There are 514 urban areas in the archipelagic nation of Indonesia (Ministry of Home Affairs, 2016). There are many cities in Indonesia that are able to provide a sense of comfort and security for their residents, this of course has an impact on population growth. However, the amount of waste that can be generated and stored is limited by the carrying capacity of the urban environment. Using the idea of a "green city" which consists of nine elements of road infrastructure, traffic, green open space, clean water, noise, energy, housing, clean air and buildings is one way to overcome the above problems. All these qualities need to be utilized immediately with a comprehensive systems approach and in accordance with economic, social and environmental principles in sustainable development. Blue economy approaches can be used to eliminate waste. The “blue economy” is a term that is becoming increasingly popular in today's seas and oceans. The aim of this concept is to combine sea base development opportunities with environmental management and protection. Four conceptual interpretations of the blue economy were determined through research into the dominant discourse in international economic policy documents. How the blue economy works is also examined through an “in practice” analysis of the blue economy and related actors. Next, the scope and focus of the blue economy is explored specifically on the maritime industry, which is included or excluded in various conceptualizations. This analysis reveals areas of agreement and conflict. The consensus range reflects the growing trend towards the commercialization and valuation of nature, delineating and defining maritime boundaries and enhancing the security of the world's oceans. There are several areas of conflict, particularly disputes over the legitimacy of individuals as part of the “blue economy”, highly carbon-intensive industries such as oil and gas and the growing deep sea mining industry. Oceans are becoming increasingly important in terms of potential international trade opportunities through intermediaries and buyers. the behavior of the model supporting such a relationship in the ocean is acceptable from a regular and economic point of view. The relationship between land and sea is increasing in the role and importance of the "blue economy" as the term emerges in the background. . A literature review was conducted to analyze the correct definition of the blue economy. This definition is analyzed based on the minimum requirements that are important for the blue economy. This article also tries to compile various types of activities related to marine services. This is done to determine what can be considered priority areas for blue economic growth. The blue economy concept is based on national economic development. This is comprehensively useful for achieving overall national development. Environmental accounting is stated as a process of reducing negative values and creating positive values in environmental accountability.

Abstract: Covid-19 or better known as the Corona Virus has become a public concern since its appearance was detected in China for the first time in early 2020. The death of thousands of people due to this virus has made it the center of attention of many countries, including Indonesia. The COVID-19 pandemic has proven to have put pressure on economic and social conditions in Indonesia since the end of 2019. Traditional markets have become places where many people from various places gather, resulting in an increased risk of infection. The risk of infection is not only for traders, but also for buyers and their families and people they meet or have close contact with, so it is very necessary to implement health protocols by market traders.

Background: Based on observations in the field, researchers see that there are still many kiosks that are not used and traders tend to sell on the ground floor which is close to the main road or which is easily accessible to the public or buyers so that the rest are empty, especially on the 2nd floor where the top roof has not been completed. So far, traders consider that stalls on the lower floors have more customers compared to traders selling on the upper floors, so many traders place their activities outside the Cimindi Market area and become street vendors. This creates complex problems, apart from aesthetic and The decline in the quality of the environment can also cause congestion on the roads around Cimindi Market. .Research method: this research pattern uses a qualitative approach. This research aims to find out what factors cause more women to sell at Aurduri market compared to men, to find out how women contribute to helping their family's economy at Aurduri market, and to find out what problems or obstacles female traders face when contributing to Aurduri market. . This research uses a qualitative method, with a total of 9 informants. The data sources used are primary and secondary data sources with data collection techniques through observation interviews and documentation. The results of the research show that there are three factors that cause more women to sell at the Aurduri market, namely: first, family economic factors, where the husband's income is not sufficient for daily living needs, and the costs of school children. The second factor is education and age, where female traders who have low education and are quite old and do not have the qualifications to work in other places, because they are old, but they are still fit and productive to work, decide to become traders at the Aurduri market. The third factor of self-actualization, the results of the research, showed that respondents admitted that they enjoyed selling at the market because apart from being able to meet friends, filling their free time also increased their income. The contribution of women traders to the family is classified as medium to high, which can be seen from the results of their sales which are used for daily needs, to increase family income, and also to save on unexpected costs. There are two obstacles faced by women traders, namely the weather conditions when it rains making buyers in the market lonely, secondly, the large number of home-scale vegetable sellers competes with the price and completeness of goods which are almost available in every neighborhood and housing complex, especially those on the road to the market. Aurduri makes buyers prefer shopping in nearby places.

CThe role of code switching in society is very important, in relation to the use of language variations by a person or group of people, especially in language use in bilingual or multilingual communities, for example in traditional shopping centers or markets. The market, in this case the MMTC market, can be said to have its own uniqueness in relation to the use of code switching. This research is a qualitative descriptive research, while the research strategy uses a fixed case study approach, because the problems and focus of the research have been determined in the proposal before the researcher goes into the field. During the conversation, it was discovered that there was temporary code switching from Indonesian to Javanese to Indonesian carried out by traders. The incident of temporary code switching during the conversation was marked by the Javanese expression 'nek waton mbukak, lunga tak kon nlipet' 'if you just open it, go away I tell you to fold it' which was said by the trader in the middle of the speech to insinuate the buyer, then the trader returned to using Indonesian to serve buyers. Based on the results of research and discussion about code switching in the interaction of traders and buyers in the Medan MMTC market, several conclusions can be drawn. There are two types of code switching that occur in the interaction of traders and buyers in the Medan city MMTC market, namely (1) code switching based on its nature and ( 2) code switching based on the direction of switching.

Traditional markets are places of interaction between sellers and buyers which are characterized by direct transactions and frequent bargaining processes. The existence of traditional markets makes people happy because traditional markets provide many basic daily needs and necessities and of course the prices are much cheaper than in supermarkets. Because of this, the development of traditional markets really needs to be improved, so that public interest increases, changes to traditional markets are needed. The development of traditional markets in Blitar can be seen, among other things, by physical renovations, activities to clean the environment around the market, arrangement of places and grouping of types of merchandise, orderly administration, order and security. Supporting factors include traditional market traders who always follow the advice and directions of market managers, the presence of cleaning staff, and good support from the Trade Department. However, there are also factors that hinder the development of traditional markets in increasing public interest, including: lack of public awareness about not throwing away rubbish, packaging of goods for sale that does not attract public interest, water drains that are often clogged with rubbish. The approach we take is a qualitative approach, such as going directly to traditional markets to see firsthand a clear picture and accurate facts.

In buying a laptop, you need to look at the specifications and standards that are tailored to your needs and requirements. Some of the standards and requirements include looking at several aspects of the criteria including the price of the laptop, RAM (random access memory), processor, hard drive capacity, screen size, VGA (video graphic adapter), battery power, weight, length of warranty, availability of spare parts, service range center. The fuzzy method is a method that makes it easy to find a value that is still vague and also linguistic, the use of the sample additive weighting (SAW) method is used to assist calculations in supporting decision making. The choice of using the SAW method is simpler in calculations, but the results of the calculations are accurate. From the results of calculations using the SAW method, it is calculated that between laptop 1 to laptop 7 with a price preference weight of 30, RAM 10, processor 10, hard disk capacity 10, screen size 5, VGA 3 (video graphic adapter), battery power 7, weight 5 , length of warranty 10, availability of spare parts 5, distance to service center 5, the highest order starts from laptop 1 with a total value of 18.4, laptop 7 with a value of 16.6, laptop 6 with a value of 13.6, laptop 5 with a value of 13.5, laptop 3 with a value of 13.2, laptop 4 with a value of 11.2, laptop 2 with a value of 8.9. The results of the assessment can change according to the needs of laptop buyers, who are more concerned with which criterion has the most important weight.
