This research examines how families and communities play a role in instilling the value of tolerance through multicultural education. As a country rich in ethnic, religious, cultural and linguistic diversity, Indonesia needs an attitude of mutual respect so that social life continues to run in peace and harmony. Therefore, it is important to introduce the value of tolerance from an early age through the child's closest environment, such as family, community and school. In everyday life, the family is the first place where children receive education about tolerance through providing understanding, habituating positive behavior, example from parents, and monitoring children's attitudes. On the other hand, society also has a contribution as a learning environment that introduces children to diversity through social interaction and various joint activities. Schools also play a role in forming a tolerant character by implementing multicultural education in a planned and sustainable manner. This research uses a literature study method by examining various scientific sources related to multicultural education and instilling the value of tolerance. Based on the results of the study, it is known that cooperation between family, school and community has a very important role in shaping children's character so that they are able to appreciate differences, live side by side in harmony, and maintain unity in the life of a diverse society.

This study aims to analyze the internationalization strategy of SMEs through the integration of SWOT and PESTEL analysis, using a case study of PT Mujnah Kemiri Lombok. SMEs play an important role in the national economy; however, in the process of expanding into international markets, they face various challenges from both internal and external factors that need to be comprehensively identified. Therefore, a strategic analysis is required to understand the factors influencing the success of internationalization. This study employs a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation related to the export activities of PT Mujnah Kemiri Lombok. Data analysis was conducted by identifying internal factors using SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) and external factors using PESTEL analysis (Political, Economic, Social, Technological, Environmental, and Legal). The results show that the internationalization process of PT Mujnah Kemiri Lombok occurs gradually, starting from the domestic market and expanding into export markets through technological transformation and network expansion. The company’s main strengths lie in its supply chain network, business experience, and adoption of production technology, while its main weakness is the adaptation of human resources to technological changes. From an external perspective, government support acts as a key driving factor, while global price competition and logistics costs remain major challenges. This study is expected to provide both theoretical and practical contributions, particularly for SMEs in formulating appropriate internationalization strategies and enhancing competitiveness in the global market.

This study aims to examine the influence of emotional intelligence on the academic achievement of public high school students through a systematic literature review approach. Emotional intelligence is defined as an individual's ability to recognize, understand, manage, and express emotions adaptively, which includes five main dimensions: self-awareness, self-regulation, self-motivation, empathy, and social skills. This study uses a systematic literature review method guided by PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses). A literature search was conducted through the Google Scholar, Sinta, and DOAJ databases using the keywords "emotional intelligence", "learning achievement", "emotional intelligence", and "academic achievement" with a publication period of 2014–2024. Of the total 87 articles identified, screening based on title and abstract resulted in 43 articles, then selection based on inclusion and exclusion criteria resulted in 18 articles that met the requirements for in-depth analysis. The inclusion criteria included articles discussing the relationship between emotional intelligence and academic achievement, written in Indonesian or English, having gone through a peer-reviewed process, and published in accredited journals. The synthesis results show that emotional intelligence has a positive and significant influence on the academic achievement of public high school students, with contributions ranging from 21% to 34% (R² = 0.21–0.34; p < 0.05). The dimensions of self-regulation and self-motivation were shown to be the most dominant components in influencing student academic achievement. In addition, this relationship was moderated by factors of self-confidence, parental support, and a conducive school climate. The conclusion of this study confirms that the development of emotional intelligence needs to be systematically integrated into educational programs in schools to produce students who excel academically as well as emotionally and socially mature.

The adoption of holocratic leadership systems has become a crucial strategy for startups navigating market volatility, which demands organizational agility through the elimination of traditional hierarchies. This study aims to analyze the transformation of the Human Resource (HR) department's role within holocratic systems and its impact on HR efficiency in startup environments. Employing an integrative literature review approach, this research synthesizes various findings from reputable global and national journals published within the last five years to map the shifts in managerial functions. The results indicate that in structures devoid of conventional managers, the HR role transforms from a controlling authority into a system architect and governance facilitator that maintains compliance with the organizational constitution. HR efficiency is achieved through clear authority distribution within dynamic roles, transparent peer-to-peer feedback mechanisms, and the removal of slow bureaucratic coordination costs. The contribution of this research lies in the formulation of the "HR-as-a-Platform" conceptual model, which shifts the focus of management practices from personal supervision to systemic infrastructure optimization. The practical implications provide a guide for startup founders to re-engineer HR functions to support individual autonomy without sacrificing operational stability. This study confirms that the success of non-hierarchical organizations relies heavily on the integration of radical autonomy and robust digital protocols facilitated by the newly defined HR function.

Abstract: This study aims to deeply analyze the gap in basic education in Weleri District, Kendal Regency, Central Java Province, Indonesia, specifically Weleri Village, correcting the initial focus that was directed at the UIN campus environment. Using a qualitative approach with a case study design, data were collected through unstructured interviews, participant observation, and document analysis, then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman interactive model with source triangulation techniques to ensure data validity involving eight key informants. The most important findings reveal that the educational gap in Kendal is a manifestation of significant multidimensional structural injustice, encompassing spatial disparities, educational attainment, and the distribution of human resources. Spatially, there is a concentration of quality schools in the center of Weleri District, while coastal areas experience limited access due to the "urban bias" of regional budgets. This phenomenon creates educational segregation from an early age. Only 35-40% of coastal youth successfully continue to high school due to economic barriers, distance, and a lack of scholarship information. The unequal distribution of certified teachers worsens the quality of learning and has the potential to trigger socio-religious fragmentation due to limited moderate Islamic insight in marginalized areas and reproduces intergenerational poverty. This confirms that the low quality of education is not an individual choice, but rather a systemic consequence of inequitable planning. Therefore, an urgent, holistic affirmative policy intervention is needed, encompassing equitable infrastructure and teacher distribution reform to ensure equal educational rights for every child in Kendal, in order to realize sustainable social justice that is responsive to the geographic context. This research provides a critical contribution in the form of a concrete empirical foundation for the formulation of affirmative policies that profoundly break the cycle of poverty and educational injustice in the coastal areas of Central Java, while also enriching the scientific literature on the sociology of education on the reproduction of injustice in marginalized areas in a comprehensive and sustainable manner.

Global business environmental uncertainty, triggered by "Black Swan" phenomena, demands that organizations transform beyond passive resilience toward anti-fragility capabilities, where Human Resource (HR) systems actually grow stronger through market disruptions. This study aims to analyze the concept of anti-fragility within organizational leadership, explain the role of transformational leadership in shaping anti-fragile employees, and identify organizational strategies for navigating market uncertainty. The approach employed is a narrative literature review using content analysis techniques across various reputable scientific journals, anti-fragility theory, and organizational case studies such as Disney+, Zoom, and Tractor Supply. Research findings indicate that transformational leadership acts as a primary catalyst that builds anti-fragility through intellectual stimulation, decentralized autonomy, and the creation of a culture that learns from failure. Organizational strategies prioritizing resource flexibility, cross-skilling, and optionality have proven effective in converting crisis stressors into opportunities for innovation and performance growth. The contribution of this article lies in the development of an "Anti-Fragile Leadership" conceptual framework that integrates the philosophical principles of anti-fragility into strategic HRM practices. The practical implications provide a guide for organizational leaders to design work systems that are adaptive and proactive toward market volatility, ensuring that organizations not only survive but thrive from chaos.

MSMEs play a dominant role in the Indonesian economy, but their contribution to the international market remains relatively limited. This situation indicates that the readiness for internationalisation of MSMEs remains a significant issue, particularly in relation to innovation and digitalisation capabilities as strategic resources. This study aims to analyse the influence of innovation and digitalisation on the readiness for internationalisation of MSMEs in Indonesia using the Resource-Based View approach. The study employs an explanatory quantitative design with a survey approach involving 200 owners or primary managers of SMEs in East Java, selected via purposive sampling. Data were analysed using SEM-PLS. The results indicate that innovation and digitalisation have a positive and significant influence on the internationalisation readiness of SMEs. Digitalisation demonstrates a stronger influence than innovation. The structural model also exhibits adequate explanatory and predictive power. These findings confirm that internationalisation readiness is determined not only by market opportunities but also by the ability of SMEs to strategically manage innovation and digital technology. The implications of this study emphasise the importance of strengthening innovation and digitalisation capabilities as the foundation for formulating SME development strategies that are better prepared to enter international markets.

The development of globalization, digital technology, and social change has influenced the way young people understand and live out their faith. Secularism tends to place religion in the private sphere, so that religious values do not always become the basis for decision-making in daily life. This study aims to analyze the challenges of secularism to the formation of the identity of Catholic youth in the modern era and to formulate relevant religious education responses in addressing these dynamics. This research uses a qualitative approach with a literature study method that examines various scientific literature, Church documents, and research findings related to the phenomenon of secularism and the formation of the religious identity of Catholic youth. The results of the study indicate that secularism has a complex impact on the faith life of young people, including decreased participation in Church activities, the emergence of individualistic attitudes, and the tendency to view religion merely as a formal identity. However, on the other hand, the modern era also opens opportunities for young people to develop their faith creatively through the use of digital technology and involvement in faith communities. Therefore, Catholic religious education and pastoral accompaniment that are dialogical, contextual, and participatory are very important in helping Catholic youth integrate their faith into daily life. This study is expected to provide theoretical and practical contributions for educators and pastoral ministers in fostering the faith identity of Catholic youth in modern society.
