The role of Pancasila as a source of law within the adat (customary law) system in Indonesia involves analyzing its alignment and contemporary challenges. Pancasila, as the state ideology, serves as a fundamental guide for the formulation and application of laws throughout Indonesia. However, integrating Pancasila's values into the diverse adat legal systems presents significant challenges regarding both value alignment and practical application. This study uses qualitative analysis with a case study approach to evaluate how Pancasila’s principles are implemented in adat law and assess how well these values align with existing adat norms. Findings indicate that despite efforts to reconcile Pancasila with adat law, there are several obstacles, including differences in value interpretation, resistance from indigenous communities, and difficulties in harmonizing national and adat laws. The article concludes that a more dialogic and inclusive approach is needed to align Pancasila with adat law and recommends policy reforms and enhanced understanding of Pancasila's values at the local level to ensure fair and sustainable legal enforcement.

Internet users in the use of information have given rise to two opposite sides, where on the one hand it is easier in terms of access and utilization of information, while on the other hand it causes various kinds of illegal acts, one of which is copyright infringement in the form of film piracy which is currently inserted through illegal streaming sites resulting in losses for the creators of cinematographic works. This of course violates the ITE Law and the Joint Regulation of the Minister of Law and Human Rights and the Minister of Communication and Informatics concerning the Implementation of Content Closure and/or User Access Rights, Copyright Infringement and/or Related Rights in Electronic Systems. This research is a normative juridical research using a legislative and conceptual approach, using legal materials from literature and the internet as a source of legal materials. The results of the study show: (1) The form of legal protection for the creators of cinematographic works in film piracy on illegal streaming sites is reviewed from the ITE Law in a preventive manner regulated in Articles 23-25, Article 25, Article 32 paragraphs (1) and (2) of the ITE Law and has been repressively regulated in Article 48 paragraphs (1) and (2) of the ITE Law and the Joint Regulation of the Minister of Law and Human Rights & the Minister of Communication and Information related to Content Closure. (2) The effectiveness of the legal protection provided by the government to the creators of cinematographic works in the piracy of films on illegal streaming sites provided by the government through the ITE Law and the Joint Regulation of the Minister of Law and Human Rights and the Minister of Communication and Informatics related to site blocking cannot be said to be effective until now because the legal factor itself has not sufficiently accommodated the protection of creators clearly in the event of film piracy on illegal streaming sites.

This study explores the intersection of citizenship and land tenure, examining how legal frameworks influence access to land and impact social identities within agrarian contexts. Employing doctrinal legal research, this research synthesizes literature and analyzes primary legal sources to uncover the principles governing land rights as they relate to citizenship status. The study utilizes a combination of statutory, case, conceptual, historical, and comparative approaches to provide a comprehensive view of land tenure systems across different regions and cultures. Findings indicate that citizenship status significantly affects land ownership and tenure security, often marginalizing certain groups such as women, indigenous communities, and non-citizens. The results underscore the need for legal reforms that recognize equitable land rights and address social disparities within land governance frameworks. This research contributes to the ongoing discourse on agrarian law, advocating for policies that prioritize social justice and inclusivity, thereby enhancing sustainable development and resource management.Keywords: agrarian law, land ownership rights, citizenship dynamics, Indonesian citizens, legal framework.

The digitalization of the banking sector, driven by the Fourth Industrial Revolution, has significantly impacted the ease of financial transactions through digital banking services. However, this progress also creates vulnerabilities to cybercrimes, particularly phishing, which aims to steal customers' personal data via fake websites or messages. This article examines relevant legal frameworks, including Law No. 19 of 2016 on Electronic Information and Transactions (EIT Law), the Indonesian Criminal Code (KUHP), and regulations issued by the Financial Services Authority (OJK), such as POJK No. 12/POJK.03/2018 on Digital Banking Services. Employing a normative qualitative approach, the study explores the legal protection available to customers as phishing victims and the responsibilities of banks in preventing and addressing such threats. This article recommends strengthening banks' technological security systems, enhancing customers' digital literacy, and enforcing laws more effectively to establish secure and reliable digital banking services.

This study aims to analyze the comparison between unlawful acts (PMH) in criminal law and civil law in Indonesia, focusing on the differences in definitions and the elements that constitute unlawful acts in both legal systems, as well as the implications of the application of PMH in each field of law. The research method used is normative juridical, with legislative and conceptual approaches to examine the provisions in the Criminal Code (KUHP) and the Civil Code (KUHPer). This study identifies fundamental differences in objectives, sanctions, and legal subjects involved, as well as their impact on individual and societal interests. The research findings show that although there are similarities in the basic principles regulating PMH, significant differences lie in the nature of the sanctions imposed, where criminal law emphasizes prevention and punishment, while civil law focuses on compensation and recovery of losses. This research provides insights into how these two legal systems complement each other in maintaining justice and order in Indonesia.

This study examines the selection of an optimal underwater monitoring system for early detection of submarines in the ALKI II region. ALKI II is known as a strategic area that requires intensive monitoring to protect maritime security and national interests. The main focus of the study is to analyze various technical, operational, and economic factors that influence the selection of an underwater monitoring system. Through a comprehensive analysis approach, this study considers the detection capability, resolution, and adaptability of the diverse marine environment in the ALKI II region. Various types of underwater monitoring systems are evaluated, including passive sonar, active sonar, and visual monitoring systems. Passive sonar uses sound signal reception from targets, while active sonar sends signals and detects the reflected signals. Visual monitoring systems rely on cameras and other optical equipment. The decision to select a system is based on a thorough analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of each system. Passive sonar, for example, excels in quiet environments but may be less effective in high sea noise. On the other hand, active sonar may be more accurate but can be detected by submarines equipped with anti-sonar technology. This study provides useful guidance for decision makers in determining the optimal underwater monitoring system for the ALKI II region. By considering technical, operational and economic factors, it is hoped that the results of this research can improve early detection capabilities for submarines and strengthen maritime security in the region.

Sharia accounting is an accounting system that is based on sharia principles that apply in Islamic law. The need for implementing sharia accounting has increased along with the development of the sharia economy in various countries, including Indonesia. The aim of this research is to identify and develop the application of sharia accounting practices and theories to make them more relevant to the needs of modern information systems. By utilizing a qualitative approach through literature studies, this research analyzes how sharia accounting concepts can be applied in effective and efficient information systems. The research results show that a sharia accounting-based information system needs to consider aspects of transparency, accountability and justice in accordance with sharia values. The implementation of technology in the sharia accounting information system is expected to strengthen reporting mechanisms that are more accurate and accessible to various related parties.

Hospital Information System (HIS) is an important component in supporting effective and efficient health services. Evaluation of the maturity of information systems is needed to ensure that the implementation of SIRS is in accordance with the standards and needs of the organization. This study aims to evaluate the maturity level of information systems at Amanah Hospital using the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) version 3 framework, specifically in the Service Operation domain. The research method uses a quantitative approach with data collection through questionnaires distributed to respondents involved in managing information systems. The evaluation was carried out on five subdomains, namely Event Management, Incident Management, Request Fulfillment, Problem Management, and Access Management. The results showed that the maturity level of the Amanah Hospital information system was at level 3.81 (Managed), with the highest value in the Incident Management and Access Management subdomains (4.00), while the lowest value in Event Management and Request Fulfillment (3.66). Based on these results, several improvements are recommended including the development of an integrated monitoring system, strengthening operational procedures, improving HR competencies, and implementing more structured periodic evaluations to achieve an optimal level of maturity.

Information technology (IT) has developed rapidly and is known to be the most important part of all aspects of life, such as education, business, and also government. Information technology allows organizations to increase efficiency and create innovative solutions and has an important role in improving the accountability of public services, especially in the aspect of government. The development of technology in the government aspect has an important role. One of the innovations in Indonesia is the SRIKANDI (Integrated Dynamic Archives Information System) application. SRIKANDI is an application developed to digitize archive and document management in government. The development of enterprise architecture in government institutions is crucial in ensuring that information systems can support processes effectively and efficiently. This research aims to develop enterprise architecture using the TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework) method on the SRIKANDI application at the Baturraden District Office. The SRIKANDI application, which is an Integrated Dynamic Archive Information System, plays an important role in digitizing government archive management. The TOGAF method was chosen for its comprehensive approach in designing, implementing, and managing information system architecture.

Islamic education is equally important in a Muslim's life as any other level of education. To assess the successful inclusion of Islamic education in Indonesian higher education institutes, this study looked into the successful execution of the Islamic education curriculum via the education management system. The study used a qualitative research approach, with higher education institutes inside Indonesia's demographic boundaries being investigated and data collected. Semi-structured interviews were used to obtain data from higher authorities and administrative workers who interact with the Islamic curriculum in higher education establishments. The data was analysed using thematic analysis, which resulted in various themes indicating several potential constructs that defined the successful implementation of the Islamic education curriculum, such as systematic approaches, cultural alignment, structured decision making, agile response systems, and so on. The contributions, limits, and future ideas are discussed in the peripheral portions of the study.

This Study explores the important role of Cristian Education (PAK) values ​​in the lives of diverse communities. Within the framework of pluralism, values ​​such as love, tolerance, and justice are key to creating interfaith harmony. With a qualitative approach, this study examines how PAK values ​​are applied in social interactions, education systems, and community activities.The results of the study indicate that the application of PAK values ​​not only strengthens Christian identity, but also supports positive dialogue between religious communities. The conclusion of this article confirms that the integration of PAK values ​​can serve as a bridge to building a more inclusive and peaceful society, and reduce the risk of conflict in diversity.

Global Youth Action is a company engaged in youth empowerment with a focus on supporting the achievement of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through the collaboration of various youth movements in Indonesia and internationally. However, the company still faces challenges in terms of infrastructure and information system (IS) applications that are not fully capable of supporting business processes optimally. One of the main obstacles is the limited human resources who have expertise in managing SI and information technology (IT) effectively. In preparing the SI strategic planning framework, this research uses the Ward and Peppard approach to analyze company needs. The analysis process includes mapping the company's internal and external environment through Value Chain Analysis and SWOT Analysis, as well as grouping the application portfolio using McFarlan Strategic Grid. The results of this research recommend the development of various applications such as the Global Youth Action Website application, SAP application, customer service information system, asset information system, and executive information system. These recommendations are expected to provide strategic direction for the global youth action company, as well as improve IT HR competencies and strengthen the application portfolio to support the sustainability of business processes at Global Youth Action.

Transparency and accountability are essential principles in good governance. However, there are still many challenges in achieving transparency and accountability within bureaucratic environments. This study aims to: 1) investigate the level of information openness and decision-making processes in government agencies; 2) identify best practices for enhancing transparency and accountability in bureaucracy; and 3) analyze the impact of transparency and accountability on public trust in the government. This research employs a qualitative approach using case study methods. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, document analysis, and observations in several central and regional government agencies. The results indicate that most government agencies have not yet optimized the implementation of public information openness principles. Decision-making processes tend to remain closed. However, some agencies have demonstrated good practices in enhancing transparency and accountability, such as using information technology, community involvement, and implementing effective complaint systems. The study also found that higher levels of transparency and accountability in bureaucracy correspond to higher levels of public trust in the government. This research concludes that transparency and accountability are crucial prerequisites for government bureaucracy to build public trust. Systematic and sustained efforts are needed to strengthen transparency and accountability practices within bureaucratic environments.

This study aims to explore the application of blockchain in enhancing server security to mitigate ransomware and malware attacks in critical infrastructures such as healthcare, finance, and government sectors. Using a systematic literature review (SLR) approach, the research collects articles from four major databases (IEEE Xplore, Scopus, ScienceDirect, and SpringerLink) published between 2020 and 2024. The search focuses on keywords related to blockchain, server security, ransomware, malware, and attack mitigation. The results indicate that blockchain enhances data integrity, transaction security, and strengthens access control to protect sensitive data. Moreover, integrating blockchain with intrusion detection systems (IDS) and using smart contracts accelerates threat detection and response, allowing for automatic blocking and data recovery from attacks. This technology reduces reliance on manual intervention and increases operational efficiency. However, the main challenges in its implementation include high implementation costs, scalability, and technical complexity. Nevertheless, blockchain offers significant solutions for mitigating ransomware and malware attacks while enhancing the reliability and efficiency of systems. In conclusion, blockchain provides an effective solution for server security and cyber threat mitigation, although challenges related to cost and scalability need to be addressed. Further research is required to develop more efficient blockchain protocols and integrate them with other technologies to enhance threat detection and response speed.

The application of blockchain technology in waqf and zakat management offers an innovative solution to enhance transparency and accountability in religious fund management. In the context of Islamic economics, zakat and waqf play a crucial role in wealth redistribution and social welfare. However, challenges such as lack of transparency, inefficient reporting systems, and potential fund mismanagement remain significant obstacles. This study aims to analyze how blockchain technology can be utilized to improve the effectiveness of zakat and waqf management. Using a qualitative approach, this research explores the key benefits of blockchain, including decentralized transaction recording, smart contract utilization, and reduced data manipulation risks. The findings indicate that blockchain implementation can increase public trust, accelerate distribution processes, and enhance accountability in zakat and waqf institutions. Nevertheless, challenges such as technological infrastructure limitations and regulatory constraints must be addressed to ensure the optimal adoption of blockchain within the Islamic financial system.

Energy efficiency has become a critical focus in manufacturing plants due to rising operational costs and increasing environmental concerns. The growing importance of energy management is driven by the need to reduce energy consumption, lower emissions, and enhance overall operational efficiency. Traditional maintenance practices, such as reactive and preventive maintenance, often lead to unnecessary downtime, high repair costs, and inefficient energy usage. In contrast, predictive maintenance (PdM), supported by Internet of Things (IoT)-enabled sensor networks, offers a proactive approach to minimizing energy waste by predicting equipment failures before they occur. This study develops a predictive maintenance framework using IoT-based sensor networks to optimize energy usage and reduce energy losses in manufacturing plants. The research begins with an overview of IoT sensor network architectures and their applications in industrial automation, including sensors such as temperature, vibration, and pressure sensors. It explores predictive analytics techniques, such as machine learning and artificial intelligence, used for failure prediction, which are key to enhancing energy efficiency. The study emphasizes how predictive maintenance contributes to industrial sustainability by reducing carbon footprints and optimizing energy consumption. The research methodology involves the installation of IoT sensors in critical machinery, real-time data analysis using machine learning algorithms for failure prediction, and energy consumption measurement before and after implementing IoT-based interventions. The results show significant improvements in energy consumption efficiency and operational productivity. Predictive maintenance led to reduced unplanned downtime, increased equipment reliability, and a more sustainable manufacturing process. However, challenges such as sensor integration, initial setup costs, and data security concerns were identified. The study concludes with recommendations for integrating IoT-based predictive maintenance systems into manufacturing plants to further optimize energy usage and promote sustainability.

This study examines the relationship between Green Human Resource Management (Green HRM), Pro-Environmental Behavior (PEB), and Employee Performance in the hospitality industry. Using data collected from 265 employees across 12 star-rated hotels in Semarang that have implemented green hotel practices, this research employs Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to test the proposed hypotheses. The findings reveal that Green HRM positively influences both PEB (β = 0.627) and Employee Performance (β = 0.341). Furthermore, PEB positively affects Employee Performance (β = 0.396) and partially mediates the relationship between Green HRM and Employee Performance. Demographic factors, including age, education level, and tenure, moderate several relationship paths, suggest the importance of a differentiated approach in Green HRM implementation. Among Green HRM dimensions, Training and Development and Employee Involvement have the strongest effect on PEB, while Performance Management and Reward Systems most directly influence Employee Performance. These results provide empirical evidence that integrating environmental sustainability into HR practices benefits not only environmental outcomes but also enhances employee performance, creating a win-win situation for hotels in their pursuit of competitive advantage while meeting environmental responsibilities.

This study investigates the role of citizenship in the context of dual identity in Indonesia's multicultural society, as well as how Islamic law and national law interact with law enforcement. Due to the extraordinary cultural and religious diversity, Indonesia faces challenges in integrating the dual identities of its people. Cultural and religious identities often lead to conflicts among citizens governed by national law, especially when it comes to religious rules and Islamic law. How dual identity affects law enforcement in Indonesia is explored through qualitative research using descriptive-analytical techniques. Data was obtained through in-depth interviews with relevant individuals and analysis of national legal and religious documents. The research results indicate that although Law No. 12 of 2006 on Citizenship provides a legal basis for all citizens. In reality, Islamic law often plays a larger role in the lives of Muslim communities. The disagreement between religious law and national law causes chaos in law enforcement, especially regardingin heritance and family issues. In addition, this research examines the legal systems in other countries with multicultural populations, such as Malaysia, India, and Canada. These countries demonstrate similar issues in creating fair legal policies for multicultural societies. This research concludes that an inclusive approach must be used in the formulation of legal policies in Indonesia so that dual identities in society can be accepted by the state’s legal system, allowing.

This study examines the position of Islamic inheritance law within Indonesia’s pluralistic national legal system, where Islamic inheritance law exists alongside customary inheritance law and Western civil inheritance law. The focus of the study is on the implementation of the Compilation of Islamic Law (Kompilasi Hukum Islam/KHI) as positive law in the settlement of inheritance cases for Muslims within the jurisdiction of the Religious Courts. Using a literature and documentation-based research approach, this study presents findings that, although KHI has become a normative guideline, its implementation in the field still faces various challenges, such as the public’s limited understanding of Islamic inheritance law, the strong influence of customary law, and the lack of administrative documents. Furthermore, the ununified legal pluralism results in different inheritance practices across regions. The findings indicate that judges in the Religious Courts tend to apply the provisions of the KHI consistently particularly Articles 171–214 while still taking into account local cultural contexts to maintain family harmony. This article recommends the importance of Islamic inheritance law education, strengthening the harmonization among legal systems, and encouraging the unification of national inheritance law to achieve legal certainty and justice comprehensively.
