In the development of the economy, the State of Indonesia experienced a change in the structure of the economy from an agricultural basis to an industrial one, which resulted in many benefits from these changes. The industrial sector has a close relationship with the economy of a country because the progress of the industrial sector is an indicator of the success of a country's economy. Descriptive methods are used to analyze physical and social phenomena and the readiness of an area to become a cluster. The analysis reveals that cluster policies are implemented by national and regional cluster programs. It was also determined that an important element of the cluster policy is the identification of sources of finance and the people responsible for implementing the program. The instrument can be applied by cluster policy actors which are defined in a broad sense, namely business, associations, government actors. Background- Elderly is a transitional period in which a person experiences a decrease in the body's abilities physically and psychologically. One of changes that occurred significantly was the psychological condition of anxiety. Progressive muscle relaxation therapy can prevent anxiety by regulating the parasympathetic nervous system and the hypothalamus to increase positive attitudes so that stressor activation in the hypothalamus is minimized. Purpose: This case study aims to determine the effectiveness of progressive muscle relaxation therapy in reducing anxiety in the elderly. Method: This study used a method in the form of a case study on one patient. Previously, the patient's anxiety level was measured using the Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale questionnaire and then given progressive muscle relaxation therapy intervention for 7 days on a regular basis and then observed on the 4th and 7th day to assess the effectiveness of the intervention. Results: The results of the study showed that after therapy, the anxiety level of the elderly decreased from moderate anxiety (score 24) to mild anxiety (score 16) within 7 days of the intervention. Conclusion: There is an effect of progressive muscle relaxation therapy on the level of anxiety in elderly.

Symptoms of stemi can cause patients to feel more anxious, this anxiety can be overcome pharmacologically and nonpharmacologically. However, pharmacological therapy can cause various side effects. Therefore, nonpharmacological therapies can be recommended including progressive relaxation techniques. The purpose of this study was to determine the application of progressive muscle relaxation therapy to anxiety using the HARS scale in stemi patients in the CVCU Room of Prof. Aloei Saboe Hospital. Pre-experimental research method with one group pre post test design, a sample of 4 people who met the sample criteria, the instrument used HARS (Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale) and the data analysis used was univariate analysis. The study findings are that progressive relaxation techniques carried out by researchers for 3 days can reduce the HARS score of the first patient from a score of 11 to 4, the second patient from a score of 12 to 6, the third patient from a score of 13 to 7 and the fourth patient from a score of 12 to 6, so that progressive muscle relaxation therapy can be applied in reducing anxiety of stemi patients in the CVCU Room of Prof. Aloei Saboe Hospital. The implication of this study is that the nursing profession is expected to improve the provision of nursing interventions in carrying out the nursing care process comprehensively, namely from bio to psychosocial patients so that it can help patients overcome psychosocial problems in this case the anxiety experienced by patients.    

This increase is very important for a country, especially for a developing country like Indonesia. Along with continuous improvement, progress is characterized as a conscious effort by the state. This research is descriptive in nature which aims to collect data as thoroughly as possible that can accurately describe the legal protection of casual daily workers. The type of research used by the authors uses the type of empirical normative legal research. With library and field research data collection techniques. Problems that arise in the use of legal guarantees for precarious workers/laborers are the factors contained in the components of labor instructions, the labor economy as a result of not partnering with trade unions, and based on variables from employers/companies that have not been maximized in implementing legal security in understanding of the labor inspection in force in Indonesia and elements from the government's point of view that are lacking in providing outreach, supervision and firm action against companies that are naughty in running their business which can harm casual daily workers.

The changing era has made awareness of democracy and constitutionalism growing rapidly. With these amendments or changes, it is hoped that the 1945 Constitution can become the basic rules of the constitutional system under the conditions of a growing Indonesian state. The constitutional system is defined as the arrangement of elements in the organizational structure of the state that are interrelated. The vast territory of Indonesia requires that the central government hand over some of its authority to local governments. Regional governments specifically have functions, duties, and authorities in managing their own government affairs in their regions. In accordance with their roles and duties, local governments must also be able to handle various cases or problems that could occur unexpectedly, such as an outbreak or corona virus that suddenly attacked the country of Indonesia and resulted in a decrease in people's living standards, especially in the economic, social and law which is also included in the constitutional composition of the Indonesian government. Thus, the central and regional governments in this case have important roles that are interrelated in dealing with problems that occur in Indonesia. This is carried out using the principle of autonomy which is the basic rule of the government in exercising authority in its area. And by using the principle of decentralization, the central government can evenly distribute welfare, quality of life, and progress in infrastructure development in every region in Indonesia.

This study focuses on the objective of describing Islamic education in the identical relation of cigarettes and lighters, so that it is different from previous writings, and focuses on the element of novelty. The research is the result of qualitative research with a phenomenological approach setting on the relationship between cigarettes and lighters through literature reference sources, qualitatively analyzed by emphasizing the findings of meaning. The results of the research show that in Islamic education there are always pioneers who open up space for the advancement of an education. They laid a useful foundation for the robustness of further educational buildings. Therefore, never forget the services of the pioneers of education, because without them you cannot feel the progress of education in the current era. The implications of research on the importance of the process of studying the knowledge of educational pioneers are manifested enthusiastically, not in results. The research is expected to be useful for building sustainable Islamic education  

Introduction : Hypertension is a non-communicable disease which is a serious health problem because its prevalence continues to increase. Hypertension often does not show signs and symptoms, so it is often called the silent killer of death and is one of the main triggers for diseases such as heart disease, stroke and kidney disease. Method: Research design is a strategy used in research to achieve the goals of the researcher. The research design of the Nursing Final Scientific Work is pre-experimental with the pretest-posttests one group design approach. Results: showed that before giving Progressive Muscle, the blood pressure of Client 1 was 160/100 mmHg, Client 2 was 150/100 mmHg, and Client 3 was 180/100 mmHg. And after being given juice for 3 consecutive days, the blood pressure of client 1 was 130/100 mmHg, Client 2 was 130/90 mmHg, and Client 3 was 140/100 mmHg. Conclusion: The overall evaluation results after nursing actions are carried out, namely observing that the patient's blood pressure decreases, the patient can feel pain independently, as well as health education for patients and their families. Families can care for patients suffering from hypertension                            

The existence of tourism in Indonesia is one of the main attractions for tourists to visit Indonesia to enjoy the natural beauty of Indonesia's earth. In Indonesia there are many tourist objects that have high selling power besides Borobudur, there is also the Sibolangit nature tourism in, North Sumatra, which is also the focus of the study being studied by researchers. Efforts to build tourism are certainly not only the duty and responsibility of the government, but local governments, village governments, local communities and youth youth organizations must have a high sense of concern and empathy for the existence and development of tourism above. The results in this study indicate that the existence of youth has a very strategic role in the progress or not of a tourist attraction, because youth plays a role in terms of marketing with their abilities and skills in using social media so that the existence of tourist objects becomes increasingly known by many people, especially foreign tourists. The two youths can also be a bastion of security and comfort for visitors and thirdly the involvement of youth in building and developing tourism is also a positive value from an economic perspective which leads to the welfare of the surrounding community. So in a simple conclusion, youth must be involved and involved in the development and construction of tourist objects, especially in Sibolangit tourism in Deli Serdang, North Sumatra.

This research was conducted to determine the influence of career progression and work environment on employee performance at PT. Multisrada Arah Sarana Tbk. Bekasi. Using SPSS Version 25, this analysis uses multiple linear regression which aims to determine the effect of the Independent variable (X) on the Dependent variable (Y). This research involved 170 PT respondents. Multisrada Arah Sarana Tbk. Bekasi from various divisions. The data collection technique is carried out by distributing statement data that has been previously tested for validity and reliability, then the results of the respondents' answers are processed for analysis. The results of the analysis of this research data can be concluded that Career Pathing does not have a significant effect on Employee Performance, while the Work Environment has a significant effect on Employee Performance. Profit Growth is the change in the growth rate of revenue generated by a company. Profit growth is basically to recognize how much progress the company's achievements have achieved in a certain period of time. This study aims to find out and analyze how much influence Return On Assets (ROA) and Company Size have. The population in this study were consumer goods companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2018 – 2021 which were selected using the purposive sampling method and obtained 29 consumer goods companies over a period of 4 years so that 116 samples were observed. The data analysis method used in this study is the panel data regression method. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, that Return On Assets (ROA) has a positive effect on profit growth and firm size has a negative effect on profit growth.

Democracy as the basis of state life allows recognition that, at the last level, the people regulate the main issues that concern their lives, including evaluation of state policies because they determine their lives. ) to the Constitutional Court regarding Law Number 7 of 2017 concerning General Elections regarding an open proportional system. The purpose of this study is to examine the closed proportional system discourse which is suitable to be reapplied in the 2024 General Election from a democratic perspective. The research methodology used is a normative juridical approach. Implications A closed or open proportional system cannot be said to be ideal for several reasons, namely, (1) In an open proportional system many candidates engage in money politics by secretly distributing money to the public. However, in a closed system, one cannot guarantee that this practice will be prevented and gain internal support within one's party. (2) Very suitable, each party can provide the best candidate in accordance with the development and progress of community needs. However, it is possible for the party to create other objectives for its own interests. (3) The principle of open proportionality, anyone who has fame and popularity but without proper background can easily be elected to a seat in parliament.

The Constitution is the highest law in Indonesia and is the foundation for the protection and upholding of Human Rights (HAM). The Indonesian constitution regulates human rights in various articles, such as freedom of expression, the right to education, the right to health, the right to work, and so on. However, there are still many cases of human rights violations that occur in Indonesia. Therefore, it is important to evaluate the relevance of the constitution in guaranteeing and upholding human rights in Indonesia. This study uses a qualitative approach with content analysis techniques for constitutional documents and laws related to human rights as well as literature studies. The results of the research show that the Indonesian constitution provides a strong basis for protecting and upholding human rights. However, in practice there are still obstacles such as a weak law enforcement system, corruption, and policies that are not progressive in promoting human rights. Therefore, efforts are needed to increase public understanding and awareness of human rights and strengthen institutions that play a role in upholding law and human rights in Indonesia. In addition, there is a need for efforts to adopt progressive policies in promoting human rights and guaranteeing their protection in accordance with the constitution. Thus, it is hoped that the constitution can become an effective instrument in guaranteeing and upholding human rights in Indonesia.

GRDP is the total value of final goods and services produced by all economic units in a region. The GRDP level can describe the economic growth of a region. The high level of economic growth as indicated by the high GRDP value indicates that the region is experiencing progress in the economy. The purpose of this study is to see how much influence Taxes and the Labor Force have on GRDP in North Sumatra Province. The research method uses panel data analysis using data spanning 4 years starting from 2018 to 2021. Based on the research results, the results of Tax and Labor have a positive and significant effect on GRDP in North Sumatra.

Patients with Sectio Caesarea in some cases have worsened so they have to be rushed to the ICU to get intensive care. This case study aims to obtain an overview of the application of progressive mobilization to improve functional status and muscle strength in post-sectio patients with eclampsia in the ICU. This case study uses a descriptive design. The application of progressive mobilization performed on patients has been successfully implemented up to level 3. The results of this case study found that progressive mobilization can increase muscle strength from 0 to 56 and functional status from 0 to 65, and can reduce the risk of ICU-AW, speed up the length of release ventilator. Progressive mobilization is effective in increasing muscle strength, and functional status, and can improve the improvement of hemodynamic status and oxygenation status, and prevent the occurrence of ICU-AW. Progressive mobilization can be implemented immediately to shorten the length of stay in the ICU.

Abstract with "School Principal's Visionary Leadership Style in Improving Teacher Performance at Mts Ylpi Ibaadurrahman Sukabumi City". The main problems are: 1) What is the leadership style of the principal at Mts Ylpi Ibaadurrahman, Sukabumi City? 2) What are the implications for the performance of teaching staff at Mts Ylpi Ibaadurrahman, Sukabumi City? 3) How does the school principal transform the school's vision and mission in improving the quality of education at Mts Ylpi Ibaadurrahman, Sukabumi City? The research method used is a qualitative research method, data collection techniques used are through observation, interviews, and documentation. While the objectives to be achieved are to determine the leadership style of the visionary principal at Mts Ylpi Ibaadurrahman Sukabumi City and to find out the implications for the performance of educational staff at Mts Ylpi Ibaadurrahman Sukabumi City. The results of this study indicate that the principal's leadership style applied by the principal is generally responded to by good cooperation by his subordinates, who use a democratic-participatory leadership style. With this leadership that has an impact on educational staff because of democratic leadership the freedom to develop potential is enormous, good working relationships are established between superiors and subordinates, creating a comfortable work environment and understanding how important it is to invite all school parties to realize this vision in accordance with their duties and responsibilities. each. Thus the author can conclude that in this study principals are generally carried out with the cooperation of leaders and their members and how a leader motivates morale, fosters discipline, shows exemplary attitudes and behavior that school principal leadership in improving the performance of educational staff greatly contributes which is good for the progress of the quality of learning so that it can encourage the quality of education where the performance of educators and education staff is the key to success in the world of education. Research implication: The author suggests that the Principal maintains the main duties and functions of leadership that have been well developed, and continuously improves educational performance according to the needs of the institution and maintains time discipline and responsibility with each task as planned by the institution and prosper educators by carrying out assignments according to their respective pokies.  

Implementation of PAK through family education is really very important to do. To describe the implementation of PAK in the family, the authors use library research as a method. The background of this research is because there are obstacles in the process of applying PAK in families that are affected by the weakening of parents as educational figures. Of the many, one of the causes of PAK not manifesting satisfactorily in the family is parents who have not yet been born again. It means that parents still don't really think about themselves as disciples of Christ and feel that they are the main and first educators in the family. For this reason, parents must be aware that actualizing PAK in the family is their responsibility. Realizing effective PAK in the family, parents must educate their family members that PAK has a role and function as a change carrier that is dynamic, progressive, and transformative towards spiritual growth and development. The research carried out aims to contribute ideas to the problem of implementing PAK in families that have not been realized satisfactorily. The final conclusion of this article is that the implementation of PAK through family education is very much needed by today's Christian families.
