Teenagers are often trapped in unhealthy and irregular eating patterns, even to the point of experiencing eating disorders. Eating disorders due to being busy with school assignments and other life burdens, make them tend to experience stomach problems, namely ulcers or gastritis. The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between eating patterns and the incidence of gastritis in adolescents at SMA Al Hikmah 2 Brebes. This research is a quantitative research with a descriptive correlation design using a cross sectional approach. The sampling technique in this research is Simple Random Sampling. The number of samples in this research was 71 respondents using the Slovin formula, the measuring tool used in this research was a questionnaire. The research results showed that 45 respondents (63.4%) had good eating patterns and 26 respondents (36.6%) had poor eating patterns. From the results of statistical testing using the chi Square statistical test, the p-value = 0.000 (p<0.005) was obtained, so there is a relationship between diet and the incidence of gastritis in teenagers at SMA Al Hikmah 2 Brebes. Suggestions from research are that teenagers can pay attention to their diet to prevent gastritis.

This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, namely the main data sources in qualitative research are words and actions. Words and actions are sources of data obtained from the field by observing or interviewing, by describing and analyzing the problems found. Qualitative research is based on primary data and secondary data. Primary data in this research was obtained by conducting observations, interviews, and documentation, while secondary data was obtained through books, previous research, and articles related to research. The aim of this research is to determine the work culture of employees at Bank BRI Regional Office 1 Jakarta Branch which includes the types of culture that exist, important elements of culture, cultural influences and current cultural analysis. From the results of this research, it can be seen that the culture at Bank BRI Regional Office 1 Jakarta branch adheres to Adhocratic Culture, which is a combination of the words 'Ad hoc' and bureaucracy.Therefore, organizations with an adhocracy culture are flexible and not hampered by bureaucratic procedures and policies. Researchers found that employee culture orientation refers to very high discipline caused by the family culture brought by the organization from the beginning of the company

This study aims to describe how students develop during the elementary school period (6-12 years) in Indonesia. This research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The data collection method is a literature study obtained from several sources such as books, journals and research articles that are appropriate to this research. The research results show that the characteristics of a child's development are different, and it depends on the factors that influence a person's development. The developmental characteristics of school-aged children include physical, motoric, intellectual, language development, social & emotional development, religious moral awareness. There are many factors that influence development which will cause problems in development. These factors include genetic factors and environmental factors. In this case, teachers must have knowledge in maximizing aspects of children's development. Apart from that, teachers must be able to foster good cooperation with parents, the community and all people involved in the smooth running of the education process at school.

This research uses a descriptive quantitative method, by collecting existing data related to existing problems using literature studies, interviews and other references. The aim of this research is to find out why the entry of Alfamart and Indomaret in Tanjung Pinang was rejected and what the future urgency of this is. And with research, it will form and add references to other students which will give rise to relevant answers

Creative thinking skills emphasize ways of thinking so that students are able to face problems in the future. One of the subjects that can develop creative thinking skills is mathematics. Each student has their own way of learning mathematics, such as looking at diagrams. The ability to obtain information relying on the sense of sight is known as the visual learning style. The research aims to analyze thinking abilities in 3 categories, namely high, medium and low in visual learning style students. The research was conducted on 35 class IVA students with 3 research subjects representing each category of creative thinking ability. The results of the research show that students with a visual learning style with high creative thinking meet 3 of the 4 indicators, while students with a moderate creative thinking style, especially with a visual learning style, do not meet the indicators of creative thinking ability due to lack of accuracy in calculations, while students with a visual learning style with low creative ability do not meet all the thinking indicators. creative because they have not been able to take steps to solve it so the calculations are not correct.

The purpose of this study is to analyze and review the effect of dividend policy, sustainability reporting, funding cash flow on stock returns moderated by firm value. This research method uses descriptive qualitative. By describing the data obtained from literature review, a phenomenon can be studied. These data can provide new insights into the phenomenon and identify problems that remain unanswered. The results of this study indicate that the variables of dividend policy, sustainability reporting, and funding cash flow affect stock returns. And company value can moderate dividend policy, sustainability reporting, and funding cash flow on stock returns.

Lack of nutrients and the low level of health of pregnant women are still very vulnerable, this is indicated by the still high MMR caused by bleeding due to nutritional anemia and Chronic Energy Deficiency (CED) during pregnancy The factors causing CED in pregnant women are very complex, including imbalance in nutritional intake, infectious diseases and bleeding. This research aims to determine the factors related to the nutritional status of pregnant women at the Aek Parombunan Health Center, Sibolga City in 2023. This type of research is a survey type with a cross sectional The population in this study was all pregnant women who visited the Parombuan Community Health Center who met the requirements and were determined to be a research population of 98 people. Bivariate analysis using the Chi-square test. There is a relationship between parity and the nutritional status of pregnant women with a p-value of 0.02. There is a relationship between economic status and the nutritional status of pregnant women with a p-value of 0.03. . Pregnant women are advised to consume more balanced foods that contain the nutrients energy, protein, iron and vitamin A to avoid nutritional problems during pregnancy such as KEK, KKP, iron deficiency anemia.

Health problems related to nutrition due to lack of intake of vitamin A obtained from food in the body due to metabolic disorders in the body, especially in toddlers in Kelambir village, Pantai Labu Deli Serdang sub-district, therefore the aim of this research is to analyze the factors related to giving Vitamin A to Toddlers at Posyandu Kelambir Village, Pantai Labu District, Deli Serdang Regency in 2023. This type of research is quantitative with a cross sectional study design. The research was conducted in February-June 2023 with a sample of 31 toddlers using Random Sampling Technique. The population in this study were all mothers with toddlers (6-59 months) who visited the Kelambir Village posyandu February – June 2023. Data collection technique was questionnaire. The data analysis used was univariate and bivariate analysis with the Chi Square test. The research results showed that variables related to giving vitamin A to toddlers were the mother's knowledge variable value (p=0.007) and the toddler's activeness variable in visiting the posyandu value (p=0.018). Meanwhile, the variable that is not related is the role of value cadres (p=0.203). The conclusion is that there is a relationship between maternal knowledge and toddlers' activeness in visiting the posyandu with the provision of Vitamin A to toddlers at the posyandu in Kelambir Village, Pantai Labu District, Deli Serdang Regency in 2023.

The problem identification of nipah fruit fresh drinks business actors in nagari Seulayat Ulakan is that they do not have a business development plan, have not determined the form of business to be run, and how marketing with the implementation of digitalization. The solution offered in this activity is to determine the business development plan and the form of business to be carried out, and formulate the right form of digitalization to use. The form of community service activities is carried out based on the lecture method, FGD method, discussion method and business consultation method. The output of this activity is the formation of cooperation between business actors and KKN students, identification of problems, and determining the description of business development planning for nipah fruit fresh drinks in nagari Seulayat Ulakan.

This can affect the company's reputation, credibility and public trust, and even lead to bankruptcy. Therefore, effective management, prudent financial planning, and monitoring the state of the company are very important to prevent or overcome financial distress. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyse the theory that explains the effect of investment opportunity set, operating cash flow, and solvency on financial distress moderated by managerial ownership. This study uses qualitative descriptive method for literature research. The results of this study indicate that the variables of investment opportunity set, operating cash flow, and solvency affect financial distress. Managerial ownership is able to moderate the investment opportunity set, operating cash flow, and solvency on financial distress.

This research explores the impact of religious leadership and responsibility in an organizational context, with a focus on the role of the Chair of the IPPNU. The research method involves interviews with sources to understand how to overcome organizational problems before aeend during leadership. The results of the interview highlight participatory strategies in problem solving and wise evaluation after holding the position of chairman. The resource person emphasized the importance of effective time allocation to manage responsibilities amidst busy schedules, by prioritizing what needs to come first.Furthermore, this research describes the real practice of the IPPNU Chair in proving religious responsibility. Prioritizing religious aspects, such as prioritizing prayers before events, becomes concrete actions that support organizational values. These findings provide an understanding of how religious values ​​can be manifested in real daily actions and contribute to strong leadership.In conclusion, this research details the significant role of leadership and religious values ​​in managing an organization like IPPNU. The implications of these findings can help develop better leadership strategies and strengthen the quality of religious organizations to face internal and external dynamics.  

The increasing number of cases of bullying and hate speech from year to year means that this case can be called one of the social problems in Indonesia. This is because bullying behavior and hate speech have many negative impacts on all parties involved, especially the victims. This research aims to look at the phenomenon of cyberbullying and hate speech among MPI students. Various research results show that the impact of bullying felt by victims can hinder various aspects of the development of teenagers who are targets of bullying. The research approach used is qualitative research with a focus on analyzing students in the MPI environment. The research results show that bullying can have a serious impact on MPI students, namely disrupting the learning process, reducing learning motivation, damaging mental well-being, and affecting the quality of their academic experience. Therefore, an anti-bullying program is needed that involves cooperation between students, academic staff and the authorities in creating a supportive environment so that victims feel comfortable seeking help from their environment.

However, as the learning process progresses, several things occur that can affect this success. One of them is the problem of declining achievement scores, both academic and non-academic scores. The value of achievement that decreases or increases can be influenced by various factors. All problems need to be resolved so that the school can find a solution to increase or maintain the value of student achievement for the next period. Based on these problems, a Decision Support System is needed that can help the school in seeing the effect of student achievement. The method used in making decisions on the effect of student achievement is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. AHP can be compiled based on a hierarchical model that is made together with decision makers in order to provide solutions through the highest weight value in each criterion and alternative that is served. The decision support system with the AHP method can determine the priority weight of the criteria.

By looking at some of the existing problems, the researcher tries to design and build an information system for selling goods at the Serasan Jaya 3 Building Materials Wood Depot based on Android, therefore, the author chose this topic for a thesis entitled "Android-Based Sales Information System at Wood Materials Depot Serasan Jaya 3 Building With the Extreme Programming Development Method” which of course provides speed and convenience for the public to make transactions using mobile phones or mobile-based communication devices such as smartphones, tablets, gadgets, and so on. So that it can make it easy for the Serasan Jaya 3 Building Materials Timber Depot to promote products, product prices and make it easier for people to buy products and find out the prices of building material products from mobile devices. Android-Based Sales Information System at the Serasan Jaya 3 Building Materials Wood Depot was built using UML (Unifield Modeling Language) as its design mode and Extreme Programming as a system development method..

This research focuses on selling android-based coffee powder to disseminate semende specialty coffee. The purpose of this study is to design a sales application that has not been optimal so far and sales of cemente coffee powder have increased more than before. This is the background for this research. In collecting data, researchers used qualitative descriptive methods including conducting interviews, observation and literature study. So that data is obtained that there is no available access that makes it easy for UMKM Ms. Nurbaiti's to market this special cement coffee powder. The results of this study are in the form of an Android-based application design for the sale of original cement coffee powder for UMKM Ms. Nurbaiti's s which is expected to help with the problems that occur. Using an Android-based sales information system can help UMKM owners and buyers sell and buy coffee powder quickly, for the system development method using the RAD (Rapid Application Development) method.

In an effort to reduce the spread of COVID-19, all countries in the world are trying to implement social distancing to prevent the risk of transmission of the virus. Having good knowledge about COVID-19 disease is very important so as not to cause an increase in the number of cases of COVID-19 disease. The important thing to know about COVID-19 is how COVID-19 is transmitted, how to prevent it, treatment, and complications that can occur if someone is infected with COVID-19. Good knowledge and a positive attitude from pregnant women in facing the COVID-19 pandemic can make pregnant women take real action to reduce the risk of contracting COVID-19 so that risks related to decreased immunity and health problems for the baby and mother are not disturbed. The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between knowledge and attitudes of pregnant women in RW 02, Sambiroto Village, Semarang regarding the risk of transmitting COVID-19. The research design used was descriptive correlation with a cross sectional approach, with a sample size of 25 respondents selected using the consecutive sampling method. Data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using the Chi Square test. The output of this research is publication in an International Journal.
