This study evaluates the policy implementation of the face recognition system at Surabaya Gubeng Station as a digital innovation in public service by PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero). Using a qualitative approach and the policy evaluation model by William N. Dunn, the study assesses six key indicators: effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, responsiveness, accuracy, and equity. The findings indicate that the system is effective in accelerating the boarding process, reducing queues, and improving passenger convenience. Efficiency is achieved through reduced staff workload and automated identity verification. However, several challenges remain, including technical disruptions, data input errors, and low digital literacy among users. Personal data protection is also a concern as most users are not fully aware of how their biometric data is managed. Therefore an adaptive governance strategy is needed, involving infrastructure improvement, staff training, public education, and greater transparency in data policy. With these measures, the face recognition system can serve not only as a tool for technical efficiency but also as a form of inclusive and sustainable public service transformation.

The study examines the theological meaning of the symbols of water, wine, and blood in the Gospel of John and their interrelation within the perspective of Catholic theology. Grounded in John’s distinctive use of symbolism as a medium of revelation, the study treats these three symbols not as isolated narrative elements but as an integrated theological sequence. The study employs a qualitative method, utilizing a literature-based approach and biblical-theological exegesis of key texts. The findings indicate that water signifies the renewal of life originating from divine grace and is closely associated with Baptism; wine expresses joy and abundance within the new covenant, finding its resonance in the Eucharist; while blood marks the culmination of divine love manifested in Christ’s redemptive sacrifice. Together, these symbols form a progressive dynamic of revelation: from renewal, to communion, and ultimately to redemption. In the light of sacramental theology, these symbols not only reveal the identity of Jesus as the incarnate Word but also mediate a concrete experience of faith within the life of the Church. Thus, the Gospel of John demonstrates that God’s salvific work unfolds in an integral and continuous manner, remaining relevant for the contemporary practice of Christian faith.

This research aims to analyze the determination of the internalization of BerAKHLAK work culture in constructing apparatus integrity within the Social Services Department of East Java Province. In the context of modern bureaucratic transformation, Civil Servants (ASN) are required to have a strong work culture foundation as a moral compass to avoid practices that deviate from professional ethics. The Social Services Department possesses unique characteristics as it interacts directly with vulnerable social groups, necessitating personnel with unwavering integrity and moral immunity against the temptation of abusive authority. Utilizing a qualitative descriptive approach with a case study design, this research dissects the phenomenon of value internalization holistically through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The results indicate that the internalization process of BerAKHLAK (Service-Oriented, Accountable, Competent, Harmonious, Loyal, Adaptive, and Collaborative) is carried out through a social construction dialectic encompassing stages of externalization, objectification, and internalization. Phenomenological findings suggest a paradigm shift from formalistic integrity toward substantive integrity, where values such as Accountability and Loyalty are no longer viewed merely as regulatory burdens but as manifestations of moral responsibility rooted in individual conscience. The habituation process through routine actions, such as consistently precise data verification, has created an "ethical sedimentation" that transforms honest behavior into an instinctive or automatic self-governing action. Furthermore, the Harmonious and Collaborative dimensions have successfully established peer-supervision mechanisms and a collective social identity that strengthens the organization's moral fortress through collective social shame against deviations. The integration of Competent and Adaptive values also proves to be a primary determinant in mitigating ethical risks, where technical professionalism encourages personnel to remain transparent despite complex field pressures. Overall, the internalization of BerAKHLAK work culture has successfully reconstructed the integrity of the East Java Social Services apparatus into a stable social reality, which not only transforms work methods but also builds public trust through quality and equitable service.

Character education consists of two words, namely education and character. The meaning of character education from an Islamic perspective is a conscious effort made by educators towards students which aims to shape the students' personalities and form morals, ethics and a sense of good culture and noble character. Character education is very important at this time because a character will show who we really are, character will determine how a person makes decisions, character determines a person's attitude, words and actions, someone who has good character, then his words and actions will also definitely be good, and all of this will become an identity that unites and personalizes itself, so that it is easy to distinguish it from other identities. The aim of character education in Islamic religious education is to form a person with noble character, because noble character is the basis of all goodness.

The Child Identity Card (KIA) policy is one of the policies that has been issued by the government in accordance with Minister of Home Affairs Regulation Number 2 of 2016. The policy regarding child identity cards (KIA) started in 2016 in each Regency/City, while the implementation of this policy is implemented in Karimun Regency itself started in May 2018. In its implementation there were several problems that emerged where there were still many children under the age of 17 who still did not have a child identity card (KIA), of course this was not in line with the number of children in Karimun Regency which each year is increasing. The aim of this research is to determine the implementation of the child identity card (KIA) policy and to find out what are the inhibiting factors. The research method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. This research uses the main theory of Edward III, seen from 4 variable indicators that can influence the implementation of a policy. The results of the research show that the implementation of the child identity card (KIA) policy by the Population and Civil Registration Service of Karimun Regency, when viewed from the communication aspect, has run optimally. Judging from the aspect of resources, it is quite competent, and in terms of quality it is adequate. Judging from the disposition aspect, the officers/employees uphold high enthusiasm in implementing policies and carrying out their assigned tasks. Then, if we look at the bureaucratic structure aspect, officers/employees can always manage well in collaborating with each other. The inhibiting factor in this research is that the availability of budget to finance blanks is still relatively lacking, many applicants for child identity cards (KIA) have not yet completed the requirements, so this makes it difficult for officers/employees to process them.

Education is important in human progress. Likewise, Islamic education plays a very important role in determining the quality of life of Muslims. Unfortunately, in this modern era it can be clearly felt that Islamic education is lagging behind modern western education. According to Al-Faruqi an Al-Attas' view, this is evidenced by the existence of an identity crisis, the loss of economic, political and intellectual independence in the Islamic world, the existence of sectarianism that focuses on borders rather than development, and the slow adoption of new technology and modernization (Ramdhani, 2013). There are several factors that cause these things, namely: the influence of western science and philosophy, colonialism, lack of Islamic unity and lack of modernization of the Islamic world. To overcome these problems, several ulama proposed the Islamization of science. This article was created to discuss the concept of Islamization of science using the SLR method. The Islamization of Science aims to integrate Islamic principles and values into the field of science and knowledge which involves a process of rethinking, re-evaluating and reconstructing scientific knowledge to enrich the vision and struggle of Islam (Sahide, 2015). The concept of Islamization of Science was introduced by Ismail Raji Al-Faruqi who defined it as an effort to integrate science into the unity of Muslim life. Which aims to improve the quality of Islamic education, and it is hoped that it can also improve the quality of life of Muslims in this era.

The Internet of Things (IoT) phenomenon is centered around linking various devices and objects to the Internet, enabling them to communicate, collect, and exchange data [1]. The IoT needs strong, lightweight, and secure authorization schemes to regulate many devices with varying levels of ability. Quantum-resilient federated Multi-Factor Authentication (QRF-MFA) is a solution presented in this paper to address the above-discussed issues. Featuring quantum-resistant cryptographic protocols, high-speed and low-energy Physically Unclonable Functions (PUFs), decentralized identity management, and optimized communication protocols, QRF-MFA provides a complete solution for secure cross-domain device identification and authentication. This is done by leveraging blockchain technology for immutable and transparent management of identities yet limiting on-chain storage overhead. It also provides secure, lightweight communication well-suited for resource constrained IIoT devices, and it is designed for fog and edge computing environments as well. QRF-MFA eliminates the challenges of current methods by combining security, efficiency, and scalability and delivering a resilient and future-ready solution to secure IIoT authentication.
