The diversity in societal exercise preferences has increased significantly, with fitness emerging as a favored modern activity, particularly in urban areas of Indonesia. Fitness is valued for its effectiveness in restoring body fitness and achieving ideal body shapes swiftly. However, in the era of Industry 4.0, technological advancements have revolutionized the approach to fitness. Smartphone fitness applications have replaced the role of personal trainers by providing tailored exercise and dietary programs. User Interface (UI) plays a pivotal role in fitness applications, influencing User Experience (UX). The challenge lies in designing UI to accommodate user heterogeneity, both internally and externally. Adaptive UI emerges as a solution, capable of altering layout and content according to user characteristics. Kernwerk® Functional Fitness exemplifies a fitness application utilizing AI to optimize fitness routines. To enhance Kernwerk's UI adaptability, UX evaluation is conducted using UEQ+ modular extension, a comprehensive instrument for effectively and efficiently measuring user experience. Through this evaluation, components of UI and UX requiring further development to enhance Kernwerk's adaptability can be identified.

The cereal products available in the market mostly focus only on practicality and ignore the nutritional content. It is necessary to increase the nutritional content of these products by using local Indonesian raw materials such as sweet potatoes and corn.  The objectives of this study are: 1) to determine the effect of temperature and proportion of purple sweet potato flour and corn flour on the characteristics of cereals produced, 2) to assess the level of preference of panelists for the physical, chemical and sensory qualities of cereals produced. The study design used a factorial randomized design complete with a proportion treatment of purple sweet potato flour and corn. Test parameters include water content, degree of swelling, water absorption, texture, antioxidants, and sensory evaluation. The conclusion in this study is that the comparative treatment of purple sweet potato flour and corn and temperature did not have a real effect on water content, degree of development, water absorption index (IPA), water solubility index (IKA), texture and antioxidants but had an effect on sensory properties

Recognizing outstanding students is an essential strategy to encourage learners to improve their academic performance and overall learning quality. However, the process of selecting the best students at SMK Negeri 1 Raman Utara still encounters significant challenges due to the complexity of the evaluation criteria, which include academic achievement, attendance, participation in extracurricular activities, and student behavior. The current manual selection method is considered less effective because it is time-consuming and susceptible to subjectivity in decision-making. This study aims to address these issues by developing a technology-based Decision Support System utilizing the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. SAW was chosen for its efficiency in solving multi-criteria problems through matrix normalization and preference weighting for each alternative. The development process includes requirement analysis, system design, and the implementation of an automated ranking mechanism for student candidates. Based on the testing results, the implemented system can process assessment data rapidly and produce accurate and objective rankings of high-achieving students. The system offers a practical solution for the school by enhancing transparency and validity in the selection process, minimizing human calculation errors, and supporting more equitable and data-driven decision-making.

Tinctori is a fashion company that utilizes natural dyes, supporting the concept of sustainable fashion and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). However, its current promotional strategy has not been optimal in capturing the attention of its target audience, particularly the upper-middle-class consumers who are environmentally conscious. The findings indicate that applying cinematography in promotional videos can enhance visual appeal, audience engagement, and understanding of Tinctori’s sustainability values. The designed video showcases the natural dyeing process with artistic, transparent, and emotional visuals, strengthening brand identity and increasing consumer purchase interest. Evaluations from videography experts and the target audience confirm that the video effectively conveys the sustainability message and raises awareness of environmentally friendly fashion.

This study investigates teachers' perceptions, experiences, and challenges in implementing authentic assessment in multicultural secondary school classrooms. Authentic assessment, focusing on real-world applications and holistic evaluation, is considered valuable for engaging students and fostering critical thinking. However, teachers in multicultural settings face specific challenges, including cultural sensitivity, time constraints, limited assessment literacy, and institutional policies favoring traditional assessments. Through qualitative, phenomenological research with in-depth interviews of language and literacy teachers, the study examines the benefits and barriers of authentic assessment. The findings indicate that while teachers recognize its pedagogical value, they encounter difficulties such as time limitations, insufficient professional development, and a lack of institutional support. Additionally, adapting assessments to be culturally relevant while ensuring fairness and inclusivity proves challenging. This research contributes to understanding the practical obstacles teachers face when applying authentic assessment in diverse classrooms. It also suggests that enhancing assessment literacy, providing targeted professional development, and revising policies to support flexible assessment approaches could help address these issues. The study emphasizes the need for a more culturally responsive approach to assessment, aiming to better equip students for real-world success while addressing the complexities of multicultural education.

Artificial food additives pose significant health risks to Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) citizens despite regional authorities' extensive medical, legislative, and technological efforts. Literature highlights the detrimental impacts of these additives, including malnutrition, digestive disorders, respiratory problems, skin issues, hives, nausea, diarrhea, shortness of breath, allergic reactions, high blood pressure, and tumors. The research project at hand aims at becoming the first official and comprehensive mobile application of its own in the GCC region that manages the calculation and demonstration of an up-to-date health and legal knowledge base of the impacts of artificial additives, enhances the awareness, automatically recognizes the artificial additives, and provides alternative solutions, for both android and IOS mobile platforms. This research project introduces "Weqaya," a pioneering mobile application designed to manage, educate, and raise awareness about the effects of artificial additives. Weqaya provides real-time health and legal information, identifies additives, and suggests alternative solutions for Android and iOS platforms. The project employs an Agile-based SDLC model to explore, develop, and evaluate the food additive phenomena in Weqaya. The application's usability evaluation scores a promising 95.21%, indicating its potential utility for GCC health ministries, dietitians, academics, researchers, and food producers in enhancing knowledge and promoting non-artificial food options.
