Coaching is a factor that plays an important role in getting better, and achievement is a benchmark for the success of a coaching. In the world of sports, especially futsal, futsal sports coaching needs to be done from an early age through talent search and guidance, breeding, education, and sports training. Therefore, the team needs to know its strengths and weaknesses and be able to identify opportunities and threats. This research was motivated by the ups and downs of futsal achievements at SMA Negeri 9 Surabaya and wanted to know based on SWOT analysis. This study aims to describe the coaching of futsal achievements at SMA Negeri 9 Surabaya based on the analysis of Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, and Threats (SWOT). This research is a qualitative descriptive research. The target of this study was 15 people consisting of 1 manager, 2 coaches, and 12 athletes. Data are obtained from interviews, observations, and documentation. Test the validity of the data using the source triangulation technique. Data analysis techniques in this study are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing / verification. The result of this study is that from antiquity, the strengths possessed outweigh, the weaknesses and the opportunities that exist are more than the threats. 1) The strengths possessed include management has been formed, sports management has been implemented, funding has been smooth and can be managed properly, athletes have high motivation and enthusiasm, team cohesiveness and confidence are increasing. 2) The weaknesses are outdoor or outdoor courts, management management is less conceptualized, and coaches do not have a coaching license. 3) The opportunity that exists is that routine championships have begun to be held again, the number of futsal teams between schools that stand makes competition tight, and athletes who excel in their fields. 4) There are concerns about insufficient athlete regeneration, and lack of funding from schools. Strategies that can be applied are optimizing and upgrading existing facilities & infrastructure, making budgets to be submitted to schools to get additional funds, maintaining and improving the quality and achievement of athletes, coaches must continue to innovate while improving.    

An important aspect in the organization is human resources, human resources have a dominant role in all organizational activities, because they are the actors and determinants of achieving organizational goals. In its development, organizations face various issues in workforce management that encourage the need for professional HR management. This research aims to determine the influence of motivation, competence and incentives on the performance of teachers at SMK Pawyatan Daha 1 Kediri City, because the results of observations indicate a decline in teacher performance caused by issues of motivation, competence and incentives. This quantitative research shows that the variables of motivation, competence and incentives have a partial and simultaneous influence on performance. The coefficient of determination obtained is 0.969, meaning that 96.9% of performance is influenced by motivation, competence and incentive variables, while the remaining is influenced by other variables not examined in this research.

The influence of market trader service quality, which consist of the variables direct evidence, realibility, responsiveness, assurance and empathy, in very important to know how much influence it has on purchasing decisions at supermarkets. Diva can estimate how the community responds and improves the quality of services provided in the future. The sampling technique in this research uses the probability sampling method. Meanwhile the samples taken were obtained through questionnaires, observations and interviews. The service result have a significant influence on purchasing decisions.

In the current era of economic development, Indonesia is focused on how the government maximizes state revenues, government agencies or the Directorate General of Customs and Excise need to expand performance or targets in order to face economic competition, that import duty receipts at KPPBC A South Tangerang City in 2020-2022 did not reach the target set by the State Budget which is still increasing and decreasing. This study aims to see how much influence the value of imports and the realization of import duty receipts on the target of partial and simultaneous import duty receipts. The study used a quantitative approach, information in the form of secondary data, namely time series data totaling 36 samples, data collection techniques using obseration and documentation. This study used the classical assumption test analysis method of multiple linear regression with SPSS. The acquisition of research shows that the value of imports has a positive and significant effect on the target of import duty receipts, while the realization of import duty receipts has a positive and insignificant effect on the target of import duty receipts. Simultaneously, the value of imports and the realization of import duty receipts have a significant effect on the target of import duty receipts at KPPBC A South Tangerang City. For future researchers, it is better to conduct studies in more than one region or port so that the results of the study can represent the overall condition in Indonesia in order to obtain accurate, representative and complete data so that the analysis and findings in the study become more valid.

One strategy that can be carried out by KUKERTA UNRI 2023 students to improve public health in Teluk Latak Village is to hold community service activities in Teluk Latak Village. One of the health problems that commonly occurs in villages is stunting. Stunting is a description of chronic malnutrition during the growth and development of children starting from the beginning of their lives. Stunting can be caused by many factors, some of which are the characteristics of the toddler itself and socio-economic conditions. The KUKERTA UNRI 2023 Student Team contributed to monthly posyandu activities as an effort to prevent stunting which were held at three posyandu in Teluk Latak Village. This activity includes measuring the child's height, weight, measuring several other parts of the child's body and exploring the child's level of development. The activity of providing PMT (Providing Additional Food) and distributing brochures on the importance of posyandu to the people of Teluk Latak Village was also carried out to increase community literacy about the importance of posyandu every month. This article emphasizes the importance of a participatory and collaborative approach in preventing stunting in Teluk Latak Village, as well as how KUKERTA UNRI 2023 students can make changes that will ultimately improve the welfare of children in Teluk Latak Village. It is hoped that the participation of KUKERTA UNRI 2023 students can create a positive synergy between higher education institutions, the community and the village government in improving the quality of life for children in Teluk Latak Village.

Although Indonesia occupies the third position as a food-producing country in the world, almost every year it faces repeated problems with production, especially rice food production. As a result, Indonesia has to import rice from other food-producing countries. The purpose of this study is to find out what factors affect rice imports in Indonesia. The method used in this study was multiple linear regression analysis. This study concludes that there is simultaneously a significant influence between Rice Production, Rice Price, Population, and Exchange Rate on Rice Imports in Indonesia. Meanwhile, partially Rice Production and Exchange Rate have an insignificant influence, Rice Price and the Population have a significant influence on Rice Imports in Indonesia.

This research aims to describe the application of the precautionary principle in dealing with bad credit and to determine the assessment in providing financing to PT. BSM Kcp Script. This type of research is descriptive qualitative, data collection techniques use interviews and documentation, data analysis uses qualitative data analysis techniques using inductive thinking, and this research data uses primary data sources obtained from supporting sources, namely books, the internet and literature. other. PT. BSM Kcp Aksara has applied the precautionary principle in bad credit using the 5C principle analysis, which includes Character, Capacity, Capital, Condition and Colliteral as well as producers that customers must go through in submitting financing applications, providing financing, paying financing installments and obstacles to bad credit. . The results of this research, PT. BSM Kcp Aksara in implementing the principle of prudence in the financing that has been carried out is not good enough, BSM provides financing by emphasizing the 5C principle which includes Character, Capacity, Capital, Condition and Collateral. The important thing in providing financing to customers is Collateral (Guarantee). Judging from the results of customer data, the 5C principle has not been able to completely prevent bad credit due to the Account Office (AO) being less careful in analyzing financing. However, BSM's consistency in handling problematic financing customers has been carried out according to producers by collecting them periodically and providing warning letters I, II and III in stages.

This is because culture is the main element that is very important and has been attached to the community as the intended consumer, so that it can influence his decision to buy a product or use a service that is not in accordance with his culture. This study aims to find out how the role of local community culture in global marketing. The research method used in this study is literature-based research, which is conducting a literature study by collecting data and previous research from various scientific journals, books and current news issues. This research shows that the culture of local people influences purchasing decisions and consumer behavior in the global market, so marketers need to set global marketing strategies.

One of the world's most famous native Indonesian cultures is batik. A good batik industry must be able to produce superior batik according to market needs with quality standards, the environment, human rights and employment issues. Batik craftsmen have weak tools, use velvet chemicals, handle water and a high amount of water, and are inefficient in handling wax and other processing agents. Batik Seni Pendopo is one of the batik businesses that practices GSCM. For an agency or company, human resources are the main asset in every activity. Employees as human resources have great potential to achieve success in agency goals. The important role of human resources is that so that they can be used as effectively as possible, appropriate methods are needed to be able to move people or employees to work and use their abilities to the maximum. This goal can be achieved if the agency has good human resources and has high performance. This research aims to find out the influence of the level of discipline and emotional intelligence on employee performance at the Jasa Raharja Office, Kediri City. The analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, T test, F test. The population in this study was all 35 employees and the sample used was 32 respondents because it used a purposive sampling technique. The results of research at the Kediri City Jasa Raharja Office show that the variables discipline (X1) and emotional intelligence (X2) together influence the performance variable (Y). This can be proven from the results of the significance value of 0.000, where the significance value is smaller than 0.05.

In the current era of very tight business competition, companies are required to improve their financial performance. To be able to assess the company's financial performance, all interested parties need to know the company's financial condition as seen from the company's financial reports. The importance of the liquidity ratio for financial performance is because liquidity has a fairly close relationship with the company's ability to earn profits (profitability), namely liquidity shows the level of availability of working capital needed for operational activities. Having sufficient working capital makes it possible for the company to operate optimally and not experience difficulties due to the financial crisis. However, excessive working capital actually shows that there are unproductive funds and gives the impression that the company is releasing them to make a profit. Ideally, the company's working capital should be available in sufficient quantities to finance the company's various activities, which means there is no shortage of capital and no idle resources. In this way, the company's ability to improve its financial performance on its assets is maximized, and the current ratio is one of the components of the liquidity ratio used in this research.

Human resources (HR) play an important role in a company because they can influence the company's efficiency and effectiveness. This research was conducted by exploring the perceptions of PT employees. Multi Teknik Telaga Indonesia to determine employee performance and the factors that influence it, namely leadership style and organizational culture. This research is located on Jl. Daan Mogot 119 Block C12 Jakarta. The research method used is a quantitative method. The type of research approach is using field research, by carrying out activities such as distributing questionnaires to respondents, processing data and analyzing data obtained from respondents. The number of samples taken from PT. Multi Teknik Telaga Indonesia as many as 30 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis and the hypothesis in this study was tested using the Partial Test (T) and Simultaneous Test (F). The results of the analysis show that Leadership Style and Organizational Culture have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on Employee Performance in the Production Division at PT. Multi Teknik Telaga Indonesia. Partially Leadership Style (X1) has a positive but not significant effect on Employee Performance (Y). Furthermore, Organizational Culture (X2) has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance (Y).

This study aims to analyze the effect of inflation, financing to deposit ratio (FDR), and operational efficiency on return on assets (ROA) in the financial sector. ROA is an important performance indicator for financial companies, because it reflects the level of profitability of the assets owned. The research method used is regression analysis with annual data from various financial companies during the study period. Inflation is measured using the consumer price index (CPI), FDR describes the ratio between loans provided by banks and deposits received from customers, and operational efficiency is measured by the ratio of operating costs to operating income. The results of this study provide useful insights for the management of financial companies in facing challenges from economic and operational factors. To increase ROA, companies need to consider effective inflation risk management strategies and optimize the FDR ratio, while still focusing on improving their operational efficiency.

Catechists not only have the task of teaching and preparing people to understand and appreciate the teachings of the Catholic religion, but also play a role as the main mover in building a climate that welcomes and promotes active participation of people in the life of the Church. This article aims to explain the important role of catechists as animators in building the local Church. This research is a qualitative descriptive type with data collection techniques in the form of literature study. The research results show that the role of catechists as local Church animators is carried out by educating people about Catholic teachings and Church beliefs, building foundations of faith, helping people face challenges, promoting unity in the local Church, and increasing participation in Church life.

 Rioribati village, Bumdes has been formed but there are problems to run Bumdes in the village, the role of bumdes is very important to provide food security to the village, Rioribati village is known as a non-coastal village.The methods used in this devotion are; Lectures, Practices and Mentoring Participants.Results of Service; Various problems faced by the Rioribati village government, regarding the management of village fund finances for the progress of the village with food, this was also conveyed by the village government who was present at the activity; Rioribati village is a village whose residents work in the agricultural sector; namely plantations, plantation products in Rioribati village have not been utilized properly, many plantation agricultural products have not generated village income and the management of these plantation products produces a product to be sold in the market to generate added value among the Rioribati community

Means are anything that is used as a tool to achieve aims and objectives, means are more indicated for moving objects such as computers and machines. Infrastructure is something that is the main support for the implementation of the process (Business, Development, Project), infrastructure is more indicated for immovable objects such as buildings, space, land. Work effectiveness is a condition that shows the level of success of management activities in achieving goals including quantity work, quality of work, and timeliness in completing work. Effectiveness is often associated with an efficient system, so that the service process takes place effectively, optimally and on time, thereby eliminating the need for overtime work with its implications. The efficiency of work processes, the level of effectiveness of office technology users, and the comfort of the work environment will directly and indirectly influence employee performance in completing assigned tasks. Apart from that, there are also various factors that influence work effectiveness, including: time, tasks, productivity, motivation, work evaluation, supervision, work environment, equipment and facilities. It is logical and appropriate if increasing effectiveness is made one of the government's long-term targets in implementing its strategy. Based on the phenomena presented above, it is clear that the Office of Industry, Trade, Energy and Mineral Resources of North Sumatra Province has not been well managed regarding infrastructure and has not complied with the appropriate regulatory principles. Problems like this should be addressed immediately and maximized so that in the future it can be as good as it should be. If this is resolved, it will certainly create a comfortable and conducive atmosphere so that employees can carry out their work responsibilities well and optimally. Therefore, the researcher was interested and conducted research as a result of an internship, with the title "The influence of the lack of office infrastructure on the effectiveness of employee performance

The Real Working Lecture (KKN) is a vehicle for the application and development of knowledge, which is carried out off campus in certain time, work mechanism, and requirements. KKN implemented by universities is an effort to increase the content and weight of education for students and to get greater added value to higher education. Through community service activities in Lalang Village, there will be synergy between universities and the community. The purpose of this KKN acticity is to provide an understanding to the local community about the importance of health for young generation, specifically for their babies. Frequently, stunting become a massive issues for babies in this village. The service is carried out through educational workshops, seminars, teaching, and discussions. The result of this dedication provide an overview of how importance for a mother and their kids to mantaian what they eat and how to have a healhty live due to stunting issues.

The synthesis of PbO-Ag nanoparticles was carried out using the sol-gel method using bioreduction from fig leaf extract (Ficus Carica L). PbO is a semi-conducting metal, so it is combined with Ag metal to make PbO a conducting metal. The reason Ag is used is because the stability of silver nanoparticles plays a very important role when being characterized and applied to a product. The nanoparticles formed were characterized by PSA, PZC, XRD, FTIR, UV-Vis, DRS and SEM. From the characteristic results, it was obtained that PbO-Ag could be formed using the sol-gel method using fig leaf bioreductor (Ficus Carica L).    

. This research aims to analyze the dynamics of religious spread in the urban areas of Semarang through a spatial analysis approach using Geographic Information System (GIS). By utilizing both secondary and recent primary data, this study delineates the patterns of religious spread across various neighborhoods and districts in Semarang. Through the application of GIS, the research produces thematic maps that vividly visualize the distribution of religions in a spatial context. The analysis results reveal diverse patterns of religious spread, with some areas exhibiting a high concentration of a particular religion while others demonstrate significant religious diversity. The importance of environmental factors in shaping the patterns of religious spread is also discussed in this study. The correlation analysis between the presence of places of worship, religious educational institutions, and other environmental variables provides additional insights into the factors influencing the distribution of religions in Semarang. The conclusions drawn from this research contribute to a deeper understanding of religious diversity in urban Semarang. The implications include the potential formulation of more effective development policies, strengthening tolerance among religious communities, and creating an inclusive environment amid the complexities of social and cultural diversity in the city. This research is expected to serve as a foundation for further studies and aid sustainable decision-making at the local level.
