Study aims to test the validity and reliability of a scale or instrument that measures the level of resilience in Vocational High School (SMK) students, using Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). This study involved 103 SMK students as research participants. Data were collected through a previously developed resilience scale. Data were analyzed using measurement model and structural model. The analysis showed that the resilience scale has good construct validity, with reliable indicators to measure the desired construct. The reliability of the instrument was also found to be high based on the calculated Cronbach's alpha coefficient. This study makes an important contribution to understanding the resilience of vocational students and validating an instrument that can be used to effectively measure this concept in an educational context. Practical implications of the findings include the development of more targeted educational programs to enhance students' resilience, so that they can face learning and life challenges more readily and effectively.

Mastery of English has become an increasingly important requirement in this era of globalization. As an international language, English plays a crucial role in various aspects of life, ranging from education, career, to cross-cultural communication. In Indonesia, although English has been taught since elementary school level, there are still many students who experience difficulties in English speaking practice. This phenomenon raises concerns among educators and education stakeholders. Many university students have studied English for years but are still reluctant or unconfident to use it in everyday conversation. This reluctance is often referred to as "ignorance" or indifference to the importance of English speaking practice. Various factors can contribute to this problem, including ineffective teaching methods, lack of exposure to the use of English in real contexts, and psychological factors such as language anxiety and fear of making mistakes. Given the importance of English speaking skills in today's globalized world, it is important to delve deeper into the phenomenon of students' indifference in practicing spoken English.

Sufism is a branch of Islam that emphasizes spiritual pursuit and self-purification to achieve closeness to God. In the Sufism perspective, mental illness is not only seen as a medical condition but also as a spiritual crisis. Mental illness is often thought to be the result of an imbalance in a person's relationship with God and their environment. Sufis believe that true mental health can only be achieved through cleansing the heart and soul of negative traits such as envy, hatred and greed. This process involves dhikr (remembrance of God), meditation and other spiritual practices aimed at strengthening the relationship with God and improving morals. Sufism also emphasizes the importance of living a simple and loving life and avoiding materialistic temptations that can lead a person away from the spiritual path. Thus the treatment of mental illness in Sufism does not only focus on the psychological aspect but also includes the spiritual dimension, which is considered essential for achieving balance and inner peace. This view emphasizes that true healing requires a holistic approach that integrates psychological therapy with spiritual practices, so that a person can again find the meaning of life and closeness to God, which ultimately brings peace and mental well-being.
