Soursop fruit contains vitamin C and polyphenolic compounds that have the potential as a source of antioxidants. It is hoped that by consuming a lot of soursop fruit it will provide an increase in memory and to maintain cell damage due to free radicals. Making soursop candy preparations will allow use which is relatively easy to use and gives a good taste so that not only adults consume it but also for children. Service activities are divided into several stages starting from surveys and observations, followed by training in the form of tutorials then mentoring from the service team and ending with activity evaluation. Making soursop candy preparations is easy, simple and uses simple tools. We often encounter soursop fruit in the yard and for additional materials for making soursop preparations, it is easy to find on the market and the price is cheap. The principle of making it is all the ingredients are boiled until it becomes a semi-solid dough. Then wait until it cools down. Once cool, cut according to taste and wrapped in an attractive wrapper. Service activities carried out in RT 1/RW 1, Laweyan District, Surakarta went well while still implementing health protocols. In addition to providing training on making soursop candy preparations for PKK cadres in Kerten Laweyan Surakarta, training was also held related to opportunities to be developed as community independent businesses. The conclusion of the activity and evaluation of the preparation of soursop candy is considered to have the potential to be developed so that it can be used as an independent business product that is marketed commercially.

Pregnant women really dream of a healthy pregnancy. To be able to have a healthy pregnancy, pregnant women can do pregnancy exercises. An old method that is still used in pregnancy services today is pregnancy exercise, where pregnancy exercise is also a method of relaxation and exercise for pregnant women which is a permanent program in antenatal care, aimed at making pregnant women mentally and physically ready to face the birthing process. In fact, even though there are pregnancy exercises for pregnant women, there are still many who don't know about pregnancy exercises. Based on a preliminary survey of 10 pregnant women with gestational age entering the 2nd and 3rd trimesters who came to the Posyandu regularly in RW 02 Sambiroto Village, there were 4 pregnant women who said that while participating in activities at the Posyandu they only received material regarding pregnancy information. This community service activity is an effort to increase the knowledge, skills and understanding of posyandu cadres and pregnant women about the methods and benefits of pregnancy exercise during the second and third trimesters of pregnancy in RW 02, Sambiroto Village, Tembalang District, Semarang City. The specific target of this PKM is to teach cadres and pregnant women how to do safe pregnancy exercises for the 2nd and 3rd trimester of pregnancy. This PKM program activity is carried out using counseling and training methods at the RW 02 hall, Sambiroto Village with implementation methods a) Pre-field survey, b ) Preparation of training tools and materials, c) Preparation of training methods, d) Training of Posyandu cadres and pregnant women, e) Mentoring, f) Evaluation, g) Making reports and publications. Based on the results of socialization and training, significant results were obtained, namely that posyandu cadres were able to guide pregnancy exercise correctly and pregnant women understood the benefits of pregnancy exercise.

The management of the Santri organization consisting of senior students at the Al-Mashduqiah Islamic Boarding School Kraksaan Probolinggo is a fairly important and potential human resource in leading the daily activities of all students at the Badridduja Islamic Boarding School in the Al-Mashduqiah Region. Its effectiveness and efficiency is highly dependent on the leadership of the ISMAH organization so that leadership and management training is very important for the administrators for self-development, training to become quality leaders and managers. This community service is carried out by implementing the PAR (Participatory Action Research) approach strengthened by field survey methods, analysis of problems developing in the field, FGD (Focus Group Discussion), SWOT analysis, direct action in the field consisting of mentoring programs in the preparation of organizational work programs. , assistance in the dynamics and sharing of organizational affairs, assistance in work evaluation activities, assistance in increasing the effectiveness of student discipline, and the implementation of a mini workshop program on leadership and management for organizational management. The results of this service contribute to controlling work program decisions that are not in accordance with the organization's SWOT analysis, Strengthening organizational HR work and increasing work understanding within the organization, Controlling irrelevant work programs and compiling feedback for further planning, Realizing a quality work culture that has implications for effectiveness and performance efficiency, and Improving the quality of understanding and understanding of organizational human resources theoretically and practically. This training is carried out by an organized team, by providing some materials and practices of leadership and management that have been planned for approximately 9 months. In addition, the team also accompanied the activities carried out in a planned manner by the management in order to monitor and evaluate the practices that needed to be improved so as to provide best practices for ISMAH administrators in carrying out their leadership and management tasks.
