The position of human capital in Islam has a special place and occupies the highest position among other creatures. Although working is not one of the five pillars of Islam, it is an obligation of all capable people and an expression of obedience to God. On the other hand, Allah SWT does not like weakness, even Rasulullah SAW poverty is close to kufr. Thus the role of science and knowledge is very important to improve the human degree from ignorance, backwardness, and poverty. Islam states that the development of knowledgeable human resources is a top priority. Through education, training, and employment opportunities, human capital becomes a valuable asset and a driving force for economic prosperity and independence. On the other hand, for people who are economically disadvantaged, Islam provides a solution in overcoming social inequality through zakat funds. This policy is not only able to alleviate poverty but even improve human dignity with the principles of brotherhood, empathy and social togetherness.

This research aims to examine the effects of compensation, work discipline, and motivation on employee productivity in PT Fimaha Serang. The study utilized a multiple linear regression analysis to investigate the relationships between the independent variables (compensation, work discipline, and motivation) and the dependent variable (employee productivity). Data was collected from 50 employees working in the production department, and a structured questionnaire was used for data collection. The findings indicated that work discipline had a significant and positive impact on employee productivity, while compensation and motivation showed positive effects, but their contributions were weaker and did not reach statistical significance at the 0.05 level. This study highlights the importance of work discipline in enhancing employee productivity and suggests that further investigation is needed to understand the roles of compensation and motivation in improving employee performance. These findings provide valuable insights for PT Fimaha Serang in optimizing factors that can boost employee productivity, particularly by emphasizing the importance of maintaining and improving work discipline. Further analysis and consideration are recommended when formulating compensation and motivation policies to enhance overall employee productivity.

This study aims to analyze the role of Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in advancing society through the management of traditional markets in Bulang Village, Muara Enim Regency. This study used a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation of six respondents. The results of the study show that BUMDes have succeeded in increasing the income and economy of the community through four objectives of establishment: advancing the village economy, increasing village original income, optimizing local potential, and encouraging growth and economic equality. This has a positive impact on the community's economy. The quality of life in Bulang Village has increased related to: increased income, decent housing, healthy environment, social stability, health, education and job opportunities. Rural economic growth in Bulang Village achieves the characteristics of good economic growth, including rapid per capita product growth, increased community productivity, structure, and a significant level of urbanization. This shows that BUMDes plays an important role in driving the economy and improving the quality of life of village communities

As part of the system factor, reward (reward) is an important element to create high employee performance. Reward (reward) is one way used to motivate someone to do good and work achievements or performance.  This study aims to find out whether the provision of rewards to employees at Citilink companies affects the performance of Citilink employees at Yogyakarta International Airport and how much influence the provision of rewards has on employee performance at Citilink Yogyakarta International Airport. Quantitative research was employed in this study. Questionnaires are sent in order to collect data. All Citilink Indonesia Airlines personnel at Yogyakarta International Airport comprised the population under study, totaling 20, and 20 persons made up the sample because the population was under 100. Data analysis techniques use instrument tests, namely validity tests, and reliability tests, as well as hypothesis tests, namely Simple Linear Regression, T Test, and Determination coefficient test. A significant value for the partial effect of X on Y is 0.008 < 0.05 and with the results of the t table and t value calculated, then 2.955 > 2.10092, it can be concluded that there is an effect of giving rewards on the performance of Citilink Airlines employees at Yogyakarta International Airport. This study found a relationship between the provision of rewards and employee performance. The partial effect of Variable X on Variable Y (0.327 R Square) is 32.7%, with additional factors not included in this research influencing the other portions.

Labor pain refers to sensory and emotional experiences since the early phase of laboring. One of the indications is continuous and progressive contraction. This matter causes enormous pain in the first active phase. Pain without management may influence the delivery process. Thus, pain management is important to relieve the pain. The administration of peppermint aromatherapy and acupressure therapy on the L14 point, the hegu point, could relieve the labor pain. This research determined the influence of peppermint aromatherapy and the L14 acupressure point, the high point, toward the labor pain of mothers with the first active phase at SMC Telogorejo. This quasi-experimental research applied a pretest-posttest deign without a control group. The applied sampling technique was consecutive. The obtained samples were 31 respondents. 28 respondents were aged between 20 and 35 years old, 90.3%. Respondents with multipara status were 20 respondents, 64.5%. Most respondents graduated from high educational levels, with 26 respondents (83.9%). the respondents also mostly worked, 17 respondents (54.8%). The Wilcoxon test obtained a p-value of 0.000 ≤ 0.05. The results showed peppermint aromatherapy and L14 acupressure, the hegu, could relieve the pain level of mothers with the first active phase. The researcher expects future researchers to calculate the duration of the managed pain after the intervention.

The ability to master English is one of the most important things for students in junior high school. Vocabulary mastery is important for students to succeed in learning and mastering English. The main purpose of this research was to find out whether there was any significant difference between students' vocabulary mastery before and after taught using Memrise application. The researcher used quantitative research and applied a pre-experimental design with a one-group pre-test and post-test. The sample consisted of 30 students. The researcher used SPSS to analyze the t-test. From the analysis, it showed that the value of Sig. (2-tailed) is 0.000 < 0.05. Based on the analysis of the t-test and t-table value, it shows that the t-test score is 11,128, and the t-table value is 1.699. It means that the t-test value is higher than the t-table. It means that there is a significant difference between pre-test and post-test scores. Thus, it can be interpreted that the alternative hypothesis (Ha) was accepted the null hypothesis (Ho) was rejected.Thus, Teaching vocabulary using the Memrise application can improve students' vocabulary mastery. Therefore, the Memrise application is suitable to use as a media for learning and teaching English vocabulary.

The definition or understanding of the script itself is a story that is described in sequence from scene to scene which is equipped with a place or setting, circumstances, dialogue, and often there are characterizations in it. 94% in writing this article using the method of reading and searching for internet sources. In this study, the method used is descriptive qualitative method. News script writing plays a very important position in radio news broadcasts. In writing broadcast scripts, scriptwriters must be able to write in a conversational or spoken language style in a concise, concise, and clear manner. Broadcast Script is broadcast material that will be delivered by broadcasters in broadcasting, especially broadcasts with script reading techniques.

Pagerharjo Village, Samigaluh, Kulon Progo is on the buffer of the Borobudur destination which has a variety of tourism resource diversity. One cultural attraction in Pagerharjo Village is the Lengger Tapeng dance. Lengger has become a local symbol for the Pegerharjo people. The natural, cultural and local wisdom tourism potential of the community, Pagerharjo tourism village has a great opportunity to be visited by many tourists. However, village governance, especially towards the development of a tourist village, has not been implemented professionally, resulting in the potential of the Pagerharjo tourism village not being widely known by tourists. The objectives of this PkM include: (1). Increasing tourism competitiveness, (2) Improving the technical quality of guiding tourists in the tourist village of Pagerharjo (3). Improving the ability of human resources in managing the marketing of tourism products in the Pagerharjo tourism village. The method of implementing this PkM is through outreach, observation, mentoring and evaluation. The results of PkM received a positive response from partners, which have raised awareness, concern for the importance of marketing and excellent service to improve the development of Pagerharjo Tourism Village, both through talk shows and excellent service training  

Population administration plays a very important role in development, where it can be known about population data and information that is in accordance with the conditions of the population and the conditions of the area where they live. The Disdukcapil of Cilacap Regency, as the executor of population services, must provide excellent service to the community. However, in reality, KTP and KK services for the last 5 years at Disdukcapil, Cilacap Regency have not been able to reach the expected target. Besides that, the achievements in 2021 have also decreased when compared to the achievements in 2022. This indicates that the service quality of the Cilacap Regency Disdukcapil has not been optimal, so that it has not been able to meet community satisfaction. This study aims to determine 1) the effect of service quality on community satisfaction, 2) the effect of employee performance on community satisfaction, and 3) the effect of service quality and employee performance on community satisfaction in the Population and Civil Registration Office of Cilacap Regency. Because of this, this study uses quantitative data which is then interpreted to produce descriptive data. Meanwhile, data collection techniques used questionnaires, and data analysis used multiple linear regression. The research results show that service quality and employee performance have a positive effect on community satisfaction. This means that if the quality of service and employee performance is getting better, then community satisfaction will also increase, and vice versa.

Concerning the lawyer as legal aid, or a law service to a community or a client who faces the legal problems that are sorely needed as society grows in awareness of the law and the complexity of legal matters. The purpose of this study is to know the normative juridical analysis on the settling of inheritance disputes district court at Kediri City (lawyer's service comparison study and without lawyer's service). The focus of the problem in this study is that what role uses a lawyer’s service and without the lawyer’s service in the process of ending inheritance at Kediri City district court. What are some obstacles using a lawyer’s service and without a lawyer’s service in the process of ending inheritance at Kediri City district court. The research method uses a normative juridical research. In this method, a consideration of the research specialty includes a descriptive analysis that sets out discussion of the study for obtaining legal certainty associated with a lawyer’s service and without the lawyer’s service with his clients, linked to the rules of law and civil law practice and inheritance. The country with a majority moeslem heir according to Islamic doctrine is also written in section 176-185 of KHI (compilation of Islamic law). Some important items of inheritance are listed in the chapters of this law. An advice for the community, before taking a decision to use the lawyer’s service, the client must be good at choosing the lawyer’s service whether it is according to the procedure or vice versa. If it is understandable and correct so that there are no misconceptions of perception that can hurt the society, for some mistakes of taking a decision using the lawyer’s service.  

The problem that occurs at TPQ Al Furqon is the lack of teacher competence, especially soft skills. So the teachers at TPQ Al-Furqon Demak need soft skills training to improve their teaching and learning competence. This soft skills training takes the form of public speaking and team work with the aim of learning the Koran to run effectively and efficiently. Apart from that, this training aims to create an atmosphere of Teaching and Learning Activities (KBM) that is structured, clear and directed according to their respective roles. The approach method used includes the FGD (Focus Group Discussion) approach including sharing sessions. The activity stages consist of the counseling or material delivery stage, the training practice stage and the training evaluation stage including sharing sessions. This activities result show that teachers understand the importance of public speaking and team work so that teaching and learning activities more interesting and effective.

The development of technology in the digital era is currently so rapid that all kinds of human activities are very dependent on technological advances. Digitalization has penetrated all sectors of modern human life, including data archiving activities. Archives are very important for an organization or government if the archives are managed properly and correctly. Because the completeness of data and information is very dependent on the filing system. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of implementing digital archives for storing digital documents. This type of research uses a qualitative approach. This qualitative research seeks to explore and understand different truths by different people. In a qualitative approach, one type of approach that is often used is the case study approach. The data analysis technique used is an interactive model data analysis technique. The results of this study explain the effects of implementing digital archives for storing digital documents.

In this era of digital revolution, technological developments have occurred in an evolution in media technology and one of them is the personnel management information system. The management information system assists in carrying out the duties of all State Civil Apparatuses within the Civil Service Agency and Human Resources Development in the city of Padangsidimpuan. Judging from the importance of SIMPEG, this research will analyze how SIMPEG is implemented in the Office of the Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency in Padangsidimpuan City. The aim is to find out the SIMPEG implementation process and the obstacles experienced, as well as how it impacts the community related to the Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency of the City of Padangsidimpuan. The research method used was by distributing questionnaires filled in by employees. The results of this study are that the application of SIMPEG in the Office of the Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency in the city of Padangsidimpuan is in the effective category which makes it easier for employees to carry out their work and speeds up administrative processes, especially in the field of staffing.

NIB Registration Assistance Activities in One of the areas targeted by the MBKM KKNT in 2022 is Rontu Village with an entrepreneurial and creative economy scheme. From the results of surveys and field observations, partner problems were found, such as that many people in the Rontu Sub-District do not have a Business Identification Number (NIB), which is important for MSMEs because it can lead to big profits and can attract other consumers and also generate higher sales. In addition, the community considers business licensing which was previously considered insignificant because the management is troublesome and not easy, however, MSMEs need business licensing to encourage business development, protect business locations and business competitiveness which is getting tougher in the current era. Therefore the purpose of this research is to provide assistance and understanding of the registration of Business Identification Numbers (NIB) in order to improve the MSME economy in the Rontu sub-district.

Through this program, it is formed in people's minds that waste is something that is useless and is simply thrown away, converted into something that also has value and price. Through the waste bank, people can save waste, which can then generate money within a certain period of time. Research using descriptive research methods with quantitative analysis. This study aims to find out how the impact of the waste bank program on the socio-economic community in Sememi Village, Benowo District, Surabaya City. Impact is defined as an influence that brings both positive and negative consequences. In this case the impact is aimed at the socio-economic life of the community at the Eka Jaya Garbage Bank, Sememi Village, Benowo District, Surabaya City. Based on the results of data analysis, it was concluded that there was a positive impact on the socio-economic life of the people in Sememi Village, Benowo District after the construction of the Garbage Bank. This is indicated by an increase in people's income, although it is small, it provides significant benefits for the community. Not only income has increased, but health and better social interaction among people, most importantly, a cleaner environment has also increased from time to time.

The Merdeka Student Exchange is a program from the merdeka or independent learning campus where students from one university can exchange to another university for one full semester. The increased sense of nationalism and love for the country after participating in the independent student exchange program is very important for every Indonesian citizen, especially for the younger generation who are the nation's successors. This independent student exchange program teaches good communication, high nationalism, community service, and exploring the archipelago. All of these things are covered in the Nusantara Module program.

Salaf-based boarding schools still adhere to a traditional system in which they only teach religious sciences, and have not implemented skills-based education. Skills-based education is one of the important agendas in Islamic boarding schools, not only organizationally important but also students are equipped with life skills. In fact, not all boarding schools have explored skills education outside of religious education. The purpose of this PkM program is to provide workshops to improve competence to boarding school students in the form of skills. The methods used in this PkM program are interviews, observations, and the process of implementing the PkM program. The results of the PkM activities are in the form of the implementation of workshop activities starting from registration and attendance, opening, continuing with the introduction of IT and its implementation, IT life skills and computer network competencies, computer network installation, and closing. By providing workshop solutions to boarding school students in the form of skills, they will gain knowledge, skills, and expertise in the field of computer networks.

Children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) and acute myeloid leukemia (LMA) undergoing chemotherapy have one of the side effects, namely experiencing mucositis, this is also influenced by oral hygiene. The aim of the study was to determine the relationship between oral hygiene and mucositis in. The design of this study used quantitative research with descriptive analytic, namely cross sectional. The number of samples is 56 respondents with purposive sampling data collection technique. Measuring tools used Oral Hygiene questionnaire and mucositis assessment questionnaire (OAG). The results of the study were the majority of respondents with male sex 60.7%, the length of the chemotherapy period for the majority of respondents was more than 2 years 67.9%, the majority of oral hygiene obtained the most results with sufficient oral hygiene 57.1% and the majority of mucositis obtained mucositis results being 51.8%. Spearman test Rank p value obtained 0.000 so that there is a relationship between Oral Hygiene and Mucositis in cancer children, with a value of r = -0.799 very strong strength with a negative. The results of this study are expected that health workers can apply good oral hygiene for patients undergoing inpatient and outpatient care regarding the importance of good oral hygiene for children with cancer so as not to cause severe mucositis.

Urban farming has so far been initiated by various actors including: the government, the private sector, and community groups. In this study it is useful to find out the analysis in looking at the implementation of urban farming in Denpasar City. This study discusses the differences in the role of urban farming between city government programs and independent organizations, in terms of resources as well as through policy failures and market failures through a qualitative approach. The failure of the policy was due to the agricultural policy initiated by the City Government being less successful in meeting the food needs of the people. Therefore innovation is needed through top down urban farming. Meanwhile, market failure occurred in urban farming in the city of Bandung due to people's discomfort with the products circulating in the market. This is one of the dominant motives for the emergence of bottom-up urban farming by independent organizational groups. Meanwhile, the sources of capital for urban farming are in the form of supporting facilities for planting facilities, hydroponic installations, and making greenhouses, but the capital for urban farming formed by independent organizations comes from contributions from members of the cooperative community and bank funds. An important aspect needed by independent organizational groups is to streamline operational costs by knowing how to reuse used goods into productive goods.
