Sunday school learning which initially used the lecture method, now there are various churches that use various teaching methods, one of which is audio-visual media. The problem, according to the author's observations, especially at the Fellowship Protestant Church (GPP) Parhorboan Resort Tapanuli Utara II, is that school teachers are still lacking in using teaching methods that can create interaction between teachers and children, thus having an impact on children's interest in participating in Sunday school worship. The research method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative method. The research implementation uses procedures that produce descriptive data in the form of written and spoken words from people whose behavior is observed through interviews or observations using a qualitative approach. This research aims to find out how to increase the interest of Sunday school children aged 9-12 years in attending Sunday services at the Fellowship Protestant Church (GPP) Parhorboan Resort Tapanuli Utara II through the use of audio-visual media. The results of this research show that Sunday school children receiving teaching delivered by Sunday school teachers using audio-visual media can increase Sunday school children's interest in attending worship.

The 3DCRT field in field (FIF) technique used in Post MRM breast cancer patients at the Radiotherapy Unit at Lavalette Hospital Malang uses 4 copy fields including supraclavicular (AP), axilla (PA), tangential (ML/LM). However, in the Radiotherapy Unit at Lavalette Hospital, Malang, the immobilization device does not use a breast board but uses an abdominal thorax or AIO Breast And Lung Board. The aim of this study is to describe the management or procedures for administering 3DCRT field in field (FIF) radiotherapy with abdominal thorax immobilization in Post MRM breast cancer patients at the Radiotherapy Unit at Lavalette Hospital, Malang. Treatment of 3DCRT field in field (FIF) radiotherapy with abdominal thorax immobilization in Post MRM breast cancer patients at the Radiotherapy Unit at Lavalette Hospital Malang consists of an examination and consultation with a radiation oncology specialist, CT Simulator, then treatment planning system (TPS), verification carried out before the first fraction and participation stage. This research is based on the influence of understanding tax regulations, tax rates, and taxpayer awareness on restaurant taxpayer compliance in Medan City. This research aims to determine the effect of understanding tax regulations, tax rates and taxpayer awareness on restaurant taxpayer compliance. This research uses a quantitative method with an associative approach, data collection techniques using questionnaires. The sample size in this research was 40 restaurants in Medan City. The sampling technique uses random sampling technique. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression methods. The results of the research show that Law Number 28 of 2007 explains the General Provisions and Procedures for Taxation and Medan City Regional Regulation Number 12 of 2003 discusses restaurant taxes and the tax rates imposed, tcount for variable X1 (0.699) is smaller than ttable ( 2,028) then it can be said that partial understanding of tax regulations does not have a significant effect on restaurant taxpayer compliance and the restaurant tax rate is 10% (ten percent) of the restaurant tax base, namely the amount of payments made to restaurants, t calculated for variable X2 (2,349 ) is greater than ttable (2.028), so it can be said that the tax rate has a significant influence on restaurant taxpayer compliance, while taxpayer awareness in paying taxes is the taxpayer's behavior in the form of views or feelings involving knowledge, belief and reasoning accompanied by a tendency to acting in accordance with the regulations provided by the tax provisions system, tcount for variable The research results from the simultaneous test hypothesis with a significance level of 5% show that Fcount (9.292) is greater than Ftable (2.87) so that all independent variables consisting of understanding of tax regulations, tax rates and awareness of taxpayers simultaneously have a significant effect on the dependent variable, namely restaurant taxpayer compliance.

The population and at the same time being the sample in this study are the debtors of Bank BRI Unit Bolu. Then the sampling to obtain information about the objects of this research is by means of homogeneous sampling in which the elements of the population studied have properties that are relatively uniform to one another. The samples taken in this study were 50 debtors. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach in the form of questionnaires to debtors about credit granting procedures. Data collection techniques used were interviews, observations, and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used are data percentage, data reduction, and data descriptive. The results showed that from the 5C assessment at Bank BRI Unit Bolu, it could be concluded that the distribution of People's Business Credit (KUR) was fully in accordance with the standards set by Bank BRI Unit Bolu, which can be seen from the results of the questionnaire obtained from 50 customers who were at a percentage value of 70% - 100%.

The research method used in this research is sociological juridical legal research and descriptive analysis with a qualitative approach. The results of this research show that the mechanism for implementing the Complete Systematic Land Registration Program (PTSL) by the Boalemo Regency Land Office has been carried out based on the procedures mandated in the Regulations. Although the mechanism for implementing the Complete Systematic Land Registration Program (PTSL) by the Boalemo Regency Land Office has been carried out in accordance with procedures. The success of an organization depends on measuring its financial performance. The purpose of this research is to find out how value for money is in evaluating financial performance. The accountability report of the North Sumatra provincial government is used as secondary data in this research, which uses descriptive methodology with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques include documentation methods. The results of this research show that the company's financial performance in 2022 is good in terms of Economic Ratios and Efficiency Ratios, but the Effectiveness Ratio cannot yet be considered effective performance.

Preoperative anxiety is a common issue experienced by patients before undergoing general surgery. This anxiety can negatively impact patients' physiological and psychological conditions and affect postoperative outcomes. A preoperative education program has been implemented as part of community service at the hospital to reduce patient anxiety. This study aims to evaluate the effect of preoperative education on the anxiety levels of patients undergoing general surgery. The method used is a quantitative approach with a pre-test and post-test design. The results show that preoperative education significantly reduces patients' anxiety levels before surgery. Thus, preoperative education can be an effective intervention to improve patients' mental preparedness before undergoing surgical procedures.

The aim of this research is to find out how to use social media as a suggestion for tourism promotion and local wisdom in the Tilanga Alam Pool, North Makale District, Tana Toraja Regency. This study uses a qualitative method. Qualitative methods are research procedures that produce descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from people or actors who can be observed. Data collection procedures for observations were carried out using several methods, namely observation, interviews and documentation. The results obtained are in promoting tourism and the potential of local wisdom in the Tilanga' natural pool, North Makale District, Tana Toraja Regency, by utilizing creator content because the Tilanga' Natural Pool does not yet have its own media account to use, by utilizing creator content via Instagram and YouTube it can increase the number of tourists visiting from 2018-mid 2023 although the number is unstable.

Employee performance is the main factor to help the company achieve its goals. One of the efforts to improve employee performance is the provision of compensation and work discipline. The indicators of this compensation are incentives and salary. While the indicators of work discipline are punctuality, high responsibility, obedience to office rules. By knowing this relationship, the LPK-RI Kediri can estimate how the employee's response regarding the compensation and work discipline provided, so as to have maximum employee performance results.This research is a descriptive quantitative research that aims to produce a discovery obtained through statistical procedures. The sample in this study used a saturated sample with 50 employees as respondents. The data in this study were obtained through observation, interviews, questionnaires and literature study. From the results of the analysis that has been done. The results of the study show that compensation and work discipline have an effect on employee performance. This is evidenced by the results of the R Square value of 0.694 or 69.4% while the remaining 30.6% is influenced by other variables.

The puprose of this research is to analyze Non-Medical Waste Management for Organic and Inorganic Waste Categories based on PERMENKES No.7 of 2019 at Citra Hospital Arafiq in 2022. This study uses a descriptive analytic research with a qualitative approach. Data collection through observation, interviews, and document review. Respondents in this study included 1 key informant, 1 main informant, 4 supporting informants. The research results show that there is no different container between organic and inorganic waste, there is still more than 2/3 of waste found in the container that has not been transported before the time of transportation. the behavior of officers who still mix medical waste with non-medical waste in one transport trolley, and waste collectors who do not use PPE completely. Still found black plastic that has not been tied or tightly wrapped at TPS, based on interviews, often the garbage is forgotten to be transported.

This research is about the design and development of interactive multimedia to introduce types of businesses and economic activities. This research is motivated by the problem of learning media which at the moment is still fixated on teachers and books. Another problem is the lack of knowledge and ability of teachers in introducing types of businesses and economic activities and the condition of students who have a great interest in using digital technology-based learning media. Thus, this research aims to create an Interactive Multimedia as a facilitator for students in learning the material of business types and economic activities.  This research uses the Design and Development (D&D) research model, with Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation (ADDIE) research procedures. This research involved experts and users. The results of the assessment from the expert's point of view for the feasibility of interactive multimedia is very feasible to be implemented in learning.

There are two obstacles faced by the Front Office Department staff, namely when guests are waiting for long rooms and the problem of AC that is not cold. Basically, guests who visit a hotel with the aim of staying want a comfortable place. Guests who are satisfied with the services provided by staff are important, in this case, the Front Office department is responsible for and has a major influence on hotel guest satisfaction. This research is a research that uses descriptive qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques were obtained through interviews, observation, and documentation so as to obtain accurate data. The research results obtained show that the services provided by the Front Office Department to guests can be assessed as very good in terms of handling complaints to guests, due to handling complaints to guests is one way to satisfy guests. The efforts made by the Front Office Department in increasing guest satisfaction include three things, namely writing guest complaints in the comment log, conducting staff training and following the workflow according to standard operating procedures. With this, efforts can be made to increase the satisfaction of guests staying at Padma Hotel Semarang.
