This study aims to assess the effectiveness of the Jakpreneur program in reducing unemployment in South Jakarta. Jakpreneur is a strategic initiative launched by the Jakarta Provincial Government as a concrete effort to empower Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). This program is designed with various forms of support, such as skills training, business mentoring, legal licensing facilitation, product marketing support, and easy access to capital. This aims to create an inclusive and sustainable entrepreneurial ecosystem, especially amidst the complex challenges of the urban economy and the ongoing unemployment rate. However, in its implementation on the ground, the program's effectiveness still faces several obstacles. One of the main problems identified is the suboptimality of information technology-based training. Many participants have not yet mastered basic digital skills, making it difficult to keep up with developments in training methods that rely on technology. In addition, the low level of responsiveness of program facilitators to participant needs, as well as the limited digital literacy of MSMEs, also hinders maximizing the benefits of this program. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation studies. The findings indicate that, despite some shortcomings, the Jakpreneur program has been generally successful in improving participants' entrepreneurial knowledge and skills, reaching the right target audience, and having a tangible impact on increasing business capacity and reducing unemployment. Therefore, strengthening outreach, improving the quality of digital training, and providing more active and responsive mentoring is necessary to further enhance the program's effectiveness.

Environmental sanitation and hygiene are crucial for preventing skin and infectious diseases, especially in coastal areas. This has led to increased interest in developing environmentally friendly natural alternatives. Mangrove leaves have been studied for their significant antibacterial properties due to bioactive compounds such as saponins and flavonoids. Buti Village is one of the coastal villages with mangrove potential. Although several previous studies have confirmed the technical feasibility of mangrove-based products, there is limited literature on empirical dissemination strategies and community responses, particularly in the 3T (Frontier, Outermost, and Disadvantaged) areas. This study addresses this gap by evaluating dissemination strategies and community responses to innovative mangrove-based soap and hand sanitizer products in Buti Village, Merauke, South Papua. Using a quantitative descriptive approach supported by qualitative research, the study involved a purposive sample of 40 local residents. The dissemination strategy included participatory training, product demonstrations, and educational brochures. Findings showed a high level of acceptance, with 86% of respondents accepting the product, and a significant level of self-reliance, with 81% of participants able to independently produce soap and hand sanitizer products. This demonstrates that a participatory, educational, and locally-based approach is effective in building knowledge and positive attitudes toward environmentally friendly innovations. This research demonstrates that these innovations have significant potential to become sustainable community-based small businesses that can strengthen the local economy while promoting mangrove conservation.

Type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) is a chronic metabolic disorder whose prevalence continues to rise, making it a major challenge for health systems worldwide. This disease results from a combination of insulin resistance and impaired pancreatic β-cell function, leading to persistent hyperglycemia and increased risk of long-term complications affecting the kidneys, cardiovascular system, nervous system, and eyes. This report describes the case of a 52-year-old woman diagnosed with T2DM for approximately ten years. The patient presented with fatigue, nocturnal polyuria, nausea after meals, significant weight loss, and tingling in her extremities. Laboratory findings revealed an HbA1c level of 12%, reflecting very poor glycemic control. A family medicine approach was applied through detailed history taking, physical and laboratory examinations, home visits, and completion of a family folder to assess clinical, personal, social, and functional aspects. Interventions included counseling on balanced diet, encouragement of regular physical activity, education on diabetic foot care, and pharmacological treatment with metformin and insulin. The family received counseling about hereditary risk factors, the importance of emotional support, and the need for consistent monitoring of health status. The patient was still capable of light daily activities, supported by a highly functional family environment with an APGAR score of 10. A holistic family medicine–based approach was shown to improve treatment adherence, patient knowledge, and overall quality of life. Therefore, management of T2DM requires a comprehensive strategy that integrates promotive, preventive, curative, and rehabilitative components, emphasizing the active involvement of family and community at the primary care level to reduce complications, slow disease progression, and enhance patient well-being.   Keywords: Type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) is a chronic metabolic disorder whose prevalence continues to rise, making it a major challenge for health systems worldwide. Cervical cancer remains one of the leading causes of death among women, particularly in developing countries such as Indonesia. This disease is largely preventable through early detection efforts; however, low levels of knowledge and awareness among women of reproductive age often hinder them from undergoing routine screening. Limited information leads to most new cases being diagnosed at advanced stages, thereby lowering treatment success rates and increasing the public health burden. This study aimed to analyze the differences in knowledge among mothers at Yayasan Harapan Anak Indonesia, North Jakarta, regarding early detection of cervical cancer before and after receiving health education using leaflets. The study employed a quasi-experimental design with a one-group pretest-posttest approach. The sample consisted of 40 reproductive-age women selected using total sampling. A structured questionnaire was used as the research instrument, covering questions about the definition, risk factors, symptoms, and early detection methods of cervical cancer. The intervention was carried out through a lecture accompanied by leaflet distribution, which provided concise, clear, attractive, and easy-to-understand information. Data were analyzed using paired t-tests to evaluate differences in mean scores before and after the intervention. The results showed an increase in the mean knowledge score from 57.69 in the pretest to 88.08 in the posttest. Statistical analysis revealed a significant difference (p<0.05) between pre- and post-intervention. The study concludes that health education using leaflets is effective in improving mothers’ knowledge about cervical cancer early detection. Health workers are recommended to expand educational coverage using simple printed media as a sustainable strategy for prevention, to enhance community awareness more broadly, and ultimately to reduce cervical cancer incidence.

Diabetes Mellitus (DM) is a non-communicable disease that is currently a major public health problem in Indonesia. The prevalence of DM continues to increase from year to year, not only in urban areas but also increasingly found in rural areas. One factor contributing to the high number of DM cases is a lack of public awareness of the importance of a healthy lifestyle, as well as the continued presence of many undiagnosed cases, resulting in delayed treatment. Therefore, early detection efforts and health education that can reach the community at the community level are needed. This community service program was designed to conduct random blood sugar screenings while increasing the knowledge of residents of RW 15 Kalibaru regarding the prevention and control of DM. The activity was carried out on August 24, 2025, involving 21 participants, most of whom were from adults to the elderly. The activity method consisted of two main stages: checking blood sugar levels using a glucometer and a health education session on a healthy lifestyle, a balanced diet, and the importance of regular physical activity. The results of the activity showed that the indicators of success were well achieved. This was indicated by the orderly implementation of the examinations, a high level of participation from residents, and increased awareness of the dangers of DM among participants. From the examination results, most participants had normal blood sugar levels, but several people were found with blood sugar levels above the normal limit who required medical follow-up.

The endocrine system is a ductless body control system that produces hormones to regulate various organs and physiological processes. Hormones act as important biological messengers in the human body. One of the most essential hormones is insulin, which plays a key role in blood sugar regulation. Insufficient insulin production or impaired insulin action can cause disruption of blood glucose control, leading to diabetes mellitus. Diabetes mellitus is a chronic metabolic disorder characterized by persistently high blood glucose levels caused by impaired insulin secretion, insulin action, or both. The purpose of this paper is to apply nursing care to Mr. N, a patient with endocrine system disorders: diabetes mellitus, treated in the Dahlia Ward of Dr. Soeselo Regional Hospital, Tegal Regency. This descriptive case study method was used to explain the nursing process in a structured manner. The main complaint presented by the client was pain in the wound on the left foot. Four nursing diagnoses were identified during the assessment, namely unstable blood glucose levels, acute pain, impaired skin/tissue integrity, and knowledge deficit. Nursing interventions were developed and implemented based on the Standar Diagnosis Keperawatan Indonesia (SDKI), Standar Luaran Keperawatan Indonesia (SLKI), and Standar Intervensi Keperawatan Indonesia (SIKI). The case highlights the importance of comprehensive nursing care in diabetes management, with a focus on blood glucose stabilization, pain management, wound care, and patient education. The results of this study are expected to provide additional references for clinical practice and strengthen the role of nurses in preventing complications of diabetes mellitus.

This study investigates the differences in customer satisfaction levels toward the services of Bank Syariah Indonesia by employing a nonparametric statistical approach. Customer satisfaction is a critical benchmark in Islamic banking, as it not only reflects the quality of services but also the extent to which sharia compliance is embedded in financial practices. Given that satisfaction data are generally ordinal and may not fulfill the assumptions of normal distribution, nonparametric methods such as the Kruskal-Wallis and Mann-Whitney tests were selected as the primary analytical tools. This research adopts a qualitative library-based method by reviewing relevant literature, scientific articles, and previous empirical studies to construct a comprehensive understanding of customer satisfaction measurement within Islamic banking. The findings highlight that variations in satisfaction are influenced by multiple factors, including service speed, staff friendliness, accessibility of digital platforms, and clarity of sharia principles applied in daily operations. Results further suggest that demographic characteristics and service usage frequency significantly shape satisfaction differences across customer groups. Theoretically, this study enriches the body of knowledge on the application of nonparametric statistics in Islamic banking research, while practically, it provides actionable insights for Bank Syariah Indonesia in formulating adaptive service strategies. These contributions are expected to assist the bank in strengthening customer loyalty, enhancing competitiveness, and sustaining growth in the dynamic modern banking industry. Community participation in the formation of Village Regulations (Perdes) is an important indicator in realizing transparent, democratic, and responsive village governance to the needs of residents. However, in Teluk Kapuas Village, the level of community participation in the process is still relatively low. This is evident from the minimal involvement of residents and village officials in understanding the mechanisms and urgency of Perdes preparation. Based on these conditions, Community Service (PKM) activities were carried out with the aim of increasing the knowledge, understanding, and awareness of the community and village officials regarding the importance of active involvement in Perdes formation. The problems raised in this activity include: (1) the level of knowledge and understanding of village officials regarding the procedures for Perdes formation; and (2) factors that hinder the community from participating optimally. The methods used were lectures and interactive discussions involving village officials and community representatives. The results of the activities showed that the understanding of village officials and the community was still limited, so that participation in Perdes formation was not optimal. Through this PKM activity, it is hoped that there will be an increase in the understanding, awareness, and involvement of the Teluk Kapuas Village community in the Perdes formulation process so that it can produce village regulations that are more participatory and meet the needs of residents.

This Community Service (PKM) activity was carried out by lecturers and students with the aim of increasing public awareness in environmental management through understanding and implementing relevant Regional Regulations (PERDA) that apply in Sepatan Village, namely Tangerang Regency PERDA number 1 of 2023. The main problem faced was the low level of community participation in preserving the environment, caused by a lack of understanding of the regulations and minimal outreach regarding the legal consequences and collective benefits of complying with PERDA. The activity implementation methods included outreach, group discussions, and direct community mentoring. Outreach aimed to provide an understanding of the contents of PERDA on the environment, while group discussions encouraged interaction and the exchange of experiences among residents in implementing these regulations. The mentoring focused on simple practices, such as household waste management, reforestation, and reducing the use of single-use plastics. The results of the activity demonstrated increased public knowledge of environmental laws and a growing collective awareness to play an active role in maintaining environmental cleanliness and sustainability. Furthermore, this activity also fostered a shared commitment to supporting the sustainable implementation of PERDA. Thus, this PKM emphasizes that regional regulations (PERDA) can function as an effective educational and regulatory instrument to build public awareness and participation in environmental management.
