Many of the MSMEs are only focused on their sales and marketing strategies and then ignore their company's financial reports. Business financial reports are important for every business because they can provide an overview of the company's performance and the current state of the business. The problem of managing funds is a key factor that can lead to the success or even failure of MSMEs. ). Errors in cash management can make MSMEs suddenly no longer have cash for operational needs every day. In this assistance, the author introduces an application that can be applied via a smartphone called Financial Records. The purpose of this mentoring activity is to equip MSMEs with the knowledge and skills to make digital financial reports. In addition, it is hoped that in the long term it will change the behavior and culture of oral in business to become written. The method used is action research in which the author makes observations about which MSMEs need assistance regarding their financial management. In this activity get a positive response from both partners. Authors together with partners share information and practice preparing financial reports together. Reaching souls in GPKdI Nek Kompong, Andeng Village in conjunction with reaching out to souls in GKSI Moria Empaong-Nala Congregation is very much needed by pastors who are serious and sincere in their ministry. The ministry of a pastor to reach the soul is a very important act today. The purpose of reaching out to souls is to save lost souls to live like Christ. In order for the pastor to be more enthusiastic in reaching lost souls, prayers and fasting are required to be carried out by the pastor, the church assembly, and all members of the Nek Kompong GPKdI, Andeng village and in the GKSI Moria Empaong-Nala Congregation. This study uses a qualitative methodology with a data processing approach of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study showed that some members of the GPKdI Nek Kompong and GKSI Moria Empaong-Nala congregations already had an awareness of fellowship with God in places of worship and other spiritual fellowship carried out in the congregation. The conclusion is that pastors must be loyal in reaching out to souls in GPKdI Nek Kompong and GKSI Moria Empaong-Nala Congregation continuously and even ministry to reach souls must also be carried out by pastors/congregations in all interdenominational churches, both in Indonesia and elsewhere world.

The creation of scientific papers by teachers has an important role in professional development and improving the quality of education. However, many teachers face various challenges in producing scientific papers, such as lack of time, writing skills, and motivation. This article discusses the importance of motivating teachers to be active in scientific writing, both as a means of self-development and as a contribution to science. Through the right motivation, teachers can be more encouraged to be involved in research and writing, which in turn can increase their competence and have a positive impact for learning at school. Some strategies for motivating teachers include writing training, providing incentives, support from institutions, and establishing a scientific community that supports collaboration. By facilitating and motivating teachers in writing scientific papers, it is hoped that a stronger academic culture will be created among educators, as well as improving the overall quality of education.

Employees are one of the resources in the company. The performance of employees in the company has an important role in selling the company's goals. This study aims to analyze the influence of components, individual characteristics, supervision and work discipline on employee performance. This research was conducted on employees of Tonjong Health Center and Kutamendala Health Center. The data used in this study are primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to the respondents. The sample in this study were 94 respondents. The sampling technique uses probability sampling with simple random sampling method. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS v.29. Based on this study it is known that competence, individual characteristics, supervision and work discipline affect employee performance.

This study aims to analyze the role of social media marketing in the development of the Arcos Packaged Drinking Water (AMDK) business. By using in-depth interviews with Arcos management and marketing teams, this study reveals how digital marketing strategies, especially through social media such as Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter, play an important role in increasing brand awareness, market reach, and consumer loyalty. The results of the study show that collaboration with influencers, the use of attractive visual content, and active interaction with consumers through social media have had a significant positive impact on sales growth. In addition, the ability of social media to enable real-time interaction with consumers helps companies to dynamically adjust their marketing strategies and respond to market needs more effectively. However, this study also notes challenges, especially related to competition in the packaged drinking water industry. This study concludes that social media marketing is a very effective and efficient tool for developing a business, but it requires a creative strategy and continues to adapt to changes in digital trends. Recommendations for future research are to explore newer social media platforms, combine qualitative and quantitative research methods, and conduct comparative studies with other brands in similar industries.  

The process of planning, implementing, controlling, and maintaining, as well as developing development results is one of the keys to the success of any development effort. However, coordination is the organization of the relationship of joint efforts to obtain unity of action in achieving goals. Coordination is an effort to adjust different parts, so that the activities of the parts are completed on time, so that each can contribute its maximum efforts, in order to obtain overall results. Coordination of a large number of parts in any organization-wide effort is so important that some put it at the center of analysis. Effective coordination is a necessity to achieve good administration/management and is a direct responsibility of the leadership. Coordination and leadership are inseparable and therefore influence each other. Effective leadership will ensure good coordination because the leader acts as a coordinator  

public health is an important issue that requires serious attention from business people, especially in the food sector. This study aims to explore healthy product development strategies in the context of food entrepreneur business as an innovative approach to improve people's nutritional status. Through a qualitative approach with case studies of several successful food entrepreneurs, this study analyzes the strategies used in the development of healthy products and their implications for improving the nutritional status of the community. The results showed that the selection of high-quality raw materials, the use of modern production technology, creative promotion, and cooperation with related parties are some of the effective strategies in the development of healthy products in the food entrepreneurial business.

Waqf is a waqif legal act to separate and or give part of one's property to be used forever or for a certain period of time in accordance with the interests of worship and or general welfare according to sharia. In order to avoid disputes and problems related to waqf goods or land and to clarify their legal status, waqf goods must be registered and certified. Waqf Land Certification is the process by which the National Land Agency issues Waqf Land Certificates after Nazhir submits a Waqf Land Registration. Article 39 of Government Regulation Number 42 of 2006 concerning Implementation of Law Number 41 of 2004 concerning Waqf contains provisions concerning registration of land ownership certificates, and Regulation of the Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/Head of the National Land Agency of the Republic of Indonesia Number 2 of 2017 concerning Procedures for Land Registration Waqf at the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning. Related to the importance of the legitimacy of a land, it often triggers legal problems, namely that land owned by the community has not been registered as a result of a lack of understanding of the importance of waqf land certification. Taking into account the legal issues above, the Community Service Team at the Faculty of Law, State University of Gorontalo carried out this community service activity as an effort to increase Community Legal Awareness Regarding Waqf Land Certification to Guarantee Legal Certainty..

Earthquake disasters often have a significant impact on society, not only physically but also pshychologically and economically. Post disaster recovery not only requires efforts tto rebuild physical infrastructure, but also needs to pay serious attention to individual psychological recovery and entrepreneurial assistance for victims. Psychological recovery for Cugenang resident is an important aspect in restoring the mental well-being of individuals and communities affected by the earthquake. Counselling and trauma therapy is carried out in the community as well as children by the service team. Entrepreneurship assistance is also an important factor in rebuilding the economic sustainability of the community after the Cianjur Cugenang earthquake. This on going assistance needs to be carried out so that the recovery process also runs well and quickly.

This research explores the importance of studying English minimal pairs of vowels and their impact on language learners' pronunciation skills. The discussion highlights the significance of differentiating vowel sounds through the analysis of minimal pairs, which consist of words sharing consonant sounds but differing in vowel articulation. By focusing on specific minimal pairs such as [iː] / [ɪ], [æ] / [ʌ], [ɑ:] / [ɔ], [ɛ], and [ɒ], learners can refine their ability to recognize and produce the distinct vowel sounds accurately. Mastering these minimal pairs enhances phonemic awareness, enabling learners to differentiate between similar vowel sounds, thereby improving overall pronunciation accuracy. Furthermore, the study of minimal pairs contributes to word differentiation, listening skills, and spelling and reading proficiency. It empowers learners to grasp the subtle nuances in vowel pronunciation, thereby enhancing their ability to comprehend and communicate effectively in English. In conclusion, a comprehensive understanding and application of English minimal pairs of vowels are vital for language learners striving to achieve optimal pronunciation proficiency.   English minimal pairs of vowel

The results showed that 1) The application of the boarding school program to the learning achievement of PAI at SMP Muhammadiyah Banjarnegara was carried out by the first teacher of the worship practice program, namely the midnight prayer in congregation, morning prayer and morning dhikr, rote deposit, congregational midday prayer, afternoon prayer, evening prayer, muroja'ah memorization, maghrib prayer, tadarus and evening prayer. Second, teaching the book, namely the program teaching the book, which proves that students can understand more deeply about the science of monotheism, worship, muamalah, and morals. The four programs for developing English and Arabic skills have been proven to be able to increase PAI learning achievement because more PAI material relates to the Al-Qur'an and Hadith so that mastery of Arabic is important. The learning achievement of Islamic boarding school students is relatively good, this can be seen from the acquisition of report cards which have a value above 80. 2) The obstacle to the application of the boarding school program on Islamic education learning achievement is the existence of scouting activities, the practice of midnight prayers and obligatory prayers which require supervision, low student participation and relatively weak student memorization. 3) Solutions to the constraints of implementing the boarding school program on Islamic education learning achievement, namely dormitory programs and activities carried out regularly, teachers providing assistance in worship, giving awards or rewards to students who are role models for other students, strengthening the physical and psychological aspects of students and the existence of support full of subject teachers and tahfidz teachers for the sake of creating hafidz as the school wants.

This study aims to explain the importance of developing teacher professional competence as a key factor in improving student learning outcomes. In the context of education, the teacher's role is not only limited to conveying subject matter, but also involves the ability to plan, implement and evaluate the learning process. In an era of education that continues to develop, teachers must be able to face new challenges that arise, such as technological developments, curriculum changes, and the diverse needs of students. Therefore, teachers need to continue to develop their professional competence in order to meet the increasingly high demands and expectations from society, students, and the education system. The development of teacher professional competence includes various aspects, such as in-depth academic knowledge, effective teaching skills, ability to adapt to change, and a positive professional attitude. Teachers who have good professional competence are able to present a conducive learning environment, facilitate productive interactions between students, and provide constructive feedback. In this study, an analysis was conducted of various methods and strategies for developing teacher professional competence, such as training, supervision, mentoring, and collaboration between teachers. In addition, the factors that influence the success of teacher professional competence development are also discussed, including school leadership support, a conducive work environment, and teacher motivation in self-development. The results of the study show that the development of teacher professional competence has a significant effect on student learning outcomes. Teachers who have good professional competence are able to design interesting lessons, choose strategies that suit the needs of students, and provide effective feedback. This has a positive impact on the involvement of students in learning and increasing their academic achievement.

The development of cultural literacy and citizenship is an important aspect of primary education. This study aims to analyze different approaches to developing cultural literacy and citizenship in four elementary schools located in Pekanbaru. The four schools included in this research are SDN 182, SDN 195, SDN 21, and SDN 180. This research utilizes a qualitative descriptive approach by analyzing data from field observations, interviews with teachers and students, and documentary studies. The findings of the study indicate that these four schools have different approaches to developing cultural literacy and citizenship. SDN 182 adopts a habituation approach by teaching students to sing the national anthem before starting Civic Education lessons and involving them in community service activities. SDN 195 implements a developmental approach by requiring students to serve as flag ceremony officials, memorize the UUD 1945 (Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia), and understand Pancasila (the foundational philosophy of Indonesia). SDN 21 employs a developmental approach to literacy through extracurricular programs held on Saturdays, introducing Indonesian cultures to students. SDN 180 encompasses various aspects, including flag ceremonies, cultural introductions, and organizing dance extracurricular activities. This research provides a deeper understanding of the diverse approaches that can be employed to develop cultural literacy and citizenship in elementary schools. The findings serve as a foundation for schools and relevant stakeholders in designing effective and student-centered learning programs. Additionally, this study offers inspiration for the development of cultural literacy and citizenship at higher levels of education.

This community service activity was carried out by a Team of Lecturers and Students at the Faculty of Business at Mitra Indonesia University (UMITRA) Lampung for Students of Pelita Gedong Tataan Vocational School. This activity discusses increasing the understanding of financial literacy in Pelita Gedong Tataan Vocational School Students. This is done because financial literacy is very important to understand and apply in life, being one of the six basics of literacy. The goal is that every Pelita Gedong Tataan Vocational School student has an understanding of financial literacy that can be used not only at this time, but after they work and even have a household. The method used is socialization by providing motivation with lectures and discussions in the form of question and answer sessions. The results show that financial literacy is still a new knowledge for some students. Even though financial literacy greatly influences positive financial behavior and financial management itself. By participating in this activity, they hope to be able to increase financial literacy, and have an impact on good financial management and avoid various financial crimes.

Ownership of company shares entitles shareholders to do a number of things, such as attending and voting at GMS, receiving dividend payments and liquidation results; as well as. other rights pathways according to law. So that the ownership of the rights to shares is important to be able to have these rights, of course there must be proof of ownership of the rights to these shares. And if at any time the shares owned want to be sold or or transferred to the hands, a deed of transfer of rights over shares is required to be carried out with a deed of transfer rights. The deed of transfer of rights can be made in the form of a notarized deed or private deed. The deed of transfer of rights or compensation is submitted in writing to the Company. Which then records the transfer by the director.    

This activity was carried out to provide training and assistance regarding the recording of financial transactions that exist in the Kayu Mulia Barokah UMKM. This UMKM is located in Purworejo Regency, Central Java. Recording of financial transactions carried out by UMKM Kayu Mulia Barokah is still done manually and combines the owner's personal finances and company finances, so that the owner cannot know clearly how much profit is generated. This happens because business owners do not understand the basis for recording financial transactions and the importance of financial reports. Based on these problems, training and assistance were carried out for recording financial transactions at UMKM Kayu Mulia Barokah.

The purpose of this study is to understand and analyze how to improve the quality of the system and the quality of information included in the informasibase. The methodology used in this study is a qualitative research method that builds on previous papers published by researchers and focuses on evaluating the literature with respect to specific components affecting the information management system.  Each study shows that the quality of the system, the quality of information, and the quality of service are all in line with the expectations of system users. As system quality, information quality, and service quality all improve, user experience also improves. Informasibase is a very important component of an information management system, which also serves as a component of infrastructure, summation of information, assurance of information efficiency, and assurance of information effectiveness.

In this age of globalization there is much competition between the work world and organizations for change to be more innovative and competitive. So some organizations must have great leaders who can motivate their subordinates and be able to oversee employee performance. This study has a purpose to explain a leader's transformational leadership style and work motivation. The research is qualitative. Data collection techniques include listening attentively and recording important information to do data analysis through data reduction, data display, and deduction through previous literature and study discoveries.    

The high number of homeless people in the city of Padang is caused by economic and cultural factors in the community. The most important thing that must be considered by social services is the guidance of the homeless. Because at certain times the homeless population increases, such as on holidays, religious holidays, or in recreation centers. However, if due to the family's unfavorable economic conditions, it becomes a factor for children to go to the streets to work to help their parents. Homeless people are a city community, their presence is closely related to the environmental conditions of the children's community. Homeless people who have been netted cannot be sure that they will not take to the streets again. This is due to various reasons, such as economic needs that are still not fulfilled and there are no other activities that can generate money, forcing the child to take to the streets again. One of the programs for dealing with homeless people at the Social Service is working with Satpol PP to screen homeless people. So the guidance for families that must be carried out by social services is by empowering the family economy which creates independence, so that finally with the various coaching programs provided, both to the child and to his family it is hoped that they will not return to the streets again. The purpose of this study was to find out how the role of the Padang City Social Service in dealing with existing homeless people. Implementation of this research using descriptive qualitative method. The results of this study found how the role of the Padang City Social Service in dealing with the existing Homeless, as well as how the efforts were made and the inhibiting factors in handling the Homeless.

The theory of consonants in English phonology is an important aspect in understanding the sound system in that language. Phonology is the study of how the sounds in language are used to form meaning. In English, consonants and vowels have different roles in forming word structure and sound articulation.Consonants in English are defined as sounds that experience resistance or airflow shift when spoken. There are various types of consonants in English, such as hissing consonants, popping consonants, sliding consonants, and so on. These consonants have certain characteristics, such as the place and manner of articulation, which distinguish one consonant from another.Places of articulation refer to the parts in the mouth or throat that are used to produce consonant sounds. For example, the lips, teeth, tongue, palate, and throat can play a role in the production of consonants. For example, the consonant /p/ is pronounced by bringing the lips together, while the consonant /k/ is pronounced by moving the back palate with the back of the tongue.The manner of articulation refers to the type of resistance or shift in airflow that occurs when pronouncing the consonant. Some examples of how consonants are articulated in English include complete closure of the airflow (eg /p/), partial obstruction of the airflow (eg /s/), or passage of air through the nose (eg /m/). The theory of consonants and vowels in English phonology helps to explain how these sounds form a distinctive language system. Knowledge of the place and manner of consonant articulation, as well as the position of the tongue and the tilt of the vowel lips, allows linguistics to analyze the differences in sounds in English. In the study of phonology, this theory also helps to understand sound patterns, sound changes, and the placement of sounds in words as well as in the broader structure of language.
