Literature Review By Examining Journals That Discuss The Effect Of Hypertension Exercise On Reducing Blood Pressure In People With Hypertension. Results: Based On The Table Above, The Author Recommends That Patients Carry Out Hypertension Exercises Regularly For Three Consecutive Days From January 9 To January 11 2024. There Are Differences Between Conditions Before And After Implementation. The Patient Data Before Implementation Was That The Patient Said Both Legs Were Swollen, While The Patient Data After Implementation Was That The Patient Said Complaints Of Swelling In The Legs Were Reduced And Blood Pressure Began To Fall, Namely 140/90 Mmhg, So It Can Be Concluded That There Is An Effect Of Hypertension Exercise Therapy On Reducing Blood Pressure. Blood In Hypertensive Sufferers. This Is In Accordance With The Journal That The Author Studied, Namely According To Rima Berliana Purbaningrum (2020).

Hypertension is often referred to as "The Silent Killer" because generally sufferers are not aware that they have high blood pressure, and only find out about it after complications occur. The aim of this research is to find out what risk factors influence increased blood pressure in the elderly at UPTmPSTW Banyuwangi.. This research was conducted using a quantitative research approach through surveys and primary data collection. The sample population consists of elderly people aged 60 years and over.. The results of the Chi Square analysis test for the three factors obtained a p-value for each factor, namely the BMI factor (nBody Mass Index) with a value of p=n0.018, the family history factor with a value of p=n0.008, the physical activity factor with a value of p=n0.014. it can be concluded that all three factors have a relationship with hypertension and the most dominant factor is BMI (Body Mass Index) with a value (nb/regression coefficient) of 0.153. The BMI factor (nBody Mass Index) appears as the most dominant factor contributing to the incidence of hypertension in the elderly. Therefore, special attention must be given to weight management and diet in the elderly as an effective preventive measure.

The elderly are an age group of humans who have entered the final stage of their life phase. With increasing age, physiological functions decrease due to the aging process so many non-communicable diseases appear in the elderly, one of the diseases that often occurs in the elderly community is hypertension. Hypertension is a vascular disorder characterized by systolic blood pressure equal to or above 140 mmHg, and or diastolic blood pressure equal to or above 90 mmHg. Community nursing is the practice of maintaining and improving public health by using knowledge from nursing science. In this community service, one way to maintain and improve public health is by providing hypertension health education and hypertension gymnastics that aim to control blood pressure.

Background: Elderly is a period where the organism has reached a period of anxiety or peak in function, size and some have shown a decline in body function over time, physiological function has decreased due to the aging process so that hypertension appears. There are two ways to reduce hypertension, pharmacological and non-pharmacological. Non-pharmacological can be done by giving watermelon juice to reduce high blood pressure in patients. Purpose: The purpose of this paper is to determine the effectiveness of watermelon juice in reducing high blood pressure in the elderly in Periuk. Method: Case study design using nursing care. The case study sample uses 1 patient. Results: Based on the results of implementation on Mrs. S by applying watermelon juice therapy for 3 days, her high blood pressure decreased, which was obtained after implementing watermelon juice on Mrs. S who has hypertension health problems. On Thursday, January 4 2024 at 10.00 WIB, watermelon juice was implemented with the evaluation results, namely Mrs. S 146/90 mmHg. On Friday, January 5 2024 at 10.00 WIB, watermelon juice was implemented again with the evaluation results, namely Mrs. S 139/89 mmHg. On Saturday, January 6 2024 at 10.00 WIB, watermelon juice was implemented again with the evaluation results, namely Mrs. S 130/80 mmHg, so that the diagnosis of ineffective health maintenance nursing can be concluded by changes towards improvement. This shows the influence of giving watermelon juice to reduce high blood pressure.

Latar belakang: Hipertensi merupakan salah satu penyakit degeneratif yang dapat meningkatkan risiko komplikasi kardiovaskular. Penggunaan obat antihipertensi jangka panjang sering menimbulkan efek samping, sehingga diperlukan alternatif pengobatan berbasis herbal. Salah satu tanaman yang berpotensi adalah rimpang Temu Ireng (Curcuma aeruginosa) yang diketahui mengandung senyawa aktif seperti kurkuminoid dan flavonoid yang bersifat antihipertensi. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain eksperimen dengan pendekatan pretest-posttest control group. Subjek penelitian dibagi menjadi dua kelompok yaitu kelompok perlakuan yang diberikan ekstrak Temu Ireng dan kelompok kontrol yang tidak diberikan perlakuan. Pengukuran tekanan darah dilakukan sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan selama periode tertentu.Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat penurunan signifikan tekanan darah sistolik dan diastolik pada kelompok yang diberikan ekstrak Temu Ireng dibandingkan kelompok kontrol (p < 0,05). Penurunan tekanan darah ini diduga akibat aktivitas senyawa aktif Temu Ireng yang bekerja sebagai antioksidan dan vasodilator.Kesimpulan: Pemberian ekstrak rimpang Temu Ireng (Curcuma aeruginosa) berpengaruh secara signifikan dalam menurunkan tekanan darah pada penderita hipertensi, sehingga dapat digunakan sebagai terapi alternatif yang alami dan relatif aman.
