One of the modes of transpotation available at the Central Market of Polewali Mandar District is a motorized rickshaw. Motorized becak is a modification of traditional becak with motorized vehicles such as motorcycles. The benefits of this research are for consideration by motorized pedicab drivers in order to improve the quality of service to passengers. The results of the analysis using the help of SPSS version 26 software from 100 questionnaire samples distributed with reference to the three factors in this study, namely service quality, safe and comfortable, and bentor tariffs are able to influence the ups and downs of public satisfaction with motorized rickshaw services by 65.6%. Then in partial testing or t test shows that the service quality variable has a result of 0.974, the safe and comfortable variable is 2.342 and the bentor tariff variable with a result of 6.705. This shows that the bentor tariff variable is the factor that is most able to influence the satisfaction of motorized rickshaw consumers in the Central Market of Polewali Mandar Regency.

Generation Z has unique characteristics compared to other generations. A generation that is always looking for references for something almost 24 hours a day via mobile technology and social networks. The aim of this research is to determine Generation Z's opinions on forming co-creation in coffee shop properties that are currently trending. In addition to the development of digital marketing and the growth of coffee shop  businesses in Indonesia, this generation is used to giving feedback and suggestions via social media or directly.The research method used utilizes literature studies and literature reviews from books, journals and previous consultancy research institutions. The results of the research  show that Generation Z plays a role and actively participates in the formation of co-creation in coffee shops, although Zero Consumers are said to be among those who do not care about the menu, price, quality, etc. hold. This study discusses the design of a promotional video for Tinctori by implementing marketing 5.0 to enhance the effectiveness of marketing sustainable products. Tinctori is a fashion company that utilizes natural dyes, supporting the concept of sustainable fashion and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). However, its current promotional strategy has not been optimal in capturing the attention of its target audience, particularly the upper-middle-class consumers who are environmentally conscious. The findings indicate that applying cinematography in promotional videos can enhance visual appeal, audience engagement, and understanding of Tinctori’s sustainability values. The designed video showcases the natural dyeing process with artistic, transparent, and emotional visuals, strengthening brand identity and increasing consumer purchase interest. Evaluations from videography experts and the target audience confirm that the video effectively conveys the sustainability message and raises awareness of environmentally friendly fashion.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the legal protection of children's health rights from the dangers of school snacks in Kupang City. This research is an empirical research, which uses data collection techniques through interviews, documentation studies to obtain primary and secondary data on Legal Protection of Children's Health Rights from the Dangers of School Snacks in Kupang City, with 11 respondents, data analyzed descriptively qualitative. The results showed that the legal protection of school children as consumers of PJAS (School Snack Food) in Kupang City, in conducting legal protection of school children has not been effective because BPOM conducts surveillance in schools in Kupang city only taking sampling from several schools in Kupang city. The efforts of POM Center in Kupang in supervising PJAS (school snacks) in Kupang City, in performing the supervisory function of safe PJAS in Kupang City are limited experts to conduct supervision in the field, the rise of online sales, the low level of public education and the lack of strict law enforcement. (3) Are the prevention efforts carried out by the POM Center in Kupang against PJAS (school snack food) traders in Kupang City, the Food and Drug Supervisory Agency has not been maximized in sanctioning school snack food traders who are proven to use hazardous ingredients in processed food.

There are still many UMKM who do not know the existence of e-commerce, and there are still many UMKM who make transactions manually. Currently the emergence of e-commerce has a very positive impact on UMKM and is very helpful in supporting effective and efficient promotion and sales activities. This research aims to find out the influence of e-commerce on the increase in sales of Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM). The object of this research is the Zona Warkop in Kebon Kosong, Central Jakarta City. The purpose of this service activity is to introduce and practice e-commerce in the implementation of sales activities, and is expected to develop its creative ideas to balance the lifestyle of the people today. The data collection techniques used include observation, interview, and documentation. The advantage of selling through e-commerce is that it is easily accessible to UMKM through their mobile phones and it is very easy to share photos and videos and provide interesting product descriptions so that consumers are interested.

The type of research used in this study is normative juridical approach to legislation (statute aprouch) and case approach (case aprouch). This article aims to examine the form of legal protection for consumers on the purchase of third generation Toyota Avanza cars due to production defects. This research is a prescriptive and applied normative legal research with a statue approach and case approach. The sources of legal materials used are primary and secondary legal materials, by means of literature study of documents or library materials, and syllogism and interpretation techniques using deduction thinking. The results of this study are the form of legal protection for consumers on the purchase of third generation Toyota Avanza cars can choose two forms of legal protection described by Moch Isnaeni, namely internal legal protection and external legal protection. In internal legal protection in the form of an agreement made in the agreement to purchase a third generation Toyota Avanza car. While external legal protection is protected by laws and regulations, government regulations, and ministerial regulations.

The goal of this study was to analyze the effectiveness trends of digital marketing platforms with a comparison between two platforms, Google Ads and Facebook Ads. This research was conducted in January-February 2024 in East Ciputat District, South Tangerang City. The research subjects were 10 business owners who use both platforms, namely Google Ads and Facebook Ads. This research uses a qualitative method, namely by conducting in-depth interviews with 10 business owners who use both platforms. The results showed that the two platforms have different effectiveness, depending on the type of business and the target market. Google Ads is more effective for businesses that target consumers who are looking for information about certain products or services online. Meanwhile, Facebook Ads are more effective for businesses that target consumers who have a certain interest or interest in a particular product or service. This research implies that business owners need to choose the digital marketing platform that best suits their business type and target market. Choosing the right digital marketing platform will help business owners to increase their marketing effectiveness and achieve their business goals

The proliferation of imported used clothing trade is due to clothes sold having foreign brands at cheap prices so that people who want to stay fashionable prefer imported used clothes because they are considered more affordable. The Clinical Pathology Laboratory of Muhammadiyah University Surabaya stated that used clothing samples contained mold or yeast fungi, Staphylococcus aureus bacteria, Escherichia coli bacteria and HPV (Human Papilloma Virus). This study aims to investigate the regulations regarding the trade of secondhand clothing in Indonesia and explore the legal protection provided for consumers of secondhand clothing in the country. The study employed a normative juridical legal research method, utilizing both the statute approach and conceptual approach. It drew upon legal materials such as Law Number 8 of 1999, Law Number 36 of 2009, Law Number 7 of 2014, and Minister of Trade Regulation No. 18 of 2021. The initial finding of the research was that the importation of secondhand clothing in Indonesia has been prohibited under Minister of Trade Regulation No. 18 of 2021, Article 2, paragraph (3), while local secondhand clothing businesses are permitted based on the Indonesian Business Field Standard Classification (KBLI) with code 47742. Secondly, legal protection for secondhand clothing consumers in Indonesia has been regulated in Law Number 8 of 1999. One of the consumer rights that needs to be fulfilled in consumer protection is the right to compensation for losses suffered by consumers based on Article 4 number 8, Article 7 letter f, and Article 19 paragraph (1).

This research aims to describe the social movement of boycotting Israeli affiliated products and its impact in Padang City, 2017-2023. The research method used is the library study method (library research). This research uses an empathetic approach to study the phenomenon of the social movement of boycotting Israeli-affiliated products in Padang city. The results of this study show that after the British issued the "Balfour Declaration" which included the establishment of a Jewish state in Palestine. From then on, Jews arrived in the Palestinian territories in very large numbers, which increased year by year. The arrival of these Jewish immigrants caused conflicts with the Palestinians because the Jewish immigrants wanted to establish a "Jewish state" in Palestine. The resistance of the Palestinian fighters continues to this day, so that the conflict continues, resulting in many casualties, especially Palestinian casualties. Israel is able to survive in Palestine because it is supported by its ally, the United States. The Palestinian-Israeli conflict has gained international attention because of the human rights violations committed by Israel. In the city of Padang, West Sumatra, Indonesia, as a form of reaction to the Israeli aggression against Palestine, there was a social movement to boycott Israeli products carried out by the government and various communities such as the Indonesian Youth National Committee (KNPI), Islamic Tarbiyah Association (PERTI) and others. The impact of the boycott social movement is the decrease in the number of consumers of Israeli affiliated product brands, namely Starbucks in the city of Padang, West Sumatra.

Chips are a food that is loved by Indonesian people. Chips are a favorite snack and there are many different types and variants. In Purwakarta there is a famous MSME Chips called Cijanggot Chips. To be precise, it comes from Cipinang Village, Cibau District. There are several products from Cijangot Chips, namely cassava chips, potato chips and chocolate banana chips. In its business activities, Cijanggot Chips UMKM still uses traditional methods, namely by marketing manually to distribution locations such as food stalls and souvenir shops since 2015. The marketing strategy implemented by the Cijanggot Chips owner can be said to be quite good. However, in this modern era, it is very important to carry out marketing strategies through online media in order to increase sales and have a wider reach to consumers. There are several marketing strategies that can be used to increase product sales, namely by product innovation, online marketing, through social media and opening branches in new places.

The high public demand for sunscreen creates business opportunities for entrepreneurs. However, due to this substantial demand, it cannot be denied that some business actors resort to deceptive practices to maximize profits. This includes distributing sunscreen with exaggerated SPF claims or overclaiming SPF, indicating that the lab test results differ from what is stated on the label. The research method employed is qualitative, with a normative-empirical type of juridical research. The findings reveal that overclaiming constitutes a violation of consumer rights under Article 4 of the UUPK. Additionally, business actors infringe upon other provisions, namely, Articles 7, 8, and 17 of the aforementioned law. The responsibility of business actors for SPF overclaims is outlined in Article 19 of the UUPK, compelling them to compensate consumers for resulting damages. This serves as an implementation of Liability Based on Fault and Product Liability.

This study aims to determine what are the factors that become community satisfaction in the jaklingko program. DKI Jakarta is an area whose population is growing rapidly, the more the population the more transportation there is. Therefore, the gevornment needs an integrated transportation system, one of which is Jaklingko, one of the programs in DKI Jakarta. The population in this study are people or consumers who use the services of jaklingko transportation, especially city transportation on the Andara-Blok M route. The data collection technique uses the interview method by conducting in-depth interviews with 6 informants with different ages and professions. Anlysis technique used is qualitative method. The result showed a positive effect. Community satisfaction is proven that the use of jaklingko transportation is very helpful, starting from the price to the services provided.

This study aims to determine the validity of the agreement between Gopay Later according to the Indonesian Civil Code. This research is a normative juridical legal study with a legislative approach. Based on this research, it is found that the electronic agreement of Gopay Later between consumers and PT. Multifinance Anak Bangsa (Gojek) can be considered valid according to Indonesian contract law and does not contradict the Indonesian Civil Code.

Tiwul is a traditional food source of carbohydrates made from traditionally processed cassava, which is used as a substitute for rice. This research aimed to determine the effect of adding mocaf flour and okra flour (Abelmoschus esculentus) on the chemical and antioxidant properties of instant tiwul. The research method used an experimental design, namely a one-factor Completely Randomized Design (CRD), with treatment comparison between mocaf flour and okra flour (100:0, 85:15, 75:25, 65:35). Each treatment was repeated 4 times. The variables observed were air content, ash, fat, protein, carbohydrates, antioxidants, and preference tests. The data obtained was described as diverse, and if there were differences between treatments, then it was tested further using the Duncan Multiple Range Test (DMRT) at the 5% level. The research results of instant tiwul with the addition of 85% mocaf flour and 15% okra flour formulation were instant tiwul with the best treatment in chemical testing and liked by consumers. The selected instant tiwul had an air content of 2.46%, ash content of 2.05%, fat content of 0.32%, protein content of 3.93%, carbohydrates of 81.25%, and antioxidant activity of 81.25%. The tiwul formulation from mocaf flour and okra flour can fulfill the requirements for instant tiwul.

The inclusion of a halal label is important not only for consumers but also for producers. Having halal certification for a product is a source of reassurance for consumers who are still unsure about the halalness of the product. Based on observations, Mbak Emil's Sambal Petis already has a halal label but has not yet been displayed by the public through media. This research aims to test whether halal labels and word of mouth influence purchasing decisions. The type of research used is quantitative research. Data collection techniques use primary data through questionnaires. The population of this research is consumers of Mbak Emil's Sambal Petis. The sample method used is non-probability sampling. The number of respondents used as a sample was 45 sample respondents using the formula number of samples = number of indicators x (5 to 10) as the multiplier. Data analysis uses questionnaire tests, descriptive analysis, classical assumption tests, multiple regression analysis, heteroscedasticity tests, determinant analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this research show that the halal label, word of mouth has a positive effect on purchasing decisions for Mbak Emil's Sambal Petis product partially and simultaneously with a strong contribution. The conclusion of this research is that there is a relationship between the halal label and word of mouth which has a positive influence on the decision to purchase Mbak Emil's Sambal Petis product, then for suggestions through the inclusion of the halal label and word of mouth and because of the stories or information submitted by other consumers and recommendations from other people. correctly, can influence consumer purchasing decisions.

This study was conducted to evaluate the effectiveness of brand image in mediating the impact of word of mouth (WOM) on the desire to purchase Mie Sedaap Korean Spicy Chicken products in the Tangerang City area. Through a survey involving 200 individuals selected based on purposive sampling, this research utilized the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) model to process and analyze the data obtained. The results found indicate a positive impact of WOM on brand image and purchase intention, with brand image also functioning as a significant mediator in linking WOM with purchase intention. The conclusion of these findings underscores the need for effective marketing strategies in utilizing WOM to strengthen brand image, which in turn has the potential to increase purchase intentions among consumers.

Nowadays, marketing is a systematic point that is very important for the success of a business in a company and also a company because of the increasingly fierce competition. The local brand of quality mineral water and also has a brandimage that is already embedded in the minds of consumers is Aqua. Brand image plays an important role in shaping brand image in the eyes of consumers and can influence the extent to which customers trust, recognize, and choose brands among their competitors. Instagram plays an important role in shaping brand image for businesses and brands. By using this platform to share creative, inspiring, and relevant content, companies can form an image on the brand that is positive and attractive to a wide audience or audience. The existence of this research has the aim of knowing how strong the influence of Aqua's Instagram content on brand image. The theory used in this research is Instagram content which consists of follow, like, comment, caption. Then next is the Brand Image theory which consists of the strength of brand association, the superiority of brand association, and the uniqueness of brand association on variables. The approach in this study is a quantitative approach with a survey method conducted on 79 respondents of @sehataqua Instagram followers, with sampling techniques using simple random sampling method. The results in the study indicate a fairly high influence, which is spelled out by the amount of 61% of Aqua's Instagram content on Brand image. While the remaining 39% is influenced by variables not examined in this study.

This study aims to analyze the effect of price and service quality on guests' stay decisions at Pangeran Beach Hotel Padang. This type of research is quantitative research. The population of this study was guests staying at Pangeran Beach Padang with a sample of 93 consumers. The sampling technique uses non probability sampling. Data collection techniques are carried out using questionnaires (questionnaires) with Likert scales that have been tested for validity and reliability. Data from this study was processed using SPSS 25.00. The results of this study show that the price is included in the sufficient category with a percentage of 48.38%, the quality of service is in the sufficient category of 59.13%. The variable of overnight decision is in the sufficient category, which is 88.17%. Obtained R Square value of 0.021, meaning that the influence of the price variable (X1) on the decision variable to stay (Y) was 2.1% while 97.9% was influenced by other factors. The R Square value is 0.033, meaning that the influence of the service quality variable (X2) on the decision to stay (Y) is 3.3% while 96.7% is influenced by other factors. The effect of price (X1) and service quality (X2) affects the decision to stay (Y), the R Square value is 0.097, meaning that the influence of price variables (X1) and service quality (X2) on consumer satisfaction variables (Y) as much as 9.7% while 90.3% is influenced by other factors that were not studied in this study. And obtained the value of F calculate 1.242 with sig. 0.000 < 0.05.

False coconut oil is a processed product made from young coconut meat coconut pudding manufacture in modern done through the stages are quite complicated and costly, so that only done by large industries. affect factors on fermentation needs to be optimized to result in qualified young coconut pudding the purpose of this study was to determine influence concentration of sugar and agar-agar to quality coconut pudding in addition to knowing the most permanent treatment that can produce the highest quality coconut pudding the hypothesis of this study. Presumably the influence concentration of sugar and agar-agar to the quality of pudding coconut. And affect the level of consumer preferences. The method used is an experimental research by using a completely randomized design (RAL), which consists of two factors, namely: Concentrations of sugar and gelatin with 300 gram 400 gram 500 gram while the factors gelatin with composition 7 g, 14 g, 21 g. While the variable that is used to measure the level of preference is the color flavor aroma and texture. Variables were measured in this study is using composition test by testing the level of preference are: color, taste, aroma, and texture. Using a scoring scale test method (numbering) commonly in use No. 1-5 and panelists in use totaled 15 0rang representing consumers the results of composition test of the level of preference of color, flavor, aroma, and texture of pudding meat fruit coconut based assessment best treatment that is adjusted from public view representing 15 people panelists then be in concluded that treatment in consider best is in treatment ( GPI Aa2).
