Knowledge of couples of childbearing age about Implanable contraception is one factor in choosing the use of Implanable contraceptives. The better a person's knowledge of contraceptives, the more rational they are in using contraceptives. Support from the husband in the use of contraception is very necessary. Married couples must jointly choose the best contraceptive method, cooperate with each other in use, finance contraceptive expenditure and pay attention to red flags. (Laras T.N, 2018). This study aims to analyze the relationship between the level of knowledge of mothers and husband support with the selection of Implanable birth control at the Sudiang Raya Health Center in Makassar City. The type of research conducted uses descriptive analytics with a Cross Sectional Study approach. The research will be conducted in April - May 2023 at the Sudiang Raya Health Center in Makassar City. The sample size used in this study was 38 respondents. It can be concluded that from the results of statistical tests show that there is a relationship between the level of knowledge and the selection of Implan birth control with a value of p = 0.004. The results showed that there was a relationship between husband support and the selection of Implan birth control with a value of p = 0.018. The Health Office and midwives, especially those in charge of the poly family planning section, should always socialize about contraceptives and the advantages and disadvantages of contraceptives so that people can easily choose contraceptives that are in accordance with their wishes.

Data collection techniques used in this study are observation, interviews, and documentation. In analyzing the data using data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions, and the validity of the results from the Tritunggal Village research, Tritunggal Village has local potential in the form of a textile convection industry center, which is in line with economic activities in the area. Utilization of local potential as a support for social studies learning at Mts Ma'arif 23 Infarul Ghoy Tritunggal Lamongan, increasing student involvement, enthusiasm for learning, insight, and social attitudes Social studies learning by utilizing local potential runs smoothly and effectively.    

This article explores the role of Bayt Al-Hikmah as a monumental intellectual center during the Abbasid Dynasty. Built during the time of Caliph Abu Ja'far al-Mansur, this center developed into a famous library during the reign of Harun al-Rashid and Al-Ma'mun. It functions not only as a library, but also as an educational institution, astronomical observatory, and translation center, housing a collection of more than 60,000 books from various languages and regions. Important factors influencing the development of Bayt Al-Hikmah included the caliph's love of science, extensive translation activities, use of paper, the presence of scientists from various regions, material support, and enthusiasm for studying Islamic teachings. Despite achieving glory, the summary of the Abbasid dynasty started from internal political conflict to the Mongol attack which resulted in the fall of the city of Baghdad and the destruction of Bayt Al-Hikmah. Even though this intellectual center collapsed, the scientific legacy it produced remains a testament to the glory of science at that time, even though it experienced a tragic end.

This article discusses the importance of introducing educational technology in improving the quality of Islamic education. Islamic education has an important role in educating generations who are noble and capable. Educational technology can be utilized to increase the availability of Islamic educational resources. Students have easy access to high-quality and diverse Islamic learning materials through online learning platforms. In addition, educational technology allows for more active interactions between teachers and students. Teachers can assign assignments, submit materials, and provide direct feedback to students, encouraging personalized learning, and focusing on individual student needs. Educational technology also offers opportunities to further develop the professional skills of teachers in Islamic education. Teachers can take advantage of additional learning resources, expand collaborative networks with other teachers, and participate in professional training online. However, when implementing educational technology in Islamic teaching, care must be taken to ensure clear guidelines, adequate support, and a balance between the use of technology and traditional approaches to Islamic learning. The introduction of educational technology can be an effective way to improve the quality of Islamic education to produce a generation that is knowledgeable and able to make a positive contribution to society.

The background of this research is in Tanjungpinang Mayor Regulation Number 34 of 2016 concerning implementing government affairs in the field of gender mainstreaming, protection of women and partnerships, child protection and community empowerment. The purpose of this study was to find out the strategy of the Office of Women's Empowerment, Child Protection and Community Empowerment in Tanjungpinang City in reducing acts of violence against women. The methodology used in this study is descriptive qualitative with primary and secondary data sources. The analysis technique is carried out through the process of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. This type is able to describe in more depth how the strategy is structured, implemented, and expanded. research results based on indicators (1) Having goals which include reducing violence, protecting victims and completely protecting women and children from acts of violence. (2) creating a safe and supportive environment. (3) carrying out directives from the government and requiring society as a whole, the flow of reports of acts of violence, up to punishment for the perpetrators of violence. (4) strong action against violence against women and DP3APM's commitment to conducting outreach to change people's mindset, behavior and cultural changes regarding acts of violence. (5) Continuous learning is very important in reducing cases of violence against women, making a schedule of activities and evaluating programs carried out with the aim of knowing the extent to which success has been achieved. the conclusion of this study concludes that the DP3APM strategy has been effective but has not been carried out thoroughly. The suggestion from this research is that DP3APM involves the community more in participating in these outreach activities.

The impact of online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic has significantly affected the activities, psychological conditions, and behavioral changes in adult learners, with technology-based learning becoming increasingly widespread in higher education institutions. Both professors and students have adapted to engage in distance learning interactions, including those at the Faculty of Tarbiyah, Islamic Institute of West Sumatra, who have become familiar with utilizing virtual classes through collaborative learning methods. This research aims to analyze the influence of implementing virtual classes with collaborative learning methods, student engagement, and the challenges faced by students in online learning on learning outcomes. The research method employed is a mixed-method convergent parallel design, involving the collection of both qualitative and quantitative data. Qualitative data analysis uses descriptive analysis, while quantitative data is analyzed using a cross-sectional study design. The research findings indicate that student learning through virtual classes at the Faculty of Tarbiyah, supported by platforms like Google Classroom, WhatsApp, and Zoom Meetings, has been effective and has positively impacted students' learning achievements. The challenges encountered by students and professors during online learning include technology mastery, cost, smooth communication, interactive success, internet signal, and time management. For the faculty members of Tarbiyah, it is recommended to conduct online learning based on virtual classes, involving various integrated platforms such as Google Classroom, WhatsApp, and Zoom Meetings. Additionally, preparing a comprehensive online learning guide with solutions to handle technical issues would be beneficial. This research contributes to the education field by providing insights into effective online learning practices and highlighting the challenges that need to be addressed to improve the overall learning experience.

This study aims to investigate the Effect of Sharia Financial Literacy on the Decision to Choose BMT Rukun Abadi Saving Products. This case study focuses on members of BMT Rukun Abadi Cooperative, which is a sharia-based financial institution in Indonesia. Islamic financial literacy is an important factor in encouraging the growth and development of the Islamic financial system. The research method used is a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to members of the BMT Rukun Abadi Cooperative. This questionnaire was designed to measure the level of Islamic financial literacy of the members as well as evaluate the decision patterns for choosing deposit products at BMT Rukun Abadi. The results showed that Islamic financial literacy has a significant influence on the decision to choose deposit products at BMT Rukun Abadi. Members of BMT Rukun Abadi Cooperative who have a higher level of Islamic financial literacy tend to be better able to understand the characteristics and benefits of Islamic savings products, so they can make more informed and effective decisions. These findings provide important implications for BMT Rukun Abadi in improving Islamic financial literacy services and education to its members. By improving Islamic financial literacy, members will be more engaged and involved in utilizing the Islamic savings products offered by this financial institution, thus supporting the growth and sustainability of the Islamic financial system in Indonesia.

Parengan Village is one of the leading villages located in Maduran District, Lamongan Regency. Parengan village has a lot of good potential. There are 16 MSMEs that are the source of life for the people of Parengan Village with various types of businesses consisting of woven crafts, woven sarongs, handicrafts, cosmetic businesses, food businesses, livestock businesses, agriculture to service providers. This service involved 16 MSME partners who were in Parengan Village. The problem faced by MSME partners in Parengan Village is a lack of understanding of digital literacy, so that in running their business most of them still use conventional methods. To help solve the problems faced by MSME partners, socialization was carried out regarding digital literacy and assistance in implementing digital MSMEs. The stages carried out in this service consist of 4 stages, starting from the coordination stage, the socialization stage, the mentoring stage and the evaluation stage. The results of the socialization activities that have been carried out show that knowledge and insight regarding digital literacy has increased, this is supported by a desire to learn from MSME partners in digitizing their businesses. Then from the mentoring activities that have been carried out, it shows that MSME partners have started to be able to implement their business promotions through social media such as Instagram, Facebook and WA Business as well as make sales through e-commerce sites such as Shopee, Tokopedia or Lazada

This research examines the impact of the school principal's leadership style on teacher performance and competence at MTs Azzainiyyah Nagrog, Sukabumi. A quantitative approach was employed, utilizing surveys to collect data from teachers at the school. The questionnaires focused on leadership styles implemented by the principal and teachers' perceptions of their performance and competence. The results demonstrate that the school principal's leadership style significantly influences teacher performance and competence. Leadership styles emphasizing teacher empowerment, effective communication, and support for professional development contribute to enhanced overall teacher performance and competence. Additionally, inspiring leadership and fostering a positive working climate further improve teacher performance and competence. The research emphasizes the crucial role of school principals in creating a conducive learning environment and motivating teachers to innovate and collaborate. Effective leadership goes beyond managerial aspects and extends to human resource development. The implications of the study are vital for school administrators, especially principals, to adopt more effective leadership strategies to enhance teacher performance and competence. Furthermore, this research enriches the academic knowledge in the field of education, specifically the relationship between school principal leadership styles and teacher performance and competence. Further studies could delve deeper into the factors affecting teacher performance and competence at MTs Azzainiyyah Nagrog. Exploring optimal school principal leadership development for better educational outcomes remains an area of interest for future investigation.

The presence of the Corona Virus Pandemic has greatly affected the community in various sectors. One of the most visible impacts is on the MSME (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) economic sector. MSME business actors have experienced many difficulties in selling and exhibiting their products so that their income levels have decreased. MSME players also cannot remain silent, they must continue to sustain their business by utilizing advances in information technology which currently has a significant impact on society in supporting various business activities, both large and limited in scope, so that businesses can be recognized globally. Therefore, it is important to have media that can be easily reached by potential buyers, but MSME business actors in Rembang City are still lacking and not fully familiar with digital marketing. Thus, assistance is provided to MSME players regarding the use of digital marketing so that it can make it easier for MSME players to market their products through social media and e-commerce. Community service is carried out by providing socialization and training to MSME business actors on how to create, promote, and sell products through e-commerce businesses such as shopee. With the community empowerment through socialization and training for MSME players in Rembang Village, Blitar City, it is hoped that it can bring changes in a better direction so that they can continue their business fields.

After the revision of Permendagri Number 113 of 2014 to Permendagri Number 20 of 2018 concerning Village Financial Management, there has been a change in the role of village officials in managing village finances. The purpose of this paper is to look at the new role of village officials in managing village finances based on Permendagri Number 20 of 2018. The author uses the literary studies method. The findings from this study are that village financial management includes: planning, implementation, administration, reporting, and accountability. The role of village officials in the planning stage is compiling the RKP Desa and APBDesa documents, in the implementation stage compiling DPA, DPPA, DPAL, and self-supporting books, in the administration stage compiling cash books, bank ledgers and tax auxiliary books, in the reporting stage compiling reports realization of activities, and at the accountability stage prepare budget realization reports (LRA), notes on financial reports (CaLK), reports on the realization of activity implementation, and sectoral activity reports.

Semarang Regency has been declared by the Central Java Provincial Government as a pioneering MICE destination in 2019. This opportunity must be utilized by the Regional Government and all related stakeholders because MICE can provide multiple effects that drive the wheels of the economic industry, especially in tourist destination areas. This study aims to analyze the potential of MICE in Semarang Regency in terms of the 4 (four) aspects of MICE elements which consist of: (i). accessibility, (ii). attractiveness, (iii). amenity, (iv). human resources and stakeholder support, as well as reviewing MICE development policy strategies in order to increase tourism competitiveness in Semarang Regency. This study uses a qualitative approach and the research method used is phenomenological deductive. Data analysis was carried out descriptively which was sharpened using SWOT analysis so that a structured and comprehensive policy strategy study could be produced. Based on the research results, it can be seen that Semarang Regency has the potential to be developed into a tourism-based MICE destination. Through an examination of the four elements of MICE, a number of advantages can be identified which are the basis for developing MICE activities in Semarang Regency. What then becomes important is to build a collaborative strategy between all stakeholders involved in MICE which is supported by technical strategies in each element of MICE, and also the most important thing is to strengthen human resources and support systems that are mutually reinforcing and implemented on an ongoing basis.

Indonesia's development and financing for its country comes from the income of MSMEs in Indonesia. MSMEs are the economic cycle in Indonesia and MSMEs have a very high influence on improving the economy in Indonesia. More entrepreneurs and MSMEs will increase the economic value of a country, namely Indonesia, because the economy will grow in proportion to the growth of MSMEs with MSMEs, people are required to become entrepreneurs and as a producer and is expected to be able to import its products abroad to increase income from abroad and domestically. The survival of MSMEs is very important for the continuity of MSME businesses, for this reason the government provides various kinds of stimuli so that MSMEs are able to survive under certain conditions, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic. MSMEs need to make improvements in terms of financial governance. This understanding starts from an early age, namely in the MSME environment to support government programs that intensify calls for Indonesian people to comply with reporting which plays a very important role in the country's development. The main problem obtained from observations of MSMEs in Api-api village, Wonokerto is that they do not understand financial governance for MSME entities for business sustainability, so it is necessary to hold a workshop regarding strengthening financial governance of MSMEs to improve business sustainability in Api-Api Village, Kec. Wonokerto Regency Pekalongan. Goals and targets of community service in Api-Api Village, Kec. Wonokerto Regency Pekalongan is so that the public understands good financial governance and how to prepare financial reports for community businesses in Api-Api Village, Kec. Wonokerto Regency Pekalongan. The number of participants was 30 MSME business actors. The implementation method is carried out by presenting workshop material directly (offline) in Api-Api Village, Kec. Wonokerto Regency Pekalongan. The output of this community service is in the form of scientific journal publications in the ITS NU Pekalongan Community Service Journal and cinematic videos of the implementation of community service.

The rapid technological developments also have an impact on the financial industry in Indonesia. Financial service providers issue a variety of products to support their business activities and also to serve consumers who use their product services. One of the products they offer to consumers is Fintech. The Fintech innovations offered include Peer to Peer Lending (P2PL), crowdfunding, Payment Gateways, and risk and investment management. From these technological developments, new challenges arise for financial service supervisors and the government to monitor these practices in order to create an environment that is not detrimental between financial service providers and consumers. This study aims to explore the role of existing legal regulations in Indonesia in dealing with technological developments in the financial sector. The research was conducted by means of descriptive analysis and collecting review literature studies to compare and analyze consumer protection in the development of Fintech. The results of this study indicate the need for supervision by financial supervisory institutions in practice to oversee the activities carried out by financial service providers in offering their products to consumers, so that there are no violations that can harm consumers.

Transformational leadership is a leadership approach that focuses on developing and empowering subordinates, with the aim of creating significant change in the organization.  This leadership style involves inspiration, motivation, and positive influence of a leader on subordinates. In the context of state administration, transformational leadership can directly impact the performance of civil servants, including civil servants in the Lamuru sub-district office of Bone Regency. Bone Regency is one of Indonesia’s regions with its own potential and challenges in development. In carrying out its duties, the Lamuru Subdistrict Office as a representative of local government at the sub-district level has a strategic role in organizing various state administration activities, coordinating development programs, and providing public services to the community. To achieve these goals, quality and effective ASN performance is essential.The research method used in this study is a Qualitative Research Method on the Effect of Transformational Leadership on the Performance of the State Civil Apparatus at the Lamuru Subdistrict Office of Bone Regency can be used to gain a deep understanding of the experiences, perceptions, and meanings associated with the phenomenon of leadership and the performance of civil servants in specific contexts.Transformational leadership has a significant influence on the performance of the state civil apparatus (ASN) at the Lamuru Subdistrict Office of Bone Regency. Through transformational leadership, a leader is able to inspire, motivate, and influence civil servants to achieve better performance and make maximum contributions in carrying out their duties. This study highlights several important findings related to the influence of transformational leadership on the performance of civil servants in the Lamuru Subdistrict Office of Bone Regency. By paying attention to the influence of this transformational leadership, the Lamuru Subdistrict Office of Bone Regency can improve the performance of civil servants, and quality public services, and strengthen public trust in the local government. Effective implementation of transformational leadership requires organizational support, leader commitment, effective communication, subordinate participation, good team building, and appreciation for achievements.    

Healthcare facilities such as hospitals produce significant amounts of waste from operational and supportive activities. Proper treatment of hospital waste is crucial to prevent negative environmental impacts. Hospital waste and sewage refer to the waste and sewage generated during hospital operations and related activities. Wastewater treatment plants (WWTP) are used to treat liquid waste in hospitals. Currently, wastewater treatment monitoring is conducted manually, posing a threat to the authorities. Wastewater samples are required to be sent to the laboratory that prolongs the duration of results for monitoring wastewater treatment. Inspired by the issue of hospital waste treatment, a monitoring tool for hospital waste treatment is designed employing Arduino, a water pH sensor, and a temperature sensor to diminish the impact of hospital waste. This tool would facilitate the officers in sending samples to the laboratory. The designed tool allows the officers to monitor the hospital wastewater treatment plant's status without the need to visit the plant physically. Water treatment plant monitoring using IoT technology involves the use of a pH sensor, a ds18b20 temperature sensor, and an ultrasonic proximity sensor. This monitoring tool is expected to be used safely to monitor water treatment plants..

The agricultural sector in Semarang Regency has high potential for development, especially the agricultural sector in rural areas. This research is intended to provide an overview of acceleration in developing agriculture to improve the economy. The research method used is descriptive analytic research with a qualitative approach. The data studied is secondary data obtained from BPS data and primary data obtained from interviews with Barenlitbangda Semarang Regency. The research results show that agricultural development needs to be seen from four aspects, namely intensification, modernization, regional livability and collaboration between sectors. Agricultural intensification and modernization in Semarang Regency has been carried out by providing training for coffee farmers. Semarang Regency has also collaborated with the Coffee and Cocoa Research Center from 2021 to 2023. However, there is a need to optimize agricultural development by diversifying crops and types of business, improving technology and the quality of human resources and improving the quality of village roads to support the mobility of goods.

Efficient allocation of resources will contribute to development where development itself will be positively correlated to a country's economic growth, good capital spending can increase economic development in the region and capital spending can also become a potential regional investment and can become a regional investment instrument if managed properly, with high efficiency. However, capital expenditure should also be in accordance with the needs and capabilities of the community, both for their socio-economic and psychological needs. If the allocation of capital expenditures is not effective, it will not be able to encourage an increase in regional production, so it will not be able to accelerate economic development in the regions. This research aims to formulate a strategy to increase the effectiveness of the utilization of local government capital goods in supporting regional economic development. This research approach is a mixed approach and descriptive analysis research type. The analysis utilizes the McKinsey 7S framework and takes a case study from Semarang Regency. It is hoped that a strategy can be developed to increase the effectiveness of the use of capital goods so that it can support encouraging local investment flows and economic development in the district area. This research will discuss the public relations activities of Telkom Institute of Technology Purwokerto as a bridge of stakeholders, with one of the main activities managing, creating, interpreting the reputation of companies and institutions in the disruption era. Reputation in higher education institutions is seen as an important aspect in creating activities related to agency communication with the public and stakeholders. Public relations in the disruption era is to have the ability to manage publications digitally, develop innovative and creative public relations programmes. The research used qualitative research methods with data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. The selection of qualitative methods is very appropriate, the data presented later will have a variety of colours and take a long time in finding the perspective or meaning of reputation for public relations itself. In the data validation process using triangulation techniques, one of the validation techniques often used in qualitative research. The results showed that the public relations unit on the Telkom Institute of Technology Purwokerto campus in interpreting reputation is very important and realising it must be ready to face the challenges of the disruption era through always improving in the management of digitalised information and building a good strategy through the method of preparing and evaluating each program through the POAC method (Plan, Organization, Actualling, Controlling). Each ITTP public relations programme has a role in shaping positive public opinion for the institution and is supported by the implementation of ISO 9001: 2015-based management policies and improving the quality of HR Educators.
