The development of national character is a strategic agenda in addressing moral, social, and cultural challenges in the era of globalization. Strengthening fundamental values derived from Islamic teachings is considered an important solution, particularly the values of obedience to Allah SWT, the spirit of competing in goodness (fastabiqul khairat), and work ethic. These three values play a crucial role in shaping individuals who are faithful, possess noble character, are responsible, and have high competitiveness. However, the reinforcement of these values in the practice of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) at the elementary, junior high, and senior high school levels has not yet been optimally and systematically integrated. Therefore, this article aims to analyze the concepts, urgency, and strategies for integrating the values of obedience, competition in goodness, and work ethic into PAI learning. The research method employed is a literature study using a qualitative-descriptive approach through the analysis of scientific literature, curriculum documents, and relevant concepts of Islamic education. The findings indicate that the value of obedience serves as a spiritual and moral foundation for students, the value of fastabiqul khairat encourages active, collaborative attitudes oriented toward positive contributions, while work ethic strengthens discipline, responsibility, and productivity. The integration of these three values can be implemented through the development of teaching materials, the application of contextual learning methods, educators’ role modeling, and the cultivation of a religious school culture. The implications of this study affirm that integrating these values into PAI significantly contributes to the formation of a young generation with integrity and readiness to build a dignified nation.

This Community Partnership Program (PKM) aims to improve the competence of mathematics teachers at Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) in Lumajang Regency in developing ethnomathematics-based teaching materials integrated with Augmented Reality (AR) technology. This program was initiated due to the minimal use of local culture in mathematics learning and the low ability of teachers to develop innovative teaching materials. The activity was carried out in four main stages: socialization, training, technology application, and mentoring and evaluation. The training included an introduction to the concept of ethnomathematics, the preparation of differentiated teaching materials, and the creation of AR-based learning media using Unity 3D, Blender, Geogebra, and Vuforia. The results of the activity showed an increase in teachers' understanding of the concept of ethnomathematics and their ability to integrate the local cultural values of Lumajang into mathematics learning. In addition, teachers successfully produced contextual AR-based interactive teaching materials in line with the spirit of the Merdeka Curriculum. This activity also strengthened collaboration between lecturers, students, and teachers of the MTs Wilker III Mathematics MGMP and became a model for continuous training in the development of innovative learning media based on local wisdom and digital technology.

This sociolinguistic study examines patterns of regional language interference in formal Indonesian usage across bilingual areas of Indonesia. Through a mixed-methods approach, this research analyzes oral and written data from 240 participants across three strategic bilingual regions: Javanese-Indonesian, Sundanese-Indonesian, and Batak-Indonesian. Data were collected through structured interviews, ethnographic observations, and corpus analysis of formal documents. Quantitative analysis employed linguistic corpus software to identify frequency patterns and interference distribution, while qualitative analysis applied ethnography of communication approaches to understand social contexts and functions of interference in communicative interactions. Findings reveal systematic interference typologies that vary according to linguistic domains. Phonological interference demonstrates the highest resistance to formal register constraints (78% consistency), with Batak-Indonesian speakers showing the highest interference rates (85%), followed by Javanese-Indonesian (74%), and Sundanese-Indonesian (71%). Lexical interference occurs in 65% of samples with significant variation based on communication domains, where Sundanese-Indonesian shows the highest rates (72%). Morphological interference is found in 52% of cases, particularly in affixation and reduplication systems. Syntactic interference shows the highest sensitivity to situational formality, decreasing from 45% in semi-formal communication to 28% in strict formal contexts. Research implications indicate the need for reorienting language policy from corrective approaches toward recognizing interference productivity. Language policies should develop flexible standards that accommodate regional variations and promote positive attitudes toward multilingualism. In educational contexts, integration of contrastive approaches in Indonesian language learning is required, along with development of instructional materials sensitive to students' linguistic backgrounds, and teacher training on managing productive versus corrective interference. This research contributes to Indonesian sociolinguistics through providing comprehensive empirical databases, developing innovative theoretical frameworks, and replicable methodologies for language contact analysis. Findings confirm that regional language interference in formal Indonesian constitutes a productive phenomenon reflecting Indonesia's multilingual vitality. Approaches that recognize productive aspects of interference while optimizing formal communication effectiveness become key to developing language strategies responsive to contemporary multilingual Indonesian realities.

Animated video is one of the media that can be used in the learning process. In grade III of Madrasah Ibtidaiyyah Rahmah El-Yunusiyyah Padang Panjang, students experience difficulties in understanding the concept of jama' prayer, and the learning method used by teachers still relies on textbooks without utilizing varied technology-based media. Consequently, many students' scores remain below the minimum mastery criteria (KKM). Therefore, researchers are interested in developing animated videos as learning media to improve students' scores in the subject of fiqh, specifically on the jama' prayer material. This study aims to: (1) describe the development process of animated videos as learning media for jama' prayer material, (2) determine the validity of the animated video development, and (3) assess the practicality of the animated videos. The research employs the Research and Development (R&D) method with the 4D model (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate) involving 21 students from grade III of MIS Rahmah El-Yunusiyyah as subjects. Research instruments include expert validation sheets, teacher practicality questionnaires, and student response questionnaires. The research findings indicate that the animated video has very high validity based on material experts (98.2%) and media experts (94%), with practicality reaching 100% under the very practical criteria. Additionally, student responses reached 82.86% in the very interesting category. The developed animated video can be categorized as valid, practical, and effective in enhancing students' understanding of jama' prayer material.

. Eco-print is a technique for printing leaf and flower motifs on fabric by utilizing natural materials derived from the surrounding environment. This technique is not only environmentally friendly but also encourages artistic exploration and the sustainable use of natural resources in art education. The method applied in this activity is a project-based learning approach, in which students are actively and collaboratively involved throughout the entire process of artistic creation. The learning stages include the introduction of eco-print concepts, the collection and selection of natural materials, color experimentation, the motif printing process, and the presentation and reflection of the final artworks. The results indicate that students experience improvements in creativity, particularly in imaginative ability, willingness to experiment, problem-solving skills, and aesthetic sensitivity to form and color. In addition, this learning activity contributes to strengthening environmental awareness, care for nature, and the introduction of local wisdom through the use of natural materials. Therefore, the implementation of eco-print and natural dye art has proven to be an effective and innovative learning medium that supports the holistic development of students’ creativity, character, and environmental awareness.
