The use of social media as an educational marketing tool provides a unique opportunity to interact directly with prospective students, build brand awareness, and promote university excellence. Education marketing is a strategic approach in managing information and image of educational institutions to attract new students. This research aims to describe an overview of the management of educational marketing strategies using social media at Primagraha University. This type of research uses Field Research. The research uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques carried out through interviews, documentation and social media content analysis. The most effective social media used in the educational marketing process include 3, namely: Instagram, YouTube, and websites. The content presented is in the form of academic activities, promotions, information regarding new student admissions, campus activities, and student achievements. The research results show that implementing marketing strategies using social media has a very good impact on the interest of new students.

This research discusses the handling of problematic funding at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Sibuhuan. Based on observations in the field, many consumer financing problems, especially for certain products, arise due to various factors. The aim of this research is to find out the strategies used by Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Sibuhuan in handling problematic financing for consumer products, as well as the factors that cause these problems and the steps that must be taken if these problems arise. Again. The research was conducted using a qualitative methodology, and the findings show that Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Sibuhuan's approach to overcoming problematic financing in consumer financing products is to develop the company's human resources (HR), providing advice to clients via telephone and face-to-face conversations. visits, and perfecting the company website, all that remains is for the client to submit a Warning Letter (SP), chat with the client, develop a financing restructuring strategy, and finally implement the final handling strategy by selling the client's assets or collateral. Financial problems at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Sibuhuan are not caused by internal bank problems, but external factors such as customer lifestyle, layoffs, requests for other financing, unreliable customers, and work at bad companies. If an opportunity arises, problematic consumer goods are being refinanced at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Sibuhuan. This is done by assessing the money given, talking to all financial units, and avoiding problems with previous financing.

This research is intended to be able to apply the Waterfall method in developing a website-based queuing system at the Pratama Tax Office (KPP) Samarinda Ilir. With a primary focus on improving efficiency and customer experience, this study conducted additional evaluation through Black Box testing. This method systematically tests system functionality from the user side. The stages of requirements analysis, design, implementation, Black Box testing, and maintenance, ensure the development of a structured and scalable system. Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja keuangan pada PT. Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk. Dengan menggunakan metode Du Pont System dalam mengelola keuangannya pada periode 2017-2021. Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari website resmi www.adhi.co.id dan www.idx.co.id. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kinerja keuangan PT. Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk periode 2017-2021 tergolong kurang baik. Hal ini dikarenakan, dari lima variabel yang dianalisis dalam metode Du Pont System berupa Net Profit Margin (NPM), Total Assets Turnover (TATO), Return On Assets (ROA), Equity Multiplier (EM), Return On Equity (ROE) berada di bawah standar industri dan hanya EM nya saja yang meningkat, Meningkatnya nilai EM menandakan bahwa perusahaan banyak menggunakan dana eksternal atau utang untuk membiayai aktivitas perusahaan, yang disebabkan dengan adanya ketidakstabilan kinerja pada setiap tahunnya. In the current era where information is demanded at an accelerated pace, this research aims to develop a web-based extracurricular attendance information system for SMP Muhammadiyah 8 Benjeng. The current extracurricular attendance system at SMP Muhammadiyah 8 Benjeng is manual, prompting the need for this research to construct a website-based information system to facilitate students, supervising teachers, and staff at SMP Muhammadiyah 8 Benjeng. The extracurricular website serves as a source of information for the school principal, class teachers, and extracurricular supervisors. It provides information about students participating in extracurricular activities, the schedule of extracurricular sessions, and generates attendance reports for students over a semester and a full academic year. The system is designed using the waterfall method, implemented through (PHP) and MySQL. This research has successfully created a web-based platform for the management of extracurricular attendance. It is anticipated that this system will offer support to stakeholders responsible for overseeing extracurricular activities.

This research aims to develop and modernize the employee payroll administration system at PDAM Batiwakkal Berau through the implementation of the Payroll System Website (SIMPEG). Previously, the process was conducted manually, leading to various challenges in the efficiency and accuracy of payroll data. In addressing these issues, we designed and implemented SIMPEG using the PHP programming language. The results include a significant improvement in the efficiency of the payroll process, minimizing human errors, and ensuring data accuracy. The use of SIMPEG also provides easy access and data management, making it an effective solution for modernizing employee administration at PDAM Batiwakkal Berau. It is expected that the findings of this research will contribute positively to enhancing performance and transparency in employee payroll data management.

The aim of this research is to determine the impact of business combinations on company performance and income. The research method used is a literature study of journals, websites and previous articles. The results of this research include an overview of the application of business combination accounting and its impact on company performance and income. Through financial performance analysis carried out using ROA, ROE, PER and NPM, the results show a rapid increase after the merger of PT Indosat Ooredo Tbk. with PT Hutchison 3 Indonesia. This research encourages companies to maintain their achievements and maintain the trust of investors and customers.

This research aims to develop a web-based palm oil sales application at the Medan Palm Oil Research Center. The research method used is a qualitative method, a case study carried out by researchers at the Palm Oil Research Center on Jl. Brigjend Katamso No. 51, kp. Baru, Medan. Researchers collect data through observations and interviews, then the data is processed and analyzed so as to obtain temporary assumptions to draw conclusions from the results of these observations. The research results show that the website, called my palm oil, can increase the effectiveness of palm oil sales, especially in marketing palm oil sprouts, fertilizers, pesticides and other superior products. However, there are several shortcomings that need to be corrected, such as limited features and lack of cooperation with expeditions and users cannot access the application freely like general buying and selling applications. The approach used through the method used by the author in conducting this research is through descriptive qualitative methods by searching for various data from documents and literature in the form of; literature, articles, books, other supporting websites including podcasts and video interviews on YouTube that have been directly involved in education in the United States. It is assumed that since the United States declared independence from Great Britain on 4 July 1776, the form of government of the Federal Presidential Constitutional Republic and Liberal Democracy with three branches of government, namely, executive, legislative and judicial, has progressed in various aspects including in the aspect of education. In this context, of course, progress in various fields in Indonesia is far behind compared to the United States, especially in the field of education. From this analysis, it is not wrong if Indonesia continues to improve and take valuable lessons from the United States experience in the education system in this contemporary era.

Oleh karena itu penulis melakukan pelatihan pembuatan website pada kantor kelurahan talang jawa baturaja sumatera selatan, dengan tujuan website tersebut dapat mempermudah dalam memberikan pelayanan berupa informasi yang dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat desa talang jawa baturaja sumatera selatan. Website tersebut dibuat menggunakan framework laravel dengan menggunakan database mysql, hasil dari Pembuatan sistem informasi berupa informasi mengenai kegiatan yang ada di kelurahan talang jawa serta beberapa fasilitas seperti info pembangunan dan kesejahteraan rakyat yang bisa diakses pada website tersebut. Dengan adanya Pengadaan pelatihan untuk pegawai kantor kelurahan talang jawa baturaja sumatera selatan merupakan hal yang positif dikarenakan selain bisa mengaksest website kelurahan talang jawa yang baru dibuat, pegawai kantor kelurahan juga dapat menambah wawasan mengenai pembuatan website yang dinamis.

Moral education is an effort to mature humans who have an identity as actual human. School order is often used as an indication of the success of mental development and student behavior. The reality is that in schools there are stillmany violations of regulations school order. This condition gives rise to various problems and problems regarding implementation of moral education. This research uses Max Weber's social action theory with qualitative research methods and Schutz's phenomenological approach. Selection technique research subjects used purposive techniques. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques use data reduction techniques, presenting data and drawing conclusions. The results obtained are the practice of school rules as a means of moral education at SMKN 3 Payakumbuh using a points system per semester recorded in the disciplinary book. Sanctions are educational in nature, especially for instilling students moral education. Enforcement of school rules at SMKN 3 Payakumbuh uses steps – steps in the form of installation in strategic places, socialization of school rules and regulations, and daily control of students as well as the involvement of teachers and leadership elements in maintaining social balance in the school environment. The obstacles faced in enforcing school rules are: lack of consistency of teachers in enforcing school rules. Efforts to overcome violations of school rules, namely preventive, curative and repressive measures.

As an innovation for food security in Indonesia, the Agriverse website has been developed, which is a platform for information media and education on hydroponic techniques. The website contains e-commerce services, agricultural extension services, data on nearby agricultural shops, articles and discussion forums. Because people still rarely know about hydroponic techniques, designing the website interface relies on the needs of target users using the User Centered Design method. Testing the Agriverse website using Black Box Testing and 5 Second Testing resulted in an average time of 9.6 seconds to try each feature, and the entire feature system for the website's functional requirements was successfully used.      

There are many benefits to a village having a website that is managed seriously. Lighten the government's workload and make things easier for village communities. This service activity will be carried out in Paddinging Village, which is one of the villages in Sanrobone District, Takalar Regency, South Sulawesi. Paddinging Village has quite large natural and tourism potential but has not received special attention from the government. Apart from that, Paddinging Village has a pine forest which is very suitable as a camping spot on the weekend. Even the water there comes from springs directly from the mountains, which can be used as a basic ingredient for a mineral drinking water business.
