Digital transformation has become a strategic step for government institutions in improving administrative efficiency and the quality of public services. One crucial aspect of this process is the management of correspondence archives, which in many cases is still conducted manually, making it inefficient and prone to data inaccuracies. Based on observations and interviews, it was found that the archiving process at the Department of Manpower and Transmigration of Sumedang Regency is still performed manually using Excel spreadsheets, with an average of 15–30 letters processed per day or more than 700 archives per year. This study aims to design a digital letter archiving system using the Design Thinking method, which consists of five stages: Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Test, with the research focused up to the Prototype stage. The results indicate that the designed digital archiving system successfully accommodates user needs through a simple, structured, and easy-to-use interface. The final design, presented in the form of a Wireframe, includes several main pages: Login, Forgot Password, Dashboard, Incoming and Outgoing Archives, Add Archive Form, and Add Archive Menu. The application of Design Thinking has proven effective in producing a user-centered system design that supports the implementation of digital transformation within governmental administrative environments.

This research departs from the phenomenon of the mushrooming of coffee shops in Makassar, which significantly affects the pattern of activities and social interactions of urban communities. Coffee shops are now an inseparable part of urban life, creating new spaces that are full of symbolic meaning. This research aims to reveal how the transformation of urban people's lifestyles occurs through the existence of coffee shops as public spaces. The approach used in this study is a qualitative method with a descriptive type, which aims to provide an in-depth picture of this phenomenon through case studies on several coffee shops that represent these characteristics. The results of the study show that coffee shops not only function as a place to enjoy drinks, but also as a public space that reflects the social and cultural identity of the community. The existence of coffee shops creates a symbol of prestige for its visitors, which indirectly makes hanging out in coffee shops an indicator of certain social status. This is closely related to the hedonistic lifestyle, where individuals are willing to spend time and money just to hang out in order to strengthen their self-image in front of the public. In addition, this study also found that coffee shops have become an arena for lifestyle expression influenced by advertisements and trends, where visitors feel the need to adjust their appearance, including wearing clothes that are popular in the latest fashion trends, in order to maintain the existence and social credibility in their environment. Thus, coffee shops in Makassar are not only a place of recreation, but also a social phenomenon that reflects changes in the lifestyle of urban people, which are influenced by aspects of prestige, consumerism, and popular culture dynamics. This research contributes to understanding the role of public spaces such as coffee shops in shaping the lifestyle of modern urban communities.

This study aims to develop a hypothetical model of Balai Latihan Kerja (BLK) / Job Training Center through the POAC (Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling) approach as a fundamental framework in reforming the vocational training system. Using qualitative methods with data triangulation from expert interviews, empirical studies, and international reports, the study identified four key themes that determine the effectiveness of the model: digital transformation, strengthening triple helix partnerships, sustainable competency development, and industry-based standardization and certification. Digital transformation through virtual reality-based simulations and digital learning platforms has increased training effectiveness by up to 48%. Triple helix partnerships increase graduate absorption rates by up to 78%. Sustainable competency development is essential, considering that 65% of jobs in 2030 will require skills that do not yet exist today. Industry-based standardization positively correlates with labour productivity, increasing it by 24%. The hypothetical Balai Latihan Kerja (BLK) model that integrates these four themes is expected to be a reference in preparing an adaptive, competitive workforce that is ready to face global challenges in the era of technological disruption.

This study explores the re-evaluation and re-shaping of fiqh methodology to ensure Islamic law remains relevant and responsive to contemporary issues. As society evolves, new challenges such as migration, the digital economy, and shifting moral standards present complex legal and ethical dilemmas that traditional fiqh struggles to address. Contextual fiqh, which integrates classical Islamic principles with modern social, economic, and technological developments, offers a dynamic approach to Islamic law that addresses these challenges. The study emphasizes the flexibility of contextual fiqh in offering more adaptable legal solutions, particularly in the realms of migration, digital transactions, and family law. By incorporating modern social dynamics, including technological advancements like cryptocurrencies and virtual marriages, contextual fiqh proposes a legal framework that is both grounded in Islamic principles and relevant to contemporary needs. The research highlights the importance of interdisciplinary engagement between Islamic scholarship and fields such as economics, sociology, and technology, offering a holistic approach to legal decision-making. Through the examination of case studies, such as the application of Islamic legal principles to global migration patterns and digital financial systems, the study demonstrates how contextual fiqh can provide ethical and practical solutions to modern problems. The findings suggest that the adoption of contextual fiqh can lead to more inclusive, just, and responsive legal frameworks, making Islamic law more adaptable and effective in addressing the complexities of the modern world.

This study examines how women entrepreneurs in Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the creative economy sector leverage digital technology to strengthen their roles in the urban tourism ecosystem. Using a qualitative approach supported by secondary data and non-intervention observations over six months in South Jakarta, the study analyzes the dynamics of digital adoption, the cultural value of creative products, and structural barriers affecting women's entrepreneurial experiences. The findings reveal that digital utilization is most prominent on easily accessible platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsApp, while the use of more complex tools, such as marketplaces, websites, and analytics, remains limited. Women’s creative products, in subsectors like culinary, crafts, fashion, and others, prove to enrich the tourism experience and reinforce the city's destination identity. However, low digital literacy, minimal mentoring, and weak integration into the formal tourism supply chain hinder the optimization of these potentials. Additionally, the digital adoption patterns found support the Technology Acceptance Model's explanation that the perceived ease of use is a key factor in early technology adoption. This study fills an important gap in the literature by linking gender issues, digital transformation, the creative economy, and urban tourism within a unified framework. The research emphasizes the importance of strengthening digital capabilities and structured collaboration between women-led MSMEs and tourism stakeholders to enhance the sustainable competitiveness of destinations.

The church has the main mandate to carry out the Great Commission as written in Matthew 28:18-20. In the context of an increasingly complex multicultural society in the digital era and society 5.0, the church is faced with the challenge of delivering the gospel in a relevant manner without losing its theological essence. This research aims to examine the theological contribution of the church in carrying out the Great Commission in a multicultural society and formulate effective strategies in evangelism. Using a qualitative method based on literature review, this research analyses literature from various sources of theology, sociology of religion, and multiculturalism studies. The results show that the church has an important role in building social harmony through interfaith dialogue, multicultural education, and inclusive and contextual evangelism strategies. Churches that understand local cultures can bridge social and religious differences without losing Christian values. In addition, the utilisation of digital technology in church mission strategies allows for greater reach in the spread of the gospel. However, challenges remain, including theological differences, resistance to evangelism, as well as limited church resources in social ministry. Therefore, a collaborative approach with various communities becomes a strategic solution to strengthen the impact of the church's ministry. This research confirms that the church needs to continue developing mission methods that are relevant to the times, while remaining true to its theological principles. By actively engaging in social ministry and interfaith dialogue, the church can become an agent of social transformation that brings peace and prosperity to a multicultural society.
