The rapid development of technology has driven companies to enhance efficiency in their business processes. This development needs to be supported by the use of appropriate and relevant technology to ensure smooth business operations. PT Duta Ekspor Globalindo is a company engaged in export services and requires technology to manage its financial system. Currently, the company still relies on manual methods and Microsoft Excel for financial record-keeping, which can lead to errors, delayed reporting, and security issues. Therefore, this research aims to facilitate the company in managing its financial system by developing a web-based Financial Information System application. The waterfall method, consisting of analysis, design, coding, and testing, was used in the development of the application. The application was built using PHP programming language and MySQL database. The research resulted in the creation of a Financial Information System capable of efficiently managing financial and generating reports.

This research discusses efforts to develop Metro City as a city of the future, focusing on the successful integration of the Trans Sumatra Toll Exit in Batanghari Ogan. In the context of development, emphasis is placed on the importance of green open space areas to make Metro City beautiful and act as a model for the autonomy of other cities. Through a literature review, relevant research includes analysis of regional economic regulations and the role of regional government policies in development, with examples of scientific journals that support business contributions to regional income. Although the results of previous research already exist, this research more specifically explores the economic policies of the Metro City regional government regarding the management of Nuwo Intan business locations in 2018. The nature of this research is descriptive and qualitative, using qualitative analysis to describe the phenomenon and influence of the Metro City Regional Government's economic policies on street vendors' income in Nuwo Intan.

Given the importance of working capital in firm dynamics, the main objective of this research is to highlight the main gaps and insights in the working capital literature and suggest future research, as well as to know the development trend of working capital management research published by leading journals. For this reason, a bibliometric analysis was carried out using bibliographic information from Scopus for the topic "working capital management." The method used in this quantitative research uses Bibliometric analysis. A quantitative analytic approach was used to analyze published studies from 1992 to 2022. The mapping software used was VOS Viewer and biblioshiny R to analyze the data obtained and visualize research trend data. The results of the analysis show that the development of articles with the theme of Working Capital Management continues to increase from year to year, although not constant and essential. The most published authors of articles on Working Capital Management are Karri, T. and Michalski, G. The United Kingdom is the country most cited. 2019 was the year with the highest number of publications on Working Capital Management. The International Journal of Recent Technology and Engineering is the highest source that occurs in 2019. Business, Management and Accounting are the most mentioned trending topics with a total of 38%.

This study aims to analyze the application of Islamic business ethics to the UMKM tofu products in Desa Duren, Kota Madiun. Desa Duren is known for its tofu production, which is one of the main sources of income for the local community. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method to explore how the principles of Islamic business ethics are applied in the production and distribution processes of tofu. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with UMKM actors, field observations, and documentation studies. The results show that the application of Islamic business ethics, such as honesty, justice, responsibility, and concern for community welfare, has had a positive impact on the sustainability of the business and the economic well-being of the Desa Duren community. Additionally, the application of these ethics has also enhanced the reputation and consumer trust in the tofu products. This study concludes that the application of Islamic business ethics is not only relevant but also essential in creating an environment of integrity and sustainable business practices. The study's recommendations include increasing education and training for UMKM actors about Islamic business ethics and support from the government and related institutions to strengthen ethical and sustainable business practices. This research contributes to the development of knowledge in the field of Islamic business ethics and the economic empowerment of the local community.

Currently, SMAN 3 Sidoarjo does not have an enterprise architecture and integrated data. To increase the utilization of IT and IS at SMAN 3 Sidoarjo, development through enterprise architecture is needed. The essence of this proposal is to plan an architectural effort as an aid to improving IS and IT at SMAN 3 Sidoarjo in the future. The method used is The Open Group Architecture Framework – Architecture Development Method (TOGAF ADM). The information obtained utilizes qualitative research obtained from observations, document studies and interviews. The continued impact of this research is business architecture, data architecture, application architecture, and technology architecture. The selected design content includes application portfolio catalog, application/organization matrix, logical data diagram and computer network diagram. It is believed that this recommendation can be a reference for improving or developing IS and IT at SMAN 3 Sidoarjo to realize the vision and mission of SMAN 3 Sidoarjo through business architecture, information systems architecture and technology architecture..

Technology is developing rapidly and continues to change various aspects of human life, including the economic and business sectors. Some humans continue to compete to utilize this technology to stay in the flow of world development for their survival. Through the utilization of digital platforms, MSMEs in Klagen village are one example of followers of technological developments that allow the village to be empowered and supported to increase its economic independence. This research aims to improve the ability of MSMEs to utilize digital platforms to expand markets and increase revenue because business development in Klagen Village is hampered by the lack of technological expertise and digital marketing among MSMEs. The method used in this research is participatory with a community organizing approach. The MSMEs selected for mentoring were then interviewed in detail and evaluated as part of the research strategy. With this mentorship, it is expected that MSME players can successfully penetrate larger markets, increase sales, and optimize digital marketing.

Marketing-based applications or e-commerce become the medium of sale and purchase transactions only but some have features as a program regulating the financial management of enterprises. Bukapalak can help UMKM perpetrators for media development, financial loyalties and new business opportunities. This dedication focuses on the perpetrators of the UMKM Village of Wadungasih, Kecamtan Buduran, Sidoarjo district. This dedication involves socialization activities with the stages of surveys, observations, and core activities. This dedication finds a lot of UMKM perpetrators who lack understanding of digital technology innovations as the times evolve. The purpose of this dedication is nothing more than a form of effort to develop and evaluate the progress of UMKM in an era of globalization where digital technology or e-commerce is used.

The increasingly massive use of social media has opened up opportunities for the development of the business sector. This reality also provides opportunities for the growth and development of local products. One local brand that has developed quite well by utilizing social media, especially TikTok, is the Tenue de Attire brand. This research aims to analyze strategies for increasing brand awareness through creative content in TikTok Brand Tenue de Attire social media marketing. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach, data was obtained using literature review techniques and official publications. Tenue De Attire's marketing strategy shows that they can use social media, especially TikTok, to increase brand awareness and introduce their products to the public. They managed to create a strong connection between the audience and the brand by focusing on creating engaging video content, especially by using adaptable ideas and following popular trends. Tenue De Attire uses an Inbound Marketing approach to direct TikTok users from the stage of attracting attention to the stage of becoming potential customers, by using interesting content to provide information about their products indirectly. Inbound marketing strategy has four stages, namely: Attract, Convert, Close and Delight. Using TikTok's Shop and Live features also helped them increase customer relations and sales. Therefore, Tenue De Attire has achieved success thanks to its innovative and smart marketing strategies.

Strategy is an effort to develop a company's competitive position amidst business competition. A business development strategy is an effort to conduct an analysis of regional market conditions, both internal which includes strengths and weaknesses, external conditions which include opportunities and threats that will be faced, then alternatives are taken to determine the strategy that must be implemented. The aim of this research is to determine the strategy for developing the Idol Batik House business in Pemusiran Village, East Tanjung Jabung Regency. In this research, the method used is qualitative, the data analysis method used is SWOT analysis and the data collection method uses observation and interviews. Based on research results, Batik Idola utilizes its strengths to gain opportunities by using strategies including maintaining the quality of its batik, maximizing communication technology for marketing and technology in the production sector such as electric canting to maximize production and carry out business development. And the strategy used by Batik Idola to minimize existing weaknesses and to avoid threats that come, namely by increasing promotions by utilizing promotional media according to existing funds, and also adding distribution channels such as agents, resellers or sales.

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are one of the main sectors supporting the Indonesian economy. Kedung Sumur Village and Bluru Permai Village are one of the small areas that have several unique Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). In its development, these MSMEs experience obstacles such as a lack of understanding of the importance of NIB ownership as a form of Business Law for business actors in the food category. The research methods used in this study include quantitative and qualitative data collection through surveys, interviews, and documentation studies. The research sample will consist of fadhil cake MSMEs and Firmala wet cake MSMEs. For all business owners, the Business Identification Number (NIB) is an important component in the legitimization of their company.

Companies today are faced with a variety of opportunities and threats. Entrepreneurs are starting to be pressured to innovate, minimize operational costs, and perform well in their business. An increase in sales can be said to be a series of activities to increase the release of products through buying and selling activities. This service aims to share a technology development to increase sales in the beret hat convection MSME business in Ngudi Hamlet, Punggul Village, Gedangan District, Sidoarjo Regency. The method used as basic research for this service activity is Participatory Action Research (PAR). The result of this activity is the establishment of Shopee and Tokopedia accounts that have been developed regarding business descriptions and photos of attractive products. The author emphasizes the spirit of entrepreneurship in the era of more and more competitors by utilizing social media and e-commerce.

The growth of the human population and increased purchasing power drive greater demand for broiler meat, posing challenges for farmers to enhance their productivity and business efficiency. The development of closed-house cages offers a solution to improve production efficiency. This study compares the productivity and financial analysis between the cage and postal models. Utilizing a quantitative descriptive method, the research was conducted over a single rearing period in cages and postal setups at PT Dinamika Megatama Citra (DMC) without any specific treatment. Research parameters encompassed body weight gain, mortality, FCR, harvest weight, and Performance Index. Financial analysis was conducted using indicators such as the R/C ratio, B/C ratio, Break-Even Point (BEP), and Return on Investment (ROI). Results indicate that in cage conditions, mortality stood at 4.07%, FCR at 1.718, average weight at 2.2 kg, and Performance Index at 287.5. Meanwhile, postal cages exhibited higher mortality at 8.79%, FCR at 1.732, average weight at 2.3 kg, and Performance Index at 285.6. In financial analysis, cage systems had a BEP price of Rp 19,726/kg with a unit BEP of 40,616 kg, an R/C ratio of 1.039, a B/C ratio of 0.039, and an ROI of 3.92%. Conversely, postal cages had a BEP price of Rp 19,507/kg with a unit BEP of 39,924 kg, an R/C ratio of 1.05, a B/C ratio of 0.05, and an ROI of 5.09%.

Occupational Health and Safety (K3) is a crucial element in ensuring worker welfare and the smooth running of company operations. Even though SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises) play an important role in the economy, the work accident rate in this sector is still high compared to large companies. Limited resources and lack of management support are often the main obstacles in implementing an effective K3 management system. Objective: This literature study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the K3 management system in SMEs, identify the challenges faced, and provide recommendations for improving the implementation of K3 in this sector. Methodology: This study uses a literature study approach by collecting and analyzing various academic sources including journal articles, government reports and relevant books. The literature search focused on academic databases such as Google Scholar, ScienceDirect, and ProQuest, using keywords such as "OHS management system", "SME", "OHS effectiveness", and "work safety". Results: Findings show that implementing a comprehensive K3 management system in SMEs can reduce work accidents by up to 25% and increase awareness of the importance of K3. However, challenges such as limited resources, lack of management support, and loose regulations remain major obstacles. This study also found that SMEs that implement good K3 practices tend to have better financial performance. To improve K3 implementation in SMEs, increased access to K3 training and resources, ongoing education campaigns, development of a simple and effective K3 management system, as well as government support in the form of incentives and stricter regulations are needed. Conclusion: Although there are many challenges in implementing the K3 management system in SMEs, with the right approach and adequate support, SMEs can achieve a better level of work safety. Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are experiencing the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic. The decline in consumer purchasing power is a challenge for SMEs in carrying out their business production. One of the opportunities for MSME actors to survive in the current pandemic is by maximizing online sales. But not a few MSME actors who still do not understand to use online sales. Therefore, it is necessary to empower the community of MSME actors in trying online markets or other options by empowering MSME actors in branding superior products. By using and managing the right digital media, it is hoped that business actors can increase public interest in products. Digital media that can be used include Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, Youtube, GrabFood/Go-Food or other platforms. Business actors can also carry out brand awareness offline, that is, they can develop innovations that do not yet exist, such as promotions by distributing brochures, creating attractive menu lists or creating price tags. The approach method used in community service this time is in the form of mentoring business actors regarding the development of MSME business innovations where members go directly to the field. This MSME assistance activity was carried out. The process of SME Mentoring activities is in the form of interviews with business owners to find out the current situation of their business conditions, members help make snack box orders, make banners/banners and price tags as an effort to carry out brand awareness, and members also provide medical equipment in the form of masks, hand sanitizer, and plastic gloves to business managers as a form of attention to always maintain health protocols when interacting with customers.

Currently, businesses in Indonesia are dominated by MSME players. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are one of the main pillars in driving the Indonesian economy. The current technological development is a good momentum in increasing the business development of MSMEs. The use of technology that is currently in demand by all circles is social media, in a business social media has a very important role in the development of a business. The business also cannot be separated from branding, because branding also plays an important role in creating a business identity. The existence of this progress requires MSMEs to adapt to existing challenges, the challenge in this era is how producers can sell or promote their various products in conventional ways and also digitalization. Competition that is quite tight in the current era of social media forces entrepreneurs to always develop their business. The purpose of this study is to implement the application of product branding and the use of social media for MSMEs in Rungkut Tengah Village during the KKNT. From this implementation, the author gets several final results, namely the creation of outputs such as the brand formed, logos, banners, packaging, google maps, and social media development.

Co-working spaces have gained popularity in recent years as a flexible and cost-effective solution for freelancers, startups, and small businesses looking for a collaborative work environment. This article examines the key success factors for a co-working space business model, drawing on insights from industry experts and research studies. By identifying these critical factors, co-working space operators can optimize their business model and enhance their chances of success in a competitive market. The development of the use of co-working space is now increasingly promising. Many of the startup companies and freelancers who use co-working space as a place for daily activities to work. Co-working space also helps to differentiate work and daily activities from these workers. However, the business model of co-working space is relatively vulnerable. This study aims to evaluate the factors that can increase the success of the co-working space business model, considering the importance of co-working space as the development of creativity. This study involved 116 users from two businesses that achieved success in managing the co-working space. Data was collected using a questionnaire survey and structurally analyzed using SmartPLS. The results of the study identified that shared workspace management and supporting co-working space operations played an important role in determining the success of this business model. Membership management has no significant effect. Therefore, the management of co-working space can be focused on these two elements

The implementation of this community service aims to educate and increase the understanding of the people of Sampe Cita Glugur Rimbun Village, Kutalimbaru District, Deli Serdang Regency about one way to market a product produced.  This special target in community service seeks to socialize and educate that marketing strategies to introduce products produced by business actors have changed patterns along with the development of technology that continues to increase, including online using the internet network called digital marketing which is interpreted as digital marketing. This method of implementing community service is by making presentations, lectures and questions and answers to the participants.  The topics of the material presented include: what is digital marketing (understanding digital marketing), what facilities can be used as a place for digital marketing, what are the benefits of digital marketing. The results obtained from this community service show that the participants, namely business actors in Sampe Cita Glugur Rimbun Village, Kutalimbaru District, Deli Serdang Regency can know and understand the concept of digital marketing of a product produced by business actors, in an effort to introduce and market existing products easily, cheaply, quickly and efficiently.

The type of data used is qualitative research, namely data that aims to gain a deeper understanding, develop theories and describe reality. The data is in the form of numbers which include a general description of the business and organizational structure. Process approach in running e-commerce with complete information. The E-commerce Target Approach has been able to show that there are targets to be achieved with its implementation.

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have a very important role in the local and national economy, especially in the Kotabaru area. MSMEs play a role in absorbing labor, overcoming poverty, and distributing development results. MSMEs usually produce on a small scale and require attention in marketing the products they produce. Marketing communication can be a strategy for every MSME to learn to introduce the products they produce to other parties or the general public so that they have the same understanding and intention of the products and brands being sold. Every MSME, in addition to focusing on producing competitive products, must also be able to market what they produce. In the early stages, every MSME must be able to read market needs, so that they can produce products according to the targeted market segment. Furthermore, MSMEs can use the communication facilities they have and join MSME centers according to the type of business they have. By using good marketing communication, it will have an impact on the progress of the business being carried out and MSMEs will grow into competitive MSMEs
