Amyloidosis is a term for various groups of diseases with lots of amyloid protein in organs and/or tissues, causing disease. In this condition, amyloid protein is deposited in the dermis layer of the skin which is called lichen amyloidosis. Lichen amyloidosis is the most common type of cutaneous amyloidosis. The prevalence of cutaneous amyloidosis is relatively rare, only 0.2-0.3%. It is chronic in nature which usually appears later in life. This article discusses a case of a 39-year-old female patient who came with complaints of spots on both sides accompanied by itching. These complaints have been experienced since ± 2 years ago and are felt to be getting worse in the last few months. Previously the patient had used a type of topical medication obtained from the local puskesmas, but there was no improvement. Examination of the general status found the general condition of the patient looked moderately ill, conscious awareness, vital signs within normal limits. Dermatological status obtained efflorescence in the form of macules to multiple papules with hyperpigmentation, well defined, discrete available, accompanied by scaling and lichenification. Patients were treated with oral corticosteroids (methylprednisolone), topical corticosteroids (desoximethasone) and salicylic acid. Patients are also educated to avoid scratching and rubbing on the lesions. The patient showed thinning lesions after 7 days of therapy.

Stroke is the number one cause of disability and the second cause of death in the world. Blood flow that is not smooth in stroke patients causes hemodynamic disorders including changes in the value of oxygen saturation in the blood (SpO2) which can interfere with the function of internal organs including the heart due to lack of oxygen intake. So we need a system to monitor the oxygen saturation value which can be used as an early indicator in recognizing stroke patients. This system uses detection of two sensors to measure oxygen saturation in the blood, a microcontroller to process data, a monitor to display data, a buzzer as a warning of the lower limit of measurement and a micro sd card module to store measurement data that has been running. Parameters displayed include the date of measurement, patient ID, SpO2-1, SpO2-2, last SpO2-1 and last SpO2-2. This system will measure and display the SpO2 value of both right and left arms simultaneously. Stroke patients who experience muscle weakness in one hand may experience different values with a hand that does not experience muscle weakness. This study aims to develop an SpO2 monitoring system that will be used to detect stroke patients with non-invasive methods. The results show that the system has been developed and can be used to measure the patient's SpO2 from both hands simultaneously with a measurement error rate of ±2% for each sensor from standard medical equipment.

Background: Lower back pain (NPB) Ischialgia is a pinched ischialgia nerve in the lower back area which causes the buttocks, thighs, lower legs and even feet to become tingling, painful, and sometimes causing weakness. Nerve mobilization is a manipulation technique by moving and stretching nerve tissue to increase axonal transportation so that it can improve nerve conduction. Nerve mobilization can reduce the pressure in the nerves so that there is an increase in blood flow to the nerves, which can have a regenerative and healing effect on injured nerves (Butler, 1991). Nerve mobilization is often used as a form of diagnosis and treatment for musculoskeletal conditions with nerve involvement (Butler, 1991). Nerve mobilization in the Lower Limb Tension Test (LLTT) is carried out at the branches of the Brachial plexus such as the radial nerve, median nerve and ulnar nerve. But here the author only discusses LLTT in the ishiadic nerve, namely LLTT 1 which is related to lower back pain. The aim is to determine physiotherapy management and the effect of Ultrasoundtherapy therapy and nerve mobilization using the LLTT 1 method in cases of lower back pain on reducing pain and increasing the functional ability of the hand. Two group pre test and post test method. RESEARCH PLACE: Physiotherapy clinic, RSU Sidoarjo. TIME: Measuring instrument: Visual Analouge Scale (VAS). Results: treatment using the Mann-Whtney test. With confidence interval (CI) (95%) The results of the study revealed that there was a significant difference in pain in group 1 (p = 0.00) and group 2 (p = 0.00). But there was no significant difference between the two groups in pain improvement (p = 0.152), so there was no better treatment between the two groups. Conclusion: It is concluded that ULTT is useful in treating CTS patients to reduce pain in two groups. The targeted outcomes are publications in national journals indexed by Sinta and HAKI. The TKT target for implementing this gamelan accompaniment exercise is level 2.

Mental disorders are one of the public health problems in Indonesia. In general, mental disorders are caused by psychological pressure both from outside the individual and from within the individual. Some of the things that cause this is the ignorance of the family and society about this mental disorder (Hawari, 2007). According to WHO or the World Health Organization (2002) states that the prevalence of mental health problems is currently quite high, 25% of the world's population has suffered from mental health problems, 1% of which are severe mental disorders. The potential for a person to be susceptible to mental disorders is indeed high, every time 450 million people around the world are affected by mental, nervous, and behavioral problems. One form of mental disorder that is found throughout the world is a severe mental disorder, namely Schizophrenia (Hawari, 2007). Schizophrenia comes from two words, namely schizo which means cracked or broken and phrenia which means soul. Thus, people who suffer from schizophrenic mental disorders are people who experience mental fractures or personality cracks. Schizophrenia can arise because of the integration between biological, psychosocial and environmental factors (Sinaga, 2007). In schizophrenic patients there is personal disintegration and personal division. Emotional and intellectual behavior becomes ambiguous (compound), and has serious disorders and has regression or total dementia. Schizophrenic patients escape from the reality of life and remain silent in their fantasy world (Kartono, 2010).
