The Influence of Production Factors on the Income of Rice Farmers in the Waterfall Village, Pantai Cermin District, Serdang Bedagai Regency. This study uses 1 dependent variable and 3 independent variables. The dependent variable is rice farming income, while the independent variables are capital, land area and labor. While the object of research is the farmers of the Village of Waterfall, Pantai Cermin District, Serdang Bedagai Regency. Linear regression explains the contribution of the independent variable to the dependent variable so that it can be concluded that this variable has a positive effect on the income of rice farmers. In other words, if the studied variable increases, it will be followed by an increase in rice farming income. Simultaneously (together) the variables studied have a real influence on rice farming income and of the 3 variables studied, partially there is 1 variable, namely the variable land area which has a significant effect on income while 2 variables, namely capital and labor variables have no effect the real impact on the income of rice farmers in the village of Waterfall, Pantai Cermin District.

Investment is important part of development economic, especially on increase of economic growth. Through investment, various of production facilities will be provide, thus will give optimally production output and value added, as a result can improve the economic growth. Invesment activities can be done by two main sectors, government and private. Majority of government investment commonly to finance physical and non-physical development that could not be conducted by society. Lack of capital in government sector influence low of encourage on physical infrastructure as driving of business and economic activieis. That condition will impact on private investment. This study will explain the effect of investment variables and another economic variables, such as economic growth, human development index, inflation in Indonesia.

Nationalism is a form of ideology that places the highest love, loyalty, and commitment on the nation-state. The concept of nationalism leads to the desire to live together as a nation that has goals and aspirations to be achieved together. Nationalist understanding and behavior must be based on the awareness of being part of a nation and oriented toward achieving common national goals. In the context of practicing nationalism and supporting national defense, the defense industry is a vital strategic industry to pay attention to. The defense industry is engaged in the area of ​​national defense-supporting products. With the arrival of the 4.0 industrial revolution era, the defense industry cannot remain silent and requires adaptation in its application both in the production of defense products and in their use to support national defense. Nationalism is the basis for the development of national independence as the main capital for realizing the ideals of independence, namely becoming an independent, sovereign, and prosperous nation. For this reason, the independence of the defense industry is an implementation of nationalism and part of the national defense strategy in dealing with state threats that are always developing in tandem with technological developments. The independence of the defense industry must be implemented and fully supported by the government and related parties so that it can play a role in realizing the aspirations of the nation and fostering a spirit of nationalism for the Indonesian people.

Waqf has become the world's attention because this instrument can be utilized as a solution to world crisis problems. One of the countries with the most significant potential for waqf is Indonesia, which is based on a large number of followers of Islam. The number of adherents of Islam in Indonesia alone reaches 209.1 million adherents of Islam and makes the potential for Indonesian waqf very large. This type of research is descriptive qualitative, using the case research method and collecting data in this study through observation and in-depth interviews with research objects. The technique used in this research is critical and interpretative analysis. Cash waqf can be distributed to beneficiaries for business capital in the agricultural sector as a family food security distribution scheme with several models: first, a profit-sharing method (Mudharabah). Second, a 0% loan (Qard Hasan)"; third, business strengthening (Musyarakah); fourth, alms and grants (khairiyah). The agricultural system is developed into a culture for every family to become food security by implementing an integrated farming system. Agricultural system, "low external input and sustainable agriculture," at home and group/production scale. With this system and a touch of technology, the future is projected as a comprehensive agricultural center. Production and marketing are carried out simultaneously by building an "agricultural industry" and an "agricultural market." Apart from that, it can also be used as an educational, tourism, and cultural village. The academic village is intended as a research and training/educational practicum place. So far, Sumber Agung has not carried out the process of making the cost of production in business. The FE Unisri Service Team tries to provide assistance in making production prices so that Sumber Agung can set an accurate selling price so that they can compete in selling products. With the determination of the cost of production, Sumber Agung can always develop real expenditures from its production costs in the form of: raw material costs, auxiliary materials, labor costs and factory overhead costs.

  Fixed assets are tangible assets that are owned for use in the production or supply of goods or services, for rent to other parties, or for administrative purposes and are expected to be used for more than one period. Due to its high value, relatively long use and being the company's main tool to generate revenue, investment in fixed assets (Capital Budgeting) must be carefully calculated. In addition, depreciation or depreciation is the allocation of the cost of a fixed asset which is the effect of the decline in the value of the fixed asset. The reason why many companies apply the straight line method of depreciation (Straight Line Method) is because there are relatively stable maintenance and repair costs in each period, and the costs are not affected by productivity or are not affected by deviations. Therefore, the assets owned must continue to be managed properly so that companies and individuals can benefit from the existence of these assets, especially fixed assets. But this is not the case with KSP Mandiri Sejahtera Semarang where fixed assets have not been well managed. This results in inconsistencies and calculation errors, incomplete data, which results in inappropriate decision making and the value of the company's fixed assets has not been recorded properly and accurately. With a new structured management system where the calculation and reporting of depreciation of fixed assets using the straight-line depreciation method helps the calculation of depreciation of fixed assets owned by the company, besides that it also provides information about the detailed condition of each fixed asset owned by the company so that it helps the company manage its fixed assets , as well as helping to present accurate and accurate reports for the benefit of the company's internal financial reports and taxation.
