The calculation and recovery of production costs is greatlypinfluenced by the application of the method. As a result, production costs will show the actual value. This research was conducted at MSMEs in Sidoarjo, especially those engaged in pecel seasoning processing. This study aims to analyze the method of determining the cost of goods sold and cost allocation applied by MSMEs in Sidoarjo by calculating production costs according to the full costingrmethod. The type of4data used is qualitativeydata presented in descriptive or description form and quantitativerdata presented in numerical form. The source of data is primarysdata obtained from interviewszconducted with pecel seasoning business managers in Sidoarjo and secondary data derived from literaturepstudies and other publications that support the writing of this research. The results explain that the full costing method is suitable for analyzing production costs because it includes all general costs, fixed costs, and variable costs in the production9process.

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of marketing strategies on consumer purchasing decisions in the Partidol Photocopying Business in Sorong City. This study used a quantitative method with data collection techniques used by distributing questionnaires to consumers as many as 107 people. The processing of the data used in this study is the validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, normality test, heteroscedasticity test, simple linear regression analysis, t test, and analysis of the coefficient of determination. The tools used are Microsoft Excel and SPSS software. The research results obtained were that there was no partial effect where the researchers compared the t-count values with significant values, so that the results obtained were that marketing strategies did not affect consumer purchasing decisions at the Sorong City Partidol Photo Copy.

This research is motivated by the progress of science, especially in the field of technology which is very fast, along with competition in the industrial sector which is getting tougher where companies have used sophisticated and modern equipment in carrying out their production activities. The research was conducted to examine the Effect of Green Accounting on Economic Performance. The quantitative approach method used uses data processing simple linear regression analysis. Return On Assets (ROA) is used to measure research variables. The sample companies for this research are 7 companies in the mining industry sector and the chemical industry sector which are listed on the IDX for the 2017-2021 period. The results of the study show that the Green Accounting variable has no positive effect on Economic Performance, as tested through the T-Test.

In order for the pastor to be more enthusiastic in reaching lost souls, prayers and fasting are required to be carried out by the pastor, the church assembly, and all members of the Nek Kompong GPKdI, Andeng village and in the GKSI Moria Empaong-Nala Congregation. This study uses a qualitative methodology with a data processing approach of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study showed that some members of the GPKdI Nek Kompong and GKSI Moria Empaong-Nala congregations already had an awareness of fellowship with God in places of worship and other spiritual fellowship carried out in the congregation. The conclusion is that pastors must be loyal in reaching out to souls in GPKdI Nek Kompong and GKSI Moria Empaong-Nala Congregation continuously and even ministry to reach souls must also be carried out by pastors/congregations in all interdenominational churches, both in Indonesia and elsewhere world.

One of the main factors affecting health performance is their motivation in working. Motivation is a factor that encouragwes a person to perform a certain activity that leads to the achievement of a particular goal. The purpose of this study to determine the relationship between motivation with the performance of health personnel at Puskesmas Ridge Biak Numfor District. This research is an analytic survey research with cross sectional study method population number 55 people. Sample is 55 with purposive sampling tecniue. Data collection and processing using computer program SPSS version 16,0 by using fisher’s exact test. The reault of this research is the reward p=0,038<0,005,it show there is no relation between reward with performance of health worker, kia peer relations p=0,004.<0,005 it there is a relationsip between the co-worker relationship with Perfoemance of health worker, enviromental condition of p=o,ooo<o,oo5it there is reltion between work environment condition with health worker performance. Conclusion in this research is there is there is relation between reward an c0-worker and condition of work environment with performance of health worker. It is suggested to the Ridge Comunity Health Center to furher improve the relationships of good colleagues and increase health facilities and infratructure in providing services so that health workers can improve their performance.

This research aims to know the "influence of the Liveliness of the students Organize Against the achievements of the Islamic guidance counseling Student Learning Force 2014". This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation and work environment on turnover intention mediated by job satisfaction at PT Bank Mandiri Taspen, which is a banking company with two different branches. This type of research uses a quantitative method by using the hypothesis testing method on two divisions in a banking company. The data collection technique used in this research is a questionnaire with 92 respondents. Data processing and analysis in this study used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Square (PLS) in the SmartPLS application. The results showed that: Compensation has a negative and significant effect on Turnover intention, Compensation has a positive and significant effect on Job satisfaction, Work environment has a negative and significant effect on Turnover intention, Work environment has a positive and significant effect on Job satisfaction, Job satisfaction has Negative and significant effect on Turnover intention, Compensation has a negative and significant effect on Turnover intention through Job satisfaction, Work environment has a negative and significant effect on Turnover intention. Job satisfaction has a positive influence on Job satisfaction because the more comfortable a work environment is, the employees will feel safe and comfortable in completing their work and Compensation and Work Environment are proven to be significant and have a negative effect based on the existing beta coefficient value which indicates that both these variables have an influence on Turnover Intention at PT Bank Mandiri Taspen

Keerom Regency is one of the areas that has the potential for Batugamping mineral resources which is quite potential, this is evidenced by the existence of several mining business actors who are carrying out mining activities in the area. Based on the geological map of the Jayapura sheet (Taritatu Sheet) the distribution of limestone potential is quite evenly distributed in the Keerom Regency area. The distribution of limestone potential in Keerom Regency is spread in the Arso 1, Arso 4, Arso 10, Arso 13 areas to Senggi. Based on the results of the initial survey, mining activities in Keerom Regency have not been managed properly, because some mining sites have carried out mining activities but do not yet have legality, namely a mining permit (SIP), do not have a good and correct mine processing plan based on the mining stages, there are still locations where limestone is not yet known distribution, volume and even the amount of resources and reserves. The potential for limestone is a good investment opportunity if it is developed into a community mine that can provide added value to the community. Therefore, it is necessary to have geological mapping activities and also the calculation of resource values. In this case, it concerns the quantity and quality of deposits to be able to provide information as a mineral database for the community as land owners and is also very useful for the Keerom Regency government. This research aims to determine the amount of limestone volume which can later be used as data base information during mining activities. The research also utilized the Surfer 11 application for the creation of topographic maps and to calculate the number of limestone volumes. The research method that will be carried out is the Cross Section Method which is a special Method for types of rock minerals        

This study aims to examine the influence of organizational culture and complexity duties on the performance of apprentices and probation participants at the Public Accounting Firm (KAP). This research is still relevant as evidenced by the existence of cases of fraud and audit failures caused by the performance of auditors in public accounting firms that have not been optimum. The research technique used was a questionnaire with 76 auditors as respondents from Public Accounting Firms in Indonesia. The auditors come from active students or alumni of UNPAR accounting who are apprentices and alumni who have attended probation at KAP. The research method used in testing the hypothesis is validity and reliability testing, multiple linear regression, F test (simultaneous), and t test (partial) with the independent variables namely organizational culture and task complexity while the dependent variable is auditor performance at KAP. The results of data processing show that all independent variables in this study which include organizational culture and task complexity have a significant effect both partially and simultaneously on auditor performance. With this research, the researcher hopes that further researchers can expand this research by adding other variables that are factors that influence the performance of an auditor

The quality of service at hospitals must always be improved to provide the best service to people in Indonesia. In accordance with Permenkes Number 82 of 2013 it states that every hospital is required to implement and develop a Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS). The Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS) is very important to do to support the efficiency of the management process in hospitals starting from information to patients, data, data processing and all activities in the hospital. By implementing a Hospital Management Information System, it is necessary to know how it is applied in improving the quality of health services in Indonesia. This research was conducted with literature reviews and journal searches using Google Scholar. The research results show that the implementation of the Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS) can improve the quality of health services because it facilitates the management activities of health service institutions.

CV XYZ is a company engaged in manufacturing with production in the form of stacking chairs. This company has a production capacity of 200 units of stacking chairs every day. The company has 3 types of bunk chairs, namely CH-100 KR, CH-200 KR, and CH-200 PC. Customer demand at this company tends to be fluctuating (up and down) which results in the company experiencing difficulties in determining the optimal raw material inventory to meet customer needs. The Material Requirement Planning (MRP) method is an appropriate method for scheduling inventory. The result of this scheduling model is in the form of a master production schedule (JIP) which is used to determine the demand for chair products for the next 6 months. The results of data processing obtained requests for stacking chairs in the next 6 months for the type CH-100 KR 10.724 unit, CH-200 KR of 10.998 unit, and CH-200 PC of 9.687 unit. The demand is then calculated using the MRP approach with LFL and EOQ. An effective material requirements planning method with the lowest cost is to use the Lot For Lot (LFL) method which gives the lowest cost results IDR 7,475,617,611.

In a literature review conducted by researchers, apart from the imminent danger, there is also the potential for mangrove ecosystem resources around the Opak River estuary which can be used as a natural embankment to reduce the impact of coastal disasters. The aim of this research is; (1) mapping of existing mangrove ecosystems and their management; and (2) updating the Action Plan for Mangrove Ecosystem Management and updating community and local community perceptions of mangrove ecosystem services as a way to reduce the risk of coastal disasters. Obtain research materials using FGD techniques, in-depth interviews and secondary data documentation; Processing, analysis and presentation of data using qualitative research methods. Participatory mapping of the current condition of the mangrove ecosystem will be carried out to determine the level of public knowledge about the opportunities and problems of the mangrove ecosystem. This research uses Quantitative method. The population in this study were students in the Al-Huzaimah Region of the At-Taufiqiyah Islamic Boarding School. Data was collected by distributing a questionnaire which was determined by means of a sample so that 168 respondents were obtained. Each given statement is measured using a Likert scale. Processing primary data using statistical analysis techniques Package for Social Science (SPSS) with the method of suspension and correlation test analysis. The results of this study indicate that the Gabriel Method is effective to be applied in improving students' Al-Qur'an reading skills. Which is obtained by looking at the results of the analysis performed.

This research aims to find out the impact of the size of the company and leverage on the quality of profit for the food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019–2022. Data processing uses the SPSS 21 program, which includes classical assumption testing, descriptive analysis, double regression analysis, partial testing, and silmutan testing. The results of the t-test research showed that the size of the company has a positive impact on the quality of profits. The F test showed that the size of the company and leverage did not affect the quality of profits.
