This study explores the impact of work–life balance on job performance among Generation Z employees in Jakarta, with job satisfaction as a mediating variable and family-supportive supervisor behavior as a moderating variable. Generation Z, the largest segment of Indonesia's workforce, values flexibility and supportive leadership, but their job performance often shows inconsistency. Previous studies have yielded mixed results on the relationships between work–life balance, job satisfaction, and job performance, with limited empirical evidence on the role of family-supportive supervisor behavior, particularly in Indonesia. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 385 Generation Z employees in Jakarta through purposive sampling. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS 4.0 was used for data analysis. Results indicate that work–life balance positively influences both job satisfaction and job performance. Additionally, job satisfaction partially mediates the relationship between work–life balance and job performance, suggesting that a better work–life balance enhances job satisfaction, which in turn improves performance. The study also shows that family-supportive supervisor behavior significantly strengthens the positive effect of work–life balance on job performance. These findings contribute to the literature by clarifying how work–life balance affects job performance among Generation Z employees and highlighting the importance of supportive leadership.

This article examines the role of context and underlying assumptions in the formulation of econometric models for economic policy analysis. While econometric models are widely employed to support policy decisions, their construction is often treated as a purely technical process, overlooking the contextual factors that shape variable selection, model specification, and interpretation of results. This study explores how institutional settings, policy objectives, and behavioral considerations influence the assumptions embedded in econometric modeling. By drawing on policy documents, academic literature, and illustrative cases from applied economic research, the article highlights how implicit assumptions may affect the validity and relevance of econometric outcomes. The analysis emphasizes that econometric models are not value-neutral tools but are shaped by theoretical choices and contextual judgments made during their formulation. Understanding these dimensions is crucial to avoid misinterpretation of empirical findings and to enhance the usefulness of econometric analysis in policymaking. The study contributes to the methodological discussion in applied econometrics by encouraging greater transparency and reflexivity in model construction, particularly in the context of economic policy evaluation.

Semantic interoperability remains a major challenge in large scale distributed information systems due to heterogeneous data schemas, diverse contextual interpretations, and the dynamic nature of distributed environments. Traditional metadata-based interoperability approaches are often insufficient to address these challenges, as they lack semantic expressiveness and adaptability. This study proposes a context aware knowledge graph framework to enhance semantic interoperability across heterogeneous distributed systems. The research adopts a design-oriented methodology involving requirement analysis, knowledge graph construction, ontology modeling and alignment, context aware semantic representation, and semantic reasoning. A prototype implementation is developed to evaluate the effectiveness of the proposed framework through interoperability scenarios and cross-system semantic queries. The results demonstrate that the proposed approach significantly improves semantic alignment accuracy, query precision, and recall compared to conventional metadata-based solutions. The explicit integration of contextual information and ontology-based reasoning enables adaptive semantic interpretation and reduces ambiguity across systems. Overall, the findings confirm that combining knowledge graphs with ontology modeling and context aware mechanisms provides a robust and scalable solution for improving semantic interoperability in complex distributed information systems.

The formation of spiritual maturity within Christian families is often misunderstood as a result of chronological age or the length of one’s Christian experience. This literature study emphasizes that spiritual maturity is not determined by age, but by a continuous process of faith formation through biblical knowledge, spiritual practices, lifestyle modeling, and character transformation. Using library research methods, this study analyzes primary and secondary literature related to the role of families, stages of faith development, and the collaborative role of the church in spiritual formation. The findings reveal that the family serves as the central foundation of faith formation, requiring the active involvement of parents in Bible reading, prayer, ethical guidance, and moral example. Furthermore, spiritual maturity is influenced by developmental stages that do not necessarily correspond to biological age. The church functions as a collaborative partner that supports family spiritual growth through teaching, ministry involvement, and pastoral guidance. This study concludes that spiritual maturity is reflected in character and actions rather than ritual participation alone, and it recommends strengthening family-based faith education and cooperation with the church as a foundation for authentic spiritual growth.
