Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are productive business units that stand alone, which are carried out by individuals or business entities in all economic sectors. The existence of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), which is the largest part of the national economy, is an indicator of the level of community participation in various sectors of economic activity. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the simultaneous and partial effects of business capital, labor, and use of e-commerce variables on Culinary MSME income in Denpasar City. This study used the accidental proportional sampling method with a sample of 99 MSME actors in the culinary field in Denpasar City. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of data processing and simultaneous testing show that capital, labor, and the use of e-commerce have a significant effect on the income of MSMEs in the culinary field in Denpasar City. The results of data processing also show that the variables of business capital and labor partially have a positive and significant effect on the income of culinary MSMEs in Denpasar City. MSMEs in the culinary field in Denpasar City who use e-commerce earn higher incomes compared to those who do not use e-commerce.

Starting from the existence of several problems faced, namely there is a decrease in the quality of work as evidenced by the overall table of the national fluid index from 2020-2022. There is a decrease in the quantity of work based on the overall table of the National Achievement Index from 2020-2022. Improper timeliness in service time for participants has become an indicator of the decline in the overall value of the National Index of achievements from 2020-2022. Work effectiveness has decreased due to the fact that there are still vacant positions in the organizational structure, forcing employees to handle other work. Lack of employee independence, so that performance does not develop if there is no supervisor. The culture of BPJS Kesehatan is dynamic so that during the transition period employees experience difficulties. There are vacant positions in the organizational structure, so some employees do double jobs to keep the program running. Leaders do not understand the potential of each employee and tend to always rely on employees who have done this side job. The method used is descriptive quantitative. the results of research on Organizational Culture have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. This means that if the organizational culture increases, the employee's performance also increases. Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. This means that if job satisfaction increases, employee performance also increases. Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that if the leadership style increases, the employee's performance also increases. Organizational culture, job satisfaction and leadership style have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Pulmonary Hospital dr. Ario Wirawan Salatiga is a health service institution that organizes plenary health. In the era of the Covid-19 pandemic, dr. Ario Wirawan experienced a significant increase so that during administration the patient experienced a long waiting time. The preparation of this research aims to develop an independent registration system so that it can manage long and ineffective queues. This self-registration platform system uses a web-based FIFO (First in First Out) algorithm. The system development stage is the analysis, design, design and testing stage. The method for developing an independent registration platform system uses the prototype method according to needs. While the coding stage of this system was built using the Python programming language with the PostgreSQL database. With the existence of an independent registration platform system, it is hoped that the hospital and patients can be facilitated in the examination registration process and managing patient data at the Pulmonary Hospital dr. Lot of problems arise in selecting scholarship recipients in a large number of submissions, the existence of several searches used, and the selection of files for scholarship applicants is still manual, so a system is needed that can speed up, help, and make it easier in the decision-making process to lighten work. student section. In supporting decisions this system will use the Naïve Bayes Classifier Method to determine what is acceptable and not acceptable. The NBC method can analyze and make improvements to old data, and the resulting data will provide simpler probability values that can later be used to make decisions. From the results of the research that has been carried out, it can be realized that the application of the data mining algorithm using the Naïve Bayes Classifier can be carried out to select scholarship recipients at Stikubank University Semarang. The result of the selection of Unisbank Semarang scholarship recipients is the accuracy value. 72% of the 135 data which is divided into 100 training data and 35 test data.

This miserly disease often afflicts people who strive in the way of Allah and is the cause of the suffering of Muslims today and this trait is a disease that must be cured. It is one of the bad and reprehensible qualities in all religious views. Miserliness and greed accompanied by a tendency to hoard as much wealth as possible can violate the values ​​of community life, cultured human life. In the Al-Quran there are messages and suggestions to pay attention to one another and be concerned for others, especially for those who are less fortunate. Stinginess and reluctance to share with others, especially those in need have a negative impact. Neither to oneself nor to others, so that there are many verses in the Koran that instruct sharing and charity, as well as the prohibition of being stingy. These various realities show that miser or miserly is an interesting issue to discuss because, firstly, its existence is quite complex and difficult to overcome. Second, there is a paradox, where on the one hand the social escalation of regiusitas is increasing, but on the other hand miser is still attached.

This study aims to describe the implementation of big data on social media in carrying out crisis communication. This study uses a qualitative approach, with data collection techniques through literature study. Literature study is a literature review with a traditional-conceptual approach. The results of this study also emphasize three aspects, namely: 1). The government must define a crisis because to understand a crisis, of course, we must start by defining it first. Each crisis that arises is accompanied by its own characteristics. 2). The government can use Big Data information sources to accelerate the implementation of government programs. 3). One of the efforts to look at big data to identify problems is to carry out the stages of social media. In the era of advances in communication and information technology, the existence of social media can no longer be separated from the activities of the world community.

Through changes in the 4.0 revolution which is accompanied by changes in digitalization through the development of technology and information. Adaptation of changes to MSMEs is also needed in the modernization of digitalization by implementing various innovations. The existence of innovation from various technologies and information is what helps MSMEs to keep moving in increasing consumers, namely with digital marketing. The method used in community service activities in the Sentul sub-district is a qualitative approach as well as the socialization and implementation of MSMEs assistance. The results of this activity are services in creating business accounts on digital media such as Instagram, Tiktok, shopee accounts, with optimal management of digital media, as well as making product photos.

Baduta batik Blitar is an MSME that sells batik handicraft products. Barik itself is a work of a nation that is well known abroad. The batik craft center itself is a cultural tour that is visited by many domestic and foreign tourists. Almost every region in Indonesia has batik craft centers, especially in Java and its surroundings. UMKM Batik Baduta Blitar has been built since 2009, but UMKM Baduta has obstacles in carrying out digital marketing, which causes Batik Baduta Blitar customers to complain about the lack of information from Batik Baduta Blitar writing on Batik Baduta Blitar's social media. The application of digital marketing is carried out with the stages of literacy, training and development then application of programs that are in accordance with the conditions of the Baduta batik group. The results of this study are that with this problem the solution that can be applied is to create an online marketing strategy that includes digital marketing strategies, social media content, and copy writing. The existence of this online marketing strategy can make Batik Baduta Blitar MSMEs able to carry out marketing effectively and efficiently.

Socialization is a very useful thing in raising and conveying positive values to individuals, the socialization process is education through individual understanding and acceptance of the connections that occur in an activity that can provide input and output feedback. Learning from the monetary crisis that occurred in Indonesia in 1997-1998 which was marked by the decline in the joints of the economy caused by the rupiah exchange rate falling or dropping drastically against the dollar exchange rate. In 1998 many big entrepreneurs fell in Indonesia, but MSMEs were still able to survive and even increased in number. In this way, UMKM contribute to supporting the economy of a country so that the existence of UMKM is highly expected in the development and progress of the country's economy and is able to absorb the number of unemployed. In this background, MSMEs can be used as a part in expanding employment opportunities, play a role in the formation of the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and increase foreign exchange earnings for the country of Indonesia because its market can reach national to international. Bareng Village, Bareng District, Jombang Regency is an agricultural producing village in the form of rice, corn, sugar cane, soybeans, vegetables, chilies and others. The livelihoods of the majority of the population are farmers, self-employed, and partly in the government. UMKM problems often occur due to capital problems and licensing matters, the Business Identification Number (NIB) is the identity of a business license issued by the "Online Single Submission (OSS)" agency, helping to fulfill the legal and administrative aspects of UMKM and providing advantages in funding. Then the socialization and technical guidance was carried out by Group 1, then the output of the socialization was to help UMKM actors in the Village with the method of opening a post at the Village Hall/Village Office and the door to door method or direct permits to the homes of UMKM actors. At the same time creating a logo that is useful in brand equity as trustworthiness with the product name and symbol, providing additional value to a product. The direction of the arrow as a direction for the location has the aim of providing instructions for potential consumers and customers to find homes for UMKM actors to get products or order products.

Vegetable traders are the occupation of the majority of the people in Claket Village, Pacet District, Mojokerto. The lack of knowledge and insight gained by vegetable traders regarding the recording of vegetable deposits so that there is no accurate recording or data on vegetable deposits. Community service activities are carried out by providing outreach and assistance to provide insight and application of accounting reports. This activity consists of four stages, namely the planning stage, the preparation stage, the socialization stage and the mentoring stage. The existence of socialization and assistance is expected to help vegetable traders in managing their bookkeeping.

This study aims to describe the forms of discrimination experienced by female characters based on Marginalization, Stereotypes, Subordination, Violence, and Overload. This research discusses in more detail the prohibition of discriminating against women in any form. The data in this study are in the form of sentences and words which are included in the form of discrimination against women. The source of the data in this study is the reading of the novel Silariang by Oka Aurora. The data in the study were collected using reading techniques, listening techniques, and note-taking techniques. The results of this study indicate that there is an act of discrimination against female characters in the silariang novel by Oka Aurora which is studied based on the theory of Apriandra, Sarah and Krisnan Hetti 2021 and then there are elements of acts of discrimination, namely: Marginalization does not give the right to express opinions and does not have the right to vote life partner, stereotypes, subordination, violence such as sexual violence due to arranged marriages and excessive burdens. The results of this study can be concluded that it is not only social status that causes discrimination but with the existence of culture and customs that must be inherited, guarded and firmly held by the parents of female figures, discrimination occurs so that actions against adat with silariang become the only way to break through solid walls of nobility, but in the end the blue blood becomes red blood too.

The problem that is often faced is the large number of mangrove forests that have been damaged, both by natural factors and irresponsible human activities. Efforts that can be made to help preserve mangrove forests are to conserve mangrove forests by planting mangrove seeds in the area. Through mangrove forest conservation, it can help revitalize mangrove forests in the Kampoeng Kepiting area. Ecotourism is an alternative program that can be applied to improve the welfare of the local community. Utilization of mangrove forest areas as ecotourism is considered to be able to help the economy around the area. Floods are one of the major threats that frequently occur in various regions around the world. Floods can be caused by a variety of factors, including heavy rain, overflowing rivers, tidal floods, or water infrastructure damage. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, data collection methods using field observations and interviews. The purpose of this study aims to manage environmental health in flood disaster situations in Dusun II Bandar Village, Sibolangit District. The results of the discussion get based on the results of research related to the gender of the head of the household as a sample in this study obtained more men than women. Based on the results of research related to attitudes about disaster risk of household heads, it shows that, of the 12 samples, 50% chose to agree, then 25% disagreed, strongly agreed 15% and 10% disagreed less. Based on the results of research related to the availability of physical facilities and infrastructure for household heads, it shows that, out of 12 samples, 90% chose yes and 10% did not. Based on the results of research related to the existence of organizations or institutions of the head of the household, it shows that, out of 12 samples, 70% chose yes and 30% did not. Based on the results of research related to disaster risk reduction behavior of household heads, it shows that, of the 12 samples, 90% chose yes and 10% did not.  

The high interest in packaged food products in Indonesia, as a country with a predominantly Muslim population, requires halal packaged food products in accordance with Islamic law to use its products. Therefore, even though every product has a halal logo for consumer safety, the presence of a halal label on packaged food can influence consumer buying interest in purchasing packaged food products. The purpose of this research is to find out how Muslim consumers buy interest in packaged food products that do not have halal certification. The method used is descriptive analysis method and the results obtained are analyzed qualitatively. Data acquisition resulted from questionnaires distributed randomly to people who are Muslim. The results of the study show that the public's understanding of halal label certification is quite good. Halal label certification is a very important element in a packaged food product. Every food product must include a halal label. The issuance of halal label certification is sufficient to influence people's decisions in buying packaged food products, with the existence of halal label certification it gives a sense of security and confidence to the public in buying packaged food.

Communication becomes very important in people's lives, because with indirect communication we can understand the attitudes, behaviors and actions of the environment around us. Communication that occurs between the Batak and Javanese tribes that occurs is called intercultural communication which involves two or more people with different cultural backgrounds. Communication and interaction between Batak and Javanese tribes in Environment II Untemanis is intertwined with the process of understanding each other's differences. This study is intended to determine the pattern of intercultural communication between Batak and Javanese tribes in Environment II Untemanis, Losung Batu Village, North Padangsidimpuan District, Padangsidimpuan Regency, North Sumatra. This research uses qualitative methods with a descriptive approach. The subjects in this study amounted to 14 informants determined purposively, consisting of the head of ligkungan II Untemanis, traditional leaders / hatobangon, and Batak and Javanese people who were at least domiciled for 3-4 years. Data collection is carried out by interview, observation and documentation techniques. In analyzing data, this study uses data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The results of this study show that communities in Environment II Untemanis coexist harmoniously through a process of adjustment and then accept each other's differences. In the process of communication and interaction these two tribes use mixed languages, namely Batak, Javanese and Indonesian. Despite having different cultural backgrounds, Batak and Javanese people in this environment live without any discrimination. The existence of high tolerance in Environment II Untemanis makes community life harmonious and open to each other. The pattern of communication that occurs between the Batak and Javanese tribes in this environment is a circular pattern. The creation of a circular pattern that indicates a reciprocal process due to supporting factors, namely the ability to communicate, mutual acceptance and respect between cultures, and the adaptability of the Batak and Javanese people.

In economic activities, welfare is the main thing for the community. This welfare can be seen by the ability of the community to fulfill their daily needs. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises are productive businesses that are owned and managed by individuals or business entities that have met the criteria as micro-enterprises. With the existence of MSMEs, fulfilling these needs becomes more easily accessible to people throughout Indonesia. This study aims to analyze the role of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the economy. MSMEs have an important role in creating economic growth, employment, and reducing social inequality. In this journal, we present a comprehensive literature review on the contribution of MSMEs to the economy and the factors that influence the success of MSMEs. We can see this with the birth of the Parties before Independence. community’s need for drinking water that is of good quality and safe for consumption as well as in line with the development of free markets and competition in the business word, many business actors have set up refill drinking water depots which must comply wiht the Regulation of the Minister of Indonesia Number 43 of the Year 2014 concening Sanitation Hygiene of Drinking Water Depots. The purpose of this study was to determine the performance of the Kupang City Health Office in supervising the quality of refill drinking water depots and to find aut the factors that influencer the performance of the Kupang City Health Office. This research is empirical juridikal in nature, namely capturing the legal provisions that apply and what is happening in this case interviews to obtain an overview of data related to research problems. The sampling method used is purposive sampling, namely by choose informants who are considered knowledgeable and trustworthy to be data sources. The results of this study are the influence of tasks and functions of the health office in supervicing drinking water depots, seen from the large number of depots that do not have official business permits. The peformance of the kupang City Health Office in supervising the quality of refill drinking  water depots is not good enough, and there is still a need for improvement in terms of productivity and also the need for member personnel to be equitablein monitoring activities.

Poaceae is a cosmopolitan group of grasses whose diversity is very high in Indonesia due to the diversity of ecosystems and geographical conditions that support the growth of the group. The grasses are easy to grow and resistant to drought and waterlogging. Poaceae are used as food ingredients in Indonesia and natural greening materials that play a role in natural balance. This study aims to inventory and identify plant species of the Poaceae family around Cibiru, Bandung, West Java. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. The research was conducted by exploration, namely exploring along the research location and collecting information on the existence of plant species of the Poaceae family. Plant identification was carried out by matching plant morphological characters using various literature both identification books, journals, and websites. There were five species found including Oryza sativa, Zea mays, Imperata cylindrica, Panicum repens, and Panicum maximum.
