This research aimed to determine the mapping of regional tax potential in Sikka Regency based on superior, potential, developing and underdeveloped sources. The research methods used in data collection are observation, documentation, interviews and literature studies. The data analysis technique used was a quantitative descriptive analysis technique using Klassen typology analysis. The findings of this research indicated that, out of the ten regional tax revenue sources in Sikka Regency, none, fall into Quadrant I (Superior Sources). This is because, among these ten sources, there is limited revenue potential and insufficient capacity to effectively manage high-potential sources. In Quadrant II (Developing Sources), no tax revenues were identified, as the government faces challenges with low-income potential and cannot efficiently manage even low-potential sources. Quadrant III (Potential Sources) includes street lighting tax, rural and urban land and building tax, and land and building acquisition tax (BPHTB). These sources are characterized by low potential, but the government has demonstrated a strong capacity to manage them effectively. Conversely, Quadrant IV (Underdeveloped Sources) comprises hotel tax, restaurant tax, entertainment tax, advertising tax, parking tax, groundwater tax, and non-metallic mineral and rock tax. These sources are constrained by both low-income potential and the government's limited ability to manage high-potential revenue streams effectively.

The study aims to analyze the amount of carbon monoxide pollutants produced from transportation activities and per unit of vehicle on Taruna Bhakti Street – Kamwolker Perumnas III Street, to model carbon monoxide and determine the factors that influence the amount of carbon monoxide pollutants. Data processing using IBM SPSS 25 application with multiple linear regression analysis method. The average amount of CO pollutants obtained testing at the location point is 25.6 ppm or 29,296.17 μg/Nm³. And the amount of CO emissions per vehicle unit for motorcycles amounted to 725.45 ppm, gasoline cars amounted to 603.90 ppm, and diesel cars amounted to 708.57 ppm.  The model obtained for testing  location point 1, Y = 53,294 + 0,008 X₁ - 13,482 X₂ - 0,432 X₃ - 0,141 X₄ for location point 2 Y = 17,025 + 00,007 X₁ - 7,264 X₂ - 0,087 X₃ - 0,078X₄. And per unit of vehicles for motorcycles Y = 893,474 + 13,421X₁ - 0,447X₂ -76,970X₃, for gasoline cars Y = 603,320 + 14,862X₁ + 0,146X₂ - 97,282X₃ and for diesel cars Y = 385,146 + 23,483X₁ + 0,131X₂ - 73,392X₃. Factors that affect testing at the location point are the number of vehicles (X₁) and wind speed (X₂). For motorcycle vehicles, the vehicle maintenance factor (X₃), gasoline cars are the age of the vehicle factor (X₁), and diesel cars are the vehicle age factor (X₁).

Through the analysis of the final theory of capitalism, it was found that street vendors in Jember experienced characteristics such as superficiality, weakening of affection, loss of history, and the presence of new technology that affected the way they operated. This study uses a qualitative approach with realist ethnographic methods, collecting data through in-depth interviews and field observations. The results of the study show that street vendors face economic instability due to unbalanced competition with large companies, negative social stigma, and less supportive government policies. To overcome this problem, the government is advised to provide special areas that are organized, clean, and environmentally friendly and provide training and improve facilities so that street vendors can compete more effectively. Proper support is expected to maintain the existence of street vendors as an important part of the local economy in the era of globalization that continues to grow.
