Prospective students who wish to enter higher education must first choose the study program they desire, as this program will provide them with the knowledge and skills needed for their future. Selecting a study program may seem easy for prospective students, given the wide range of options available at a university. However, they also need to consider other factors, both internal and external, when making their choice. This study aims to identify the factors that influence the interest of prospective students in choosing the D3 Accounting Program at Politeknik Negeri Banjarmasin and to provide information regarding the profile of respondents based on student status, gender, and the level of decision-making in selecting the D3 Accounting Program at Politeknik Negeri Banjarmasin. The data analysis techniques used in this study include descriptive analysis, instrument testing, classical assumption testing, and hypothesis testing to analyze the effect of two or more independent variables on the dependent variable using regression equations for two or more variables. The t-test is used to examine the significance of each independent variable's constant, determining whether each variable has a partial (individual) effect on the dependent variable, while the F-test is used to assess the simultaneous impact of the independent variables on the dependent variable, determining whether the influence is significant or not. The results of the hypothesis testing using the F-test and t-test indicate that all alternative hypotheses (Ha) are accepted, and null hypotheses (Ho) are rejected. Thus, the findings reveal that social factors, job opportunities, accreditation, and education costs collectively influence the interest of prospective students in choosing the D3 Accounting Program at Poliban

Breksi Cliff, which was originally a mining site, has developed into an attractive geological tourism destination thanks to the creative efforts of the local community. This research used a survey method by distributing questionnaires to 170 tourists who visited Tebing Breksi. The analysis was carried out using Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) to identify gaps between the level of importance and performance of Sapta Pesona indicators consisting of security, order, cleanliness, coolness, beauty, friendliness and memories. The results of the analysis show that most of the indicators are in quadrants I and II, which means they are considered important by tourists but their performance varies. Indicators such as staff knowledge, cleanliness of toilets and environmental planning are considered important and have good performance, while road access and prompt service require improvement. Based on these results, it is recommended to maintain good performance and improve aspects that have not met tourist expectations in order to improve the quality of tourism and the competitiveness of Tebing Breksi as a geological tourism destination.

This research aims to develop an expert system that can diagnose diseases related to brain tumors using the Case Based Reasoning (CBR) method. The CBR method works by comparing new cases with previous cases that have been stored in the database to provide appropriate diagnoses and treatment recommendations. This system is designed to assist medical personnel in analyzing patient symptoms, thus speeding up the process of identifying the type of brain tumor. In addition, the system is also equipped with a knowledge base obtained from real cases that have been validated by medical experts. Test results show that the diagnostic accuracy of this system reaches a fairly high level, especially in detecting frequently encountered types of brain tumors. Thus, this system has the potential to be an effective tool in the medical diagnosis process, especially in patients who show symptoms of brain tumors.

This research aims to evaluate the use of organic waste as biowash by PKK members in the village and to find factors that support and hinder the implementation of the program. This research was conducted qualitatively with a descriptive case study approach. Data was collected through participant observation, in-depth interviews, and document study. Research shows that the success of the program is greatly influenced by the level of knowledge of PKK cadres regarding organic waste management. While limited tools and lack of community awareness are obstacles that need to be overcome, an effective training process and support from the village government are the main supporting factors. This research found that this program not only benefits the environment, but can also improve the local economy. The results also show that this program can be used as a model for other villages.
