Pregnancy is the process of fetal growth and development that occurs in the uterus from conception to the onset of labor. In the first trimester, mothers usually experience nausea and vomiting starting at around 8 weeks and ending at 12 weeks. Emesis gravidarum is nausea and vomiting that can cause discomfort and the frequency of nausea and vomiting occurs approximately 5 times a day, which occurs in the first trimester of pregnancy. This study aims to determine the Effect of Mozart Classical Music Therapy on the Level of Emesis Gravidarum in Pregnant Women in the First Trimester. The research design used in this study was pre-experimental with a one group pretest & posttest design approach. The population in this study were all pregnant women in the first trimester in the Jakenan Health Center Area, Pati Regency. The population used was 30 pregnant women in the first trimester. The number of pregnant women samples used in this study was 30 pregnant women, the instrument used was an observation sheet, the results of which will be analyzed using the Wilcoxon sign rank test method. The results showed that most of the frequency of emesis gravidarum before being given Mozart classical music intervention was in the moderate category, as many as 16 respondents (53.3%). Most of the frequency of emesis gravidarum after being given Mozart classical music intervention was in the mild category, as many as 20 respondents (66.7%) and almost some were moderate, as many as 10 respondents (33.3%). Data analysis shows that there is a difference in the level of emesis gravidarum before and after being given classical Mozart music therapy, a p value of 0.000 <α 0.05 is obtained, which means that classical Mozart music has an effect on reducing the frequency of emesis gravidarum in pregnant women in the first trimester in the Jakenan Health Center area, Pati Regency. It is hoped that health workers such as health center officers and midwives will improve their education and handling of reducing Emesis gravidarum in pregnant women non-pharmacologically.

Iskandar Suhardi, Evaluation of Health Protocol Enforcement Performance by Members of the Merdeka Post during the Covid-19 Period by the Palembang City Fire and Disaster Management Service. This study aims to analyze the Performance Evaluation of Health Protocol Enforcement by Members of the Merdeka Post during the Covid-19 Period by the Palembang City Fire and Disaster Management Service. The study used qualitative methods with data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study show that in the application of the health protocol itself in a combined unit of several elements and agencies, it has several weaknesses, first from the community side who really underestimates the Corona virus, then from the officers themselves there is still minimal knowledge in providing education about the importance of complying with health protocol. The enforcement of health protocols did not go as expected, based on the health protocol policy itself, because there were several aspects, where in fact not all people believed in the existence of the corona virus, some even said that this corona was just a political conspiracy and the like, so that officers had difficulty in enforcement of health protocols. In 2020-2021 the health protocol policy is going quite well, people still have fear and vigilance about the spread of the corona virus, but in the course of time and being supported by people who have been vaccinated 1 and 2, it makes people feel safer, so that strict adherence to simple wearing a mask is no longer obeyed, not to mention other things such as washing hands and so on. The implementation of this health protocol policy has many obstacles and the weak side is public awareness and the pros and cons regarding the presence or absence of the corona virus, so that some people do not obey the applicable rules, and this makes it difficult for officers to carry out the policies that have been determined. So in this case the officer must have the right technique or method so that the implementation process can be easier.

This paper examines the Office of the Accountant General of the Federation and the relationship between the Nigerian economy and the Treasury Single Account Policy (2015-2024). The Nigerian economy has developed slowly over the years, which has led to little to no improvement in the country's residents' standard of living. The study's overall goal was to determine how the Treasury Single Account Policy affected Nigeria's economic developments between 2015 and 2024. Its specific goals were to determine whether the human development index, Gini coefficient, and poverty rate of the country's economy differed significantly between the pre-and post-implementation periods. The research utilized the design of the quantitative study. Nigerian citizens make up the study's population, while the citizens of Nigeria for the years 2015–2024 make up the sample size. The study employed secondary data that came from the World Bank's National Accounts Data, the National Bureau of Statistics, and the Central Bank of Nigeria's Statistical Bulletin. The paired sample t-test was used to assess the data. The outcome showed that, except the variable of human development index, which showed a significant difference between the periods before and after the implementation of the treasury single account policy, economic development indicators (gini coefficient and poverty rate) did not differ significantly between the periods before and after the policy. Consequently, the analysis found that the Treasury Single Using the poverty rate and Gini coefficient as stand-ins for economic development, account policy had no discernible effect on the Nigerian economy. Additionally, it was determined that the Treasury Single Account Policy had a major influence on Nigeria's economic development using the Human Development Index as a proxy for economic progress. Therefore, it was advised that government programs for human development be maintained and improved, particularly in the fields of health and education.

Puskesmas is a functional health organization as well as a center for community health development. The Klender urban health center currently uses an online registration system and offline registration. This study aims to determine the online and offline outpatient registration system at the Klender Village Community Health Center in 2023. This research is a qualitative research. In this study, researchers directly observed the process of outpatient registration. Retrieval of research data is done by observation and interviews with registration officers. The results of the study found that online registration uses the Jaksehat application, patients do not need to come to the health center to register, patients come to the health center to validate queue numbers to the polyclinic only. Calling patients who register online is prioritized with a system of calling queue numbers 1-5, 11-15 and so on. Offline registration is done by having patients come directly to the puskesmas and queue to register. For calling patients, register offline after patients register online with queue numbers 6-10, 16-15, etc. The problems found in registration were the separate queues for patients who registered online and offline and there was a mismatch in calling patients according to the serial number of the queue. The conclusion in this study is that online registration of outpatients uses the Jaksehat application and offline registration is carried out using the system used by the puskesmas. It is expected that the puskesmas will separate the queues of patients who have registered online with patients who have registered offline.

Medan Immigration Detention Center (Rudenim) is a technical implementing unit that carries out immigration functions as a temporary shelter for foreigners who are subject to administrative immigration actions in the Nangroh Aceh Darussalam and North Sumatra regions. There are several reasons why foreign nationals are placed in Rudenim, including being in the territory of the Republic of Indonesia without having a valid immigration permit, waiting for the repatriation or expulsion/deportation process, being subject to administrative immigration actions, having completed their sentence and not yet being able to be repatriated or deported. This study aims to determine the history, duties and functions of the Medan Immigration Detention Center and to determine the role of the Medan Immigration Detention Center in fulfilling the Human Rights (HAM) of detainees in the Medan Immigration Detention Center. The research method used is descriptive qualitative and uses a data collection method with a literature review through primary and secondary legal sources. Primary sources such as daily reports made by the Medan Immigration Detention Center, interviews with detainees and employees at the Medan Immigration Detention Center, and observations in the detention room building. As for the secondary sources in this journal, they include related laws and regulations. The results of the study indicate that Rudenim Medan has fulfilled human rights such as the right to worship, receive adequate health services and food, detainees are also given the opportunity to convey complaints, receive visits from family or sponsors, and communicate with representatives of their country. However, there are challenges in the implementation of human rights protection, including the lack of guards at Rudenim Medan and the lack of English language skills of Rudenim Medan officers and the presence of detainees who cannot speak English. Therefore, there needs to be continuous effort from officers at Rudenim Medan, the government and related institutions to strengthen the protection of human rights of detainees at Rudenim Medan.
