Hallucinations are false sensory perceptions unrelated to real external stimuli. Patients will have difficulty distinguishing whether the stimuli they experience originate internally (thoughts or feelings) or externally. This condition may affect any of the five senses. The most common type of hallucination is auditory hallucinations. One way to reduce the signs and symptoms of auditory hallucinations is through Art Therapy: freehand painting. To determine nursing care with the application of free painting therapy in patients with auditory hallucinations at the Mitra Mulia Husada Foundation, Palembang. The design used was a case study describing the cases of four patients with auditory hallucinations. Subjects were selected according to inclusion and exclusion criteria. The intervention provided was free-drawing therapy for four days, each lasting 30 minutes.After the intervention of applying free painting therapy for 4 days with a time of 30 minutes per visit, it was found that there was a decrease in signs and symptoms of hallucinations as shown through the results of the observation sheet in each patient. Mr. A. originally 9 became 3 signs of symptoms, Mr. S originally 7 became 3 signs of symptoms, Mr. AJ originally 9 became 3 signs of symptoms and Mr. M originally 10 became 5 signs of symptoms of auditory hallucinations. There was a decrease in auditory hallucination scores in each patient after being given Art Therapy: free painting. For future researchers, it is hoped that they can conduct research on the application of free painting therapy so that it can be carried out more frequently so that the therapy carried out is more effective in reducing the signs and symptoms of hallucinations and also add respondents so that the application of the therapy given is more effective in reducing the signs and symptoms experienced by patients.

The rapid advancement of technology has brought significant changes to the field of education, requiring adjustments in the roles and competencies of educators to improve the quality of human resources. The teaching profession is no longer limited to delivering knowledge but also demands the ability to adapt to technological developments, utilize digital tools, and create innovative and relevant learning experiences. This study aims to examine the challenges faced by the education profession in improving the quality of human resources and to identify strategies that can be implemented to address these challenges. This research employs a literature review method by analyzing ten relevant scientific articles using a descriptive qualitative approach. The findings reveal several major challenges, including limited teacher competence and professionalism, constraints in the use of technology, weaknesses in human resource management in education, and the lack of optimal training and professional development programs. In addition, disparities in access and readiness for digital transformation also hinder the improvement of educational quality. The results suggest that improving the quality of human resources through education requires a comprehensive approach, including strengthening teacher competencies, providing continuous professional development, improving educational management, and ensuring adaptive policy support. Therefore, the education profession is expected to play a crucial role as a driving force in producing competent, high-quality human resources who are well prepared to face future challenges.

This study explores student agency in Artificial Intelligence (AI)-supported STEM learning environments, addressing a critical gap in existing literature that predominantly focuses on learning outcomes rather than learner-centered processes. Drawing on an interpretive qualitative approach, this research investigates how students experience autonomy, self-regulation, and decision-making when interacting with AI technologies in STEM education. Data were collected from 15 participants engaged in AI-supported learning through in-depth semi-structured interviews, supported by observations and document analysis. The data were analyzed using thematic analysis to identify recurring patterns and meanings related to student agency. The findings reveal that student agency is a dynamic and multidimensional construct shaped by the interplay between technological affordances and learner engagement. Four major themes emerged: enhanced autonomy, development of self-regulated learning, negotiated decision-making, and ambivalent dependency on AI. While AI technologies provide adaptive support that empowers students to take control of their learning, they also introduce the risk of over-reliance, which may reduce cognitive engagement. This study contributes to the theoretical advancement of student agency by conceptualizing it as a spectrum rather than a fixed attribute, highlighting the dual role of AI as both an enabler and a constraint. The findings offer important pedagogical implications for designing AI-supported STEM learning environments that promote active, reflective, and responsible learning. Future research is recommended to explore this phenomenon across diverse contexts and through longitudinal designs.

The money market plays a vital role in the global financial architecture as a provider of short-term liquidity and a primary channel for monetary policy transmission. This research is motivated by the rapid transformation of financial instruments, which now encompass conventional and Sharia-compliant sectors, as well as digital innovations such as e-money and stablecoins. The purpose of this study is to examine the concept of the money market, identify the diversity of modern instruments, and analyze their strategic role in economic stability through a qualitative literature review approach. The analysis shows that the money market is highly effective in managing bank cash reserves and controlling inflation by regulating the money supply. The presence of digital instruments has been proven to accelerate liquidity flows, while Sharia schemes provide transparent and equitable investment alternatives. However, the emergence of digital assets also brings challenges of volatility that require adaptive regulation and professional skepticism from market participants. The implications of this research emphasize the importance of synergy between monetary authorities and financial technology to address global disruption. Strengthening regulations on future instruments is expected to create a more inclusive and stable financial system that can respond precisely to economic shocks.

This qualitative literature review explores the ethical foundations of collaborative organizations by examining the interplay between moral legitimacy and joint purpose. Drawing from recent scholarship in organizational ethics, stakeholder theory, and virtue ethics, the review highlights how organizations achieve moral legitimacy through shared values, inclusive governance, and ethically anchored missions. Joint purpose emerges as a unifying force that fosters trust, identity, and stakeholder commitment across complex collaborations. The synthesis reveals that organizations sustaining both moral legitimacy and joint purpose are more adaptive, ethically resilient, and capable of creating long-term value. The review also identifies theoretical gaps and suggests directions for future research on moral agency and collective value creation within hybrid organizational forms

This community service activity aims to improve teenagers' self-management skills through the program “Remaja Jago: Kelola Diri Tanpa Drama”. The program was specifically designed to provide a practical and applicable understanding for youth on how to recognize their own potential, manage emotions effectively, organize time efficiently, and make wise and responsible decisions in daily life. The activity was carried out at Vihara Dhamma Bhakti Tangerang with 20 participants aged 13–20 years, representing a diverse range of educational and social backgrounds. Methods included interactive lectures, engaging educational games, structured group discussions, and guided self-reflection sessions to encourage active participation and deeper personal insight. Evaluation results showed a significant improvement in participants’ decision-making abilities, personal discipline, emotional control, and goal-setting skills after completing the program. In addition, participants demonstrated increased self-confidence and awareness of their strengths and weaknesses. Overall, this program effectively contributes to developing independent, disciplined, and responsible youth character, while also equipping them with essential life skills needed to face various personal and social challenges in the future.

This qualitative literature review explores how bounty size, strategic thresholds, and regulatory effectiveness shape the design and outcomes of whistleblowing mechanisms. By synthesizing empirical and theoretical insights from leading accounting and finance journals, the study identifies three interrelated findings: first, that larger bounty rewards increase reporting volume but may reduce signal quality; second, that insiders’ reporting thresholds are influenced by retaliation risk, compensation incentives, and perceived enforcement credibility; and third, that regulatory backlogs and discretion can distort the intended deterrent effect of whistleblowing policies. The review highlights the need for a holistic design approach that integrates incentive alignment with institutional capacity and protection mechanisms. Limitations in jurisdictional generalizability, demographic heterogeneity, and the evolving role of digital reporting platforms are also discussed. Recommendations for future research include examining whistleblowing in non-U.S. contexts, integrating organizational culture, and assessing the role of emerging technologies

. The rapid development of artificial intelligence (AI) has brought significant changes in various fields, including education and church life. This study aims to examine the dynamics of the formation of prospective catechists in facing the challenges of AI use at the IPI Malang Pastoral College. This study used a qualitative, descriptive approach, through observation and interviews with students as research subjects. The results show that the use of AI has become an integral part of the learning process, helping students understand material, develop academic skills, and enhance creativity in the pastoral field. However, the use of AI also poses challenges in the form of a tendency towards instantaneous attitudes and potential dependency that can hinder critical thinking skills and deep reflection on faith. In the context of pastoral education, the formation of prospective catechists emphasizes not only intellectual aspects but also spirituality, personality, and pastoral sensitivity. Therefore, the wise and proportional use of AI is necessary, while still positioning it as a supporting tool, not a substitute for human roles. The role of lecturers and educational institutions is crucial in guiding students to be able to use technology critically, reflectively, and responsibly. Thus, the integration of technology and faith values ​​is expected to produce prospective catechists who are able to respond to the challenges of the times in a relevant and meaningful manner.

This qualitative literature review examines the role of strategic communication and persuasive signaling in syndicated capital raising. Drawing from interdisciplinary sources in finance, economics, and organizational behavior, the review synthesizes how lead investors utilize narrative framing, information asymmetry reduction, and trust-based messaging to influence co-investor commitment. The findings reveal that persuasion in syndication is not only a matter of financial signaling but also a communicative process that shapes collective investment decisions. Furthermore, the review highlights the critical role of communication strategies in aligning investor interests, mitigating uncertainty, and facilitating decision-making under bounded rationality. Implications for investor coordination, capital structuring, and future research directions are discussed

This study aims to analyze the prevalence of illegal parking attendants and their impact on public service delivery and the Regional Gross Domestic Product (GDP) in Sorong City. The method used is a mixed-method approach. The study employed quantitative methods, including a questionnaire survey and descriptive statistical analysis, as well as correlation analyses, and qualitative methods, including in-depth interviews and source triangulation. The results indicate that local government oversight, compliance with parking regulations, and the quality of public services are positively and significantly related to increases in local revenue (PAD). Qualitative findings revealed that illegal parking practices lead to revenue leakage, degraded service quality, and public order issues. Consequently, local governments need to strengthen oversight, digitize parking payments, and provide officers with training to increase transparency and optimize local revenue (PAD). The study's limitations lie in its small sample size and its focus on a single location. Future research is recommended to expand the sample, compare several regions, and employ a more comprehensive policy analysis. These results contribute to the development of informal-economy and social-order theory in the context of urban parking management. In practice, the research findings can serve as the basis for formulating more effective and sustainable parking management policies. Implementation of the recommendations is expected to improve the quality of public services and public trust in local governments effectively and sustainably in the future.

The development of information technology has significantly transformed government administration, enhancing public service efficiency and effectiveness. However, many local government offices still manage population administration manually, leading to delays and data inaccuracies. This community service activity aims to enhance the capacity of Pematang Gubernur Village staff in managing digital-based population administration through the implementation of OpenSID. A qualitative approach was used, consisting of several stages: preparation, socialization, training, mentoring, and evaluation. The results demonstrated that OpenSID facilitated the digitalization of population data, improving the staff's ability to manage administrative services. During the mentoring process, the staff learned to use the system for daily tasks such as managing population data and issuing administrative letters more efficiently. As a result, the village staff were able to deliver faster and more accurate services. This initiative marks the beginning of digital transformation in population administration at the village level, contributing to a more streamlined and effective service delivery system. Overall, the activity not only improved administrative efficiency but also empowered the village staff with the skills necessary for future digital advancements.

Sugarcane cultivation often faces productivity losses due to poor sprouting and non-uniform initial growth. In bud-based nursery systems, seedling quality is heavily constrained by limited media volume and low buffering capacity. This study aimed to evaluate the synergistic effects of NPK fertilizer dosages and Gibberellic Acid (GA) concentrations on the growth and physiological vigor of sugarcane seedlings. The experiment was conducted using a Completely Randomized Design featuring nine treatment combinations with four replications. Parameters measured included plant height, stem diameter, the number of tillers, the number of leaves, and the chlorophyll index. The results demonstrated that the application of the NPK 150 kg ha⁻¹ + GA 50 ppm treatment significantly enhanced plant height, stem diameter, number of shoots, and the number of leaves compared to the control treatment. Statistical analysis revealed a significant interaction between nutrient availability and hormonal stimulation in overcoming the constraints of limited rooting environments. These findings suggest that precise integration of chemical fertilization and exogenous growth regulators is essential for producing high-quality planting material, potentially reducing losses in the subsequent planting cycle. In the future, it is necessary to confirm the use of a combination of NPK fertilizer with gibberellin during the vegetative period of plants so that the information obtained is comprehensive.

For criminal justice systems, the growing number of young people involved in drug-related crimes is a serious problem, especially when it comes to striking a balance between law enforcement and child protection and rehabilitation. By contrasting viewpoints from Islamic law and Indonesian positive law, this study investigates the use of restorative justice in the processing of adolescent drug cases in Tanjung Jabung Barat Regency, Jambi. The study used a qualitative socio-legal methodology that integrates normative legal analysis with empirical field data gathered via observations, interviews, and document analysis involving law enforcement personnel, rehabilitation facilities, families, and community people. The results show that diversionary measures required by Law No. 11 of 2012 regulating the Juvenile Criminal Justice System are the main means by which restorative justice is applied in juvenile drug cases. In order to guarantee that children are not subjected to punitive detention but rather have options for recovery and social reintegration, these systems prioritize mediation, rehabilitation, and community involvement. From the standpoint of Islamic law, restorative justice is consistent with fundamental tenets like tawbah (repentance), islah (reconciliation), and the protection of human welfare, all of which place an emphasis on moral reform and the preservation of children's dignity. These ideas support the adoption of restorative measures in the resolution of adolescent drug offenses in Tanjung Jabung Barat, a sociocultural setting where Malay-Islamic beliefs have a significant impact on community life. The report does, however, also point out a number of difficulties, such as the lack of rehabilitation facilities, the societal stigma associated with juvenile offenders, and the inconsistent use of diversion by law enforcement. The study comes to the conclusion that a framework for handling juvenile drug cases that prioritizes the rehabilitation and future well-being of children is both culturally sensitive and legally sound when restorative justice ideas are integrated with Islamic legal values and Indonesian statutory law.

Inclusive education in the context of Islamic religious education reflects the implementation of Islamic values that promote respect for diversity and the protection of individual rights. Islamic Religious Education teachers play a crucial role in ensuring that all students, including those with special needs in inclusive schools, can access and understand Islamic teachings at the Madrasah Tsanawiyah level. Inclusive education also functions as a catalyst for educational transformation by promoting equality and fairness in the learning process without discrimination among students. In this context, teachers are required to adapt teaching strategies, learning materials, and classroom interactions according to the diverse needs and abilities of each learner. Their role is not only to deliver religious knowledge but also to foster an inclusive learning environment that supports participation and understanding for all students. This study contributes to a deeper understanding of the role of Islamic Religious Education teachers within inclusive education settings and provides insights that may support future research and development of inclusive education practices in Indonesia.

This internship program aims to find out the important role of management accountability in controlling operational costs to improve financial performance in savings and loan cooperatives of Bahtera Sejahtera Credit Union.The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation,interviews,and documentation. The role of management accounting in controlling operational costs to improve financial performance in the Bahtera Sejahtera Maumere Credit Union savings and loan cooperative,it can be concluded that management accounting has a very important role in supporting management decision-making.Through the application of management accounting,cooperatives can plan,control,and evaluate operational costs more effectively and efficiently. Controlling operational costs through budgeting,cost analysis,and internal financial reporting can help management identify cost wastage and improve resource use efficiency.This has a positive impact on the financial performance of cooperatives,which is reflected in increased operational effectiveness and financial stability. Indonesia represents one of the world's most complex and dynamic linguistic ecosystems, harboring over 700 regional languages alongside the national language (Bahasa Indonesia) and Indonesian Sign Language (BISINDO). This synthesis study provides comprehensive analysis of the Indonesian linguistic landscape, integrating findings from five complementary large-scale investigations conducted 2020–2024: code-switching patterns in digital communication; typological uniqueness of Indonesia's tenseless temporal system; linguistic complexity of BISINDO and barriers to deaf inclusion; sociolinguistic stratification through first-person pronoun variation; and critical endangerment of regional languages. The synthesis employed integrative methodology encompassing 3,550 total participants, 20,000+ linguistic tokens, 18 months of ethnographic fieldwork, and analysis of 150 languages and 25 revitalization programs. Synthesis reveals five interconnected dynamics: (1) centripetal standardization through education, urbanization, and media; (2) centrifugal diversification through identity construction and social stratification; (3) typological persistence maintaining Indonesian distinctiveness despite contact; (4) parallel endangerment affecting regional languages and BISINDO; and (5) ideology-driven change linking language choice to modernity and prestige. These dynamics produce dynamic tension between homogenization and diversification. Indonesia's linguistic future depends on whether policies can balance national unity through Indonesian and linguistic diversity through regional language and BISINDO protection.

Investors consider firm value as an indicator of a company’s success and its future prospects. Several financial variables, such as firm size and capital structure, are believed to influence firm value in the banking industry. Financial institutions with large total assets are often perceived as more stable and less vulnerable to risk, thereby increasing investor confidence. In addition, capital structure, commonly measured by the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), plays an important role in evaluating a company’s financial performance and its impact on firm value. This study aims to examine the effect of firm size and capital structure on firm value in banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period 2020–2024. The research employs a quantitative approach using multiple linear regression analysis. Secondary data were obtained from financial statements and stock price information published on the official IDX website. The sample consists of 12 BUKU 2 banking companies selected through purposive sampling, with an observation period of five years. Firm size is measured using the natural logarithm of total assets (Ln Total Assets), capital structure is proxied by the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and firm value is measured using Price to Book Value (PBV). The results indicate that, simultaneously, firm size and capital structure have a significant effect on firm value.

This study investigates the role of artificial intelligence (AI) in enhancing language learning, with a focus on five key applications: automatic text analysis, personalized learning, adaptive feedback, language error detection, and automatic translation. The study addresses the challenge of integrating AI effectively in educational contexts while balancing technological potential with pedagogical guidance. The objective is to provide a comprehensive understanding of how AI tools contribute to more adaptive, efficient, and engaging language learning experiences. A systematic literature review method was employed, selecting and critically analyzing studies published between 2020 and 2025 that examined AI-assisted language learning strategies. The findings indicate that automatic text analysis supports comprehension monitoring and guided learning, while personalized learning adapts content to individual learner needs, enhancing motivation and retention. Adaptive feedback delivers immediate, targeted guidance that fosters accuracy and self-regulated learning, and language error detection tools enable learners to identify and correct grammatical and lexical mistakes, promoting metalinguistic awareness. Automatic translation broadens access to authentic texts and cross-cultural materials, supporting comprehension and independent learning. Synthesizing these findings highlights the transformative potential of AI to improve learning outcomes while also revealing challenges such as tool reliability, ethical considerations, and the need for teacher oversight. The study concludes that AI, when thoughtfully integrated, complements instruction, enhances learner engagement, and supports differentiated and data-driven teaching strategies, providing valuable insights for language educators and guiding future research on AI-enabled language learning.

In contemporary higher education, English for Specific Purposes (ESP) is increasingly expected to prepare learners for meaningful professional participation rather than isolated linguistic performance. Nevertheless, ESP pedagogy has often remained predominantly skill-oriented, with limited conceptual integration of pedagogical innovations such as project-based learning and digital learning. This study presents a systematic literature review of 40 peer-reviewed studies examining how ESP pedagogy is being reframed as situated professional practice through the integration of project-based and digital learning. Following the process of thematic synthesis, the review provides an examination of what ESP learning is perceived to be, how it is conducted and how it is evaluated in different disciplines and countries. Results show a marked pedagogical transition from a language-centric approach to one that incorporated more authenticity, collaboration and professional concern. Reported learning attainments go beyond language to cover professional capability, digital literacy, autonomous learning and identity development. Project-based learning authenticates language use in professional workflows, and digital learning environments support multimodal communication reminiscent of the way people work today. This review contends that in combination, these perspectives re-conceptualise the pedagogical nature of ESP as a type of applied professional education ’realised’ within particular social, institutional and discipline specific contexts. By synthesizing empirical evidence across settings, the study offers a conceptual reframing of ESP pedagogy and outlines implications for curriculum design, assessment, and future research in higher education and the social humanities.

Abstract. Locally Generated Revenue (PAD) is an important indicator in assessing a region's fiscal independence. One source of PAD with potential for development is Groundwater Tax (PAT), particularly in areas with significant groundwater utilization. This study aims to evaluate the contribution of Groundwater Tax to Locally Generated Revenue (PAD) in Sikka Regency during the 2020–2024 period. The research method used is descriptive with quantitative and qualitative approaches. The data used are secondary data obtained from the Sikka Regency Regional Revenue Agency, including data on realized Groundwater Tax and PAD revenues, as well as primary data obtained through observations and interviews during the internship. Data analysis techniques were used to calculate the contribution of Groundwater Tax to.Total PAD and analyze its revenue development from year to year. The results show that the contribution of Groundwater Tax to Sikka Regency's PAD is still relatively small and fluctuates, although overall PAD realization is quite effective. This low contribution is influenced by several factors, including suboptimal taxpayer compliance, limited human resources, and the suboptimal implementation of the regional tax digitalization system. Therefore, strategic efforts are needed in the form of increasing supervision, taxpayer data collection, tax socialization, and optimization of the tax administration system to increase the contribution of Groundwater Tax to Sikka Regency's PAD in the future
