Patient satisfaction is a factor that can be used as a reference in determining the success of a service program. Patient satisfaction will arise when it is supported by good quality service. There are five dimensional aspects known as service quality (SERVQUAL), reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangible. These five dimensions influence patient satisfaction. This research aims to provide an overview of the level of satisfaction of outpatient BPJS patients at Hermina Bitung Hospital, Tanggerang Regency in 2023. This research uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach with the data that has been collected being processed using SPSS (statistical packagen for the social sciences) then the results analyzed by measuring the average percentage for each patient criterion and a sample size of 76 respondents, from this research it can be concluded that patient satisfaction through the reliability dimension is 56.58%, the responsiveness dimension is 55.26%, the assurance dimension was 53.95%, the empathy dimension was 56.58%, while the direct evidence (tangible) was 51.32%. Thus, the researchers concluded that the number of BPJS patients in outpatient registration services was 52.63%. This result still does not reach the minimum service standard set by the Indonesian Ministry of Health in 2008, which is ≥90%.

Most emesis gravidarum can be treated with outpatient treatment, but a small number of pregnant women cannot cope with nausea and vomiting, so that it interferes with their daily activities and falls into a condition called hyperemia gravidarium. From these problems can be overcome by being given a treatment that can reduce nausea and vomiting in pregnant women in the first trimester, namely PC6 acupressure point. Objective; Knowing the effect of PC6 point acupressure on reducing the frequency of emesis gravidarum. Method; In this study using a quantitative design with an experimental approach to the design of one group pre test post test. The data analysis technique uses the Wilcoxon test. Sample; the sampling technique used in this study was quota sampling with a sample size of 28 respondents. Results; Based on the results of the analysis with the Wilcoxon test, the p value was obtained - 0.000 or (0.000) < (-0.05) then H0 was rejected and H1 was accepted. So it can be concluded that there is an effect of PC6 acupressure on the frequency of Emesis gravidarum in first trimester pregnant women at the Independent Practice of Midwife Yohana Puspiyati A.Md Keb Mukiran, Kaliwungu, Semarang. Conclusion; There was a decrease in emesis gravidarium after PC6 point acupressure was performed on first trimester pregnant women.

Outpatient services are an important part of health services provided by hospitals. However, some BPJS hospitals experience obstacles in providing efficient and quality outpatient services, such as long queues, long waiting times, and lack of a good management system. the application of Lean Management to the outpatient services of BPJS patients in hospitals can help hospitals improve operational performance, so as to increase public trust in BPJS Health. This study aims to analyze the application of Lean Management to the outpatient services of BPJS patients in hospitals. This research uses a literature study method or Systematic Literature Review using the Google Scholar search engine and journal databases, such as Researchgate. The results showed that most outpatient service activities for BPJS patients still have patient waiting times below the established service standards. In analyzing the flow that patients go through, each activity is identified into two groups, namely Value Added (VA) as an activity that is considered necessary and profitable and Non Value Added (NVA) as an activity that is considered unnecessary. Based on the percentage of waste in the form of the largest waiting time can be described, namely, 35.1% in the registration process, 30.2% in the poly examination process, and 20.7% in the process of receiving drugs in the pharmaceutical installation

Hospital is a health service organization that organizes complete individual health services, and provides inpatient, outpatient and emergency services. In order for hospital management to run well, it is necessary to measure hospital performance, namely the Balanced Scorecard method. : The Balanced Scorecard (BSC) is used as a decision-making tool regarding the actions that must be taken to correct deficiencies and advance the hospital. Purpose: This study aims to determine the application of the balanced scorecard (BSC) in analyzing the performance of hospitals in Indonesia. Methods: This study used the library research method. . Results: a literature review of ten journals shows that all conclude that localization and conceptual use of the BSC can greatly improve hospital performance. The results of performance analysis with the BSC at the hospital can also provide clear direction in determining policies, resources and routine activities, as well as in building systems in each unit in the hospital. Conclusion: BSC can not only be applied in private hospitals, but government hospitals also need to apply BSC to measure their performance and be used as a guide in making policies and designs or work plans. Findings from existing studies must also be enriched by the literature and by empirical evidence about the benefits of BSC application in hospitals. It will also provide experience for a number of hospitals in Indonesia which can be a reference for expanding the implementation of BSC in hospital administration.

Patient is a person who, directly or indirectly, consults a doctor or medical service about a health problem in order to receive the medical care the patient needs. After registering, patients need to wait until they get health services from the intended poly. The waiting time is understood as the time required from the arrival of the patient to the moment when the specialist performs the service. This study aims to review the length of waiting time for cardiac outpatient services at the Cilandak Marine Marine Hospital in 2022 using a quantitative approach with descriptive research methods, namely conducting direct interviews with outpatients and directly reviewing the length of waiting time for patients. 74 patient samples, there were 23 patients (31.08%) whose waiting time was appropriate or below the minimum service standard of waiting time (≤60 minutes), while for 51 patients (68.92%) the waiting time did not meet the minimum service standard of time. waiting time (>60 minutes), with an average patient waiting time of 96 minutes. The fastest waiting time for patients is 41 minutes, while the longest waiting time for patients is 173 minutes. Factors that cause long waiting times for outpatients are the inadequate number of medical record officers and medical personnel, the number of patients who come at the same time, causing queues at the registration counter and queues at the poly, doctors' practice hours are quite at odds with registration hours at the counter, negligence of the patient when registering, not carrying a medical card, not carrying the necessary documents, and not the patient concerned who registers, and the number of medical personnel and officers is not sufficient.

The type of fat that is best known by parents or the public that can cause disease is cholesterol. According to Yogendra Kumar, 2021, normal total cholesterol levels in the blood are in the range of 140-200 mg/dl, while high total cholesterol levels are between 200-400 mg/dl. Men aged 40 years and over with high serum cholesterol levels, namely cholesterol > 200 mg/dL and LDL cholesterol > 130 mg/dL, have a high risk of stroke and coronary heart disease (CHD). Based on WHO data for 2015, Yusvita and Shinta (2018) reported that globally there were 17.7 million deaths due to heart and blood vessel disease. Data collection was carried out based on the results of blood cholesterol examination in every man aged 40 to 70 years. This research approach is descriptive. The samples taken amounted to 30 people according to the criteria and are willing to be respondents. This research method uses total sampling. From the results of the study it was found that high total cholesterol levels were > 200 mg/dl at ages 40-55 years with 6 respondents out of 12, while those aged 56-70 years only amounted to 4 respondents out of 8. This shows that the percentage of ages 40-55 and 56-70 is not much different or the same. Total blood cholesterol levels in men aged 40 years to 70 years have normal values or > 200 mg/dl with a percentage of 60% and 40% having high value or > 200 mg/dl from 30 respondents or outpatients who were sampled . High total blood cholesterol levels or > 200 mg/dl have a risk of stroke and coronary heart disease, while normal total blood cholesterol levels or < 200 mg/dl have a low risk. This basic research is expected to be a reference for further or other research and can be useful for readers, especially men aged 40 to 70 years.
