The city of Medan is famous for its many historical buildings scattered throughout the city. The building has a magnificent colonial architectural design. The building's character and unique architectural details make this building different from the others. But it is a shame that these buildings cannot enjoy their beauty at night. Lack of artificial lighting received by the building. This research aims to obtain an overview of people's visual comfort, especially at night. The method used is a qualitative method to understand phenomena experienced by research subjects such as perceptionand by means of descriptions in the form of words and language, in a special natural context. Perceptions regarding the quality of a building's lighting are largely determined by the impression a person has when they see it, either directly orindirectly (using image media or a computer screen). To facilitate the visual description of building lighting at night, modeling was carried out using Enscape software. The results of this research are that the London Sumatra (Lonsum) building has a Dutch colonial architectural style. Some of the characteristics of Dutch colonial architecture found in Lonsum buildings include: verandas that protrude into the street corners, stained glass with geometric motifs on the verandas, marble ceiling and floor tiles, cast iron balustrades on balconies and stairs, art ornaments deco in the interior, such as geometric hanging lamps and beautiful doors. Lonsum is a plantation company founded in 1906 by Harrisons & Crosfield Plc, a general trading and plantation management services company from London, England.

Daya dukung tanah merupakan kemampuan tanah dalam menahan tekanan atau beban dari struktur atas bangunan dengan aman tanpa menimbulkan kegalalan ataupun penurunan. Beberapa metode digunakan untuk menganalisis daya dukung tanah, diantaranya yaitu dengan metode Terzaghi, Mayerhoff, Hasen, Vesic, Oshaki dan menggunakan software dengan parameter dan hasil yang berbeda. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui perbandingan daya dukung tanah pondasi dangkal menggunakan metode Terzaghi, Mayerhoff dan software Plaxis 2D. Data sekunder yang digunakan berupa gambar perencanaan dan data tanah hasil uji labolatorium. Berdasarkan analisis menggunakan metode Terzaghi, Mayerhoff dan Software Plaxis 2D diperoleh nilai daya dukung tanah ijin (Qall) secara berurutan sebesar 20,322, 25,612 dan 16,827 t/m2. Berdasarkan hasil daya dukung tanah pondasi dangkal pada metode analitis dan software plaxsis 2D didapatkan bahwa perhitungan daya dukung tanah ijin (Qall) pondasi dangkal metode Meyerhoff lebih besar dari perhitungan metode Terzaghi dan Sofware Plaxis 2D. 

Pemodelan Gelombang pada Pelabuhan Marapokot, Kab. Nagekeo, Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur melingkupi Kawasan pantai (coastal area) hingga perairan Marapokot. Penyebaran gelombang dipengaruhi oleh kontur dasar perairan, angin, dan arus perairan dimana pergerakan gelombang ditransformasikan menurut variasi topografi dasar perairan tersebut. Ada beberapa tipe transformasi gelombang, diantaranya: pendangkalan (shoaling), pecah (breaking), refraksi (refraction), difraksi (difraction) dan lain-lain. Pemodelan gelombang ini menggunakan software MIKE21 DLI guna mentransformasikan parameter hasil olah data menjadi pemodelan gelombang yang simultan dengan durasi yang di tentukan. Hasil evaluasi analisa pemodelan gelombang di analisa dan di katagorikan pada kondisi perairan di Pelabuhan Marapokot dominan pada tenggara dengan tinggi gelombang di depan dermaga setinggi 1.65 m untuk arah gelombang dari Utara, 1.20 m arah gelombang Timur Laut, 1.01 m arah gelombang timur, dan 1.42 m arah gelombang timur. Analisa model gelombang Perairan Marapokot dengan Kapal Tanto Sentosa masuk kedalam kriteria Medium Sized Vessel, dengan syarat tinggi gelombang 0.5 meter. Sehingga pelabuhan Marapokot di katagorikan sebagai pelabuhan yang aman untuk tambat dan bongkar muat untuk kedua jenis Kapal Tanto Sentosa berdasarkan acuan OCDI.

This research aims to demonstrate the influence of the effectiveness of image preprocessing-based artificial intelligence technology in detecting the ripeness level of tomatoes on user satisfaction and to discover correlations between them. The applied research method is quantitative, with data collected through the distribution of questionnaires to attendees of the IT Festival 2023 Expo held on Sunday, August 27, 2023, at the Baranangsiang Campus, IPB. The data analysis methods used include Pearson correlation test, simple linear regression, coefficient of determination test, and T-test using SPSS 25.0 software. The test results indicate that the effectiveness of image preprocessing-based artificial intelligence technology has a positive and significant impact on detecting the ripeness level of tomatoes

The aim of this research is to analyze the processing of user satisfaction data on the IoT-based feed pellet machine monitoring system using the Blynk application among visitors of the IT Fest at the School of Vocational IPB University, majoring in Software Engineering Technology (TPL), Computer Engineering Technology, and Industrial Management from batches 57, 59, and 60. The research method employed in this study is quantitative research using descriptive statistics. The sampling technique utilized is a survey method, and the instrument for data collection is a questionnaire. Subsequently, the analysis of all data is conducted by performing testing stages using measures of central tendency, including mean, median, and mode. Using the Likert scale, conclusions can be drawn from the respondents' answers.

urrently, the implementation of IoT devices has been widely utilized by various parties in supporting the increasingly complex aspects of human life. IoT devices have become a favorite among hardware and software developers due to their ease of use and flexibility in adapting to the evolving systems of today. One of the uses of IoT is in the realm of digital economics, where digital economy represents a new way of prioritizing technology and ease in the buying and selling transaction process between sellers and buyers. In the past, payment processes for goods or services used to involve paper money and coins, but nowadays, payments are made using digital media. However, the current digital payment methods still rely on centralized storage technology. Therefore, if the data held at the center is damaged or compromised, it can disrupt the flow of financial transactions, and user data privacy becomes a subsequent concern. 

This research was conducted with the aim of discussing the Analysis of the Factors Influencing the Income of Vegetable Farmers in Mekar Jaya Village, Sungai Kaca District, Muara Jambi Regency. The factors or variables used and examined for their effect on income are capital, land area, and price. This research is a quantitative method of multiple linear regression research and uses primary data obtained directly from respondents by filling out a questionnaire. The answers to the questionnaires were tested or analyzed using SPSS (Statistical Package For Social Science) 26 software. The results of the research that has been done show that capital partially affects the income of vegetable farmers. Land area partially does not affect the income of vegetable farmers. Prices partially do not affect the income of vegetable farmers. Then based on the results of the f test it was found that simultaneously capital, land area, and price did not affect the income of vegetable farmers in Mekar Jaya Village, Sungai Gelam District, Muara Jambi Regency.

Penelitian ini melakukan perancngan aplikasi agar pengguna dapat mengetahui lokasi pembuangan sampah daur ulang yang valid. Metode yang akan digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan metode sistem informasi, dimana didalamnya terdapat informasi mengenai lokasi menggunakan (SIG). Terdapat 9 bank sampah yang telah menjadi mitra PT AAM. informasi terkait pemetaan mitra GSTC menggunakan aplikasi Google maps dan software Blokspot.com. Untuk aplikasi Google Maps digunakan untuk menentukan lokasi dari mitra – mitra yang bekerja sama dengan GSTC sedangkan software Blokspot.com digunakan sebagai sarana informasi untuk bisa mengenal lebih jauh tentang pengolahan sampah

This can be done either through online chat applications (Whatsapp, LINE, telegram, etc.), social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.), online stores on various e-commerce platforms (Bukalapak, Tokopedia, Blibli, etc.), own websites, to the use of various applications or other business support software. ESQ Business School (STIMIK ESQ), with the University's tri dharma program namely Community Service, ESQ College of Management Science and Computer Science, the Information Systems study program provides coaching, strategy workshops, and information technology for the management of a business/business. This strategy direction can be used in the future by MSME managers/participants in carrying out their business or business processes. The purpose of this research to effect variations cacao peel ash to parameters mechanical and morphology in making red brick. This research method uses the experiment. The research of characterization compressive strength value a minimum of 29,73 kg/cm2 and maximum of 243,82 kg/cm2. The morphology structure testing with software digimizer a minimum of 0,7985 μm, and maximum of 2,4551 μm. The composition of mixing clay, water, and cacao peel ash by increasing the burning temperature of bricks show the optimum test parameters at the temperature 1000℃ with variation in cacao peel ash is 20% that has the met the standard SNI 15-2094-2000.

This research states that ICT is a valuable asset in improving the efficiency of organizational support systems. With a commitment to intelligently integrating ICT, organizations can become more competitive and flexible in facing continuous changes in the business world.

Residential is a place to live or everything related to a place to live and in a narrow sense can be interpreted as a residential area or residential building. In connection with the quality of residential facilities, employee satisfaction is an important aspect in improving the quality of the provided residential facilities. If the satisfaction of the residential facilities provided to employees is not met, the employees will feel uncomfortable and will sue the plantation of PTPN IV Marjandi Unit. Analyze the level of employee satisfaction with the quality of the residential provided by the plantation to its employees is The purpose of this study. One of the efforts to find out the satisfaction of employees of residential facilities is to use the C4.5 algorithm classification, where Dataset is obtained through the Questionnaire technique that will be given to employees at PTPN IV Marjandi Unit. As for the satisfaction of employees of residential facilities in terms of aspects (1) water facilities, (2) electricity facilities, (3) kitchen conditions, (4) bedroom conditions, (5) toilet conditions in dwellings inhabited by PTPN IV Unit plantation employees Marjandi. Data processing is assisted using Microsoft Excel software and to validate study data using a rapidminer tool. It is hoped that this research can provide solutions or become a reference for plantations to improve the quality of residential facilities provided to PTPN IV Marjandi Unit employees..

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Self-Efficacy, Hardiness, and Learning Environment on Academic Stress in Students of SMKN XX. The research method used is a survey method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were students in grades X, XI, and XII of SMKN XX totaling 210 students. The sampling technique used is the probability sampling method with the Slovin formula with an accuracy of the difficulty level of 5% so that a sample of 100 students is obtained. The data analysis technique used in this study uses validation and reliability tests which are calculated using IBM SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) software version 24. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant effect on interest in learning, there is a positive and significant effect between the effects of self-efficacy, hardiness, and learning environment together on interest in learning.

Disiplin Kerja karyawan sangat penting untuk meningkatkan Kinerja karyawan. Disiplin kerja berkaitan erat dengan budaya kerja dan motivasi kerja karyawan. Disiplin kerja karyawan dihipotesiskan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan di Industri Logam di Tegal. Penelitian ini dilakukan di dua tempat yaitu di Kota Tegal dan Kabupaten Tegal dari 100 data industry terdapat total populasi 170 karyawan, sesuai rumus Slovin di setiap perusahaan di ambil 2 sampai dengan 3 karyawan, dan diperoleh sampel 116 orang, sebagai sampel. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan Software Amos 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Budaya Kerja Karyawan dan Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Disiplin Kerja Karyawan dan berdampak positif pula pada Kinerja Karyawan.  Penelitian ini  untuk memberikan dukungan bagi pemilik maupun stakeholders dalam Pengambilan Keputusan bahwa Disiplin Kerja, di dasarkan Budaya Kerja dan Motivasi Kerja sangat tepat  sehingga memberi pengaruh positif pada Kinerja Karyawan.   Employee work discipline is very important to improve employee performance. Work discipline is closely related to work culture and employee work motivation. Employee work discipline is hypothesized to have a positive effect on employee performance in the Metal Industry in Tegal. This research was conducted in two places, namely in Tegal City and Tegal Regency. From 100 industry data there was a total population of 170 employees. According to the Slovin formula, 2 to 3 employees were taken in each company, and a sample of 116 people was obtained as a sample. The research was conducted using Amos 22 Software. The results of the research show that Employee Work Culture and Work Motivation have a significant positive effect on Employee Work Discipline and also have a positive impact on Employee Performance. This research is to provide support for owners and stakeholders in making decisions that work discipline, based on work culture and work motivation, is very appropriate so that it has a positive influence on employee performance.

Puskesmas Setiamekar adalah salah satu instansi pemerintahan yang bergerak di bidang jasa pelayanan kesehatan. Pada tanggal 1 Juli 2022, Puskesmas Setiamekar menjalankan Peraturan Bupati Bekasi nomor 68 tahun 2020 tentang tarif layanan pada pasien rawat jalan yang berobat ke puskesmas. Pada proses transaksi pembayaran tarif pelayanan rawat jalan pasien Puskesmas Setiamekar ditemukan masih dengan cara mencatat di buku kasir (manual), lalu petugas kasir melakukan rekapitulasi pendapatan tarif rawat jalan dan kemudian melaporkan hasil pendapatan tarif rawat jalan harian ke Bendahara Penerimaan BLUD. Tujuan penulisan tugas akhir ini adalah untuk membantu kasir pada saat melakukan pencataan pendapatan tarif dan mempermudah bendahara pendapatan BLUD untuk memperoleh laporan pendapatan tarif rawat jalan. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penyusunan tugas akhir adalah metode riset, wawancara dan studi pustaka. Metode pengembangan software yang digunakan yaitu dengan metode waterfall yang terdiri dari analisis kebutuhan software, desain, pengkodean dan pengujian. Sistem yang dibangun menyediakan fasilitas seperti pengaturan user, proses pembayaran tarif rawat jalan, pencetakan invoice dan laporan jurnal umum. Sistem informasi akuntansi yang dibangun ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kemudahan serta meningkatkan kinerja secara efektif dan efisien bagi penggunanya. Ichsan Gorontalo University is one of the favorite private universities in Gorontalo province. Every year there are hundreds of registrants from various regions. The aim of the research is to provide information on registration procedures for prospective new students in a way that is interesting and easy to understand. The lack of social media for prospective new students regarding the steps that must be taken to be officially registered as students at Ichsan University Gorontalo often causes applicants to find it difficult to register. This research uses interview methods with New Student Admissions (PMB) employees, observations of prospective applicants and literature studies on books, journals and research-related literature as reference material. In making this infographic, you use a combination of various media, such as writing and images which are packaged using Adobe Illustrator software to produce a poster or banner. The results of this research are registration flow infographics in the form of posters and banners which can be disseminated online via the New Student Admissions (PMB) website and social media at Ichsan Gorontalo University and can be displayed on the Ichsan Gorontalo University campus.  

By using Times Series data from 2017 to 2022, this research aims to analyze and understand the impact of investment and labor variables on the GDP of Binjai City. A quantitative approach was used in this research by utilizing data from two sources, namely the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) and NSWI. The method applied is ordinary least squares with the classic assumption test, as well as data processing using E-Views 12 software. The research results show that investment has a probability value of 0.92, which is much greater than 0.05. This is supported by the t-calculation value, which is smaller than the t-table (-0.108876 < 3.18245), which indicates that investment has a negative and significant impact on the GRDP of Binjai City. Meanwhile, the labor value is 0.55 > 0.05, indicating that labor has a negative and significant impact on the GDP of Binjai City, as reflected in the comparative value of t-count and t-table (0.666775 < 3.18245). Furthermore, when the two variables are evaluated simultaneously, the F probability value of 0.670525 is greater than 0.05. This indicates that, together, these two variables do not have a significant impact on GRDP in Binjai City.

The Influence of Leadership Style, Organizational Commitment and Organizational Culture on PT SOS Indonesia Employee Job Satisfaction. Office Administration Education Undergraduate Study Program, Faculty of Economics, Jakarta State University.The aim of this research is to determine the influence of leadership style, organizational commitment and organizational culture on the job satisfaction of PT SOS Indonesia employees. The type of research carried out uses quantitative research methods. The data collection technique used was through a questionnaire which was measured using a Likert scale from a value between one to five with a total of 16 questions. The population in the study was 135 employees of PT SOS Indonesia with a sample size of 100 employees at PT SOS Indonesia. This research uses a non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling with the Slovin formula with a difficulty level accuracy of 5%. The analysis technique used in this research is SEM PLS (Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Squares) which was carried out using SmartPLS 4.0 software. Data The analytical methods used in this research include measurement model analysis, structural model analysis, and direct influence hypothesis testing. The results of data analysis show that the leadership style variable has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, the organizational commitment variable has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction.

The significant changes in daily life patterns, driven by technological advancements, particularly in the transportation sector, are evident through the emergence of on-demand services such as Gojek. This research aims to explore users' perspectives and opinions regarding service quality, focusing on aspects like driver behavior, responsiveness, and reliability within the Gojek platform. The Naive Bayes method is employed to analyze user sentiments toward the driver services, supported by the Orange software to comprehend the complex patterns in user reviews. Evaluation is conducted on reviews from the Play Store, resulting in an accuracy of 87.4%, F1 score of 87.6%, precision of 87.9%, and recall of 87.4%. These findings indicate the success of the model in identifying and predicting predefined variables. Through the combination of methods and software, the study concludes that sentiment analysis of Gojek's driver services can be performed efficiently and reliably, providing valuable insights for online motorcycle taxi service providers.

Knowledge of finance, understanding of religiosity and security are three aspects that can influence a person's decision to make savings. By understanding these three aspects, it is hoped that the millennial generation will become a generation of quality for the progress of the nation and state. This research is a descriptivequantitative research using primary data. The sample used in this study was 95 millennial generation respondents. Data were obtained by distributing questionnaires both in person and online to respondents who met the qualifications as millennials or those born in 1990 to 2000. The data that was obtained was then processed with statistical software tools, namely SPSS version 26. The results in this study based on the regression test are: first, partially, the financial literacy variable has no influence on saving decisions. Second, partially, religiosity does not have a significant influence on the decision to save in Islamic banks. Third, partially, security has a significant influence on the decision to save in Islamic banks. And fourth, simultaneously, financial literacy, religiosity and security variables significantly influence the decision to save in Islamic banks.
