Student discipline has a very important role in the learning process at school. Students who are not accustomed to discipline and are not handled by the school immediately, will develop habits in themselves so that they always commit violations of every existing rule. Efforts made by schools to discipline students are the existence of rules that are made so that these regulations can be obeyed. However, the existing rules at school are only used as a display without wanting to apply them concretely. So from this it is necessary to instill the value of discipline in schools, namely by giving light punishments so that students will not repeat the violation a second time. This research is a literature review research with a descriptive approach. The literature reviewed in this study comes from research journals. The conclusion in this study shows that the inculcation of discipline at SD Pertiwi Makassar has gone quite well, but still needs to be improved

The problem that often occurs is that some people do not understand the existence of exemplary values contained in the folklore of Bulusan. This study aims to describe exemplary values in the Bulusan folklore, namely the religious values and moral values contained in the Bulusan folklore. The method used in this study is qualitative with a qualitative descriptive analysis method and the data sources come from community leaders, village heads, local residents, and practitioners who are experts in knowing and understanding Bulusan folklore. In this study using data collection techniques by way of observation, interviews, recording, recording, photographing, and transcription. In this study, the validity of the data was used, namely triangulation of sources, time, and techniques. Based on the analysis of the data obtained in the Bulusan Folklore, there are also character values that can serve as guidelines and examples for the whole community, especially young people for the next generation. The origins of the Bulusan folklore have several religious values and moral values contained in it. The content of religious values in Bulusan folklore includes obedience, belief, and practice. The moral values contained in the Bulusan folklore are the values of mutual cooperation, obedience, and politeness.  

The fishing community in Kedungrejo Village, Muncar District, is close to the consumerist lifestyle. Each of the existing elements creates its own reflection, from skipper fishermen, labor fishermen to factory employees. In short, this research was conducted to describe the lifestyle that is formed in fishing communities, especially in Kedungrejo Village, Muncar District. This study uses a qualitative approach that explains the phenomenon descriptively using observation, interviews, and documentation. The research results obtained in this study indicate that the fishing community in Kedungrejo Village, Muncar District, has a consumptive lifestyle. This shows that the community buys products or luxury goods to maintain prestige in the surrounding environment. Moreover, they buy things based on their desires. The skipper fishing community, which is seen as being in the position of the upper social layer, will try to highlight the identity that is considered to have wealth and power. This study uses the theory of consumerism put forward by Jean Baudrillard which assumes collective individual identity based on commercial interests and not on utility. Just as society represents a need, consumerism makes individual/group behavior believe in the existence of a symbol of power in controlling a certain item.

This study aims to find solutions related to students' low interest in developing entrepreneurship. In fact, currently there are many fashion vocational education as entrepreneurs in Islamic boarding schools. Many government assistance such as sewing machines and other training rooms are disbursed in the assistance scheme for BLK Islamic Boarding Schools. Today's students are required not only to delve into religious knowledge but also to be able to be entrepreneurial. The existence of BLK is expected to improve the skills of students in the field of fashion design. However, the existence of a job training center and a number of sewing machine assets has not been optimized, especially to produce products that can be commercialized.  The solutions offered are in the form of entrepreneurship training and veil making training as an effort to optimize and commercialize the assets of the Job Training Center that have been owned.

This study was conducted because several problems were identified where supervision carried out by the leadership was still not optimal. This is evidenced by the existence of violations committed by both those being supervised and those supervising. In addition, slightly loose supervision does not rule out the possibility of violations of the main duties and functions of inspectorate employees. Employee work motivation still fluctuates in the sense that it is not optimal. This can be seen from the attendance records and completion of work targets that are not in accordance with the time that has been determined. The performance of the Pangandaran Regency Inspectorate seems to be slowing down, many jobs are not completed on time and the targets that have been determined. Of course, it cannot be denied that with few personnel, and the implementation of supervision that must be carried out throughout the district, it certainly has an effect on all jobs that must be completed. The aim is to determine the effect of leadership supervision and work motivation on the performance of inspectorate employees in Pangandaran Regency. The method used in this study is qualitative descriptive research. Based on the results of the research and discussion, the following conclusions were obtained. Supervision of the leadership of the Pangandaran Regency Inspectorate tends to be very high, as well as employee performance which tends to be high. This provides a fairly strong relationship between leadership supervision and employee performance. The calculation results show that leadership supervision has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The work motivation of Pangandaran Regency Inspectorate employees tends to be very high, as well as employee performance which tends to be high. This provides a fairly strong relationship between employee work motivation and employee performance. The calculation results show that employee work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

The data collection method used by the author in this article, the author uses the library method (path search). The library method is a method used to collect information from books and magazines. Every citizen has the right to guaranteed access to quality and affordable health services. Initially, all administrative matters related to JKN can be carried out at the BPJS Kesehatan office. However, the covid 19 pandemic situation requires people to limit social interactions to prevent the chain of transmission of covid 19 infection. Therefore, digital innovations such as the JKN mobile application are needed by the public, especially JKN participants. The JKN mobile application is an innovation developed to make it easier for participants who initially carried out administrative activities at the BPJS Kesehatan office, to switch to applications that can be accessed anytime and anywhere. This research is a qualitative research that aims to explore in depth how the use of the JKN mobile application, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic. The informants in this study consisted of 8 informants consisting of BPJS Kesehatan officers and 7 JKN participants who had used the JKN mobile application domiciled in Gianyar Regency, Bali. This study was conducted using the indepth interview method with purposive sampling technique. This research shows the results that the JKN mobile application is very helpful for participants in terms of checking or changing participant data, accessing contribution information and printing digital cards that can be used in health facilities. However, there are still many features that have not been utilized due to participants' ignorance of the existence of features such as online consultations and online queues. So that wider socialization is needed regarding the benefits of the JKN mobile application both on social media and electronic media.    

The Office of the Airport Authority Region III is one of the government agencies that provide public services to the public, namely airport PAS services, therefore the Office of the Airport Authority Region III participates in the government program to build a good and clean government by designing the construction of an integrity zone towards a Serving Free Bureaucratic Area (WBBM) to improve the quality of its services. The purpose of this research is to determine the effectiveness of the WBBM predicate and the supporting and inhibiting factors in improving the quality of airport PAS services at the Office of the Airport Authority Region III. The research method used is mixed methods, which means combining quantitative and qualitative research simultaneously with the chosen strategy, namely sequential explanatory. The data sources obtained are primary and secondary data with the data collection techniques used are interviews, documentation, and direct observation at the Region III Airport Authority Office. The results of this study indicate that the WBBM predicate is effective in improving the quality of airport PAS services as evidenced by the SKM results which continue to increase from 2020 to 2022 and changes in the airport PAS service system to online services. Factors that support the improvement of the quality of airport PAS services are the six areas of change in WBBM and the existence of inhibiting factors, namely websites that have not been properly managed, human resources that have not provided excellent service, and lack of work ethic in providing services

Three (3) methods were used in the data collection process using this documentation: literature review, reading strategies, and note taking. The results of the research showed that there was inner conflict experienced by the main character in the novel Bibi Gill. there are changes in the psychology of Bibi Gill as the main character which is influenced by other characters and the environment.

This study aims to explore the experience of pregnant women in consuming Fe tablets and the role of husband support in the prevention of anemia in Bukittinggi City. The problem faced is the high rate of anemia in pregnant women in this region, which is caused by the low compliance of mothers in taking Fe tablets regularly. With a qualitative approach, in-depth interviews were conducted with pregnant women undergoing the Fe tablet supplement program to understand how their husband's support affected their compliance. The results showed that husband support had an important role in improving pregnant women's compliance, especially through emotional support, reminders, and encouragement in overcoming side effects that mothers often experience during Fe tablet consumption. Husband's support plays a significant role in maintaining the consistency of pregnant women in consuming Fe tablets, which has a positive impact on efforts to prevent anemia. The existence of a husband as a companion provides additional motivation for mothers to be disciplined in undergoing this health program. To increase the effectiveness of the anemia prevention program, it is recommended that health workers involve their husbands in health education for pregnant women regarding the importance of consuming Fe tablets. Maternal and child health programs should include a family approach, especially by increasing husbands' participation in pregnancy classes and counseling sessions, so that support for pregnant women can be maximized.

Culture-based education has become a movement to raise public awareness to continue lifelong learning in overcoming all the changing and increasingly difficult challenges of life. In addition, education provides answers and solutions to the creation of culture based on the needs of the community in accordance with the values ​​and systems that apply in it. There are various cultures that can be used as educational media, one of which is a'rupama which is a character education medium for the younger generation, especially elementary school students in the Ammatoa customary area. The role of a'rupama as a medium for character education in the Ammatoa customary area which later became the background for this research. This study uses a mixed method research type, namely research that combines qualitative and quantitative research. This research was carried out in the Ammatoa customary area, the informants and samples in this study were the community and the younger generation, especially school students in the Ammatoa customary area. Data was collected through observation, in-depth interviews, literature study and questionnaires with a total sample of 56 of the 131 population. The data were then analyzed using spiral analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that a'rupama actually has a role as a medium of character education for the younger generation in the Ammatoa customary area in educating the younger generation through instilling positive values ​​that are considered to be able to shape the character of the younger generation to become a much better generation. The values ​​contained in A'rutama's stories are responsibility, hard work, honesty, communicative, creative, caring for the environment, discipline and curiosity. The presence of a'rupama can be an answer to the increase in educational media that can be used as a medium for character education in elementary schools. In its development, a'rupama experienced a number of obstacles which were feared to threaten the existence of a'rutama. community, indigenous peoples only focus on improving the family economy, a'rupama is not yet part of character education in elementary schools and technological development factors.      

The use of slang on social media has become common among Indonesian teenagers. However, the use of this slang raises concerns about the existence of the Indonesian language as a national cultural property. This article discusses how slang on social media can be a threat to Indonesian language culture in adolescents. In this article, the authors update that the continuous and increasingly widespread use of slang can reduce the quality of Indonesian used by teenagers. In addition, the use of slang can also change the mindset and attitude of teenagers towards Indonesian as the official language of the state. This article also discusses how teenagers can strengthen the existence of the Indonesian language by avoiding the use of slang on social media, enriching their knowledge of the Indonesian language, and increasing awareness of the importance of the Indonesian language as a national cultural treasure. Thus, this article can provide insight and better understanding of the influence of slang in social media on Indonesian language culture in adolescents.

This research is motivated by the effect of securities on financial market development and investment preparation. Securities have a role to determine how to develop financial markets. Talking about securities cannot be separated from trade transactions, because the birth of securities is intended to improve, facilitate and secure transactions in the world of commerce. Based on these problems, the authors conducted research on how securities can be used in developing financial markets and preparing for investment. This research method through the collection of case studies and data from previous journals. The conclusion of this study is that the existence of securities can regulate and control financial markets through existing laws.

The existence of Community Learning Activity Centers (PKBM) aims to form managed learning media that is centered on empowering local potential in increasing the knowledge, skills and attitudes of the community in the economic, social and cultural fields. In developing a community, community participation must be actively linked and participate in processes and activities that exist in society in order to create maximum goals. The feeling of sharing between individuals in social groups will form social solidarity so that a sense of solidarity arises between these individuals. In this study using descriptive qualitative research methods using an ethnographic approach, this study aims to find out how forms of solidarity arise between individuals in creating a community. This research is located in Gesang Village, Tempeh District, Lumajang Regency. The informant himself is the founder, administrator and member of Omah Sinau Gesang. Researchers only took 6 people to be used as informants. The informants that the researchers took consisted of one founder, one administrator, and 4 members from Omah Sinau Gesang. Data collection was obtained from the results of interviews and observations which were included with the documentation. The results of this study indicate that within a community there is a division of labor as a cause for the emergence of organic solidarity. This interdependence increases with the division of labor and with increasing specialization and differences among individuals in the community.

The existence of tourism in Indonesia is one of the main attractions for tourists to visit Indonesia to enjoy the natural beauty of Indonesia's earth. In Indonesia there are many tourist objects that have high selling power besides Borobudur, there is also the Sibolangit nature tourism in, North Sumatra, which is also the focus of the study being studied by researchers. Efforts to build tourism are certainly not only the duty and responsibility of the government, but local governments, village governments, local communities and youth youth organizations must have a high sense of concern and empathy for the existence and development of tourism above. The results in this study indicate that the existence of youth has a very strategic role in the progress or not of a tourist attraction, because youth plays a role in terms of marketing with their abilities and skills in using social media so that the existence of tourist objects becomes increasingly known by many people, especially foreign tourists. The two youths can also be a bastion of security and comfort for visitors and thirdly the involvement of youth in building and developing tourism is also a positive value from an economic perspective which leads to the welfare of the surrounding community. So in a simple conclusion, youth must be involved and involved in the development and construction of tourist objects, especially in Sibolangit tourism in Deli Serdang, North Sumatra.

This study aims to find out how the roles and supporting and inhibiting factors play the role of school principals in disciplining students at SDI Nurul Bayan Kebunagung Sumenep. To better understand the role of the school principal in shaping the discipline of SDI Nurul Bayan students, the researchers used a descriptive qualitative research approach. The method used is the method of interviews, observation, and documentation. From this method, then manage and analyze to obtain data or information. The subjects of this study were taken from school principals, teachers, and students of SDI Nurul Bayan. The results of the research in this thesis are that (1) the principal at SDI Nurul Bayan Kebunagung Sumenep has become a headmaster who has set a good example for his school staff, ( 2) The role of the school principal at SDI Nurul Bayan Kebunagung Sumenep in forming student discipline is quite good, namely by disciplining himself, namely by setting an example, directing and coaching carried out on teachers/staff and students, (3) Factors supporting the role of the principal in SDI Nurul Bayan Kebunagung Sumenep is the existence of support from teachers/staff, support from parents, the existence of rules written in each class, and awareness of the students themselves, while the inhibiting factor for the role of the principal is the delay of students coming to school.

This study uses a normative legal research method that focuses on the study of legal perspectives and/or perspectives that explain a set of legal principles, legal norms, and legal regulations both formally and materially. The approach used in research is a conceptual approach (Conceptual Approach) where by examining through legislation and theories. Based on the research results, it is known that bond investors protect capital from the risk of company default, namely periodic reports and transparency of information, as well as guarantees (collateral) included in the issuance of bonds and the existence of sinking funds (reserve funds). Preventive legal protection for investors after a default occurs, the company continues to pay bond principal and interest (coupons) to investors in accordance with the bond agreement agreement. Companies can also be subject to civil witness administrative sanctions and even criminal sanctions.

Garbage is defined as waste that has a solid form originating from human and animal activities that are not utilized. This study aims to find out how the waste management system is with the existence of a waste bank in the Kedungsoko Village, Tulungagung Regency. The research technique used is by means of observation, field surveys, interviews and literature studies. The result of this research is that waste management at the Temporary Disposal Site (TPS) of Kedungsoko Village is carried out properly through the Makmur Banksa Garbage Bank. The management stage is divided into the Waste Collection Stage, the Waste Processing Stage, and the Product Marketing Stage. Management constraints are limited tools so it is necessary to cooperate with partners. Overall management at the Makmur Banksa Garbage Bank is running effectively and is able to provide benefits to the surrounding community. The Makmur Banksa Garbage Bank can be used as a guideline for waste management for the community because of good and effective management.
